Front desk person was very rude. I don’t know how this location got choice franchise. If you pay cash they will give room otherwise they don’t even if you have reservation. Don’t stay here.

Room card failed to get me in my room consistently. Fell on the stairs on yet another trip to get a working card. Spent the night in the ER getting sutures and staples in my head and STILL couldn't get in my room when I was released at 4:30 AM. Put me in a vacant room to sleep while they worked on my door. Didn't get in to get my things until 10 AM and all they asked was how soon I could be out. No concern for guests at all.

Having stayed at this hotel before, we thought we would book again expecting the same positive experience. Unfortunately this time we did not have a good stay. …and more it is Rubbish. This is easily the worst lodgeI've stayed in in over 10 years as a customer.

Staff was rude, parking lot too small and room needed updating, shower head fell off and dresser was peeling… also sink was on other side of the room from the bathroom. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was all gone by the time we got there before it was scheduled to end. Will not be back here.

We arrived around 5pm. Check in was ultra quick. This place is tiny, maybe 20 rooms? Anyway, it was easy to check in, and it didn't take very long to get our stuff up to our room as they have a few parking spots right in the front. After that though you have to move your car to the back, where there is less spots and there are rooms, however we were able to get one because we checked in early enough for it to not be full. Once we got up to our room it was big it look nice, but there's a couple things here and there that we're not good. The desks were kind of chipped and cracking a little which wasn't world ending, but one of the beds had some sort of rust or chocolate type looking strange stains on the sheet, and the shower head was cracked so when you tried to move it it would just pop off and then shoot a stream of water right in your face. Also where our room was, it faced out towards the opening to the street, which allows for a lot of Street noise, that's not anyone's fault or the hotels fault, just a little note that if you have one of the rooms at face out towards the Main Street you hear a lot of noise.

The room was nice but the sheets looked stained, the shower head came off in my hand and the furniture was old and chipped. The room faced a major street and there seemed to be no insulation and was very noisy. Parking was very limited and not near the room. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness and overall appearance.

A motel next to the cross-border central highway in the Long Beach area It's not really worth it compared to the price.

As soon as I arrived, the gentleman at the counter was extremely rude, and acted as if I was bothering him with my service. I was told my girlfriend could not stay with me because she was not on the contract, and that I am not allowed to have any company enter my room. The pipes made noise the entire time I was there, and it was very hard to get rest. At one point, I decided to walk to the store, as I had a couple drinks that night and did not feel comfortable driving. Upon my return, the clerk ran outside to inform me that I was trespassing on private property. I informed him that it's ok, I have a room at the hotel. He then scolded me, saying it doesn't matter, and I am not to walk into the exit of the hotel, it's only for cars. The employees here are very rude, and make up rules based upon what they think of you. When I asked other tenants of the hotel about the things I was told, they told me they were given no such rules or warnings. I will NOT return to this location, and I advise no one else does either, unless they like being constantly bothered by staff.

The hotel is located well in Long Beach. Only about a 5-10 minute drive to the convention center. The continental breakfast was very simple but it's Long Beach. Go to the Breakfast Bar or the Long Beach Cafe, you won't regret it. From the outside the hotel looks nice but the room could have looked better. Everything was made up well so I know it had been prepped but there was dirt and dust along the edges of the carpet and the veneer on the dressers was peeling up. The bed and bathroom were clean and the A/C, while loud, worked well. I'd stay there again but if something else in the area had similar prices I'd probably give that a try instead. For anyone on a budget I would recommend it.

Customer service on the phone was lacking. Carpet was so filthy that my white socks turned black after just 3 hours in the hotel room. Bed was comfortable. Location was convenient, on site staff was responsive and nice.

Good rates but Wi-Fi sucks. Large rooms but the sink is away from the rest room. Parking is tight.

We had a nice stay — large room and hard beds though. Very minimal breakfast, but nice staff. Could use grab bars in bathroom. Nice windows for fresh air. Would stay again.

Very clean! Close to all the beaches. Frienly staff and large rooms. Would definitely stay there again! Noce channel selection on the TV. Very cozy!

Bad hotel and bad customer service. My husband and I were unable to check-in due to the fact we used my Mother-Inlaws debit card (We were there to attend her son's funeral) but they didn't have any problems charging her card!. We tried to get the chared reversed the first time and was told to call them back at 7:30. PriceLine was not very helpful either. Don't go to this hotel! Do not book on Priceline!

Very good customer service clean rooms and great breakfast too.

This hotel was great! We stayed here for the weekend on family vacation and the rooms are very spacious. The guy who works at the front desk is great and very friendly. There were a lot of amenities in the room and the price was fair. My only complaints are there is no pool or hot tub, the beds are not very soft and the parking is a little tight. Other than that everything was great!

Good service, clean and quiet very comfortable.
