I stayed there the evening of June 3, 2018. I was extremely impressed by the staff and the room. The room was fairly big and surprisingly very clean. It had a king size bed that was very comfortable and about a 50 inch led TV. All this for only $75.00 per night! I was impressed by the way they had hung the hand towel and wash cloth next to the sink basin. I have only seen this done at very nice hotels and on cruise ships. You would have to see it, I m not going to tell you how it looked, you will just have to stay there and see for yourself. I carefully took it apart just to see how it was done. I know, way to much time on my hands. The only drawback was the damn Jack, in the crack) in the box across the street from there. It was 10:10 p. M. The main restaurant was closed by it the drive thru was still open. A had just walked across the street, walked up to the drive thru window and the Jack and would not serve me because I was not in a car. Just as well, every time I eat at J. In the B I get the runs. From now on, when I am in the OC I will stay at this place. Cuttos to you all at the Princess!

4.7 stars* I don't do reviews often but this location is well deserving. I checked in America's Best Value Inn Westminster 4-16-18 (previously known as Princess Inn) on an unexpected travel to the area. I must say the location is great! The front desk and management is absolutely wonderful! The room was clean upon my arrival with fresh quality linens, meaning really clean sheets and towels not those dusty rough ones that appear used and abused. They have hardwood floors in the room along with great cable including free On-Demand. Being 8months pregnant beds are really important and let me just tell you the bed and pillows are super comfy. You can tell the management and owner really upkeep the property and care about Guest. The walls are pretty thin as you can hear some walking if your on any other floor but 3 but overall it was pretty quiet. No loud noise or people. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it's no continental breakfast, just coffee. Also I was a little disappointed with the weekend housekeeping knocking at 10AM when checkout is at 11AM. However I must say the weekday housekeeper Maria is a sweet as can be! With great cleaning skills. Love her! I also had little frustration in the beginning with the $200 hold on my credit card but no worries I received an alert from my bank, I was refunded on check out day before I even walked out the parking lot. I mean this location is a gem! Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

The absolute best deal in town. Nclean rooms with everything you could need just minutes from Bella Terra and a few miles to surf City down town hb with everything so cal has to offer in a few blocks. The staff is awesome and a pleasure to do. Business with!

They kind of did a half-ass remodel on the place but it's not terrible. They do have refrigerators as well as microwave and a decent sized flat screen in the rooms which is nice. Not a bad little view if you're up on the third floor. And they do have an elevator which just always makes things easier. All I know for the price it's not a bad place at all.

Came from Utah with family not knowing what to expect. Property and rooms are very clean. Area feels safe and the staff clearly looks out for the guests. This is our new place to stay when we're in the area!

A lot nicer than it looks from the outside. Quiet. Clean. Bathroom had some black mold though. Was a LOT nicer than I'd expected, given the location; right off Beach Blvd. In an area you definitely don't want to walk around in after dark.

It was nice, friendly. I like the service. Would definitely go again. You get what you pay for. The room was somewhat clean but you get what you pay for. Obviously not going to be hella clean like Vegas's Venetian. Somewhat of an unfair review cuz I stayed at the Venetian but I'm trying to be as objective as possible. 5/5

For the price?! Yes! I recommend this place seriously! It doesn't look as great from the outside. The inside is comforting and it looks nice! Definitely great place to sleep, hangout or just you know intimacy ;).

I'm giving this place 5 stars because: Remodeled, clean and crisp bedding and smells good. I was pleasantly surprised. The young man at the desk was pleasant, nice, helpful and he truly cared about the Guests.

Small and in need of repairs, however it does look like they're starting to make the repairs as I saw work crews the morning I left.

Missing iron but other than that decent place to stay.

After being mistreated at candlewood suites hotel in Irvine and Lake forest. We cancelled our reservation and came Across Americas Best Value Inn at the Westminster Location. Friendly front office staff and pleasant stay. Its basic but a cheap price. I recommend this motel.

The rooms were very clean and service was very good as well.

Manager/Owner, very & sloppy housekeeping, black mold in bathrooms, wallpaper, internet, lots of smokers on my floor, and comments from the Manager and an unexplained reservation after he lurked, outside my door then saw my date and I together. Non-stop construction noise due to renovations during days too!

When I open the hotel room, it was an uneasy feeling. The bedding appear to be used and unclean. I went to let the clerk know and asked him to check the room. The owner was very angry and rude because I made a complaint and wouldn't exchange for different room. He said, to leave and call online reservation to get a refund. I never experienced or seen anything unsanitary and unprofessional from a place of business. Please do not stay.

The hotel has great location and great clean rooms at an affordable prices.

Clean, low key, owners are very laid back if u plan on staying an extra night but havnt paid yet and over sleep they don't make a huge fuss, they make one phone call to the room. And say just come down at some point later. Very nice people.

The hotel price is not too expensive. The rooms are newly remodeled. Everything was nice and clean and the beds are really comfortable. I will definitely be coming back. Recommended.

I stayed there for 2 nights. Very good for the price. Clean room, good service. Good bang for your money.

I paid cash for a customer and received a receipt the first time but the second time, the older individual running the place refused! If you are a cash paying customer. BEWARE! The place is clean, but the manager (s) do not appear to understand English nor American laws! Communication is strained at Best.

I guess they just remodeled this place. The rooms are nice and clean. They have a large LCD TV to watch tv. The place is quite. They have hardwire internet for free, and morning coffee from a Keurig Machine which is nice, cause it makes a fresh cup of coffee each time, unlike most Hotels, that use those thermos, so you dont know how old the coffee is. All and all I would recommend this place, since its cheap, close to the beach and shopping and is clean. :).
