Excellent place very nice everything and clean.

We had a wonderful stay here! Having a full kitchen and separate bedroom/living room really worked out for us. The staff was friendly and the whole place was clean. The ART shuttle actually came into the parking lot to pick up/drop off and was easy to navigate. The Anaheim Gardenwalk is just down the block with some great restaurants and even food delivery was convenient. The breakfast buffet was fantastic every morning. I would definitely stay here again!

Do not stay here no matter how good the deal may seem. We checked out of room 0323 this morning and I could not get out of this hotel fast enough. We checked in last Wednesday night (the staff was friendly) and were given our room keys — upon entry there were a few flies hanging around — no big deal, it’s hot and I’m sure the cleaning crew has the door open when they clean (if they do) we went and grabbed some food and came back and ate at the little table. We got ready for bed and noticed the sheet and blankets were pretty thin. Went to sleep and woke up with a bug bite on the back of my neck. That’s when we saw our first roach — it was by the bathroom so we killed it. By now we started feeling a bit nervous since we had now seen a variety of bugs in the room. Went to take showers and the towels had stains on them and very thin. I was too scared to ask for a new room or refund since during check in I heard the staff say there were no spare rooms and they were fully booked. I also booked through Costco Travel and feared our tickets would be revoked and we were there for 4 days — park days already selected. They do not clean the room during your stay unless you ask — we asked for the room to be cleaned Friday and when we came back all that was done was the bed remade and the dirty towels were taken away but not replaced. We had to walk down to the main office to ask for new towels (which also had stains) Saturday morning were when we found the next two roaches.

I rented a studio with a kitchen, but it didn't have basic things like paper towels, detergent and sponge. The pans were of the worst quality, and as an electric stove was burning everything, not even a fried egg could do without sticking to the pan. Someone smoked several times at my door during the night, every day I was staying, it was sad to see my kids seeing this situation.

Great stay, we just got home from an 8 night stay at the Clementine in a 1 bedroom unit. Our unit was very clean, very quite, very comfortable and the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in Location of the hotel is about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland, and 3 min walk to Anaheim Garden Walk. All the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly. Due to the pandemic housekeeping was limited I was made aware of this when I made my reservation, but they came in mid way through our stay and did an impeccable job of freshening up the place. There is a lot of renovation going on at the property, however the workers are there limited day time hours, so it doesn't really interfere with the overall guest experience. On future trips to Anaheim, we'll definitely stay here again.

We just finished our week long stay at the clementine hotel. We loved our entire trip. The hotel is conveniently close to Disneyland that we were able to walk to the park. They do have the Anaheim shuttle that you can take as well if you dont want to walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our daughter had her 5th birthday while we were here and they organized a gift basket for her and she loved it so much. We would highly recommend this hotel and we plan on staying here next time.

Great hotel that’s well looked after. Stayed with 5 kids, lots of room and the service was excellent.

We had a wonderful time at Clementine. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Walking distance to Disneyland! The breakfast was yummy! Rooms were very nice, kitchen was a huge plus! The kids enjoyed the playground. We enjoyed the fire pit when it got dark! Love that it doesn’t feel like a hotel and more like an apartment! We will be back! Thank you Clementine family!

Our suite was close to major attractions, easy walking, safe, clean, and quiet for our honeymoon! A great price for all you get and have access to. This will be the first place I check next time we book a trip to Anaheim.

We have stayed here twice on our vacations and we just love it. The housekeeping was always well done! Having a suite was amazing for keeping enough food for our week of Disney! My kids loved the breakfasts in the morning to fuel up for a long day in the park♥️

Just stayed here for our 3 day Disney girls weekend and I have to say it was wonderful! Great suite, clean comfortable and very user friendly for a family of 8, 4 adults 4 children.
The best part of the stay was breakfast not just breakfast food but service particularly one employee, Mario! He is exceptional! Our family was truly touched by his friendliness, service and the Prayers for a safe travels driving home. Thank you very much Mario for Praying with us touching my heart.
In today’s world of being afraid to saying the wrong things to not offend people it is so inspiring to know that God is alive ❤️

Just got back home from staying there for 6 days on our Disneyland trip it was great. Plenty of room for a family of 6 nice kitchen to make our own meals so we didnt have to spend a lot going out. Breakfast there was very good pool was too all the staff was very friendly. On the 5th day our fire alarm started beeping from low battery we went down to let them know and they took care of it right away. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Stayed here over spring break. Our safe did not work, and out door lock didn’t work. Both were claimed to be fixed. When we left for an afternoon, we came home to our room open and the maid was no where to be found. She had gone to get extra supplies… leaving our door open! While we were at Disney, my sons Nintendo switch was stolen, and of course the insurance company denied the claim. The best part was, they said a guest had been in our room 4 times that afternoon, however we were at Disneyland all day. Scary to think that others could be in our room without our knowledge. The whole thing was handled very unprofessionally. I would never recommend staying here, unless your valuables don’t mean anything to you!

It’s my daughters third birthday and the desk staff even surprised her with a cake delivered to our room as a surprise, complete with card from the staff! Cannot believe how awesome our stay here has been, Cannot recommend highly enough! Extremely good experience here, will do again!

This hotel was wonderful! On request they gave us a room right next to the little playground, where my girls could play when my son was sleeping. We could see the fireworks from the playground. The buffet breakfast was fabulous! Staff was very friendly and helpful, my kids adored the shallow toddler pool. The distance to the park was manageable. For reference, on our last night my friend and I left at the exact same time. I walked (pushing three kids in a stroller) back to the hotel lot, and she took the tram to the Disney parking lot. I beat her. I had never experienced grocery service like they have here. It saved me so much money and energy! Will definitely stay here again.

We had the single story two room suite. I was extremely pleased. While the walk to Disneyland was fine for me and our two children 8 and 2 my husband and father in law thought it was to long so we ended up taking taxis which was a touch more than the shuttle but not much. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff was excellent. Unlike some of the other reviews I found the water to be very hot which I loved. I really liked that the pool area is open 24 hours and the parking was free. We just booked here for our next visit in December!

The employees are wonderful. The breakfast was great. Are whole family love swimming they're swimming pool was clean and warm. The jaccuci was nice and having a small pool for the babies was great. We really enjoyed are staying here. We will be back for sure, as we will attemp to go to disneyland or california adventure. Thank you for your hospitality and assistance we had a good experience.

The best hotel to stay if your traveling with family, everybody is so friendly, the room service excelent, the breakfast (included) super good! Everyday, everybody on the reception on tickets ready to help, the laundry room, heated pool, we never use the kitchenete in the room but is so simple and easy with everything in case you Need to Cook, thanks for Made our stay like if we where at home.
