Hotel on two floors in a building next to the confluence of via Cavour in the avenue of the Fori. Concierge on the first floor, most of the rooms on the third.
The location is not bad for tourist purposes: practically on the holes, at 500 mt from the Colosseum and almost the same from Piazza Venezia, almost equidistant from Metro B "Cavour" and "Colosseo" and, in the end, 25min walk from Termini station.
That said the Hotel is old in all its parts; The cramped rooms with a distinct smell of dusty and old that from a first impression of not clean, then corrected once you fit. Equipped with flat TV and minibar, equipped bathroom (old one too).
Breakfast is nothing short of miserable, and is served only from 8.
The staff are friendly and try to meet the needs of the customers as much as possible.
The real problem is the price (we paid over €140 a single) which makes the whole thing out of proportion and unfeasible.
Definitely not a hotel for business travellers.

Week end in Rome spent with my partner, all perfect, friendly and friendly staff, recommended to those looking for a hotel near the center of Rome. Average rooms, no faults to report.

The location is very good Room and bathroom too small. The water from the shower or scalding or freezing, no middle ways. Elevator not usable. Reception unattended. Dilapidated bed. Unfortunately the photos of the rooms that you can find on the various sites mislead, at those prices you will surely find better accommodations!

A 3 star hotel Close to coloseum and foro and a lot of Roman sights, all can be reaxh2d by a max 10 min walk. Friendly personnel, recommended!

Hotel was booked 4 months in advance and we choose it as it had one of the best prices near to old city. We enjoyed stay over there as it covered our expectations — light breakfast, good Wi-Fi, clean room, Air-condition which is very important during summer, polite staff, guest lounge (small reception where someone of staff was available from breakfast time till evening. Note that it's 10 room hotel based on 2nd and 3rd floor of bigger building, so it's different from usual hotels with 24/7 reception. Hotel location is perfect — few minute walk from Coliseum and it's metro station. P. S. It's a bit difficult to find entrance for first time — use a bell on right side of the the doors, staff then will welcome You on second floor.

This is not a hotel. First off it is an office building with multiple residence. There is no lobby or entrance to hotel on the street. The poor condition should be listed as a 1 or 2 star hotel.

A bit akward getting onto the hotel but I believe most of these Central hotels are like this. Service was excellent from all the staff we saw and the rooms were comfortable. Great location for seeing the forum and colloseum.

I booked Foro Romano for a birthday weekend trip with my wife and four-year-old kid. The hotel offered us an airport transfer, so I sent them my flight number and requested a taxi with a child seat. They confirmed that the taxi with a child seat will be waiting. When we arrived around midnight, the driver met us, took us all the way across the airport to the parking lot, and only then announced that he actually didn't bring the child seat, but we can just go without it. That is illegal in Italy, and that would be putting my child's life at risk. When I contacted the hotel, they told me "Your cheap flight arrived with a delay", so basically now it's my problem that the public transit is closed for the night, and I don't have a booster seat with me, having trusted the hotel's transfer promise. In the end we had to walk to the nearest hotel at 1am (with the kid, the bags and all), and pay 300€ for one night there. After that Foro Romano charged me for the full two nights (I never set foot in the place, obviously).

It was a fine hotel to stay in, but not exceptional. + Staff Location Room looked nice Value - Fourth floor and no elevator Breakfast so so Bed not super comfortable.

A few steps from Colosseum, fantastic holiday. Original design, lovely staff. Talented Roberto and Paola.

Hotel location, rooms of good workmanship, courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Highly recommended.

Time missed me to enjoy it as it should be.

Very nice the place very comfortable bed and excellent reception, no bar in this place but aside then sell pizza and is very good.

Very lovely, do recommend! Room and bathroom were large, functional. You can see the Forum from the front steps of the building. Within walking distance of the Colosseum and Forum, right in the center of all of the fun. My group and I saw the Pride 2013 parade, and the international Harley Davidson rally. Friendly, clean, safe.

Great place, super set, does not have an ad outside the building where, but it is a widely preferred place, all additional nearby which has excellent service. Thanks for the stay.
