Not a bad place. Rooms are a decent size and clean. A little older and run down but good for the money and area. Would stay again. A short walk to Disney. Not bad at all.

First time staying here for our 4 day Disneyland trip and we really enjoyed it. We had the standard room but it was spacious. Amazing customer service! We would stay again except for the beds being way to firm. My daughter liked the beds but my husband and I woke up sore everyday. Other than that it was great.

This place is amazing. It has the feel of a real castle. Comfortable rooms and beds. However the shower tends to move from cold to hot no matter what you set the temp at. Air conditioners keep the room very cool. Staff is very helpful and friendly and would stay here again if we come back.

Anytime we come to Disney we stay here. Within walking distance to the park. Beautiful and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Highly recommend this hotel. Fridge and microwave in each room. Spotless rooms and more.

Very cute hotel — my daughter was so excited to find out that we were staying at a palace. Rooms are nice and clean and enjoyed the pool although the restroom attached to it was not in the best condition when we went by. The service has been wonderful and staff are very attentive. Plus the location right across the street from Disneyland can't be beat!

Good location service staff will try to accommodate to your needs as best as possible. Close walking distance to Disneyland and other local marts. Room 359 was great and awesome hearing and cooling. Cons No breakfast. Parking may be an issue.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Disneyland parks. There's a small convenience store next to the hotel lobby and our rooms were sufficient for our needs. Not a five star hotel but it'll do for a couple of days at Disney.

Staff was very friendly, front office was super clean and fit their theme perfectly. The rooms however need an update. The rooms electrical plugs are very antiquated with no convenience outlets for guests, the television does not have HD cable and the tub would take a long time to drain. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was quick but it seems like the bones of the building need to be worked on to be in line with some of the neighboring establishments. The pools are small but in truth, hardly something to complain about since most guests will be attending Disneyland anyway and not really there for a staycation. I enjoyed my stay but for the price I would have imagined the hotel be kept a little more modern.

Good place to stay if going to Disneyland. Just a short walk from there and other stores and restaurants. Could use a little upgrade with carpeting and maybe a few dishes and cutlery for guests when they want to eat in. Price is right and staff very courteous.

Beds are hard, pillows are hard, no breakfast, the curtains don't block the light from the window that is right next to the bed, and there is a high pitched squeak or squealing noise coming from the bathroom lasting about 30 seconds and returning every few minutes. It's like some sort of torture device designed to make you snap after enough time passes. The pools are really small and the refrigerator does not work well.

I come every year aki and is very good.

Our Parlor Suite was spacious and comfortable. Great amenities including 2 flat screen TVs, microwave and refrigerator. The pool was the perfect temperature and Jacuzzi was amazing. The customer service has been outstanding. I'm glad that I selected this hotel over the others in the Disneyland area. I plan to stay again.

Great place. Super close to disneyland! Pool, coin operated laundry, coffee pot in room and microwave. Store connected to the hotel. Easy check in. Friendly staff.

Our suite was large… 4 adults easily able to stay together. Fridge and microwave was a bonus! Staff at the front desk were really cheery and helpful. Good bang for the buck hotel!

Very good hotel compared to Disney, price excellent quality. Do not charge delivery of packages. Clean. Beds spacious. Pool and heated jacuzzi. Good cleaning.

Nice and clean hotel rooms. Beware of 1 parking spot per room rental. They only give you one pass per car unless you hassle with them. Not giving a 5 since this isnt really made apparent until you're checking in. Otherwise it'd be 5 stars.

The rooms are decorated well and they are very clean. This hotel is within walking distance of Disneyland, restaurants and stores. It has a secure parking lot and the staff are both friendly and accommodating.

Good value. Clean rooms and extremely friendly staff. Very close to Disneyland. Also a good, reasonably priced on-site store that carries more items than most hotel stores do. This place isn't fancy by any means, but if you are going to Disneyland, who needs a fancy room?

Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff, especially Eric at the front desk upon check in! We stayed 5 nights. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Hotel is a bit older, but it is a wonder character hotel! We will definitely stay here again! Very close walking distance to Disneyland. Frigde and microwave in rooms and very comfortable beds! Your basic two star hotel with similar amenities. Stayed in the family suite which provided two Queens and a King with a single bathroom. The room was clean with plenty of towels, etc. Beds we're comfortable with plenty of pillows for all. It was a little cramped for six guests but it was still sufficient. Great location for Disney though.

Stayed here when visiting Disneyland. It's very close to the park, well within a short walking distance. The rooms were also very clean and service was quick at the front desk. I would definitely suggest this as an option if you're planning on staying off site for a visit to the most magical place on earth.

The location is great if you're staying for Disneyland. The rooms were a bit dated, lacking well-located plugs for electronic devices. The showers are bipolar, moving from scalding to freezing in a 30 second pattern. The rooms are not isolated well, so it can get noisy in the morning and evenings. Overall, it's not a bad hotel at all. Beds were comfortable and again, the location is killer.

Great price, close by to Disneyland, and amazing staff. For the additional 5 minutes walk time (guessing) this place is perfect. Even after a full day of fun at the parks the walk back is quick, safe, and easy. We lost a USB wall charger, and asked the front desk at 12:30 at night where the closest place to purchase a new one was. The gentleman at the front let us have/borrow one from the lost and found! Totally saved us for the next day at the parks. -1 star for the quirky toilet (had to jiggle handle), and the elevator door would open and close 1-2 times at night before it would go up. Either way… miniscule issues. We will be back, and will tell others to come to this hotel.

It's close to the Disneyland park, and relatively cheap. But it's also in need of some serious updating. The rooms have no room to spare, so even if you have a room with 3 large beds, you'll still find yourself hunting for a place to store your stuff.

Room was clean, staff was friendly to your face. When you get there they only allow one parking pass per room, but trip you if you check back you might be able to get another pass. You ask if you can just park for a couple hours they are fine with it, go back and got this nice little note on the window. The best part is there is always been about 5 to 10 open spots.

Excellent hotel in front of the Disneyland park. Clean and comfortable and good price and service. Perfect location.

We are at the first of three nights. So far, so good! The hotel is close to Disneyland, and several eateries. The pool is scheduled for maintenance the last two days of our visit. Big bummer! The room is comfortable with plenty of space for the four of us.

Just A few minutes walk to Disney, I recommend you to carry stroller for the kids; the vehicle can be parked for free at the hotel. The staff speak very English. Super clean, with service refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dryer and iron. Very highly recommended.

I liked the location of this place is very close to our destination. The staff was very kind and gentle, willing to help. It is a very spacious, calm, quiet, and an ideal place to rest.

Very close to Disneyland… leave the car in the parking fel hotel and walk, you arrive at the amusement park!

I have used this hotel 3x so far. In my first visit, the shower was week. The second visit, my bathroom smelled like piss. This time, the executive room is okay. I hope the shower is nice and strong. But what I love about this hotel is it's walking distance to Disneyland and staff is good and professional. No free breakfast but they have coffee, fridge, and microwave in the room.

The inn is pretty good, and the location is fantastic. Staff is polite, and the rooms are spacious. However, the bathroom's bathtub had dirt and dead bugs in it, and the bed sheets aren't the most comfortable. Overall, the hotel is pretty awesome because of its location and it being medium to good in every other way.

This is exactly what you want if you want a hotel within walking distance of Disneyland (block and a half) at a good price. It is clean but not super updated, and the staff were friendly. If you want amenities like a breakfast and newly updated rooms, then this probably isn't for you. The on sight hotel market is a lifesaver sometimes without having to go far. I was able to walk a half block to pick up my rental for the rest of our trip (Alamo), very convenient. This is our second visit to this hotel.

People at the desk are friendly, and helpful. We stayed on Second floor, long outside hallway. The place is NOISY because most there have kids and they are visiting for Disneyland. Keep that in mind. Ice machine is only downstairs, so had to walk a long way to get it. Room was decent. Clean, smelled fine, beds average. No complaints. Walk to Disneyland is 5 minutes. It worked fine for us, for that reason.

Had a comfortable in a stay clean room. Pool and hot tub. No contantial breakfast. Safety deposit box available at front desk. Reasonable rates. Walking distance to Disneyland front gate. Also Drug store and several restaurants within walking distance. Kids and I both loved it.

Good, shower has an issue keeping temperature and I think the hot tub should be open later than disneyland, you want to spak after spending all day on your feet.

First night stay was pleasant. Couldn't get a room early but I wasn't expecting to — especially with it being Memorial Day weekend. Room smelled "clean" but had a bit too much of a bleach smell for me. My daughter didn't notice the bleach smell though. Check in staff was kind and pleasant. It's especially close to Disneyland. Close enough for a short walk to the park. I also like that parking at the Inn doesn't cost extra.

The service is always great. Easy to get to your room, however the rooms on the top floor can get a little hot during the summer and the ac unit takes awhile to really cool the room. If you're using this hotel for your stay at Disneyland make sure to turn on the air conditioner before you leave that way your room is nice and cold when you get back from your Disney trip.

The location is everything you're looking for. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is wonderful and very professional. I fully recommend this establishment.

Hotel is nice friendly staff. Walking distance to Disney. We were just staying for one day but decided to stay another night. Great price for what you get.

Castle Inn and suites is an wonderfully designed hotel. The decor is wonderful for a little princess. My daughter is enamored.

From the second that we arrived, it has been a great experience. Clean and comfortable rooms, and just a 10 minute walk to the park. You can't beat that!

Good place to rest… does not have restaurant… in the area of the swimming-pool heated jacuzzi.

The room was nice enough. It was close enough. I am a clean freak and brought Lysol wipes with me. The bathroom vanity, looked clean to the naked eye, and then I wiped it. It took 5 wipes before one came back clean, the counter had some kind of gross yellow film on it, I will assume it was disinfectant build up. So was it clean? Once I wiped down the room I was happy with my stay.
