Stayed here for 3 days. On the first night, I go to take a shower and the water is SCALDING HOT. Like boiling. I had to be at Disneyland in 8 hours so I managed to put ice cubes in the bathtub and had to POUR the water on myself. My body was still bright red after the shower. Then, I went to use the restroom and the toilet wasn't flushing. The first night was hell to say the least. The second night was fine. The THIRD night we put the do not disturb sign on the door. We come back to the room that night and the sign is taken off and our room is made up. Regardless of the fact, we did not want anyone in our room. We went down to the desk and were told we would be refunded partially for both the first and third night. Now I am back in phoenix, and our card not only got charged an extra $100+ dollars, but also the best western is now taking their refund back by charging us for the amount that was refunded as well. If anyone from the establishment wants to comment on this review and say that this is false, I have the credit card statements and the statement of our room charges. It was an amazing vacation but this stay was absolute BS. Do not stay here. Spend the extra hundred and stay at a Disney hotel, at least they know how to respect their guests.

The costumer service we received here from the manager Salesh was atrocious and disgusting honestly. The way my family were spoken to and treated was way unprofessional and out of line. We were charged with our rooms BEFORE we even arrived for check in. We called to make sure this wasn’t a mistake as I feared my room had accidentally been given to someone else. So we called to verify all was well. We also acquired about the military discount listed online, which we didn’t have the time to apply it. My husband was talked to disrespectfully and even yelled at and lied to that they don’t do military discount (in which the website says others wise) so NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY in fact plain rude about it. The manager Salesh even threatened to take away our rooms which had already been charged to us. It’s my birthday and this left it a sour day for me and for the best western experience. I will say at least the rooms were clean in honesty but the service by Salesh ruins it all for me. Will NOT return. And I advise you to stay far away especially military families.

Stayed one night in a 3 queen bed room. It was very spacious, room was clean, beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. We look forward to staying here again.

We have made our way through California the past few days, staying at several 3-4 star motels/hotels. All of them leaving us extremely dissapointed. Not this one. This Best Western is wonderful! Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and efficient and the free breakfast is not bad either! I am very happy that we chose this hotel, and finally had a positive experience without having to pay an arm and a leg. I highly recommend this place, for all travelers looking for a great deal.

We stayed 4days and 3night. The room was suprisely big, clean, it had a refrigerator and microwave. Bonus was a safe to keep our things in while we went to Disneyland. The breakfast every morning help us save a lot of money with a group of 5. The parking was very limited is the only downside. The Art bus we caught on the corner number 11 and it took us straight to the back gates where you check into security.

Great location and staff but worst Hotel Manager ever! If it wasn’t for the the location and staff I don’t think anyone would ever come back. Being a Best Westerm Diamond select member I stay at many hotels each month. This was the worst service I had ever received. I had a nightmare of a check in and my credit card was also charged 2 weeks after check out. Manager lied to my face and multiples times over the phone. I ended up paying paying $$hundreds of dollars in fees with no resolve. Manager offered a points refund in an attempt to ease the situation… Still nothing. Not points and no money reimbursed. I hope if you stay here you don’t have any issues, as they will unlikely be dealt with.

This was the best hotel of our entire stay in California. Spotless rooms, comfortable beds, in-room safes, a really lovely pool that was shaded, good breakfasts, and the bus from Disneyland picks you up and drops you off very close by. The service was excellent. If I could put this hotel in my pocket and stay there everywhere I travel, I would.

Very nice room, nice staff, parking is tight though.

This hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to disneyland! You can see the fireworks close up from the hotel pool and parking lot. You won't see the castle but you do see the fireworks. They have a great breakfast selection, small, but still good for what you are paying. The parking is free too. The rooms are average in terms of cleanliness and such, but it's still completely worth it.

Very friendly staff. Arrived several hours before check-in time and was able to get into a room right away. Decent breakfast for a free hotel breakfast, kept us full most of the day through Disneyland. Convenient for walking to theme parks. Just a heads up, if you aren’t planning on staying here for a Disney vacation the Disneyland firework show sounds like it’s being set off in the parking lot, but the office offers ear plugs if you want.

I recently stayed at this hotel. My family and I were so pleased and have the most pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities that I needed. The staff was exceptional. They were friendly and helpful addressing my questions. Great team and a great experience.

Hotel is reasonably priced and located not far from Disneyland which is perfect. Room was clean but a little dated. The continental breakfast was excellent. There is truly limited parking it's just enough parking for 1 car per room. I would stay there again.

This is a great hotel for your money. It's far enough away from Disneyland where you don't deal with the heavy traffic and chaos, but close enough where you can walk to the park (s) and Downtown Disney. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. My room was the cleanest hotel room I've experienced in a long time (no stray hairs anywhere! ). The entire grounds were clean with no trash littering their parking lot or walkways. If you are a smoker, there are butt-savers in convenient places so you don't have to search for a trashcan. If you happen to stay here during Disneyland's peak time (i. E. Spring break, summer, weekends, etc. ), just know that while you might not be in the park to experience the fireworks… you're going to experience the fireworks. What I mean by this is, you're so close to the park that you might not see the fireworks from the hotel's location, you will absolutely hear those suckers go off. It's not a terrible thing, but if you're not ready for BOOMS, it can really surprise you. If I ever have a chance to take some time off and stay in that area again, I would pick this hotel again without hesitation.

We chose to stay here during our trip to disneyland. It was clean and quiet and the free breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the park so we didn't have to worry about parking or relying on transit which was great. It's by no means a luxury hotel but for us it more than served it's purpose.

This is a super affordable and comfortable option for us when visiting Disneyland. We have usually stayed closer to the park and walked back and forth and this was a bit further of a walk, but I like the atmosphere of the smaller hotel compared to the larger ones closer to the park. It’s also super convenient to drive to Disney parking if preferred and since parking at the hotel is free it’s not like you’re paying for it both places. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay, breakfast and the pool weren’t as crowded, and it was just as clean and comfortable and had all the same amenities.

Pros The staff made sure my little girl and I were comfortable and secure during our stay. At anytime we needed something they would provide, like bottled waters, coffee, extra linens, etc. Hot breakfast was excellent in the mornings except the weird egg and onion dish on the last day (stick with scrambled). Coffee was good. Service was top notch round the clock. Free parking. Comfortable beds and Wi-Fi! Safes. In room Kerig. Cable. We’ve stayed at 5 star hotels and this was j…ust as good and clean, just compact and no fancy amenities but who cares… you’re at Disneyland for 12 hours and just need a comfortable, warm, clean place to sleep, shower and eat. Con: a bit noisy. Walk to DL is about a mile. We ended up ubering to the park.
Vending machine for snacks wouldn’t take a card. Pool is right near the busy intersection. Poor bathroom vanity lighting. We will stay here again.

1) the check in employee checked us in incorrectly 2) the next employee barging into our room in the middle of the night uninvited, scaring us and violating our privacy completely 3) she had nothing but excuses and stated she knocked but nobody answered. Probably because it was after midnight and were asleep. Also at 11:30 before the incident we called down stairs for toothpaste and stated what room number we were in and on their phone the room number appears. So she knew the room was occupied. 4) after keeping us up all night because we were too paranoid and angry to go back to sleep, they woke us up twice at 6:30 am by calling our room. When asked why they couldn't figure out who called. 5) asked to speak to a manager and he didn't show up. 6) still in the process of trying to get compensation for our horrendous experience here and had to call the manager myself even though I was told he would call me. So he didn't even call me I called him.

We stayed at this Best Western because we were there to attend Disneyland. It was 10 min. Away from the park. Our room was very nice, 3 queen beds, fridge, and microwave. The staff were very helpful, and everything was clean. The breakfast was great, saved us money. I encourage anyone to stay there, very kid friendly. Thank you so much for making our Disney adventure wonderful!

Had a great time at this hotel. Clean, great price. The staff was hands down the best part of this hotel. They went above and beyond to make are visit great and enjoyable. Breakfast was really good, many different options available. Free parking, cable TV, free Wi-Fi. And more. Great visit here!

This is a comfortable hotel suitably close to Disneyland. The room was spacious and well appointed. The staff I met was very helpful. The only negative I would note is a lack of parking. The lot was small, requiring valet attention for some spot.

I had a nice stay at this Best Western. The room was well kept and had everything I needed for my stay. All interactions with the staff were pleasant.

The service at Best Western was good. The room had enough space for our family of 4 people. The breakfast was very adequate and with enough variety. The parking was very limited.

Not a bad place. Unfortunately the Jacuzzi was broken. It would have been nice to have after walking around Disneyland for 12 hours. The traffic was incredibly loud, but with the air conditioner on it made it a little better. For the money, it wasn't terrible. Not a place to go and relax for hours but it is a great place to sleep if you are going to Disneyland.

The best staff make you forget they were even there, and that's the best way to describe my stay. No problems and everything that needed to get handled got handled without me even having to say anything. Would definitely stay there again.

Will not stay here again. Motel needs a make over and updated plumbing. Our room was not very clean, the shower backed up within 30 seconds of turning on, and the bed was lumpy. The only plus was the breakfast was decent and the staff were nice and helpful. There are a lot of other options in the area, they really need to make a lot of improvements for me to consider staying again.

20 minutes walk to Disney, clean, very comfortable, continental breakfast and estaciónamiento no cost would be appreciated.

Ideal location for Disneyland using the back/Downtown Disney entrance. However, can be very noisy due to the location on the street (it's near a huge intersection and overpass) and the walls are thin. The first time I stayed at this location I didn't experience any problems at all, but this last time there was a nest of bugs in the bathroom. Not sure if they were bed bugs or what, but it was disturbing to say the least. The staff transferred me into the suite next door, which was clean and bug-free. Overall, for the price, it's a very reasonable budget hotel, but it definitely needs a deep clean.

Decent budget stay. Impressively large free continental breakfast, in room amenities, good customer service. Small, but friendly and attentive, would stay again on a budget.

Very nice hotel for a fair price with only a 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with microwave and fridge in the room (which came in very handy). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with a nice variety of choices. I definitely will recommend and be staying here again next time I go to Disneyland.

LOUSY! Stayed 3 nights, room was only turned over once. Why you ask? They had no idea. Room stunk and was stagnant. Mini fridge was not cold at all. Shower and tub was rusty and full of Lyme scarring. Filthy! Not convenient to Disney at all — think twice, then pass.

This is a good basic hotel with clean rooms and a friendly staff. It is close to Disneyland but would recommend taking the ART shuttle to save you a 20 minute walk to the nearby Disney parking garage tram. The old 5 minute short cut to that same tram is no longer open. Bummer. Opted for the ART shuttle 11 and this worked out just fine.

Best stay ever. Convenient, and a nice 1 mile walk to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. Rooms were clean, comfortable. Staff was Great, Polite and Professional. Recommend this Hotel, for the price, if you planning to go to Disney. Andre.

We had one of the worst experiences possible at this hotel on August 11th-13th! We go to check in Friday night and it took an hour because the guy didn't know how to use the gift cards we had. They didn't have enough parking, so people were blocking each other in. Then when we got to our room we pull back the sheets to find crumbs and questionable stains, the fridge had red syrupy stuff in it, and the door to the conjoining room was completely unlocked. Someone could've w…alked in at any time next-door! It was very obvious that this room had not been cleaned at all! They just made the bed with the dirty sheets. My husband called the front desk to have them move us rooms. The next room we went to had what appeared to be brownie crumbs and stains on the one of the beds sheets. What the heck kind of place is this. If I wanted this kind of quality we could've gone to Motel 6 and paid a fraction of the price (and still had a clean room). We paid what we did expecting quality! On top of this horrible experience they were supposed to credit us part of our bill. The next day my husband went to talk to the manager. His attitude was that he really didn't care but agreed to give us a $60 discount on our bill. When I got home I checked my credit card and they had given us a credit of $60 to go towards what we had paid and then charged us additional $90 unauthorized! (So now we are paying more then we owed without the credit).

The rooms were great the staff very helpful. The problem that concerned me was the rodents in the parking lot and flower beds in the day and night. Had to put towels at the door just in case. I did let the staff know.

This was not a smooth visit for our family. I had previously stayed here but will not stay again. There are far better BW in the area.

The staff is super friendly. The rooms were very clean. Excellent breakfast served every morning. Parking is first come first serve. Very close to Disneyland. Comfy beds, heavenly shower head, and a big TV. The hotel meets the high standards one comes to expect at Best Western. Had a lovely stay and would certainly stay here again the next time I spend multiple days at Disneyland.

The stay in the hotel room very well! But the cleaning staff steals things during the cleaning no matter how alajas it clothing, perfumes they do not care! But the room and comfort is good! The cleaning staff very bad! Care!

Friendly, helpful staff at this very clean Best Western motel. Nice complimentary continental breakfast with eggs and breakfast sausage. Very close to Disneyland parking. Free parking and internet. Perfect for a Disneyland trip and would definitely stay here again.

The website pictures are outdated. It doesn't look that decent when you pull up. It is NOT within walking distance from Disneyland like it says, and the shuttle is at another nearby hotel down the street, for a fee. The room was in poor shape. The toilet broken, shower was hard to turn on. The elevator could've been out of the movie "The Shining", it started going up before the doors were closed. After our second night, we realized the hadn't stocked toilet paper, ran out, had to go to the front desk at midnight. It is very noisy on the street overnight, kept waking up. I'm pretty sure someone smoked in there prior, it reeked. Cleanliness of the sheets was questionable, my son broke out in a rash and isn't allergic to anything. Do not stay at this location.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast wasn't the best but we aren't really breakfast eaters so it wasn't a huge problem for us. There were some people next to us that played their music really loud early in the morning but that was taken care of by the staff. Overall the room was comfortable and the staff great.

A few things. Small parking area made it kind of a hassle to go anywhere. But that didn't bother me in the slightest. We were all so pooped from walking Disneyland, we didn't go anywhere else anyways. Breakfast is provided and is OK. … Jacuzzi is amazing and you should hit it up at least once. Shuttle to Disneyland is just a short walk away. It's location is why we picked this hotel. Bear that in mind for this next bullet point. Our bathroom had mold. Like a lot of mold. Granted, we should have told someone the second we noticed it, but we were all so tired and it didn't seem like a big enough deal to make a fuss. But then. On our last night, a single little mushroom started to grow out of our bathroom wall. And it grew. Boy, did it grow. In that one night this little dude like tripled in size. We told management and got a small refund, but I KNOW they're not going to take the proper precautions to prevent this from happening again. If that amount of mold and fungi is VISIBLE, try not to think about how much you CANT see. Room 205, beware.

This is not a 3 star hotel. It is a painfully average 2 star hotel. I was worried that the construction would be an issue sleeping and I was right. The front desk promised that they would not start until 9:00am. They started at 6:00am. They said they had a business work space, but all they had was a table that had no plugs within 4’. I had to stand on a chair to adjust the air conditioner. Coffee pot was clearly broken and leaked over the entire counter. I think that it started bad when they were not able to match the Best Western online rate and insisted that I had to pull over and make the reservation on line. When I arrived she spent 10 minutes explaining the inner workings of their organization. I died a little inside.

The beds were comfortable, the service was good. But the 4 stars is mainly due to location! Super close to the Disney Tram! We had a great stay!

Amazing service, the staff make this place awesome. All the reviews you read should agree with this. The hit breakfast is simple but very very good, fantastic waffles and basic scrambled eggs and real potatoes hash browns. Also the basics like cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, toast, bagels etc… Also juice tea and coffee. Beds are better than other hotels I have been in. The part where you need to level set your expectations is the rooms, they are dated and the bathrooms are basic, set your expectations there, this is a simple best Western hotel, but the service and breakfast make it a diamond in the rough. The other MAJOR PLUS is the 6 minute walk to the Disney tram through the mickey and friends parkade. Getting to and from disneyland is soon soon soon easy! If you have a stroller and small kids keep in mind you have to go up 2 flights of stairs and down an escalator to go through the parkade to the tram. Parking is tight, but they even double up a section but you have to leave your keys with them if parked there as they double Park 6 cars, not a big deal for me as I had a rental. Overall, the staff make this place, there friendly and excellent service made a basic hotel that could have been a low point on a disneytrip into an ok affordable option to save and be soo close to Disney. Just set your expectations to what they should be for a best Western kind of hotel. Thanks!

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. It is located just 5 minutes from the Disneyland tram that takes you to downtown Disney and the Disneyland parks. The staff were are very friendly, provided us with water bottles before we made our way to Disneyland and all! The manager is awesome and all the staff know great customer service! The hotel is little small but is clean and updated and has a nice clean pool. We will definitely stay here again.

From the staff to the room two thumbs up. Friendly staff, clean rooms, free breakfast that includes more than just cereal. Only downfall is the parking. Small space you have to block other vehicles they do give you the option to leave keys in office so you are bothered to move though.

Totally dishonest! We made an online resrvation with a good rate and they didn´t respect the Price, plus in the check in, the receptionist ask for my credit card that I paid the reservation with, even when I told him I wanted to pay it with cash, he took my cash and told me that the money would be refunded to my card. When I checked my bank statement, the morning of the day that I left, I noticed that there was no charge so I did not worry, but when I came back to my home I checked my bank statement again and I noticed that they made the charge the day that I left but in the afternoon, I called to the hotel´s manager Juan, and I told him my situation, but he just told me that they could not find the receptionist to talk with him, and when I asked him to check the security videos of the lobby, the manager refused. I finally had to pay double for my hotel stay, I consider that a robbery, I only recommend you to be very careful if you have a reservatión in this hotel, and you demanding for probes of any payment and movement that you made.

Great for the price! Room was nice and clean. The breakfast was plentiful, filling and free. Sooo close to Disneyland tram. Enjoyed my stay and already planning to go back and stay there in Sept. 2015. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Will recommend to my friends and family.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel during Spring break. The gentlemen at the front desk was friendly and went out of his way to help us when he saw us struggling with our luggage. He ran out to our car with a luggage cart, and insisted on delivering our bags to our room. The breakfast area was kept clean, amazing considering how many young children were there, the young woman who was managing the breakfast area was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean as well as the pool and hot tub. We will definitely stay there again.

I stayed here on march 23rd. Everything was great! had a good time with the family and absolutely loved the heated pool at night time. All staff is great and help you with everything! They even have a breakfast person who makes waffles for you! loved the walk to the tram, is only five minutes away! saved $ to park at the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Don't know where to start on this review. In summary, the rooms had bugs, the air conditioner could not keep up with the mild heat of spring, the breakfast was below par, the service was not helpful, no shuttle to the Disneyland park, parking was a complete joke, very noisy, and rooms were horrible. We arrived Sunday afternoon around 3:45 to find that our room was not yet ready. We drove through the night and the majority of the day and was looking forward to relaxing. We had to wait an hour for our room to be ready while other people walked in and received their rooms without problems. When asking about getting a different room that was ready or any type of compensation for making us wait, we received the reply that they were understaffed and there was nothing that can be done for us. Upon receiving our room, we found that the floors were black with filth and sticky. By the end of the trip, all of our socks were black from the carpets. Two of the four days we stayed, the cable was out. This made it hard for our kids to relax after a long day at the park. The kitchen area and bathroom had a range of bugs, mostly gnats. The rooms were also muggy and hot. We would turn on the air conditioner in the morning and find that room service had turned off the air conditioner and left our room hotter than it was outside. Even when the air was on at night, we found it difficult to sleep. One of my kids kept coughing in the night due to the muggy air.

Just stayed here. The room was clean and met our needs. The staff was friendly and always there to serve. This place is so easy to walk to Disneyland, so you save on parking fees. The pools and spa were nice. This is a smaller hotel, which was very nice. When we went down to breakfast we did not have to deal with screaming kids running all over. The staff was there to help us and made fresh waffles' that were very yummy. I will be back. If you don't see the fireworks while in the park, the next best place to watch them would be in the spa.

Stayed at this hotel for Disneyland's Star Wars Half Marathon Weekend. It was a 15 minute walk to the park and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They let us borrow scissors, gave us a new remote when we wanted to hook our PS3 to the TV, and even offered us breakfast after breakfast closed and opened the pool up early for us. You can see the Disneyland fireworks show from their pool area and it is spectacular. The only thing is if you aren't outside for the fireworks, you feel like you're in a war zone. The fireworks are definitely LOUD. Regardless, I will be staying here again in the future.

This place is a great deal! The room was updated and clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. There's a sneaky back way to the Disneyland tram that is easily accessible from here, ask the front desk staff (all of whom were very nice).

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the service was courteous. But the air conditioner was loud and could barely keep up on a mild December evening, the pool and spa were out of service, the Wi-Fi signal strength and bandwidth was poor, and the parking was grossly inadequate. We found rooms across the street and checked out four days early.

Very easy walk to the park, you just walk right through the Disney employes parking lot, and through the parking garage then down the esclator and onto the tram. The hotel is a great value. If your looking for a great place to stay where there will be nothing to complain about then stay at the Disneyland hotel and spend the $$$.

Close to Disneyland (a mile away). Decently priced for free breakfast, free parking, Wifi, TV, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The only downside to our stay was the hot water shower that wasn't working for some reason. Recommend it for someone visiting Disneyland and short stay.
