As far as places to crash while you're on a beach vacation, this one was pretty great! The biggest cosmetic issue was carpenter nails between the bathroom and carpeted area. The room was nice and cool, fridge worked as long as you didn't turn off the switch. Needs more outlets in this modern age, only 4 spare ports throughout the sleeping area. Located right off a major road, you do hear some traffic, but it's not often and not usually enough to annoy. Breakfast available late, noon check out. All in all, not a bad stay with only a couple minor inconveniences but no problems.

A quiet hotel with a home environment. Friendly staff. The garden, the pool is almost at the exit of the room. It's 10 minutes to the beach by car.

The rooms are clean and the bathroom very clean. The mattress too soft and the sheets lise. The area of the vending machines is very neglected. Nice lawn and pool.

Great hotel. Breakfast was very good, and the lady running breakfast was very nice and helpful. The kids loved the pool. Room was nice and clean. Only complaint is one bed was bowing in and not as comfortable as the other one. Really nice stay otherwise. Really love the easy access to the pool and putting area, our room had a sliding glass door.

We had a wonderful stay at this Best Western! The room was clean, the breakfast was wonderful (plenty of food and variety of foods), and very friendly staff as well. We are happy and we plan to return to this place our next trip! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We so enjoyed our stay. We were here for 7 night's, no matter who we saw, the staff was always gracious and helpful. The 2 days we needed our room freshened up M. Went over and above. One faucet leaked and we just let them know, not expecting it to get fixed… just wanted to give them a heads up… it was taken care of quickly. It is 10-20 minutes away from everywhere we went… pirate show, beach, aquarium etc. Our 3 kiddos loved the pool… breakfast was average, they had strawberries one day and that was nice. Will definitely stay again.

Horrible experience. Researched rooms in the area before choosing this Best Western. Reviews hit on all the main points: price, bed comfort, clean, quiet. Not true at all. AC in neighboring room would actually rattle the room when it turned on. Not like a small rattle or vibration, but a full shaking of the walls, windows and furniture. Turned on every 35 minutes, day and night. Brought this to managements attention. No response from corporate. Onsite had their maintenance look at it, actually made it worse the next day. Now there is a loud thud before it kicks on and vibrates. Beds were hard, but I almost expected that a little. What I didn’t expect was for the springs and bed frame to creek every time you move. If the AC from the other room didn’t wake you, this sure as hell did. Shower was NOT clean. Mold lined the top of the shower. Apparently the cleaning crew either cannot see/reach or does not care. Either way, it was gross. Extremely dissatisfied. I was not expecting to spend much time in the room and didn’t, but the time spent here was miserable. I would avoid this hotel completely if I were reading this review. I’m not being petty, cheap or unrealistic. It was really this bad.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. We stayed for 5 nights and for the price it was completely satisfactory. Not anything fancy but had everything we needed, no complaints.

Stayed for 3 nights. Nothing special but worth the money we paid. Maids cleaned our room daily and did a good job. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausages, wafels, cereals, toasts, yogurts, and some fruits. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Some shopping in walking distance. I wood stay in this hotel again.

The staff was very friendly, so that got them 3 stars. However, when I tried to take a shower in the morning the water wouldn't get hot. Maybe luke warm at best, I had goosebumps. It was awful! Also, the door had a large gap so you could hear all the traffic in the street. The place just seemed worn out and old. I wouldn't go back.

With the location of this BW (near enough to Disneyland) and the money charged, it is very much worth your consideration when in the area. Staff were all very helpful and very cordial. I would recommend to a friend as well as a stranger.

Positives — decent hotel, clean, staff friendliness, relatively full breakfast with eggs, sausages, potatoes, bread, Donuts, waffles, cereals, juice and coffee. Functional Internet and free parking. Negatives-no safe in our room while the description mentioned it, we were told that some rooms had but not all. Small disappointment regarding the "Patio" since my room at the end did not have as in the photo (with the garden). My patio overlooked the passage next to the staircase; (. Otherwise we hear the road it's quite noisy and even the neighbors next door hear them talking, coughing, water etc, even the steps of the tenants upstairs. The air conditioning is noisy too but stops once the room cools. The pool and Jacuzzi other disappointment since both were out of service (green water and blur) during our stay; (. Otherwise it is well located, not far from a mall (Westminster Mall) and 20 min from Disneyland Park. I would recommend for this hotel to avoid taking a room at very low rate because otherwise you will risk having a room like mine at the end snif. We have what we also pay so for the kindness of the staff, I put 4 stars…

Best Western Westminster Inn is a nice little hotel with friendly staff, nice clean rooms and convenient location. Very good for the price. The only complaint I have is the beds are too stiff for my liking. I prefer a softer pillow-top like bed. Also, we had a 2nd floor room and this is a walk-up so it would have been nice if they offered Bell Service to carry your luggage up the stairs. All in all this was a very nice hotel and for such a low price is a bargain…

It was loud… you could hear conversations from the room next to you, people's footsteps from upstairs, landscaping outside… the walls must be extremely thin because I could hear everything through them. Makes me feel like I have no privacy in my own room too. If I can hear others, others can hear me. I give them 3 stars for their friendliness and free water and fruits every day.

I was very impressed, very clean and beautifully decorated. Being a Marriott brand person l will definitely be booking here again and again. Definitely take a look before you go elsewhere everyone.

This was a very nice and affordable hotel. The breakfast was great. Rooms were nice. I like that it included a microwave and refrigerator in the room. My kids and husband enjoyed the little putting area and ping pong table. The only issue I had was with our bed. It was comfortable but squeaks with every move. Overall, it was a nice experience.

I have been staying here off and on for the last several years when I travel to the LA area for business. It is highly convenient to where my meetings are, but also the beaches and access for overall LA. The staff has been wonderful, the rooms are always clean and the value is fantastic. I would recommend to anyone wishing to be in this part of Orange County.

Check in staff was nice and made me feel welcome. The pool was freezing so I couldn't go swimming with my little girl. The bathroom door wouosnr close due to it hitting the toilet. The kitchen supplies in the kitchen room could use some updating. I stayed two nights and there was no bowls. The plates were all different. The room itself was very nice though and spacious. I enjoyed the fact that the sliding door to the patio had an additional lock on it. I also enjoyed the blackout curtains.

Clean property inside and out. Lot's of amenities. Very kind, clean and helpful staff. Not a lot of parking. Check in is standard 300pm and check out 1100am. So if your not checking in early or on time, it's a little pricey for the short time, but they make up for it with free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Lot's of shopping and dining within walking distance.

Very nice place to stay. A little mini golf area that the kids loved. Pin pong table and bbq were a plus.

Clean room. Very comfortable bed. Free parking. Breakfast was so so and needs improvement. Staff was good. Good for a couple of nights stay. Yes, won't mind staying there again if have to.

I have stayed at Best Western hotels all over the western US and have always been satisfied. My favorites are to numerous to be listed.

I think it's a very cozy, nice hotel. The outside doesn't look as inviting but once you step in it's awesome.

We were happy here with the courteous service and promptness with requests But… now after having two stays and a room change due to a booking vs a polite "Are you wanting to extend your stay? " We have had enough. When we accepted the new room we did not think that we would walk into a dirty, soiled carpeted area and the bathroom floor That was "sticky" and obviously dirty. SO… I cleaned it myself being somewhat anal retentive as I am. Now, we can forgive that and move on and meet new challenges like figuring out where the control is for the small refrigerator and the fact that it is turned on by a wall switch.? Turned it off several times in a night stupor thinking we were turning out the lights. Let's see what else. Oh they decided not to extend our stay because after we moved to the second room we supposedly left the first room dirty?. Really?. Give me and the world a break. And now. One last thing I am an Air Force medic Vet (careful about sterilization) but I gave them a flag on the condition that they would use it. They accepted it but it was no where to be displayed. Hmmm. The last thing is that there are noises coming from the air conditioning and the walls. The pool area is ok but it is so close to the rooms that it can be noisy at times, as late as 10 to 11 o'clock at night! END OF STORY.

To be honest, I wasn't in there long, my company has a professional station in one of the rooms there and I was just there for a professional reason, but what I saw was nice. Bedroom was well kept. Campus was clean, well lit outside and no shady figures.

Down here for work by far the best hotel I've stayed at. Breakfast is the best!

Great service and clean. Recommend the electric plug in sink area be replaced. The plugs fall out.

Staff was great. Everything else was less than par from my previous Best Western experiences.

Very Big Rooms. Everything is clean and fresh. Pool goes up to 7 feet deep also very clean. Stayed for 4 nights and felt like home.

Google opinion rewards. Good hotel. Was clean and a big room. Some strange things were a shampoo and body wash dispenser in the bathroom but felt it fit in with the California feel of recycling.

I booked this hotel for a last minute trip to Disneyland and was extremely happy with my choice! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating and answered all questions I had! If you are looking for a middle of the road hotel, this is a perfect choice! Easy access to local attractions like Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, beaches, etc!

Very caring, helpful staff. The building is well-maintained and the room was very clean. I loved the patio right outside the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, the service was very good, we had a couple of issues which we bought to their attention and they sorted them out very promptly. We have been traveling for 3 weeks and this accomodation had the best breakfast by far, would definately stay here again and would be happy to recomend it to others. Also very clean.

The location is in a quaint neighborhood with little traffic, and the room I had was great if a little musty. The service is amazing.

Reasonable place at a reasonable price. The bed was super noisy. Any shifting on it made low deep creaks. The breakfast was low on options, no fruit was available. But otherwise it was a good place to stay and would probably consider it again.

The room service is fantastic while the surrounding area isn't as nice. Same breakfast everyday but it's a cheap place to sleep.

Very clean and spacious studio room. Clean pool and Jacuzzi. Ping pong table bonus for the children. Breakfast fresh and great variety. Pleasant staff. Alfredo has been very helpful with check in/ out process. Definitely returning! Not too far from Huntington beach.

Been coming to Huntington Beach for hockey tourneys since 2011 and always stay here. Great place, location, staff, value… wouldn't stay anywhere else! Fridge & microwave in rooms for no extra charge. And the generous amount of LIGHTING in every room, love it! Thank you!

This hotel is great! It is extremeley affordable and has commodities that you would pay double for in the same area! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying for family, business, or any other reason. I was very impressed by the staff's hospitable demeanor and positive attitude. Rooms are clean, breakfast was amazing, snack time was fantastic, and location was convenient. I wasn't able to come up with a single complaint, this place is just great.

Wonderful staff close to Disneyland and the mall with a decent continental breakfast as long as you like hard boiled eggs waffles etc.

Very clean and great for the price. No surprises with the bill, breakfast and Wi-Fi great. Only Hotel in area with this peacefull spa area, full of birds and BBQ area. Try out the $20per hour foot massage only a block away.
