Rooms are nice! Coffee was great! Breakfast is a grab and go, so was limited to muffins, cookies, and coffee. Room service was not provided for the length of my stay (3 nights). Other than that, the hotel is in a great location, with A LOT of food options nearby.

All the staff are very attentive and caring. I've been here for at least 6 months and I have not one complaint.

Staff was great good places to eat close to the freeway. Would definitely recommend.

Checked in on a Thursday night at 3:00 am after making reservations via the website an hour earlier and made it to the room pretty fast. There ended up being a discrepancy with the billing, but the manager was able to solve the problem quickly and even issued me a coupon for a free night for the Inconvenience. Overall, I thought it was a great experience. I would definitely stay with them the future.

Had to change rooms 3 times and the front desk clerk was not very happy to accommodate myself and my son. Reservation was for a queen bed only got a full. Didn't even get a receipt when I paid. Ad states all things that you get with the room, no toaster and the clerk only gave me dishes for one person. Such a let down. Here I thought this would be different from the ghetto motels, don't let the ad fool you. For as much money this place is they should have been eager to accommodate myself. And breakfast to go is just hot cocoa and coffee, that's it. What's up with that?

The location is not bad at all. It is a 15 min drive to Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. The rooms where clean when we got there and the room came with a small kitchen. The only thing that bugged me was that our room never got cleaned the few days that we stayed. My husband needed to go to the front desk the second day to ask for clean towels. The trash was never taken out and the beds weren't made either. Breakfast was just Coffee and granola bars. I never had an issue with customer service or with our room but I over heard a couple complaining something about booking a room that was non smoking and them getting a smoking room. The second person I heard complaining about was that she booked her room for one day more than what they were telling her.

Not as good as best western or confort inn Breakfast is called grab and go. Not a breakfast.

I rented this hotel for my mother and it was horrible! It was dirty, never cleaned the room, and breakfast were some muffins and coffee. She said it was the worst hotel she had been too.

Nice rooms. Quite place off away from the freeway and road noise. Rooms are clean and large area to kick back and relax. Great place for pet friendly hotel. Staff is friendly and easy going. I would stay here again at Extended Stay America.

Very busy with peole comig and going. If you want to be left out of site and left alone? This is a good choice to stay. Perfect for me. So I personally love this place!

Not recommended. Very little maintained, dirty and cigarette-scented in hallways and public areas. Very bad experience.

The room was messy. They didn’t change the bedsheets, there was hair on them. The only thing that was nice was the fridge. When we asked to speak to the manager he/she was no where to be found. I forgot to mention that they ran out of towels! When we asked for towels, they told us that they are all dirty. SMH! Who runs out of towels?

Great stay with the family. Very quiet and staffed with extremely polite employees. We will be returning for our future stays at this location… thanks for the wonderfully pleasant experience…

Not a good experience… room was dirty, mattress in bad condition. Someone had a fire in rear parking area. Fire hazard. Only had one set of towels for two people. Topping it off several cars broken into at night. Including mine. Lost my winter coat, suitcase with my clothes, several cds and first aid kit. Hotel didn't seem concerned. Not a good area.

Clean, great location. No cups, or coffee pot. Laundry facilities. Full mini kitchen. Overall a decent place to stay.

I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like 3 stars is way too generous for this place. There wasn't one specific thing that was REALLY bad about this place, but a bunch of little things that were off. We arrived at 9:30, after calling ahead to say that we would be arriving around that time, and the person at the front desk was not there and would not return until 10 due to a lunch break. We were then charged a pet fee of $25 (which in retrospect isn't a lot, but was not mention on the website). When given our key card, the front desk help wrote the wrong number. Then when we arrived at the right room it was just okay. The wall had scratches/holes in it. The ac unit hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. It was apparent this is an old hotel that had just had paint slapped on it and BARELY been kept up. The whole atmosphere was dingy and dirty. also there is no free breakfast. "Breakfast" was a muffin the size of a golfball and a granola bar. Overall, things were barely clean, falsely advertised, and the staff was less than welcoming. But hey at $150 you get what you pay for (which I assumed would have been a bit more).

My grandmother stayed here from Thursday to Saturday, first they told her all rooms were sold out (despite them obviously not) so we get to the room and the reclining chair doesn't work (and weirdly enough my grandma cannot sleep in beds so sleeps in her rocker at home) but since this didn't work properly she had a very hard time, we had also brought up to staff that my grandmother is handicapped and asked for an available handicap room because of the handicap toilets as my grandma was having trouble getting in and out, they told us they did not have handicap rooms but to check again in the morning, staff made us feel like we were rude for asking for drinking cups… Other than that the room was clean and nice but the chair, available rooms and staff made it sort of unpleasant.

Location is good for freeway access, next to Metrolink which is great! Service is poor rooms acceptable but could be better.

Nice service, great price and location.

Place is not the cleanest by a long shot. The sheets had stains and when I dropped an earring and it rolled under the bed, there was trash and even a dirty spoon under there. The worst part was when my husband forgot his camera charger and we called to see if it was found we were repeatedly given the run around, saying someone would call us back and they never did. Next time I rather pay a little more and save myself the headache.

Stay away of this company. They don't respect their customers. You can reserve what you want but they'll give something different without notice and won't try to work with you to get it fix. I won't comeback.

It was a great stay. Just too much nickel and dimeing on services of the hotel.

All you could smell was cigarettes and dogs. Filthy. It was dark in the room, the showerheads had lime, the curtains were motheaten. Cleaniliness: 1/10 amenities: 2/10 for the price: 3/10

Pretty decent hotel. Could use some modernizing and a better breakfast variety, buts not the worst I've stayed in at that price by a longshot.

Decent place for the price. Key card didn't work for the back door, but I also didn't try to fix the issue with the front desk so that may have been able to be resolved. The breakfast is muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal which is good but not enough to fill you up. There is only about 10 channels which most of them are news channels. There is no hair dryer in the room but can rent (for free) from the front desk. Overall it's alright and wouldn't mind staying here again.

This used to be one of my favorite places to stay when I travel to Orange County for work, however now they require you to fill out a long form for parking your vehicle on site. If you have patience then this is the place for you, however if you feel like you want more convenience there are plenty of other places nearby in the $100 per night range.

Stayed for 2 nights over the weekend. Rooms are ok. Nothing fancy. You got your basics — comfortable bed, clean bathroom with the addition of a kitchenette. Full size fridge and microwave is a bonus if you are staying for longer than a night or 2. There is a sink and small stove and the hotel provides kitchen items upon request. We did not utilize the kitchen for our short stay. Grab and go breakfast is also nice and provided with your stay. Wish there was more than one elevator. There are rooms that are really far away. Parking is convenient to entries around the perimeter and stairs are not steep and actually not difficult but if you have knee issues and are carrying heavy items (filled cooler, sleeping child, etc. ), The walk to the room can be a long one from the one elevator in the lobby.

Benji at the front desk was awesome. Got to the room and realized I forgot some of my pots and pans. I ask him for some and the romantic dinner for 2 went on.

Have stayed here a couple of times in my travels through SoCal. For the price it's not to bad. The rooms are good size and have everything you need. Rooms have always been clean and comfortable. Has washer and dryer in case you have to do laundry in a hurry. Overall not bad if you need a place to stay.

Stayed here with a friend that made the reservation. We'd been here before but this time was a lot better. The female manager is a lot better than the guy that was here about a month ago. He was rude and not attentive. The manger molly is nice and took care of what we needed. Andrew is also awesome he helped us when molly wasn't there. Thanks for the help!

Great hotel. Good location. Nice staff. They were dog friendly, but I brought a service dog. They were nice about it. They book up quickly, so try and get your room blocked quickly, especially if you need the ground floor for handicap access. Things I found odd: There was no coffee maker, plastic cups or other things. There was simply shampoo and soap available. This was fine, except I kind of needed a cup to drink water. Anyway, the kitchen was nice. We brought food. I just sometimes didn't have a water bottle with me. Full sized fridge and everything. I didn't use the stove. Great hot water. Good water pressure on second floor. Cozy sheets and everything. (If you have allergies, the pillows were plain stuffing, and not feathers. ) There's a nice patch of grass / lawn in front to walk your dog. Pretty clean hotel. Oh! The windows are double windows to avoid noise. So, make sure to close the external windows, and then the internal ones. ;)

Very cleaned with excellent care.

The room is spacious and was very clean. The staff are friendly and confident which is always reassuring when checking in anywhere. Very close to the train if you're here for business.

Upon arrival the hotel appeared to be in need of a lot of up keep. The carpets were very soiled and the elevators were filthy and the staff was always unavailable when needed. After being dissatisfied with the 1st room, with no hesitation I was placed in a room with new wooden floors that were very nice. But it didn't make me overlook the noisy neighbors in the hallway all hours of the night and the arguing outside my window late at night. Later after speaking with the manager, she explained that the hotel was short of staff and was slowly being renovated. She also apologized for the inconvenience I had experienced during my stay a was very accommodating there after. Maybe with better training and a full staff the hotel could be better. I will visit again later if the same manager is there to see what a wonderful job she's done with her newly trained staff and fully remodeled hotel.

Rooms were missing basic amenities such as missing an iron or ironing board, one bathroom sink was plugged up, one shower would not stop leaking, one fridge has a puddle of water at its feet. The hotel description stated that it had a pool and a gym — neither of which was true. The "grab-and-go" breakfast was oatmeal packets in the lobby. There were only two chairs in the lobby, one of which was damaged, resulting in a hard internal support that had to be sat danced around while you were sitting. While this hotel was extremely misrepresented online and the facilities left everything to be desired, the hotel staff was extremely friendly and as helpful as they could be. While I have no intention of staying here ever again, the staff we associated with was the one glimmer of light in this dreary hotel.

Staff was helpful. Room was clean and cool. Treated with respect. Nice facilities, will stay at an extended stay again.

Decent, clean room at a great price for the area. The staff is friendly and so far the area near my room has been quiet at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel considering its economical nightly rate.

The place is decent. What really freaked me out was the Manager he gives me the creeps. My friend and I had been staying over 2 months in the same room and he walks in while I was asleep and says " I apologize I have the wrong room" yea right.

Charged me extra after I checked in. Bed is broken down. Housekeeping is only once a week. Unsavory patrons lurking about. Lack of care and response from hotel staff.

Most accommodating. Staying due to flooded home. Insurance Company placed us here. Very happy.

Everything seems fine. Only been there one night so far. The beds and pillows are a little hard, and the road traffic was a little loud. The kitchenette is more than acceptable, but you have to call the desk for cooking supplies. The staff have been super friendly. The breakfast was very small: protein bars, oatmeal, coffee. The internet was pretty fast, though. :)

BED BUGS! We stayed in room 243 and saw 2 bed bugs in our room. So now vacation is over and I will be getting home to try to figure out how to keep these things from getting into my house. Plus this hotel is really dirty aside from the bed bugs you can tell this place hasn't had a good clean in years!

It was meh. The hallways smelled of something. Just something off. My room was dated and curtains didn't close all the way. Toilet seat was dirty. No glassware. No hand towels. TV remote didn't work. I turned on the A/C and it stunk up the room. Free Internet speed was 0.75Mb up and down. They offer a business class connection for an extra fee of $5/day. I seriously had better Internet speeds and connection staying at hostels in 3rd world countries. All this showed that they didn't really care that much about your comfort.

Where do I start. I am moving and don't have furniture in my apt. So I decided to book a room for the next 2 nights that I planned on staying in town. They said that check in is at 3PM. So I was a bit shocked when I was asked to wait after I showed up at 630 PM and had to wait for a half hour. I then asked the guy at the desk if they had dishes etc. And was told that you only get it when you request. I told him that I was requesting and waited another half hour to call the desk to ask him again. This time I was told that they are doing the dishes and do not have dishes to give me. A hotel and extended hotel at that. I waited and called him back an hour later to be told this time that they are just too busy that is why they did not bring me what I asked and what was supposed to be part of the rented room. Do not go to this hotel, it's a mess. They only serve you coffee once a day and that is in the morning. I should have gone to motel 8 and would have gotten at least coffee. This is a shameful hotel. It's so bad that someone who recently came from Addis Abeba (Ethiopia) said that at least there, they give you coffee. I never thought I will see a day where we do get coffee at a $100/night room. Never again.

WORST! WORST! WORST! Extended Stay I have stayed at till now. I have stayed at ESA hotels multiple times, different places. All of my stays have been Wonderful and I always book ESA without even thinking about other hotels. But stay at ESA Anaheim has changes my opinion. I will have to be very careful about booking stay at ESA going ahead. When I reached hotel on Friday, the front desk person was new and did not know some stuff. I asked for Shaving foam and blade. I was told they only have blade and do not provide Shaving foam. What? There were not utensils/ coffee maker/ hair dryer. In the room. I had to ask everything and I had to wait 45 minutes to get those. The one they gave me were poor quality. The knife had rust on it. The utensils were not clean. The coffee maker and hair dryer were old and not at all clean. NOW the worst part: We checked the bed. The bedsheet (bed cover) and blanket were USED One. They were dirty (yellow stains). They had hairs. They had not changed the bed sheet and blanket. My wife screamed looking at that. I asked for replacement. The front desk guy came and dumped another used set of blanket and bedsheet. Bathroom: Worst! The exhaust did not work. We had tolerate the toilet smell OR keep the door closed all the time. There was no shampoo/ soaps. We had booked room for couple + kid. They kept 1 soap. Again I went and asked front desk person : He just gave me 2. Towels were dirty. Even though they were washed. They had yellow stains.

Worse customer service ever! Everyone rude and mean! No room service! No gym! No pool.

I liked the stay, the staff was great! Rooms are equipped with whatever you need! Can actually cook your own food so you can eat healthy! Full sized fridge! A good stay.

I booked a room here based on the reviews from here. The front desk person was not friendly at all. He seems bothered that we showed up to check in. Once we got in the room, it was ok. Carpet was stained. One of the towels had hair on it. Even the washcloths were frayed at the edges. Not what you would expect from a hotel that had a good rating. We left for the afternoon and came back that evening. Upon arrival our room smelled like sewer. Something backed up into the kitchenette sink. There was dirt and bubbles and the smell was horrific. I called the front desk and it was the same 'friendly' staff person. He put me on hold for several minutes and said that sorry there is nothing they can do, they are fully booked and can't move us into another room. BUT we can give you a discount for todays stay and I can give you some febreze. Are you kidding me? I asked for another location and he stated that everyone is fully booked and there is nothing available. I will never stay at an extended stay again. I am extremely disappointed with the service and room quality. Beware if you come here.

Nice place to stay. Extremely close to SNA. Don't expect much out of the internet.

Of course, for the money this hotel is okay. It has a bed (and you can get decently comfortable on it, but don't expect to be lulled to sleep after a long day), the kitchen is decent sized, and the walls look pretty clean. However, everything in this room has been dusty since we've checked in. A quick look under the bed can tell you that this room is in need of some serious vacuum time. The bathroom sink is perpetually backed up. The tub is disgusting (I had to clean it myself). The kitchen appliances are all disgustingly dirty. I've read reviews of this hotel having a wonderful staff. The cleaning staff haven't been in the room for a month — the lady is supposed to come every Sunday, and every Sunday for a month we have came back to the room and it's just as we have left it. You can imagine the problems this causes. If I had known our room wasn't going to be cleaned and re-stocked with clean towels and linens (and that I would have to do all of this myself), I would have looked for a three month lease somewhere. The front desk is a nightmare. Our concerns and questions have not been met with the smallest apology or look of empathy. When I asked if our room could be cleaned I was told no. Nothing else, just no. If this hotel fits your price range, and you don't mind being surrounded by dirt, then by all means, stay here. If you have some wiggle room on finding a better hotel, save yourself the headache and do so.
