Stayed in a double room for two days. The presentation was great, and room services were excellent. The hotel is well located, within walking distance from the bay and there are some restaurants around the area. The only thing missing was breakfast, but I nonetheless recommend the stay.

A very nice place to stay in, me and my girlfriend were there without a car but it is still easy to get to wherever thanks to the location of near bus stations (muni), more than that the wharf, Japan town and the curvy street are in walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and bars near by. The staff are very kind and helpful (especially Priscilla). All and all it's a great value for money, I would highly recommend!

This was a hotel deal I got off of hotwire so I wasn't really sure coming into it what I was getting. However everything has been great for our 2 night stay. The hotel has free parking and is close to many restaurants etc. The room was clean and well kept. Overall no real complaints.

The only one good thing is location. That’s it. We arrived at 3pm, a little bit earlier and they gave us an option with the other room, more quiet but there is a wall behind the window. We decided to wait our room. It was a big mistake: There was USPS loading dock located under our room (nobody told us about it). They load their trucks EVERY night started 2 am! We even were not able to sleep till 7am! I called to to the desk at 4 am and asked them to move us to the other room. My request was declined. We came to desk at 6 am, the guy asked to wait management till 8 am. We did. Management gave us another room that day (there was a wall behind the window — really quiet hah) It is terrible! If you have a chance to choose the other hotel — DO IT!

Enjoyed the friendly and extremely helpful staff here they offered great recommendations. The room was very clean with everything you need for a short stay worry parking included (a godsend). The only huge drawback was the NOISE. Maybe it's because I'm used to backwoods and no traffic but the street noise was so loud. I couldn't sleep well throughout the night and I just kept thinking I need a room with no windows and no streets nearby. It really did affect my sleeping well and I wouldn't stay here again if this is a regular expected thing. I wish I could have been warned about the noise when asked what level I wanted my room to be.

Nice and cute place. I say yes to staying here. Clean. Not to pricey. Big bathroom. Comfortable bed.

Great beautiful hotel. Quiet cheap for what it is. I was incredibly surprised by how nice the place is. It is located in a great zone and there are many places to visit around.

Centrally located, large clean rooms. The parking for my bike was free. Nice staff. For the location inexpensive.

We live in the Bay Area and time to time we spend a weekend in San Francisco, especially long weekends are great opportunities to be there. This time we chose this place which has a great location in Filmore. The room was not facing Lombard so we didn’t have noise. The room was clean and comfortable too. The only thing that could be better was the air conditioner which was extremely old and we need d to turn it on and off frequently to control the room temp.

Very correct service and very clean all the hotel but has no extra service nor lobby has but perfect for the price.

The place is better inside the rooms than what you see on the outside. The parking lot is roofed.

Nice friendly staff and the room was far bigger than I expected. Big tv, coffee, safe, hair dryer, everything required was there. Iron and ironing board too. Comfy bed. Apparently being at the back is quieter than the front, which I can imagine as lombard is a busy street.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. There area few onsite parking spots for free. The location was pretty convenient, 10 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge and Fisherman's Wharf.

Very clean and quiet rooms. Reasonable rates and near plenty of sights to see and restaurants to visit.

Good location right near shops and restaurants on Chesnut Street and opposite a Hop on Hop off bus tour stop. Ten to fifteen minute walk to Lombard street tourist attraction. Dated but clean and spacious rooms. Safe infant crib was provided free of charge. Bath and shower combo good for kids. Courteous check-in. Good value for money. Arrived back to the room to find an ant trail on the desk one day, but it was dealt with very quickly and efficiently and we were offered another room without question. We didn't have any issues with noise. No hotel amenities but that's what you expect from a motor inn.

For the price, you get an amazing room! It's a bit noisy due to the location, but other than that, I would highly recommend it. Very clean!

Large (corner) room. Great location. Clean. Queen size instead of double beds. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean hotel. A little dated look but really nice. Underground parking is scarce and little tricky if you bring crew cab ram 2500.

Well located, quiet rooms in the back. Air conditioning. Safe. Parking. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Bus Station just in front. Several restaurants nearby with different styles. Really very nice.

Nice and clean place to stay. I enjoyed staying here because the parking is included. They have camera all through the open parking garage next to the office. The rooms were very clean. My only issue is if you get a room facing Lombard street. Be ready to hear noise. It's not quiet until 12am.

Great location and close to many attractions around the area. The room we got is a great one. It has a clean smell. A bathroom with a great space and bathroom amenities. Very friendly and helpful customer service. I would choose this place again if I get a chance to visit the area again.

Great location, easy access. Room was very comfortable. Only little issue was low water pressure in the tub. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel is nice location but the higher management cares nothing about the guests, they remove your bags and everything within ten minutes after check out time. They are rude. I have never been more disgusted in my life with a hotel and the way they treat their clients.

This place was not bad for the price. The room was clean (save for some food in a bureau drawer) … My complaints mainly concern the renovations that were going on during our stay. The ice maker on our floor didn't work and neither did the internet. In both cases, the attitude at the front desk was basically, "We are renovating. Deal with it. ". Other than that, my biggest complaint is that it was quite loud being right on that busy road. I have to say, I did really appreciate the parking spot. That made everything a lot easier.

Is being renovated, so feel the smell and dust larger, Wi-Fi basic strike. The room was spacious, but some old, noisy.

This is a very nice place and at a great price. Very affordable, clean, quiet, convenient and staff was very nice. Everything was wonderful. We stay at their sister property last week and both place we great. Would highly recommend this place. Thank you for making our stay pleasant!

The hotel is well located in Marina District. It is suitable and cute for its price but it has no minibar.

Location and price/performance are reasonable. Bus stops directly at the hotel. This makes it possible to get from the airport via BART (24th Mission Stteet) and then bus (line 22). The location on Lombard Street is very convenient, but the road is heavily befshren, therefore better to take Ohrstopfer with you, but the noise is the only negative. The sea is 7 minutes away, the port is about 30. But everything is within walking distance!
