Normally, we're not picky with our rooms, but there was just too many negatives for us to let it slide. First off, the room was very dirty. You can tell its been weeks that the floor has been mopped. The door was very hard to close and lock. Basically this company neglects even the simplest things and cheaps out on as much as they can to save money. The worst part that made me give this place a 1 star, is the borderline rude employees that demanded a security deposit. We had to argue our way to get it back upon check out, because they said wasn't recorded anywhere that we paid. Either it wasn't in their policy to even collect cash like that (very sketchy! ), or they don't know how to enforce their own rules. Makes me wonder if they pocket that and keep it hush hush! Absolutely pick another place.
