I absolutely adored my stay at StayPineapple in San Francisco. I loved how the entire hotel had a Great Gatsby vibe, the rooms were clean and cozy, it was conveniently located in the city and everyone was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend staying at StayPineapple if you're on a solo trip, couples' getaway or even a girls' trip. The hotel also has bikes you can rent and take around the city with you. It was awesome!

My mom and I stayed here for 1 night of our trip and fell in love with this adorable boutique hotel! Everything was perfect, the beds were amazingly comfortable, and the staff was so friendly! Keith was such a huge help in giving us sightseeing pointers and helping with our luggage. I am still dreaming of having another pineapple sugar cookie ;-)

This is my favorite hotel so far on my work trips in SFO. They really pay attention to the details that what make the difference between a normal luxury hotel and a luxury elegant hotel. Even their cookies are made by shape of Pineapple 🍍, you should take one when you stay here 🤩. I’m happy and joyful to stay and having status here is the pineapple on top 😎.

I am a travel agent that booked my client here this past weekend. There were a few issues with the room my client was in. I cannot say enough great things about the manager on duty, Joel! He provided TOP NOTCH service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He assured there was champagne upon arrival, helped work out a few issues over the week, and ultimately was the selling point for this hotel! With Joel around, I’d recommend this hotel 10/10 times in the future 🍍🍍

Really lovely hotel with friendly staff, free bikes and free coffee and cookies in the afternoon.

I was here for 10 nights and had a very comfortable, happy stay. My room was clean and refreshed perfectly every day. The reception and bar staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is great for business and holiday stays at the Union Square end of town.
As a woman travelling alone I felt quite safe walking to and from my meetings and events.

Everything that we anticipated about our stay here has graciously exceded our expectations. From the luxurious amenities, awesome housekeeping (we asked for extra water bottles, tea and coffee Keurig pods, creamers and sugar, which they left every day) … The afternoon coffee and pineapple cookies were delish and were a great afternoon pick up at the end of our long sightseeing days… I highly recommend staying at this fabulous establishment! My husband and I loved this hotel! It was close to everything and a short Uber drive to anywhere in the city. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. They left plenty of water bottles out in the lobby, which was extremely helpful. We stayed during the heat wave, so that was refreshing to count on each day. The staff is incredibly friendly and had wonderful helpful tips for what to see in the city. The food at the lobby cafe/restaurant is fantastic and was served early, which is helpful for those taking early tours to Yosemite or elsewhere. Overall, it was a great experience and we would stay there again.

We stayed at the Alise for our 40th wedding anniversary and the management helped make it very special. There were flowers, chocolates and champagne waiting for us in our room and they assisted in booking restaurants and organised a driver for us on the day.
All the staff were very welcoming and they had a nice breakfast available and had good espresso too.
The room was not large but very comfortable. There was not much room in the bathroom for toiletries but that was a small inconvenience.
We would definately stay there again 10/10
