The WORST hotel I’ve ever been too in my entire life! If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve stayed in cleaner hotels in Mexico along with better customer service. I normally don’t write reviews, but I had to for this hotel. First off the area is sketchy, don’t book hotels on this side of the 405 freeway unless you want to stay in a trapped out hotel room. My room was filthy full of stains on the carpet, bedding, chairs, lamp shades & practically everything! The room looked like it had bedbugs. The room smelled like cigarettes and musty. The sink was clogged full of water & the bathroom was disgustingly dirty! I made sure to take pictures of everything! Ugh I was so mad because I did not feel safe staying here, so we literally left 35 min later after I had a long dispute with the booking agency to get my money back. For a 2 night stay, they would only refund me 1 night, so I lost out the 1st nights money of $170 which I didnt care because I have to much pride to stay in a filthy hotel room like that! I literally wasn’t even in the hotel room other than to make a phone call to the booking agency & they still wouldn’t give me my money back. Like why not just reimburse me? I DID NOT STAY HERE! The front desk guy named MK & Dave we’re rude & unhelpful. Hello your in a customer service position! Do your job & make sure your customers feel heard & validated. If they don’t feel safe staying there be understanding and give them their damn money back!

The queen beds are kind of small closer to the size of a full, but the beds were comfortable to sleep on. Also the battery on our smoke alarm was low so it kept beeping all night.

Very Clean Hotel. The Staff there were very nice. And check in was simple and easy. Really enjoyed my stay more then I thought I would. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone! :)

I would not recommend it… the towels were dirty!

This place was decent priced and the rooms were pretty good plus the breakfast is really good for such a low cost place.

Beds were extremely uncomfortable, stains on the chairs, shower did not drain properly. Staff was really nice. Price was ok for a cheap motel.

Smelly Hotel, they called it a "non smoking hotel", but you smell cigarettes everywhere. Their continental breakfast is ridiculous. Just some bread jelly and coffee and yogurt. Worse continental breakfast ever. The elevator sounds horrible. Beds appeared clean, room decor okay, bathrooms appear clean. Front Desk nice. However cannot earn more than a star because of its bad smell and bad breakfast.

This place is nice. But my brother stayed there and was charger for a broken drawer! Giving that he never even touched it. They scam him out of $100. I do not recommend this hotel! Really unprofessional!

Rooms are nice for the price and relatively low key for motels in HB area… meaning not a lot of unwanted traffic as it is managed well. Basically I'd suggest not a lot of visitors if you stay here, they frown on party rooms or what appears to be drug traffic types so that's nice.

I booked this hotel through a booking online company for one night. The room was clean (very filthy TV remote control though), but the hotel clerk, an individual named Dave from Indian origin, was incredibly impolite, rude, and aggressive because we checked out at noon instead of at 11 am. He came banging at the door and treated us like dirt. I told him he had no right to treat us rudely because we were good people and were about to leave, and his reply was to impolitely ask not to tell him how to do his job and felt very proud of his aggressive and rude attitude towards customers. After checking out, I asked for a copy of the final bill and noticed he charged $30 for late check-out fees without prior notice. I told him I would not take a charge of $30 and his rude attitude towards me and my wife, and that I was going to complain to my booking company and report his deplorable attitude. The very nice booking agent kindly apologized for this bad treatment and gave us a compensation equivalent to the fee the impolite clerk charged. My advice: Stay out of this hotel because they don't deserve to have customers if they think they can treat them like dirt.

We had a very nice visit and had no issues. The big plus were the nice smiles from the staff anytime we needed anything It was the best service for the price. WE initialliy had reservations about the businesses surrounding the hotel but only once saw any trouble at a nearby bar The bar is nice otherwise and had security There is a pawn shop that is fun to shop in too. There is an alley but never saw any issues going on within the areas There is a gas station convenience store at the corner too. Thank you Jason, David and all of the staff for your expertise service!

Our room was nice, clean and comfy. They also offer complimentary breakfast.

The night clerk should be given an opportunity to seek employment elsewhere at the soonest possible opportunity. My reccomendation would be to stay here if the only choice you have is sleeping on the street or staying here.

Location is the sketchy part. Thats the only reason why I didnt give it a 5. Next to a major freeway, liquor store next door and a bar as well. Lots of weird people hanging around there.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean, fresh towels daily and does NOT smell like smoke. Great value, I would stay here again.

Beds very comfortable, close to Highway but quiet. The night staff spoke french.

Room was so loud, cars racing ouside on Beach Blvd all night long. The walls are paper thin, kids screaming, huge families filling rooms (living there? ) Supposedly non smoking but room reeks of smoke and burn holes on furniture. Bedspread and blanket smelled funky. It was really hard to feel safe tgere. Liquor store and girly bar next door with weirdos walking around. Piles and piles of trash with outdoor trash bins overflowing and never emptied. Disgusting. You get what you pay for. Stay at a 5 star Ayres Hotel instead for $40 more!

Location was excellent-easy access toto all the major LA Area attractions. Rooms were clean but nothing special. Provided continental breakfast which was ok, nothing over the top but good enough. Staff was also just ok. Not over the top friendly but also not rude. I felt like this super 8 pretty much marched exactly what you would expect for the price. Did not underperform or exceed any expectations.

My friends and I stayed at this Hotel for Thansgiving weekend becuse we wanted to be close to the beach. Hotel staff were all super friendly epcailly desk cleark who gose by Jay from India. He was sweet and so accomodating to me and my friends. The Hotel is every close restaurants, hunington beach and shopping area. The hotel was very clean for a 2 star hotel, breakfast was ok was not a full breakfast like most Super 8's. Any way I will difineally stay here again epcally for the summers!

Planned a family beach trip to Huntington beach this hotel was 10 minutes away hotel staff were friendly the room was good for our one night stay close to stores and food places would stay again only con was breakfast it was okay. We give it 8 out of 10
