Overall experience was Poor. Housekeeping only available until noon. After noon anything you need you must go personally to office to pick it up. Since I was getting ready to attend graduation ceremony at 2 pm I missed the noon curfew for room service. I had to go to front office to get towels, toilet paper, coffee… but they only had decaf so suggested I come back in the morning and fill my coffee pot. There is no sidewalk from back rooms to office. I had to walk through a busy parking lot which is shared by other businesses. The door available to front office at back of building where there is a sidewalk is locked. When I requested a form to leave a negative review they stated they didn't have one. Breakfast was out of coffee creamer. Attendant stated they had been out for a couple of days because they have to order it.

This hotel is a total disgusting catfish. Why? Well, because the photos they use to show off their "quality" hotel are the exact opposite of the current condition.
Let's start with the parking: it's crowded and limited; you have to pay $15 just to keep circling the lot, until someone leaves their spot. The breakfast is very limited, with floppy eggs patties and freezer dried sausage chunks. There is absolutely no variety and freshness, so unless you want dry muffins and questionable machine juice… avoid the breakfast room.
The biggest lie of them all is the room. My fiance and I are having a hard time deciding if someone was either murdered, or if a couple just had a crazy night beside the closet. There is rust all along the bathroom entrance, dust caked behind the toilet, other people's hair along the tub walls. I felt I was showering in dirty water.
Our sink clog was broken and I had to jam the lotion bottle under it, just to get the water to drain. There was rust and black marks along the track of the closet — why?!
Parts of the wall were filthy and stained, or chipped, dinged and dented. The bed had one spot, where the box spring shows, and it was covered in dust. Definitely not something that happens over night… hmm…
The door is another story. It does not properly seal, i. E. There was a good half inch crack of space between the door and frame. We had to use the frame lock to actually HOLD the door into place.

Front staff very professional, friendly & quick. Clean & quiet.

Not good the shower water was black TV did not work Chinese man was mean.

Recent stay and it was bad. Beds were very hard, could not get into our room key did not work. Took a little time to get fixed was told it may be the batteries & need to be changed out. Then we found out that the TV remote did not work & when asked can you change them out was told just get up & turn off the tv. We ended up against the side of the busy road & boy was it load & you can hwar every car & truck going by starting at 4:30am. We checked in at 2:30am since we came in from AZ. Needless to say we did not sleep much or very well. Room was not so clean. I think Motel's may be a little nicer than this place. When asked to speak with the Manager was told he was not available. So in the morning when I went to the front desk to complain & speak with a manager was told he was not available. So after about 2 hours & reasdy to check out I went back & asked for the manager & finally spoke with one. He looked at me like I was wrong & this place was great. He did apologized & said he send me an email something of friends & family discount via email & would get it that day. Well it has been 5 days & no email. For what we paid this place was a joke and I think Motel 6 looked better compare to here which is sad to say. I would not recommend anyone to stay here even if last place available.

The room wasn't bad, but the bathroom door looked like it was kicked in and they just tried to repair the broken door so it looked tacky… The pool was milky looking and the jacuzzi was green so we didn't even try to use the pool, the pic's posted online must have been when the place was new, and the outside of the hotel was dirty it needed a good wash down, and the trash cans around the outside of the hotel were full and overflowing for the 3 nights we were there… But it was in a good location for what we had planned for our vacation just needs better management to get the place back in shape.

I ordered my room through Price line I get home and see they without my permission charged me an extra $50 for both nights I call to ask why and they were very rude telling me too bad deal with it and hung up on me, they have the worst customer service here even my check in was horrible the front desk is rude!
