The breakfasts & dinners are good. The staff is very friendly. The dining staff surprised my daughter with balloons, cake & a snack pack for her birthday. My kids love the bunk bed suite. The hotel is right next to the Buzz parking lot with shuttle.

Have been here for 6 weeks, due to our home flooding. This place is phenomenal with customer service, Mark the manager, Hon the snack lady, Elsa the food court host and Christian and Victoria at the front desk are ALL great! They made sure our 7 yr old daughter Kylie had snacks for her lunch, left little notes for her and always had smiles when greeting us. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel, the splash pad, the pool, jacuzzi, arcade room, gym basketball and mini putting green have been so fun. Rooms are large too! Oh and the FOOD is SO good! Mon thru thurs free beer and wine, movie by the pool and dinner social is amazing!

I highly recommend staying at Homewood Suites if visiting Disneyland! It’s a 3 minute walk to the shuttle which takes you to the main gate at Disneyland. The rooms are spacious with a living/dining room, kitchenette, king bed and bunk beds. They have a pool, gym and even offer Free breakfast and dinner with wine and beer. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed staying here and look forward to coming back again!

Took the kids to California for a fun week of amusement parks intending to stay at this hotel the whole time. Lady at the front desk told us she could give us 3 days in the one room & then she'd have to move us to a different room, but it'd be no problem. Well, come 3 days it was a problem. Apparently they had booked the *entire* hotel for that day weeks in advance & she kept that info from us. Two other hotels informed me that a tour company had booked every hotel room in Anaheim that day. Apparently this is a common way for these Disneyland-close hotels to operate. In any case, we were forced to cut a day of our trip short to find another hotel outside of town. As expensive as a trip like this is, half of a day wasted on a sham is costly! If you intend an extended stay in Anaheim or want honest hotel staff in general, this is NOT the place for you! And props to the front desk lady for her sarcastic use of the phrase "I wish I could help you, sir! " It was impressive how condescending she could be!

The best hotel to stay in any place of the world.

It was a wonderful stay. Disney woody Parking area was about a block away. Caught the bus and we were at Disneyland. Perfect. Great breakfast and we'll organized. Clean tables and friendly breakfast Staff. Elsa was very helpful and seemed to enjoy her job. Nice to see in today's times. Elsa was working the evening reception. Anybody looking for a place to stay, a must stay. Clean Room and friendly staff. Kudos to the team.

Very nice and clean rooms! The bunkbed suites are awesome, our kids loved them! Complimentary breakfast had a good variety of food with different choices each day. The pool area was fun with hot tub, kiddie pool/ splash pad and large pool. My only complaint is finding parking spots if you come back late at night. I would definitely stay here again though!

Nice modern feel to entire facility. Great pool area with multiple pools, hot tub, 3 grills and a firepit. Suites were very nice as well. My only critique is the cleanliness of the room upon check-in, specifically the bathroom. They also may be stingy with the towels as a standard, because we found we were short towels and washcloths 2 days in a row. We only had enough towels for 3 in a suite to accommodate 6.

I loved this hotel for our Disneyland vacation. We are a family of 5 and the two queens with a pullout couch fit us perfectly. The pullout couch is a little rough to sleep on, but my 10 year old didn't complain. The full complimentary breakfast and free evening meals with beer or wine were awesome. The staff was very friendly, and we really enjoyed our stay. The children's pool was also an added bonus with my 3 year old. Great hotel!

The beds were super comfortable. Checking in the staff was very friendly gifting us all a water bottle. The breakfast buffet was not the greatest no bacon and surprisingly not much to chose from no order when it came to the buffet screaming kids, kids running around, people with no respect cutting lines. But besides the the suit I got was almost like a one bedroom apartment has a cute little stove top microwave fridge and coffee maker although do not recommend the coffee they give you its nice. The couch is super comfy they had lots of channels to choose from it was a nice hotel. If they can get the kids and breakfast food selection under controlled I would definitely stay there again.

This is a newer Homewood. It just opened last year when we stayed. A year later it's still really nice. Homewood suites are my favorite chain. It's really like living I a 1 bedroom Apartment. Kitchen, refrigerator, stove. Everything you need for a long stay or if you're on a long business trip. If you want a home cooked meal you can buy groceries and do it yourself. Or even have the hotel do the grocery shopping g and deliver it to you. They also serve breakfast every morning and a light dinner on Monday — Thursday nights, with beer and wine for free during happy hour. It's always clean and the staff is friendly.

Great location, one block from Anaheim Convention Center, Didneyland and many restaurants. Complimentary breakfast, happy hour with lite food and wine, pool, gym and fire puts. Spacious rooms offer small kitchen w/dishwasher and stove, large pane windows and great views. Housekeeping and overall staff provided impeccable service. Attentive and accommodating to your needs. Would highly recommend — — very comfortable and will stay again.

The staff was very friendly and always helpful. We were there on Valentine's Day, and the staff was handing out balloons with little trinkets attached during breakfast, which the kids loved. We were also there during a kid's birthday and told them at check-in, the staff hand wrote birthday wishes on a card and delivered it with balloons and LOT of treats while we were at Disneyland during the day. There's a basic, shallow pool for little kids, a hot tub (which you'll need after walking all over Disneyland), and a bigger pool. We left a coat behind, and the hotel is mailing it back to us (at our expense, it was our mistake after all). The breakfast is standard buffet style and the hot dishes varied each day. One of the days I didn't get any scrambled eggs and it wasn't refilled by the time we had to leave, but other than that I was satisfied. The hotel was also very quiet, which is a huge plus for me. The doors are nice and heavy, so people sleeping in the bedroom couldn't hear the TV right on the other side of the wall in our suite. The only time I heard someone in another room was when someone was stomping around above our room late one night. The proximity to the Toy Story parking lot for free rides into the park was nice, but on days when we were too tired or needed to be at the park really early, we paid $10 a trip for the five of us to be driven to the park by the company that the hotel uses. I would totally stay here again without hesitation!

Suites are 2 rooms with a full kitchen. Stocked with cooking utensils and a small coffee maker. Breakfast with different options each day. Plan on a very busy breakfast room, full of families going to Disneyland. Evening reception is not just cocktail snacks. There were soups, salads, cheese cubes, crackers, veggies. More than enough for dinner if you don't want to spend money dining out. Disney parking lot with a free shuttle is behind the hotel. Walk a block. Would definitely come back.

For what it is, this place is excellent. A bit of a walk to The House of Mouse, but the free breakfast and dinner with drinks during the week made it amazing. Arcade for the kids (old school ninja turtles game was a huge hit) and pool/hot tub/kids pool along with a laundry room make this a repeat for any Disneyland returns. Nice Job Homewood Anaheim.

Stayed here on a trip to Disneyland. The rooms are nice. If you are a family choose a suite so you don't feel so couped up. Decent breakfast with decent options. The only thing I would ding them for is a late check in time at 4pm.

I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were great, the pool was awesome and the food very good. The best part, you can leave a list of grocery items and the hotel will go shopping for you. This makes it an ideal place to stay with your family for a Disneyland vacation.

Very good hotel near the Disney parks. What makes this hotel shine is the great staff: they consistently went above and beyond to provide a great experience for me and my family. Everything was clean. The pool is surprisingly large. The included breakfast (every day) was consistently o. K. To good (more fruit / fruit options would have are it better), and the light dinner / happy hour (available Monday through Thursday, 5pm to 7pm) was surprisingly good on the one evening we participated, especially in the variety and quality of beer and wines offered. The parks are a 20 to 30 minute walk away, but since the "Toy Story" parking lot is right next door (5 to 7 minute walk), it is also possible to get a shuttle from there.

First time staying here, I loved everything! The service is great, we enjoyed complementary breakfast and dinner, very complete meals, you can even enjoy wine and beer, everything was impeccable. We loved the pool area, they have grills and a very nice fire pit. It was nice to relax in the spa after two days of walking at the parks. They also have a little mini golf and a basketball court, I didn't get to use it but the gym looks really nice too. I'm definitely coming back.

Great staff. This is our second visit and would come back again. We stay here when we want to stay overnight for Disneyland. Disneyland is a 15 minute walk or you can walk next door to the toy story parking lot and take the shuttle over. The suites are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included in the mornings with a good variety of food. Food quality is just ok. Parking is $18/night.

Very good experience. Helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and updated facilities. Nice room accomodations. Better than average continental breakfast and evening food & drinks. Only negatives were a cool hot tub and thermostat in the room was finicky.

This is an absolutely brilliant place to stay. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are friendly and almost feel like family. The complimentary breakfast and evening social is an extra special touch. The suites are comfortable and have everything you need plus more. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Anaheim.

We had a room with a kitchen, living room and 2 queen beds. It was fantastic. They provide breakfast everyday and dinner Tuesday — Thursday. I called down to the front desk for some better pillows and they were very prompt in bringing me some pillows and another blanket. The pool is great, service even better. We come and stay here when we go to Disneyland.

Just got back from a 4 night stay in one of the family suites. The rooms were nice and quiet considering the amount of children running around. This is a great place to stay if you are going to Disneyland. It's a short walk to the toy story parking lot next door, where you can catch a free shuttle to the parks. The breakfast buffet was decent. If you have younger kids like me they will love the bunk beds. There are plenty of options for eating within walking distance of the hotel or you can even catch the Disney shuttles to downtown Disney to eat at one of the restaurants there. My only complaint would be the beds themselves, but it's more of a personal preference, the beds were firm and I prefer a softer bed. Overall though it's a great place to stay.

BEST HOTEL EVER! Every single staff member is happy and genuinely wants to help, from the front desk to our housekeeper Angela. We are staying for a week and so far amazing. We are close to the Toy Story parking for free shuttle anytime to Disney, free breakfast and light dinner (gyros last night) and free cookies after dinner. They also show a little movie in the pool area at 7 every night. Rooms are huge and kept super clean. Love this hotel. :)

My daughter was verbally assaulted by someone sneaking into the side doors if the hotel and using their restrooms to straighten their hair and do their makeup. She began verbally berating my daughter who wanted to wash her hands. Awful start of our first morning to Disney with a crying daughter and nearly a fight in the bathroom. Busy breakfasts, but staff is efficient. Rooms were sufficient. Security needs to be better to keep transients out.

We stayed here for our Disneyland vacation. Excellent service, nice rooms. Breakfast buffet every morning made getting up and to the park super easy. Swimming pool was put to good use by both the kids and parents. A very nice place to stay.

This hotel is definitely a home away from home. The rooms are very clean, the staff is exceptional, and the amenities are awesome. The free breakfast is great especially for kids and the dinner and happy hour saves you so much money. They have an arcade for kids and show movies as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome place to stay. Modern, clean with a great gym, pool and patio area. The free breakfast and evening snack/meal was delicious. Its close to Disneyland. They sell "Twilight" tickets (entry after 4pm) at the front desk so we visited Disneyland later in the day when it got cooler and saved some bucks. We just walked one block to the Disney parking and hopped onto the shuttle. It was super convenient. Our family was there to attend Vidcon at the Anaheim Convention Center and that was a short walk from the hotel but was way cheaper than the hotels that surrounding the convention center. As with any hotels, be aware of all the tourist taxes, resort and parking fees that can inflate the final cost. I would definitely stay here next year when we return to Anaheim.

We stated here for out family trip to Disneyland. Nice rooms, good breakfast, and the free evening social is a really nice perk. The location is a little far for young kids to walk, but there are shuttle options. The pool area is great for kids of all ages.

The hotel is clean and very well kept. The staff was super friendly despite the mass volume of people. This is a family hotel catering to the Disney parks so understand there are legions of kids everywhere. The hotel has complimentary dinners during the week and free breakfast every morning. The dinners are "light" meaning soups and salads so have a plan B. The downside of this location is the parking. The lot is big enough but the parking stalls are incredibly narrow.

The service was excellent, we needed two cribs for our twins and they brought them quickly. Our older kids loved getting to sleep on a bunk bed. The breakfast the next day was to notch as well.

Superb For Disneyland. Rooms are clean and spacious and highly recommend the one bedroom suites. Hotel is next door to the Toy Story parking lot and after a short walk you can catch a Disney shuttle straight from the parking lot. Breakfast is more than decent and is included in the price as is simple dinners from Mondays to Thursdays. Kids give the thumbs up on the pool. We had a top floor room overlooking Disneyland. The photo shows the fireworks as seen from the room and you can also see the nearby Disney parking. No hesitation in recommending this hotel to Disneyland visitors.

We love this place. Reasonable rates, free buffet breakfast, evening social with free snacks and beer wine and soda. They play movies on a projector screen at night by the pool. Other fun things are a mini put put golf, basketball court and arcade. The ART shuttle picks up close by for transportation to/from the Disney Resort. The two rooms suites with Kitchens are roomy got families and the bunk beds were a great addition for a big family like ours. Don't forget to get warm cookies from the front desk at night!

Excellent customer service. Our first room (221), had a weird vibration/shake to it. The lamp on the desk would rattle a bit and you could feel it on the bed. They were very accommodating and got us a different room. The free evening meal and drinks was nice. The food was not enough for a full meal, but made a nice snack. The highlights were the warm chocolate chip cookies and milk. The free beer and wine was also a plus. The location near the Toy Story parking lot made it easy to catch a shuttle to Disneyland or it was only a 20 minute walk.

The location is great, just across from the convention center. I was here on business and it was nice to not have to walk across any roads to get to the center. The FedEx office in the hotel is useful. The breakfast is fantastic, there is a custom omelette bar. Many options for pastries and hot food. The grounds around the hotel are nice with a cool fountain. A short walk to Downtown Disney and Disneyland. Overall a great experience.

No complaints beautiful room neautrogena toiletries so much for the kids (kid pool, arcade, mini golf, basketball court, shooting water) breakfast included and dinner on weekdays with free beer and wine convenient location! Laundry room, full kitchen! Will stay here again.

Very close to Disneyland. I stayed here on a business trip in March 2017. It has restaurants and a Starbucks. Parking is either valet or self park with a price of course. Finding your hotel room can be a hassle as the numbers are organized differently than most hotels. Every day during my week stay at least one person would ask me directions to their room. The room was very clean and had plenty of space, with a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. The bed was a bit on the soft side but not the worst I've slept on, and the water pipes in the bathroom constantly made a lot of noise. The hot water also pulses a lot from hot to cold during a shower. Though you could not hear it in the room when the bathroom door was shut. This hotel is close to Disneyland so there is always a lot of families frequenting this hotel and area. Every employee was kind and helpful. I would stay here again.

This hotel is fantastic. The staff is wonderful and friendly, and the accommodation a spectacular. We ate breakfast in the on site restaurant and I have to say it is probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. Everything was fresh and very good. The hotel and rooms are very modern and chic. Everything is clean and very beautiful. Mayra one of the hostesses at the restaurant was extremely helpful. I needed Mike for my son and she was more than happy to help me! if I had one complaint it would be that the beds are a little hard.

The staff is very nice and helpful! Michelle checked us in and was absolutely awesome! I knew we picked the right hotel after checking in with her. She helped us on our upgraded room, got us checked in early, and engaged with small talk while checking us in to make the process more enjoyable. The wait staff at the place are quick and happy. The pool and hot tubs are great. It was an easy walk to Disneyland as well. Great hotel!

I am enjoying my stay here at the hotel. The staff is great and the location is not to far from Disneyland. I do think they need to update the rooms and the hallways. There is crack ceiling outside my room and the tub is older and has a yellow hue due to age and some of the paint is chipping off fixtures. It is not too bad but it can be better.

Second stay here. Perfect for families going to Disneyland, just a short walk to the free shuttle at the Toy Story Lot. Get a higher level room with an odd number and you are facing the park with a front row view of the fireworks. This time we did a bunk bed room and it was perfect for the kids. Breakfast was diverse and well made. Coffee is consistently good. Didn't partake in the evening reception this time. Benjamin at the front desk was amazing.

Honestly: For the price there are better hotels. The staff was consistently rude and bored or stressed. Family-friendly I don't laugh. Conference Gastfreundlich, yes. But if you are limping with prams, 2 suitcases and 2 handbags through the lobby and no one helps, then this is not family friendly. Breakfast overpriced, as was the inhouse Starbucks. Bathrooms. Room otherwise big and okay.

Very large hotel, with high prices in all areas. Room clean and spacious (also the standard rooms). Next to a restaurant and bar there is a small foodcourt with Sbarro, barbecue, etc.
