Would highly recommend staying here. Awesome friendly staff, rooms big, clean and comfortable. Close to all amenities and across the road from Disneyland. Loved this place. Traveled from Australia.

Awesome place and inexpensive. Very close to downtown Disney plus great staff and management… always stay here when we go.

Upon check we were greeted by a friendly face. Owner was very nice and accommodating. He gave us a few recommendations on where to eat and go. Rooms were clean and close to the park. Beds were comfy. This place is perfect for a Disney stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are recently upgraded with nice flooring, and they are clean and decent especially for the price. However a lot of shortcuts were taken with the room upgrades. The room cooling units are not the best quality or very effective. Hard to achieve a comfortable room temperature. Beds vary in comfortablility. We had two rooms, one room set had flexible mattresses, the other pair was firm as a table top. Ultimately, especially for the price, you get a clean room with attempts at modernization upgrades. You can walk out of your door and be at the Disney parks in 10-15 minutes. The value is there, but a little more effort and attention to detail could elevate these rooms to superb.

Editing my last review a little and adding a couple stars. I originally had a couple of problems with the room and then a survey popped up and I rated it lower. But the truth is, the guest service has been great regardless. I made my biggest issue known to the staff, and the gentleman I talked to fixed it immediately and personally. For this, I think I am obligated to revisit my review. I think I would stay here again. True it is on the smaller side, but you know that ahead of time but what I didn't know then and do now, is that the staff will work hard to make your stay enjoyable.

Nice quaint little hotel. I liked the set up. Has ice machine and soda machines and a designated smoking area. Pretty quiet which was really nice. Very close, within walking distance, of Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. Very very very friendly wonderful staff. Super nice and accommodating. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Has microwave and mini fridge. But no coffee maker. Decent tv. Bed was comfortable. I would definitely book this hotel again and recommend it. I loved how quickly I was able to get to Disneyland by walking and Coco's Bakery Restaurant on the corner stays open pretty late. Highly recommend this hotel!

My sister and I decided to make a weekend trip down to Disneyland. We normally stay at resorts, but since the trip was so quick, decided on an outside hotel. The exterior was satisfactory looking, and location is good, (secure). We were greeted by Jay, whom was very hospitable, and friendly! The room was very nice and up to date inside. Quiet, and comfortable, I was very happy with this choice and would certainly stay again. :)

Check in was easy and the attendant was very nice. The room was great for our short stay. It was clean and updated. I would recommend to stay here if you’re ever in the area. It’s quiet, aside from the Disneyland fireworks but it’s awesome that you could see them from the lot. Not far from places to eat and convenience stores.

A great convenient place to stop. They're in the process of updating the facilities so we had an older room however very well maintained and clean. Very friendly staff about a 12-minute walk to Downtown Disney with free parking and coffee and toast available in the morning. A great value for the price since most of us will just be sleeping there. They did have a pool but we did not partake. Everything worked and they sent us text messages upon arrival and departure letting us know that they care and are available for any questions or requests.

Great staff! Me and my family stay here whenever we come to disneyland which is a lot since we are Annual Pass Holders. The Family that owns the hotel, always nice and remembers us. Nitesh remembers my car and waves when we pull in. Easily reachable for room changes and adding rooms to reservations. Last minute reservations, next day aren’t price hiked like most places around the hotel are.

Great place to stay if you just need a place to sleep. Nice pool, rooms are nice and comfortable, quiet and morning coffee is ready and hot. It's about a 12 minute walk to downtown Disney. I highly recommend.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and we were very happy. It's a basic hotel with a very friendly staff. The rooms were nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable! Mini fridge sand nd microwave! I will stay here again. The coffee was fresh and the price was right!

Great hotel! SUPER close to Disneyland which was amazing! We walked to Disneyland both days and didn't have to worry about a shuttle which was nice. We were able to keep our car parked at the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. The fridge in the room was nice and convenient. We highly recommend this hotel and we had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

My husband and I were coming into town on a plane to take our kids to Disneyland and stay at this hotel. When our plane got canceled we knew we wouldn't make it in on time to get into our hotel so we called this hotel to see if we could cancel our room and if there was a chance to get a refund back due to us not being able to make it. The manager said that we will only be charged a $50 fee for canceling last minute the way we did which we were okay with paying the fee instead of the full price of the room. The next morning we noticed the hotel charged us FULL price and not the $50 fee they told us they'd only charge. My husband called the manager right away and explained the situation. He spoke with the GM when the GM explained to him that the manager we spoke with the night before was new and didn't know the rules on how those things work. The GM said that they had to charge full price even after we were already told something different and they didn't even have the decency to call us and let us know! I am extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. I understand there is rules for canceling a room but because we had someone tell us that night it would only be a $50 charge and to see the next morning a full charge without even being informed, that is such a horrible thing to do to someone that was your customer. No one should ever be treated this way.

Great hotel! Friendly staff, comfy beds, and under a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. This is a great budget hotel, close to Disneyland.

We are AP passholders so we visit Disney a lot. We ALWAYS stay at this hotel. We have tried other hotels in the area and always decide to stay here. The rooms are the perfect price and we have never had a single issue. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly and willing to please. The location is unbeatable as the hotel is SUPER close walking distance to downtown DISNEY and the parks. My husband and I would recommend this hotel 100 times over. Great Find!

Honestly for the price this place is great! The staff is friendly and its kept really clean. Also its in the perfect place to go in and out of Disney!

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last couple of months and each time we have been treated as if we are VIP's. The rooms are clean and the staff is incredible! If you are on a budget this is the perfect hotel :)

Friendly staff and the rooms were clean, but dated. It was a nice surprise in the 2 queen bed room that one of the beds was in a separate room — makes it easier with kids. The walls are pretty thin and the hot water was very slow to warm up. The walk to Disneyland was quick and easy too.

Very quiet place, simple in terms of furniture but very hygienic. If you are looking to save on accommodation it is an accessible place.

We will stay here again. Very clean and they supply you with nice small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a small bars of soap. Many hotels are not doing that anymore. So it was was a delight to see that they do. There's a pool and it's heated! The staff is very nice. The only downside was we could hear a little bit of the goings-on outside. But that just told us it was time to get up at 9.

Great place for the New Years events. Watched the fireworks outside our room. Close to the park and a couple of family style restaurants right next door. Clean nice rooms and great front desk staff!

I booked a room last minute on my Hotel Tonight app for my birthday and was really impressed with this place. Not only is it walking distance to Disney, but the service was great. Each room has a different superhero poster on the wall (I got Batman) which I thought is a pretty cool touch to not make it feel like you’re in a typical sterile and stale hotel room. They even send you a complimentary text when you first check in and get to your room saying if you need anything from them, you can text them right there, and another one when you check out letting you know. All around, I had a nice stay here and they were very nice. I would recommend staying here and would definitely stay again.

Very reasonably priced so close to the parks and freeways. Rooms need some simple upgrades and repairs. The bathrooms didn't look or feel very clean. The mirror had some nasty on it and the tubs were long due for a bleach scrub. Ac blew cold, but the first of two rooms had a stinky smell for the fan. Staff was friendly, parking convenient, rooms were quiet. Overall, I knew what to expect from a place at this price, and I wasn't disappointed.

Staff was outstanding. Facility was very clean. Among all the high dollar top name hotels around. These guys are on their game. They appreciate their customers and want you to be happy and come back. I highly recommend them.

Comfy room. Good cleaning service, kind greeting. It's not loud. Looks kinda shady from the outside but don't let it scare you away. It is not. It is a good place. It's good price and very close to Disney and the convention center.

The room was clean, the second bed was in an actual room of its own which was perfect for the kiddo. Not fancy by any means but perfect for a place to stay close to the park. And no one above us was a huge plus! Would definitely stay again.

One word: cockroaches. Found two of them in the room I stayed in. First one was on the bed and second was in the bathtub. I went to the front desk and showed the girl working the picture I had taken of one of them. She looked at it and said, “Oh that’s a water bug. ”… Definitely wasn’t. She got a man who I’m assuming was the manager to come to the room after I had gone to the front desk. I showed him the picture as well and he said, “Maybe you left the door to your room open. ” That was not the case at all! He did offer another room but that response really pissed me off. Not handled very well…

I made a last minute reservation last week so I could bring my family to Disneyland. I made the reservation on hotwire and things got a little mixed up as to the beds. I called and talked to Jay. He helped me get things fixed and then I also got a second night to stay. Jay was so pleasant to work with and was very customer friendly. I saved his information and will be visiting again. Thank you Jay for a great experience!

Good place to go to Disneyland near restaurants very good location. Very clean rooms.

We will definitely be staying here again. The owner and his family are absolutely wonderful and I felt safe here which is a must for me! The walk to DTD was shorter than we expected and our room was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was easy our needs were met with ease including a smile. Thank you Jay and Mary Bell! We miss you already! Sherri and Bob. :)

You pay for what you get. I had gotten bitten by bugs here. Killed something that was flying in the air even though our room door was closed the whole time. Bare minimum with the towels and what not. They warn you not to get makeup on their towels. The bath tubs is over due for a scrub. The tub floor is black and so is the mat that comes with it. The curtains don't cover all the way. The air conditioner did work properly and the TV had no issues. There is only 1 ice machine and it's located near the pool. The pool is clean. The front desk workers were nice. We had issues with the room keys. They are very sensitive to being demagnetized. The hotel is very close to downtown Disney.

The room was clean and adequately appointed. Would definitely stay there again. The property is also ideally located on the West side of the Disneyland Resort.

For the price there isn't much to complain about. The room was clean. It had a refrigerator and microwave which was a good thing for us. Beds were comfy, AC worked great, friendly staff, outside appearance was clean. You can say the hotel is fairly old but they're obviously putting forth an effort to keep it maintained. Because we were out here on a business trip and needed much rest as possible it was a bit hard to get due to the people next door to us. The walls are thin and you can hear everything that's going on next door. The neighbors were up all night, I'm not sure if their baby was sick. But the poor baby was crying most of the night and morning. I guess you can say they enjoyed going to Disneyland. Overall, we enjoyed staying here!

Generally a good experience. Check in took a bit longer than expected as the receptionist had a difficult time splitting the payment between my friend and I. The room we stayed in looked as though it had been updated recently with new blinds and hardwood floors, so that was a nice touch. Some parts of the hotel, like the pool, need to be updated. We paid quite a bit for the hotel as it's within walking distance of Disneyland and the convention center. The check out process was quick and easy. Overall, a pretty good experience.

For the price there isn't much to complain about, the staff smiling and friendly the rooms were clean and needs were comfortable. You can tell the Inn is fairly old but they're obviously putting forth an effort keep it maintained. The only thing I would say could have been better is the same thing I would say for many motels and hotels, it would be nice to walk in to the A/C already cooling the room, it didn't take to long to cool the room though.

We had a lovely stay here. Reasonably priced. Room was spacious with mini fridge and new a/c unit. Bedding was nice but the pillows were a bit old and lumpy. It was a bit of a hike to Disney from this location; it took us about 20 mins to walk to the park going to the right or left of the hotel. I think the shuttle picks up right in front of it though. Staff was very nice! There is a pool and ice machine. Room was clean and grounds well kept. Highly recommend!

Crappy bed. Super low water pressure. My car is more comfortable to sleep in.

Horrible. You're better off sleeping in your car. The lady at the desk received us in her pajamas. There was loud construction and carpet cleaning going on during the day. When we finally go to the room after long day at Disney with our 2 year old, the staff was in a loud argument with guest about 3rooms down from us. When we opened the door to our room, we were hit by a bad musky smell. The shower towels were old, thin, and hard. The sheets on the bed were very low quality and thin. The room is filled with lots of really bad "touch up" construction work. There was rust on some of the bathroom fixtures. The drawers were so dirty that we kept our clothes in our bags. And in the morning the water came out of the faucet with white milky look to it. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I went to WonderCon at the convention center on Saturday and Kimberly at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a great rate on my room, especially for not having a reservation on a Saturday during a convention event. My room had all that I needed and the bed was so comfortable. I obviously had a better experience than other reviewers of ADI&S. My room was clean, no odors, no bugs, my Wi-Fi signal was strong, and again Kimberly at the front desk was awesome. My only complaint was that the TV was set on a timer and would shut off every 2 hours and I couldn't turn that feature off. I love that it was so close to the convention center, Disneyland parks and so many other places of interest. I would have no problem staying here again.

Do not stay here! The worst place on this earth literally… The staff is very very very rude. But I should say the ownership is a total night mare.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Disneyland. Doesn't even deserve a STAR. Rooms are shabby, and the continental breakfast might be good for a mouse, but not for an adult. They only serve muffins and oranges and apple. The food was all gone by 7:30am and is supposed to be served until 9am.

My family and I have been staying at this location for several years when we go to Disneyland. I will say that we have NEVER had any problems at all when we stay. It may not be the best but, it is not the worst. Jose at the front desk is AWESOME and always makes us feel welcome. We have stayed here so often that when we call to make reservations they know who we are. We will definitely be staying here every time we make a run for Disneyland.
