Very awesome Harley dealer the people that work here are super nice, only came to an event but if you had any questions about there bikes they were very patient and explained everything, very clean and organized.

Walked in here after having a polite, helpful, and thorough chat with a rep on the phone. I was a lady, alone, needing much honest guidance and insight. My sales rep Austin was kind, and knowledgeable… He let me ask a million questions, gave helpful insights on bikes And financing… and I felt comfortable, and safe in his expertise while also not feeling rushed. In fact, Everyone I worked with was pretty great. Ginger is hilarious. Ive never had a vehicle purchasing experience go better. I'll honestly return just to hang out while I figure out how to ride her! I honestly look forward to my first service visit lol.

Tbh this is my first real bike. From the start I did my research as best as possible. I wasn't big on having a new bike with the big motor I just wanted music and a nice ride for me and my Wife. Well I went to two other dealers before I went HB Harley. I read the reviews on all of them. Not the good ones but the bad ones. And to say the least I wasn't going to make the 1hr 30 min trip out there. But I woke up Sunday and they called me so I went. Soon as I walked in the door Daniel approaches me introduced himself and off we went. I was focused on a used bike cheap payments and easily out the door but I was focused on going back to another dealer I was just here for the ride and gain more info. Daniel kept it A1 from the start I compared used to new road glides to road kings and my biggest thing the payments. I still was hesitant. Was there well over a hour even more. Left Sunday and came back Tuesday 7/27/21 walked in still wasn't what I wanted we talked more and felt that it wasn't what I wanted. I left there and went to another dealer close by. Samething cool rep and all but HB Harley hands down had the better deal and one key factor that I did. All the bad reviews that I read I looked into what other reviews those people gave on different establishments. I weighed the options hard. It's now 1pm and I got to be at work at 6pm and I'm on the freeway back to HB Harley the one thing I said I wanted to do was ring that Bell. And I did.

This was the last time I will go there. Since I bought the bike there I have never been satisfied with their service department or any of their customer service… today was the last straw. I stood in line waiting and just when it is my turn some girl walks up with another customer right in front of me with no excuse me or anything. I just walked out. I will spend my money somewhere else…

They advertise the bikes online and when you get there, they don't even have what was advertised. They don't update their website enough. I rode all the way down there over an hour ride just to find out that what I was going to look at and what I had called about and talk to somebody about was not in stock.

The team is very very nice, very beautiful store well developed, much better than BARTELS Los Angeles. This is worth seeing since LA and moreover they are much more welcoming than at BARTELS.

Fun times today! We had fun checking out new bikes, there mabe a DeLuxe in Dave's future (if he can part with his Road King) got us some new shirts for summer, got an estimate on Daves white side wall back tire for the Roadie, played poker … got me second place 3 kings and 2 Jacks! Met some nice fellow bikers and exchanged fun ride stories, ended with yummy tacos and margarita slushes. Nice way to spend a Saturday! Thanks for hosting a fun day!

The productions are always well done and the actors/actresses are excellent! It is unfortunate that they were not able to stay at the library, but the venue at Westmont is cozy and they do a good job making due. Very grass roots, fun local activity with older kids.

I bought 2017 Street Glide. I also bought new wheels, handle bars and a couple of other accessories to be installed a few glitches came up with the getting the bike when promised and then the throttle sensor went out. I wrote an email to the general manager and I gotta say, not only did they fix the problem, they went above and beyond. Also, so love the gals in apparel. Thank you all! I'm glad I bought from my local dealer.

Huntington Beach Harley-Davidson by far, has to be the best shop/dealership I've ever been too. I've rode Harley-Davidson's most of my life, so I've been to alot of shops and never have I've felt more welcome then I do there.

The play MASH was awesome but there was no AC in the theater.

Best library theater I have ever been to. Awesome.

I haven't attended but picked up a lot of people there. The staff is always friendly and it's very stylish for a none coastal hotel.

TV did not work. Blinds were too short for the windows, climate in the hotel was hot, lighting in the rooms, themselves, was terrible. Not a great hotel for a business traveler seeking adequate accommodations to work in their room. That said, the bar was very trendy and popular. Go for the fun, not for the stay.

Good location and rooms. Though lacks some amenities like a fridge or a sufficient laundry room. Helpful employees.

Nice place. Modern looking and easy to get around. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi are great too! The beds could be a tad morr comfortable and the sheets kept coming off.

The only positive thing was the location across the street from a trendy shopping center. The hotel was very poorly renovated, beds & bedding was gross, doors were beat up, carpet was nasty stained, light switches were mucked up, my bath tub hardly turned off and constantly dripped, the elevators were scary like you were going to get stuck. I honestly tried not to shower for 2 days just because I was so grossed by the bathroom I thought my own dirt was cleaner! Ugh. The staff was mediocre and the management was rude. My coworkers & COO got kicked out of the bar, then the lobby, then got threatened to have security called JUST for having a drink and chatting past 10pm AS PAYING GUESTS! They were not being rowdy/drunk. To top it off, our COO had a strange man walk into her room in the middle of the night! Seriously such a sketchy place. I would have relocated if my company didn't book it with conferences there.

Musty room and window view from bedroom is of another wall. Can see pool if you lean out over railing. Made reservations 5 months ahead and this is what you get. Worst king suite ever. Don't ever get room 226.

Horrible customer service, the staff doesn't seem to know what they're doing. I travel almost every other day all around the United States and this is one of the worst hotels out there.

The Service was extremely friendly, they let me keep mine and my boyfriends bike locked up in a special room in the lobby over night! Were always willing to answer our questions! The room is very modern, the hotel is 10 miles from the beach but the price of the room beats out any beach front property. If you are active, it's a really nice bike ride to the beach! Beautiful shopping center across the street with 5 star steak house. Knots Berry Farm is only 8 miles away from the hotel as well! The lobby is pretty and the rooms are decent for the price you pay and the location of the hotel. Overall extremely welcoming staff and a wonderful experience!

Actually it's a really funky hotel. Tiny but friendly bar. I will go back. And COSTCO and WHOLE FOODS is right across the street. Enjoy.

We stayed there one night 4/8/15 to 4/9/15 our room smelled like mildew and in the morning we found a large roach in the bath room. After having one of there staff spray the bathroom with raid poison we had to request to be move to another room. We spoke to the manager who made us wait forever for him in the lobby was rude had a careless attitude never apologize ill never stay there again.

This local theater is a hidden gem. They put on quality shows and it really is a lovely location. Definitely worth a visit.

The Huntington Beach Playhouse is a non-profit organization providing high quality live theatre events to the local community. Musical, drama, and comedic productions are presented at the Huntington Beach Central Library Theater. The Library Theater offers 319 seats each with an intimate view of the stage.

The check-in and lobby area were nice and modern, but the room was not. We got it for cheap, so we were okay about it. Internet was slow, the "weight room" smelled like one-week-old socks and most of the equipments were missing or broken. They provided you with towels inside the "weight room" and for the pool, though I didn't want to use it, duh.

Staff is great, but the rooms are awful. No a/c in lobby, elevators or hallways. Elevators are not all working and very slow. Hotel is 6 miles from the beach, and the 'shuttle' is an old car that you have to make an appt for. Rooms are outdated and dirty, and luxury is at an extreme minimum: no extra towels or pillows, only a tiny shampoo and lotion, and only one cup of coffee per room. As stated, with a phone call, staff was accomodating, friendly and prompt, but the hotel is a mess.

It was a nice location, walking distance to a nice big shopping center with plenty restaurants to choose from. Walked in and was very impressed with how modern and elegant it looked so when we decided to upgrade a newly upgraded room for $110 a night we thought it wld be just as elegant as the rest of the place. Only to walk in to a small room with two beds definently not an upgrade $110 dollar a night worth. I cold have gotten a room that size and quality for way less. Way over priced for sure. The staff was OK but did not go out of their way to show good customer service. It was ehhhh OK I wld stay their again for the indoor pool that my husband and kids enjoyed but wld NOT over pay for a basic room.

This hotel is great for what it is. Granted, it's 20 min from the beach but that's why it doesn't cost you an arm and a leg. The food is delicious and fairly priced. The bar staff is made up of two of the best bartenders in the O. C. Chris Brooks and R. J. Hunt. Needless to say they'll take care of your drinking needs. As for the rooms, from what I've seen, on a 1-10 scale they get a71/2 to 8. Check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed. And if you are then your a lame so who cares what you think.

Stayed here for a friends bachelor party last weekend. Though they have give the interior a fancy face lift, don't be fooled. The bar is decent and the atmosphere is fun but it stops there. The location is awful. They advertise amazing access to the beaches yet its 20 minutes from the beach. Their pool is ghetto along with most of their other facilities. DO NOT EAT THE FOOD for it is over priced and poor quality; you would have a better meal at Cheesecake Factory across the street. If you don't mind staying next to the busiest freeway in Orange County then the location is easily accessible. The service/wait staff is under trained and poorly disciplined. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to any of my out of town friends.

Drove up, very nice appearance outside, lobby very nice, front desk check in help was very courteous. But then come to find out when I took a walk with 6 kids to check out pool that it didn't work, Lil upset about that but more upset that it wasn't advertised and the employee we asked was very rude and just shrugged shoulders and said WHATEVER and walked off no customer service skill at all, so when I let front know how we were treated so that it didn't happen to anyone else they tried to offer free shuttle service which was already free in the first place, then gave us free buffet. Okay so then after long day at the beach 4 adults and 6kids the place keys didn't work constantly called for help, hotel blacked out and evacuated the whole hotel for a drill at midnight. And then acted like nothing and when we were told to enter out rooms again! Honestly the only part and people of this place I would acknowledge is the buffet help. Other than that this place is a JOKE! Worst place every to stay at.
