We just spent a week here and enjoyed our stay. Not the most luxurious, but quiet and with all the amenities we needed.

Spacious suites, thoughtful front desk staff, great full hot breakfast.

Nice and clean. Good value. Walking distance to Disney. Clean good equipped gym. Clean pool. Just what you need. Thank you to reception and the cleaning staff for finding our daughter’s small cuddly toy that ended up in the laundry too!

This is our favorite place to stay when we are Disneyland bound. Convenient location and very friendly staff. I recommend this for your next stay.

Great clean and affordable hotel. We had a junior suite that had a door to close off the bunk beds for the kids and pull out couch from the double bed. I didn't like that the fan turned on with the light for the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious with healthy options. The coffee was not great but that's why there is Starbucks (which is just down the street). Only a mile walk (20 min including the stops for the crosswalks). My kids walked to and from Disneyland everyday no problems, sometimes twice. I would here stay again. They also have free printing and faxing services.

The Best Western Plus Raffles, Anaheim, Ca was a great family experience for the 5 of us. Close to convention center which one family member needed and with a shuttle pass work great for the rest of us to visit Disneyland and local shopping. The accommodations were perfect with a two room suite to fit our family needs. Buffet breakfast was awesome and got our day started off right. The housekeeping staff was great to keep us supplied with clean towels, front desk helpful with Disney tickets and local information, and gym and pool were great. Our family had an awesome Disney experience and the Best Western Plus Raffles helped make it all possible.

Traveled with a youth basketball team! Our overall experience with the hotel, its staff and amenities was excellent! Rooms were spacious and clean. Great location. Some minor traffic from some construction on surrounding streets and of course Disneyland being a mile away! Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing hotel, great price with a lot of amenities. We stayed here for 5 nights and were impressed from check-in to check-out. The staff were very customer oriented, knowledgeable and polite. The common areas and room were very clean everyday. The free breakfast was a plus with hot food options that the staff continued to refill. The pool area was clean and well placed on the property. This hotel has a great view for the Disneyland firework show in the evening. You stay also includes free valet parking so this is one less thing to worry about when coming back from the park in the evenings. Keep up the good work.

This is a wonderful hotel! Close to Disneyland (there's a shuttle stop right outside the door if you don't want to walk). The rooms are clean, great size and the hotel staff was so friendly! This was our second trip to this hotel. Last year we stayed in the two room suite and were so impressed that we came back again this year and stayed in the double queen (as we didn't need as much room). The shower pressure is excellent, the rooms are really clean, nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable. There's a good size fridge in the room along with a microwave and blow dryer and good sized closet. The price is crazy good compared to other hotels on the same block. There is a nice pool and hot tub that also has a bathroom right next to it. Everyone was so friendly and kind. We will definitely be back next year as we travel to California every summer.

I would give them a 4 had they not charged $15 a night for parking. I also had to purchase a extra night because a mistake was made on the dates I purchased at a third party sight. I was told that the property was at discretion at being flexible for the change but they wouldn't. Lost a night fully paid because they wouldn't shift my reservation one night earlier. I'll be staying somewhere else next year. Lost a repeated customer for past three years.

Nice place, close to Angels stadium and Disneyland.

Really nice, clean modern hotel. We really liked the space and privacy of the 2 room suite. Staff was super nice and friendly. Really convenient location, easy walk to House of Blues and dining options for us. The noise level we experienced was insane. Walls seemed paper thin, floor above us creaked non stop and conversations from rooms above and next to us were easily heard. Kids running, yelling everywhere in the morning … if you have an adult night out be prepared with earplugs if you want any sleep. The house keeping crew gets going early, but their carts make an awful racket " clack clack clack" on the tiled walkway… again, if you are trying to sleep at 7 am it's annoying… pneumatic wheels on their carts would fix that. Overall a very nice place to stay, but probably more appropriate for families or people who don't sleep before midnight or after 630 am.

Nothing fancy, but nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a black out in the city one night and the hotel kept us updated and gave out free flashlights. When we arrived there were free waters, fruit basket and cookies in our room. Breakfast had a great variety of food. About a mile from Disneyland which was easily walked, but it was very close to a Disneyland shuttle drop off as well. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm at Disneyland!

I stayed at this hotel back when I visited the Disneyland resort in October 2017. This hotel can be a walking distance but it will take you a little longer to get to Disneyland because it's almost at the end of the boulevard. They do provided bus passes for a fee but if you book through Disneyland the bus passes will come included for you length of stay. The staff is wonderful and their manager "Maria" (I think that is her name) is a sweetheart. The rooms are really clean bit outdated but hey for the price we paid well worth it. They include hot breakfast in the morning which was a plus for us!. We were really close to the laundry and stairs which was also a plus for us because I did laundry the day before leaving and not having to worry about dirty clothes when I come back from vacation is a must! I recommend this hotel 100%!

Great location, walkable to Disneyland. Clean other than carpet — our feet were black after walking on the carpet for only a few minutes. It grossed me out to let my baby crawl because his knees and toes would be filthy. Breakfast was decent, although in my week-long stay nothing changed, not even the hot items. Overall decent, and nice because it had a large enough room to fit us and our 5 kids.

Stayed here for our vacation to Disneyland. Right when we got in the room, the room had a bad smell and was so hot. Stayed here for 2 nights and my kids couldn't sleep with all the noise, we kept hearing hammering noise and the noise from up stairs breakfast area. It was horrible, also tile from bathroom floor was dirty. Did not enjoy our stay at all. Definetly do not recommend.

Great kid suites. Breakfast is nice. Walked to toy story lot and rode shuttle in. Walked back at night. Kinda far but doable. People are very inconsiderate and come back from the parks talking very loud. Its easy to hear people talking from the balcony. Bring ear plugs or turn the constant fan on the ac unit to help a little with the noise. It seems to be easy to hear people even who are not right outside your door.

We stayed here on a recent trip to Disneyland. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the park. Staff was friendly and courteous. The room was a little crowded but it was clean. The only problem we had was that the staff were moving furniture from one room to another using the luggage carts. It sounded like someone was running on the walkway right out front of our room. It was a little annoying but it was a easier way for them to do their job. All in all, it was a very nice place to stay.

We were extremely happy with our stay at the Best Western Raffles Inn and Suites. The staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was amazing! And the coffee delicious! I really appreciated the apples and oranges in the main lobby available for guests — as well as the coffee. The rooms were incredibly clean. We departed early in the morning from the hotel. Prior to normal breakfast hours and were able to "grab and go" which included bottle of water, Apple and granola bar. The pool and hot tub was a highlight as well. I highly recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our stay! We have a large family and normally need 2 rooms. But this hotel had bunk beds and a sofa bed with 2 queens made it very convenient for our families needs. Staff was very friendly and beds are soft.

If you are looking for a great hotel for groups this is it! We have been going to a competition at Anaheim convention center and stay here! Close to Disney, convention center and food. The staff is amazing. So easy to book, great prices and amazing rooms! Great for big families as well.

The Hotel is walking distance from Disneyland. My family had a great time at Disneyland as well as being comfortable in the room. They enjoyed the bunked beds as well as the TV in the room. The one thing I would caution is that there is a smoking area right by the lobby so when you are walking to your room be aware that you might be walking into a puff of cigarette smoke. Also if you park your car by the stairs by the lobby you may have cigarette smell in your car in the morning, so be aware of the designated smoking area.

We stayed in a family suite. The cost was definitely affordable, and we basically had 2 rooms. I loved how clean it was. We had 2 bathrooms, our cleaning lady was such a cute sweet lady, she left the girls bows on their stuffed animals with a towel shaped like a heart, and cleaned around all our mess and straightened our room up. The breakfast was great. It is definitely an older hotel, but they have kept it up so nice, I prefer this hotel over the last newer one I stayed in on my last disney trip!

The staff was very helpful Large parking and nice pool made available to guests. The breakfast is not of great quality but very varied. Very convenient for the convention center and for Disneyland.

Great hotel for Disney trip. Breakfast was a great start to the day and I really enjoyed the variety. Room was great for a Disney trip. It was clean and had more room then expected. You can tell the hotel is taken care of. The staff were really nice and helpful. Very good trip and I will stay here again.

I stayed for the MDM show the hotel is good for what it costs. The rooms are ok with Refri and Micro but it smells old. They should change the carpets but in general terms good choice for the price-

Raffles Best Western Anaheim has been our home away from home for the last 4 years during the annual music trade show. The staff is outstanding, always eager to make us feel welcome and at home. We see staff members there year after year which says alot about the management and long term employees. It is wonderful to see the same faces and recognition year after year. The property is clean and comfortable. The fresh citrus water in the lobby is so appreciated and the warm fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the lobby each afternoon is such a great treat! Would absolutely recommend!

Overall we enjoyed the hotel and would come back. The breakfast was decent, not a ton of options but serves its purpose. You could create more things with some cheese and salsa. But that’s a minimal complaint. Our housekeepers were amazing and I loved how they always had an attendant at the entrance of the hotel. If you are on the bottom floors you can definitely hear the people above you quite a bit. But we were always up early for Disneyland anyways. We had some issues with people sinking beer bottles in the pool and when we called they were apologetic and willing to help. No major complaints. We had the kids suite and it fit our family of 6 well.

It is close enough that you can easily walk to Disneyland. The employees are very nice and the breakfast is good. The rooms themselves are okay. Kinda outdated but not bad. The bathroom ceiling though was very short. I'm 5'4 and can easily touch the ceiling. So probably not the best if you're tall.

We took 19 people to Disneyland and stayed here for 6 days. It’s a basic motel that fit the bill. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was adequate for our family of 7. And the microwave and refrigerator allowed me to do what I needed as far as prepping food for the park each day. There was plenty of parking, a nice little pool and fresh water and oranges available in the lobby. Because everyone staying at this hotel is going to Disneyland, there is a real noisy time in the morning and then late in the evening when Disneyland closes as people prepare to leave and return. Also the floor above us had children running and jumping late into the night. But, that is the nature of this family hotel. For the price it did the job admirably. As an added bonus we could see the fireworks of Disneyland perfectly from the second story balcony. The breakfast was large and substantial with tons of choices which was great for our family. And there is a bus stop right outside the hotel to ride the bus to Disneyland. We’ve stayed here twice and I’d do it again.

Very satisfied with this hotel. From friendly and accommodating staff, to cleanliness of the rooms. Breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts we have had. We requested a crib and extra towels and they called it in and by the time we walked to our room a hotel staff member was already inside dropping our items off. Very pleased, will return.

Very good choice, with breakfast included, close to the Toyota story parking area to go to Disney. Recommended.

Great family motel. Clean. Pleasantly surprised that our suite had TWO full bathrooms. Breakfast was really nice. Fitness center was great as well. I would recommend this motel to any family. It was a 20 minute walk from Disney but the bus passes are also a good price.

My family was very pleased with this Best Western. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive in customer service from the friendly staff and the accommodations. The included continental breakfast is one of the best I’ve experienced (with the sole exception of the coffee, which needs improvement). The staff were friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The grounds are clean and the pool area is nice in the afternoon due to the shade the building provides. We liked the separation that the “bunk bed suite, ” provided from the kids after a long day inside the park. We had a car and dining was all within a very short drive. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance as well. The hotel is close enough to the Toy Story lot to walk and take that shuttle to Disneyland, or a short Uber, or an all day bus pass (the stop is out front of the hotel) is less than $6. I would stay here again.

Hands down one of the best places to stay at Disneyland. Prices are very reasonable. Very accommodating staff and rooms were clean and updated. Shawn was the epitome of customer services making sure our trip was everything we expected. Will definitely be back and will never stay anywhere but here!

Very affordable and clean! Walking distance from Disneyland! Great for family trips! Plus you get complimentary breakfast in the morning! As an anual pass holder we have stayed at this hotel for the past three years! We have never had a single complain!

The pool area is great and it's nice that they provide towels for you. Beds are not the most comfortable but that was only a problem the first night. On my second night, after walking around Disney, I went straight to sleep and slept through the night. I liked that there were 2 A. C. Units and that it is separated by a door between the rooms. Breakfast had a good selection. Everything I tried was good except the eggs. Overall a good stay.

It was very clean and very close to the Toy Story Parking Lot so getting to the park was very easy. The rooms were nice and the suit was perfect. It also had a very good contental breakfast. (It does fill up quickly). There is a elevator to get to the higher floors.

Room was good for price and location. The bunk beds and room area for children was awesome, loved the TV being mounted on the wall in kids room. Parking was tight get there early and utilize shuttle or walk to Disneyland to prevent loss of parking. They charge a $20 deposit and $15 a night for parking.

Let's be clear this is a Best Western. The room was clean. The breakfast was really good. Let me say this about the breakfast, the food was fresh and nothing tasted stale or old. The breakfast room in the morning is packed. So either arrive early or expect to fight for a seat and wait in line. The rooms were decent, but this isn't a fancy hotel, so don't expect some amazing bed and sheets. The bathrooms are bigger than expected, but again are just ok. Overall, a great price for what you get.

Couldn't fault the place, exceptionally friendly staff and service was top notch. Beds were comfortable and cleaners did a fantastic job. Breakfast had something for everyone and plenty of it. Close to Disneyland if you wanted to walk (15 minutes) or a bus outside hotel that was very cheap, in fact, sometimes the bus driver didn't even charge us. Very happy with Best Western!

Great experience! Hands down, the staff at this location were AMAZING! We have stayed at Disneyland resorts in the past and their staff was good, but the folks here were by far the best that I have ever experienced at ANY hotel/motel! Thanks for making it so easy and such a pleasure!

We had a great experience staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The morning breakfast was great! The Disney shuttle picked us up right in front of hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Horrible hotel. We stayed here on a Saturday night and the people next to us were having a party with loud music. It took 3 phones calls to the front desk at 1 am to finally get the noise down. Interesting considering they love to point out "here at the beautiful Disneyland resort". I asked to speak to a manager and of course they didn't have one until the morning. When I checked out there were people changing an infant in the lobby. By this time I was so fed up I just checked out and left. All in all, I do not recommend this hotel due to its lack of customer service.

We stayed here in March and the staff seemed to go out of their way to treat us like we were there only guests although the hotel was packed. Breakfast people did a great job keeping it stocked with all of the people that were eating. Great location and quiet. All around my favorite hotel so far for our yearly vacation. Iwish we would have found it years ago.

Five of us stayed here in a kids suite. 2 bedrooms, one bath. King bed, bunk beds and fold out couch. The AC was not great in room for kids but office brought us a fan. We really liked the place. Free breakfast, pool and shuttle to Disney right out front. Reasonable rates. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

This was a fantastic place to stay! I would highly recommend the Best Western Raffles Inn and Suites — especially if you have a large family. We have 6 kids and this held our family perfectly! The hotel staff were nothing but friendly and helpful. Every question we had was answered and helped us out in everything we needed. It was a great location as well — you can take the bus to Disneyland or hop on the freeway easily with avoiding the Disneyland traffic. The complimentary breakfast had a huge variety and always presented nicely (with the exception of the coffee — but the in room coffee is much better). We will definitely return here on our next stay!

We love it here! It's our go-to for Disneyland and Wondercon vacations. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are nice and spacious. Breakfast is hot and plenty of options but do wish they had more vegan options. Yes there's a fee for parking, oh no! Again we love this place.

I booked a room through booking in January for a trip in July. The next day things changes. I've requested multiple times to have my reservations cancelled and have been told they will charge me a penalty fee of $850 the cost of my total stay. I am contacting an attorney Monday to see what legal action I can take. There wasn't a grace period or any compromise. I am sure they have someone staying in those rooms the same time so are virtually making double the money. Don't ever do business with best western or booking dot com. I spelled that out because they won't let the link in the review.

Only real issue was the 15 dollars per car was charged. We had two cars so an extra 30 dollars a a night. Don't see any reason for the charge.

Just checked in… The room is clean and doesn't smell bad. Hardwood floors, bunk beds and a sofa bed… Heck of room for the price… The wall paper is bubbling in some areas. Some flaws here and there but thing major.

I have stayed in 5 star hotels that could take a lesson from this place. Excellent! No question in my mind you could take a white glove to those rooms AND THE PARKING LOT! Updated, good quality beds. Exceptional furnishings. Great breakfast! GREAT STAFF. Stayed at a 5 star and then here and it was a bit above the other hotel in provisions and a whole other planet in climate and friendliness. Will stay here every time from now on!

If I could, I would live in the Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suitesl. I love the Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites. Each one is different from the other and they are so trendy. They also have the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. You can actually buy their mattress and featherbeds online. They are on the pricey side, but well worth it.

Pros=stood in Suite, very nice and clean, spacious. Guest service "Andrew" gave us awesome service. Con= was close to the maid services. So it was very loud in the morning to the point that it woke up my family. Parking was extremely tight.

Comfortable, clean, good price, close to disney,. (like 2km) we were going to walk. Passing routes of trucks in front of the hotel, so if you do not want to walk that is another option. Included Breakfast, very simple, but full seeing with the eyes to provide what is necessary for the body to start the day.

19 members of my family and I stayed at this Best Western last week. I was very impressed with the Best Western, the staff and the facilities. Susy and the rest of the staff went above and beyond in accommodating our needs. The rooms were nice, most importantly clean and were made up for us everyday. We did not have this experience at another equally priced hotel in the area last year. Having breakfast available was a perk. I would not hesitate to stay at this facility again and would recommend to any of our friends going to Anaheim.

The location was great getting to and from Disneyland. The room was great. Bed was comfortable. So many comfy pillows! Microwave and fridge was a huge plus. Complimentary breakfast was better than expected. My son loved having his own big bed and can't wait to come back!

I spent a lot of time searching for a hotel and finding something to accommodate my families size was not easy. This motel was great. The price was excellent. The rooms were clean. The refrigerator was a great size. There was a lot of storage room. Our 5 kids fit comfortably in the suite. I loved that their were two bathrooms and vanity sinks. The staff was on top of things. There was an exercise room. We walked to the toy story parking lot everyday and it didn't bother us. It wasn't far and it was a free ride to the parks. We walked to the garden walk twice to eat. Walmart was 3 miles away and we got our food there and barely went out to eat. There is a hot breakfast and considering the price etc. It was great. The kids enjoyed it. The only complaint is the crappy parking they make you pay for. Our upstairs neighbors were a tad noisey — not enough insulation. And the room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon. But I get there are a lot of rooms to clean. We came back to a flood in our bathroom and we get that stuff happens. They discounted our room for the day. Washed all our clothes that got wet and cleaned it up fast. I would recommend this place to anyone. You are only here sleeping so why pay a ton of money for a room? This one was clean and comfy and roomy and we loved the location. It was perfect! And the staff was A++++!
