Lovely hotel in the Monti area of Rome, perfect location with easy access to metro and Colosseum. Our room was renovated recently and very comfy. Friendly staff too. Breakfast can be better as the options for vegetarians was limited.

Very well located hotel, in a neighborhood with lots of life, with very good attention at reception and breakfast very well, and lots of privacy.
The bad (as in most of Europe) rooms a little small (but correct), but it was nicely furnished, clean and renovated a short time ago.
In short. A hotel to go or to repeat without any doubt.

URGENT***Be aware most of the reviews are fake. To start you don't get what you pay for. I checked in and they gave me a room in the building next door. After one hour of me saying that I'm not going to stay with my family in the other building. They told me if I payed a extra fee they would give me a room on the actual hotel I already payed for. After 2 hours in my room the ac did not cool. It was late so I did not complain … but at 2 am the front desk called my room saying he made a mistake and I could not stay in my room the next day. Because someone else reserved it. It was so late I did not really understand. In the morning the day after nobody said anything. So I left with my family, wife a 6 year old and a 2 year old. After a very long day. Returning to the hotel at 11pm the hotel moved all my belongings without my consent to a room in the next door building. After having to spend 1 hour checking my belongings. 250 was missing. But I'm not 100% sure it was them and because it's so late and my baby is sleeping decided not to call the police… DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL… IF YOU CAN EVEN CALL THIS A HOTEL.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to any one who visits Rome. The service is amazing, room was clean and breakfast was diverse enough. Location is perfect, walking distance from the Colosseo. Many cool bars and coffee places in an amicable neighborhood.

Very central at two steps from the Colosseum yet quiet and quiet. The rooms are small yet comfortable and comfortable. The one occupied by me also had a delightful little terrace between the roofs of Rome. Very close to Metro station Perfect for those who like me must run the marathon in Rome because strategically close to the departure/arrivo.

Amazing hotel clean and beautiful inside. All the staff were amazingly helpful giving us great advice on our short trip. And the beds are some of the most comfortable ones I have ever slept on in Italy!

Very nice hotel located in a nice part in Rome. The hotel itself is in the small side which makes it more personable. The staff are all very nice. Immediately outside are good food options and shops. It's also located 19 minutes from the Colosseum. Our room was a bit on the small side which made it a bit cramped at times. Breakfast was nice but the bacon was so salty and eggs could have been better.

The staff is at the top and very nice, the rooms are clean but lack soundproofing, the shower room is a little small (difficult to get out of the shower because of the WC) but we are still good.

Hotel with very charming, furnished with care, perfectly positioned to visit the ancient Rome. The Colosseum and San Pietro in constraints are at two steps and the Metro is less than 100 meters from the hotel. Furnished with care, courteous and professional staff, with a great breakfast both in terms of quality and for the wide choice.

A strategic place considering its location, less than 5 minutes from the Colosseum (on foot) and one from the subway. It is yes downtown but in a street off the bedlam of the main road generally crowded at any time. Rooms not very big (euphemism) but enough and advance for support (sleep and wash), well treated and with good bathrooms. To avoid like the plague breakfast, very little rich and quality certainly not excelled, better go out and get it at the bar.

I was in this hotel last week and got a dark and dirty room with a lot of noise at night. The attention was not good. A bad experience.

The staff was very accommodating and their English was great. During check in they had maps and great advice, and were able to answer all questions about the hotel and city during my stay.

Rooms are small (as expected) but very clean and neat. EXCELLENT breakfast, huge variety of options, hot and cold. The location couldn't be better. Easy walking distance from Metro station, Forum, Colosseum, Markets of Trajan and more. Modern bathrooms with good water pressure and very effective air conditioning, Would recommend this place to anyone!

Wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon in Rome 2006. Great place, in a safe neighborhood. 5 minute walk to the Colosium. Metro station across the street to take you to other sites and the main termini. Helpful front desk that printed train schedules to Firenze for us. In spite of what some say about an included breakfast with a hotel; it's a huge timesaver to get the most out of your day. The breakfast is very nice considering the reasonable cost of the hotel.

This is one of our favourite hotels. The hotel has a great boutique feel and is in the heart of Rome. It's less than 5 minutes to the Colosseum. The staff are excellent and are always willing to lend a helping hand. It's also very close to Termini station.

Great location with amazing staff. Just steps from the colosseum and many great restaurants and shops in walking distance, this is definitely a great place to stay well in Rome. The room is clean and the staff is incredibly helpful. If I had one complain it would be that the bathroom is a little tight.

Stayed in couple for 3 days. Excellent Reception, the staff speak French well — the room is nice and tastefully decorated — rich breakfast — the hotel is located close to a subway and in a small neighbourhood street with small shops nearby and behind a small square Very friendly with restaurant. We will return.

Very nice hotel in one of the best spots in the city, you are within walking distance of the Colloseum, so thats good. The rooms are small, but that is a common thing in this area. However it looks very nice, and at night you'll find tuns of nice pllaces in the area to have a bite or some icecream or just a few drinks. Just too bad that it does not have a nice terrace.

Fantastic location, the hotel is nice, but has some strange facts: — no cattle for hot water in the room, you can also not get one, even if you ask for it. — during breakfast they offer INSTANT coffee! OK, you get proper coffee when you ask, but remember this hotel is in Italy! — some rooms are really tiny.

Great hotel 5 minutes from The Colosseum. The single room is a bit small with a small TV. But other than that the service is excellent as well as the breakfast.

We were here in the Easter from the 24 to the 28 March. The location is very nice and one of the best in Rome. The rooms are small but clean and modern. Wifi works very good and with good speed. The elevator is too small for a baby stroller and the hallway is very narrow so we had problems with getting it to the room. The breakfast is okay but I would not recommend it. It is better to go out and eat and there is lots of good places nearby where you can get a good breakfast. We had to change room during our stay because of a mistake in the booking and no complimentary was given.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights, staff attitude was very poor, breakfast very good. We were ten minutes late for breakfast, you won't get any breakfast. They apologized the next day breakfast sent up to the room for us, but the breakfast was very bad. Hotel is not clean. Do not recommend.

What great service. This was a great place to stay room was small but the service more than made up for. Only thing I went to the room for was to sleep. The complementary breakfast every morning was great, fresh fruits, eggs, bacon, hams, breads, pastries, freshly squeezed orange and apple juice. Milk. This place is well worth it.
