We were greeted by an army of help just directing us where to park, very late at night. This gave the impression of excellent customer service, but it turned out to be a necessity in managing too few parking spaces for the amount of rooms they have. From there, it went downhill. The rooms were odd… like they were recently updated without gutting the rooms (like just covering up the old with new). It was noisy, overpriced, and uncomfortable. We stayed here because it's within walking distance of Disneyland, and would probably stay here again, for that reason.

It was decent to stay in overnight, but I would not recommend staying longer. There were mosquitos in the room. The lighting in the mirror was terrible. The paint was peeling. And behind the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages (which I found out after dropping my rings. ) The parking lot is small as well. We were asked to park next to the pool at night as all of the actual parking was occupied. Then we woke up in the morning that we needed to move our car or risk being towed. Seriously?

We had a 2 queen bed room! Spacious, clean, comfortable. Very attentive hotel staff. Very affordable! Close to Disneyland. They have no shuttle at the hotel but the staff was very helpful in offering options to get to Disneyland. Of course it's nice if you can score a room on the ground level, which we did! I would book accommodations there again! 2 thumbs up!

Had to check out a day early because of a family emergency. Would not refund us for the one night. The people above us must have been part elephant because they were loud. The lobby don't open till 7. No mail drop off. If you decide to take a shower in the afternoon no hot water. Big gap under the door so bugs can crawl in. A/C don't work great. The super start breakfast was waffels, oatmeal, donuts or cereal. The had orange juice, apple juice and milk. If you want donuts get there at 7 or they will be gone. There are better hotels and closer to Disney that are cheaper. I'm very disappointed in this hotel. The Wi-Fi only worked 2 out of the 4 nights we were there.

Wonderful place, we have been traveling to this destination for many years and we are never disappointed, they are always improving. Very close to the parks and you don't take car to get to them.
Shopping malls and squares nearby and have excellent attention to the guest no matter you don't speak English.

The value is great, but it's a little off the main strip. Free parking, a pool and good rooms with a fridge!

An excellent choice to stay near Disney. Very well balanced cost/quality. Getting to Disney from here is very easy. If you get to this hotel don't pay Disney parking. Since the hotel is located 500 mts from the Disney parking lot and in any way you have to walk a lot from the official parking. Save $20 (minimum parking cost). In my case I took my family by car to the nearest point (Downtown Disney) Since there is no point closer than that, and I only did the hike from the hotel to the park which took me an average of 15 minutes. In total we stayed 3 days at Disney and the hotel seemed an excellent option as the only thing we used for the beds as we spent more than 12 hours in the parks. Breakfast is very simple only carbohydrates but at 50 mts you will find a medium store where you can buy sausages or medium and low quality protein. The only way to eat quality is in the park for exorbitant costs which I assure you is not exaggeration.

Our room was very clean. Bathroom was huge. Shower head was a wand style. Friendly front desk personnel. Great location to for watching Disneyland fireworks. You can walk to Disneyland from here, but expect a 30 minute walk with traffic and construction. We would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms are really clean and spacious! The hotel is super close to Disneyland and many other convenient places. Their breakfast is not really the best, but you can honestly see passed that with the benefits of the room conditions, parking, and convenient location. Great place to stay, I highly recommend!

Really nice rooms, friendly staff, small parking but they make the most of the space. Close to the Disneyland Resort which is important.

The hotel provided an overall nice experience. The hotel manager was very accommodating and willing to meet my needs. The hotel was nice and clean but all the appliances were unplugged and it was nearly impossible to reach the outlet. The other problem was that the lock on the bathroom door did not work. I give my experience 3 1/2 stars.

I was shook at how clean it was… how safe it felt… how close it was to the park… and the price was amazing!

We've stayed at this Super 8 dozens of times over the last 25 yrs. We love the proximity to the parking structure. We've been using Uber the last few years. For $5 Uber will drop you off at DTD. Very convenient. Just left last Thursday, 03/15. We left a day early as my daughter felt ill and as a seasoned RN I wanted to get back home if it was something serious. AMELIA helped expedite our check out. She was very kind, and I really appreciate how much she helped us. Management her customer service is excellent!

The BEST with Everything also short work to Disney. Very comfortable I will always use this when I go back to Disney. You could also buy Disney tickets with them.

Staff was very informal. They seemed to cut cost wherever they could, while offering minimums. It was clean, nonetheless. Perfect for the park trips on a budget.

Better than expected, good price but the outside doors are a little discomfort. Room was clean but seemed a little old. Breakfast is short and ran put of several things quickly, we ate somewhere else.

Relationship price/quality very good. These 20 min from the park walk, by which you can leave the car there. Breakfast modico, but more than ok donuts, breads, waffles, coffee, cereal and fruit. The treatment is super friendly and are well-disposed. Nothing to complain about the room.

Good place, quiet area and with a store of Bow close to buy things for snacks and souvenirs.

Pretty close to Disney Land. About a 20 min walk. A nice budget hotel for people planning on spending most of their time at the park. Breakfast was just donuts and frosted flakes. Wish there was eggs. Plan on getting woken up in the morning by people rustling about trying to get to the parks when they open.

This is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at! I would give zero stars if I could. The staff were incredibly rude and not helpful at all. They are more worried about whatever is going on with their cell phones over helping their customers and we were made to feel like we were disrupting both of their staff members working when walked to the counter to ask for help booking a taxi or shuttle to the airport. We were told that they don't book shuttles or taxi's for guests and when I asked for a phone number so I could call myself (also using long distance with my phone) it was written on a piece of paper and thrown at me with an eye roll. If that's not enough of reason to not stay here the beds were uncomfortable, there were ants in, it also had a funky old smell in the room and the door key didn't work on the first night which was another pain for the staff to help us with. I will never stay here again. There are so many better places in the area that are cheaper and cleaner like the Budget Inn which is a min walk away from this s**t hole! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! DO NOT STAY HERE!

No where near Disneylamds entrance it's at least a 30 min walk and no shuttle. Because I asked if I could cancel my reservations for the next day because this motel is not in walking distance the manager cancels my reservations and told me to F off and this was in Christmas day was a blessing in disguise because we got a nice hotel not motel with a kitchen for same price in walking distance this place is also very dirty.

Beds are amazing, rooms are spacious and location is really good. However, walls are paper thin so you hear everything going on in the rooms next to you and above you… including screaming children. Price is good, just don't expect a good night sleep while you're there, even with the amazing beds.

Overall good although I could improve the common areas.

Perfect for being close to Disneyland, but it could use some more parking. (edit) from 5 stars to 1: accidentally left a 2TB hard drive on the countertop and called at least 3 times about it. It has magically disappeared. This is after leaving a generous tip for housekeeping upon checkout. Shady staff at some point between housekeeping to management. Just a heads-up. Do an idiot check and make sure you have all of your things when you leave.

Really great value for you money if you're planning to go visit Disneyland California. 20 min walk from the park entrance, 1 min walk from a convenience store, and breakfast included. Beds are comfortable too and room was clean.

Terrible parking, staff were rude, inconsiderate, and unhelpful, rooms were very small (and we were in a disabled room), and beds were uncomfortable. My son has cerebral palsy and is in a wheelchair. The room was so small that the only place he could sit was against the wall. When their grandmother asked for a tray so she could bring breakfast (donuts or cereal are options) back to the room she was told by staff to “Use the one under your coffee pot. ” I wasn’t aware the motel was that hard up for trays. Since the place is not handicap friendly eating in our tiny ass room was the only option and she received a snarky response for that! Let’s not talk about parking. There isn’t enough and I was forced to drag my disabled son out of the side of the car bc 1. There was no handicap parking 2. The parking spaces are so tight a normal sized person has to walk sideways to fit between. The price is hard to beat, but we def won’t be staying here EVER again. I do NOT recommend this hotel… to anyone.

Spacious and clean rooms with the ideal price:convenience ratio for a trip to Disneyland. The walk to and from the park was fairly substantial but definitely doable if you don't want to try and park in the structure. All in all I would definitely stay there again and I recommend it if you want a cheap way to stay near Disneyland!

This place has two convenient features. Proximity to park and free breakfast. Parking is tight, not sure how there is more cars then rooms. There was a roach in our bathroom and ants on the bed. I will say the employees were very friendly and helpful. Worth it if you don't mind a few bugs.

Will never go back! Stay across the street at majestic gardens or the days inn next to this place! Booked it because it said tram service, you can't walk to the tram unless you want to cross 6 Lanes of traffic with no crosswalk, they don't have sufficient parking for the guests (people were parking in fire lanes, and in the exit lane) only had a cloth shower curtain which flooded the bathroom, and the fridge was unplugged when we got there and took almost a full day to cool off! We booked here mainly because it had breakfast, a fridge and a micro, we will def go without next time and stay somewhere else!

Great hotel and awesome service! The room was very nice and clean! The free breakfast was a perk of staying there. Being so close to Disneyland was awesome too! It was about a 10 minute walk so definitely worth it for the price. The staff was very friendly as well and the pool and jacuzzi was enjoyable as well. This spot also has a lot of Restaurants around that you can just walk to if you want to get food and there's a CVS and Walgreens right down the way! I will be coming back to stay here next time I come to Disneyland for sure!

Location is very close to Disneyland and walking distance to convenient stores and eating establishment's. They also offer breakfast.

DO NOT BUY DISNEYLAND TICKETS HERE! I checked in on Thursday went to the office Friday to buy Disneyland tickets and they sold me tickets for Monday — Thursday. I didn't find out till I tried to get into Disneyland and they said I need to pay the difference for the tickets because they are only good for Monday — Thursday. Mind you I just paid 330 for 3 tickets at the super 8. So now I had to wait in line and I'm not paying more because if I buy tickets from Disneyland for 3 that day it's 330. So I just asked for a refund from the hotel because I had to wait in line and I didn't want to pay more to upgrade the bad tickets they sold me. When I got back to the hotel to get my refund he said it's over the weekend so it won't be back on my card till Monday. Now it's Tuesday and I'm still here waiting for my money 330$$ So I call again and I'm told there is no one there in charge and he won't be in till tomorrow. So she called the manager for me and now he's saying 5-7 business days! I'm so unsatisfied with this hotel I will NEVER go back!

We've stayed here many times on our family trips to Disneyland. Erwin and his staff are wonderful! The rooms are clean, & have every thing we need for family fun!

We LOVE this place! It is not perfect, the water does run right out of the shower in SOME rooms, but the rooms are clean, we can walk to and from Disneyland, the staff is nice, and the price is right. :) We have stayed here 5 nights this year so far, and I am looking to book again.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! The general manager, Roger, was beyond rude. Upon finding flying ants and what looked like fleas in my room, on my bed, my pillows, and where we bathed, I was told that I would not be receiving a refund because it was my fault that I didn't change rooms. I'm sorry, I didn't have time to change rooms on my way out the door to Disneyland or Universal Studios. I paid good money to stay here expecting no bugs to fly on my body as I slept! If I wanted bugs, I would have gone camping! Horrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone!

Place was clean and receptive. Parking a bit limited and tight. Breakfast was really limited and a bit bland, but it was available if you woke up super early to beat the bus crowds that get dropped off there. It's about a 20 minute walk to the park. When walking back and using Google maps make sure you've got the right Super 8 as there is another on the opposite end of the park and we walked in circles for a good while. Other than that it was a quite, clean place to sleep.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights for our two day Disneyland trip. The location is perfect, it is a fifteen min walk to the park. You really can't beat that, the price is very reasonable as well. Our room was very nice, clean, and the air conditioning worked great for the warm evenings! The continental breakfast is pretty reasonable and has a decent variety of food. Lastly The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Recently stayed here before a day at Disneyland. We were able to check in in less than 15 minutes with our reservation. That gave us time to drive 2 minutes to Downtown Disney. Check out the next morning was fast and smooth. No complaints at all during our stay. Room was clean and fully stocked with towels. Will use again.

Comfortable bed, just a mile or so from Disneyland. Very friendly stuff, and very helpful as well, the hotel was very easy to find. There coffee isnt that bad. Breakfast was more of a grab and go not made to have a full blown breakfast enough to get your body moving jn the morong. I can't wait to do it again and I would perfer to stay there again.

Clean and nicely updated rooms and furnishings. Looks a little old school from the street but convenient and good price. Staff extremely helpful and polite, will definitely return for future disneyland trips.

Rooms were clean, modern and full-featured. No complaints; nearest to a gas station/convenience store, and easy driving distance to Disneyland or a shopping/dining center boasting many established franchises.

Currently here for the weekend for Disneyland & California Adventures (staying on the 2nd floor) The front guy was really nice & really informative. Hard to get a good parking late night after 12am but it is possible so that's a plus. Hotel smelt nice & omg the beds are so soft Better than my own lol I would stay again Only 2 complains 1. Only 20 channels. 2. Door in the room that connects the another room lol pretty creepy.

Nice rooms, great breakfast. Staff was very nice and friendly. However, bathroom was quite small and I had to sign into the Wi-Fi every 10 minutes or so, which was slightly annoying. You can almost hear everything that is going on outside your room, which is irritating.

Decent for their price. Real close to disneyland trams. Just cut through the parkig structure. Staff is pretty chill and complimentary cereal, donuts, juice, toast.

I stayed here for 7 nights, and I truly loved it :). The beds were very comfortable, the TV with cables is also a good thing. They have their own pool, and laundry area/dryer area. The rooms are air conditioned and the curtains keep the room very dark when needed. Your complimentary breakfast in the morning is another great thing, you save so much more money with this. You can easily spend $100 a day on lunch and dinner alone, some times more. You can also make free local calls, for like taxis and ordering take away if needed. And you can easily see the fireworks that Disneyland does every night easily. I stayed on the 3rd floor room 328, and yeah very nice view :D. Highly recommend staying there, all the staff are very nice and helpful. Checkout is at 11am, but you can stay to midday, if need be. If you have a later in the day flight like I did, they will let you keep your luggage in their closet until your ready to collect it. My flight wasn't till 10:27pm at night, and I didn't want to drag my luggage around with me, so the offered to hold it while I spent the day at Disneyland. It's roughly a 15-20 min walk to Disneyland from the Super8. But its a nice walk up Disneyland drive. I recommend not eating in the park, but trying to get your food outside of the park area, there's a I-hop and Dannys across the road from Disneyland, they make great food, and not too expensive either.

(Visit date: 5/15/15 — 5/17/15) I read all of the negative reviews on this hotel, yet decided to stay anyway because of their fair price and proximity to Disneyland. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, it didn't even have the faintest smell of cigarettes (which seems rare), and the staff was very friendly. To be fair, though, I will give you my only complaints. The pillows are a little too mushy for my taste, and the lighting in the room was a little too dim for the ladies (it's a makeup thing). But truth be told, I'm a Disneyland season pass holder and I think I have found my new "go-to" hotel for our visits. (Update) On the second night of our stay we returned to the hotel at midnight to find nowhere to park at the hotel. A hotel staff member had us park in front of another parked car so that we were blocking the other vehicle from leaving. Luckily, for the other family, we are early risers and checked out of the hotel before the blocked in family needed to leave. This problem definitely falls under the complaint column.

First night. No water, free breakfast was just a cup of cereal, a bedbug bit my arm, and the bathtub got backed-up, only 35 channels on the TV and only 5 worked. So rethink about staying here.

This super, you get close to the park and coming, or you could get to the pool The breakfast fills you with so much but this rich.

Stay away this super 8, bed bug almost killing me, I booked 5 night 2/13/2015-2/18/2015,, with my daughter stay in room 241first night was ok, 2nd night bed bug beats my neck and arms, 2/15 morning I was complaints to the front desk, the change the room 107 to me with no TV, next morning I found bed bug beats my legs and feets, I can't stay nomore, on 2/I6 went to check out, the front desk employee never say sorry to me, I showed my neck, arms, legs, feets to them. Over 20 bedbugs bites, size as 25c quarter. And they will refund my unstay 2night 2/17-/2/18 fee, but have to wait for 10-14 days to get refund to my credit card, I will never never stay super8 again, luckily my daughter not got bite from bedbug.

Great rooms. Beds were comfy and rooms were always cleaned. Amazing staff. Only a 15 minute walk to down town Disneyland and Disneyland parks. Not much for breakfast. Great place to saty when visiting the Parks.

Great hotel. The price was not too bad. maybe a free shuttle service. But overall it's a good option.

This motel is horrible. There's bed bugs, bathroom tubs have mold you can't step on that shower without sandals.

It is a good single motel sleeping bad Internet signal service good and near disneyland breakfast is enough recommend it.

Tiene un televisor viejo (CRT) Ofrecen desayuno gratis que consta de café, pan dulce y cereal, no lo podía creer pero de todos modos no pensaba desayunar ahí, si llegas muy noche te quedas sin estacionamiento y entonces te acomodan donde puedes, ellos colocaron un carro detrás del mio y al día siguiente ese carro no me dejaba salir "porque el dueño se había ido a pie y dejo su vehículo ahí" entonces tuve que hacer muchas maniobras para salir de ese lugar.

We stay here on summer of 2013.

We have stayed here many times and I have never had any problems. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is very friendly, the only thing is that they run out of parking spaces. If you go late such as after Disneyland closes, you will park behind cars, so if the car you parked in back of wants to leave early they will wake you up and have you move your car. Other than that this is a great hotel.
