I spent a night here on the way to Mobile. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but a bit dated. There appeared to be some water damage in the ceiling, and the bathroom wasn't the greatest, but it did for a single night. The pool was well maintained and nice for relaxing after an all day travel.

Standard accomodations for a decent price. Breakfast could be improved. There is $15 daily pet fee. No military discount at this establishment. Room cleanliness below standards upon check in. Front office staff friendly and courteous.

Nice easy to find and close to food and gas. Rooms were clean but beds were very hard to sleep on. Housekeeping tried to enter without knocking however very early (8am) in the morning.

I normally don't post negative comments. But I will say it started with lack of morning customer service and ended with the toilet in the room not flushing properly. Would not recommend.

Nice front desk, prompt service, nice room for our purpose but I could do without the spiders and the pee on the floor in the bathroom. Nice area close to everything like Walmart and fast food.

I like the motel it's clean Yvonne is nice she's one of the house keepers very nice lady.

This is the BEST PLACE IN GADSDEN! The people and staff here are AWESOME. I mean this cause I've stayed in lots of motels in Gadsden and Attalla and none of those motels can compare to the ECONO LODGE OF GADSDEN. I just simply love it here I've been here a week and me and my family are still enjoying ourselves. So if your looking for a motel with great quality and great price this is the one so come check them out.

No, not, don't bother. Stinks, overall. Mildew in shower. Gross! hair on the floor and in sink. Parking lot smelled like urine. If I knew the area better and wasn't So tired we would have left. Clean the dang rooms! Also, the anonymous reviews are B>S> you would have to be blind to not notice how disgusting this place is.

I don't have bad things to say about the hotel as a whole, however the location can be a little unsafe.

Rooms are okay. Nothing fancy but its safe.

Nice rooms with comfortable beds, modern TV's, microwave and fridge, this hotel is a good, clean quiet option for a weary traveler.

Low grade motel, nice staff. Patel owned, of course, wasn't here 45 minutes and my dogs are already scratching. I feel itchy myself but not sure why yet. As clean as to be expected I guess. Can't expect much for a place like this. Wasn't cheap, but hotels we're booked and everyone don't accept pets. As long as I don't get bed bugs, I guess for sleep, I'd stay again.

I smoke but am very careful, don't appreciate having bed covers and sheets with holes burned in them when I get there, also no soap or shampoo in room.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. No iron or ironing board in room. Resurfaced tub was starting to peel. Breakfast was minimal at best.

Bathroom tile filthy, tub unusable, smoke smell, sheets did not fit bed and we're worn and yellow, faucet leaked.

Very clean easy parking and a good continental breakfast.

Low rate but not very clean (public hairs all over restroom) and smelled strongly of a smoking room although it was supposedly a NON-SMOKING room. I do not wish to stay there again.

Only if nothing else is available. Bathtub had chunk out of it. Sloppy paint job on fixtures, on one outlet when I pulled out my plug, the outlet came with it. Stains in carpet. Bed was decent, very firm.

It is a wonderful place to stay. The people are so friendly and the rooms are very cleaned. I love staying their. God's love helen smith. I am from jackson, mississippi.

Dirty, stunk footprints all over. They dont change the sheets everyday. We were in a smoking room, we dont smoke in room, sheets stunk something awful.

A comfortable stay, comfortable beds, full size refrigerators, 40" flatscreen, nice desk w/marble top, microwave, chairs, nice size bathroom, separate sink and night table. Breakfast consists of waffles; coffee, cereal, orange & apple juice, cereal and milk, & oatmeal.

The room was clean (no bed bugs or the like), but super uncomfortable. If having a semi-comfortable bed is required for your sleep, I would not stay here. The few breakfast choices filled our stomachs and not much else. The water also reeked of chlorine.

Great Hotel, VERY nice and somewhere you can stay with your family and kids. A little pricey, but nice.

Something invisible was biting me all night. No hot water in the lobby for having a tea. And I didn't feel safe to take a bath.

This place has been newly remodeled. New carpet, beds ect. Nothing like the reviews from the past.

Actually a good spot to stay. I had no problems. New paint and upgrades had been made. I posted 3 pictures to show and a/c blows cold. I don't know whats up with the negative reviews in the past.

The Days Inn near I-59 on Hwy. 77 is horrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NASTY PLACE! The worst part is the attitude of the so-called manager (seems like he may be the franchise owner also). When we confronted him about the roaches in the room, the AC not working, no hot water, etc, he just said "you don't like. Then get out of here. Go somewhere else". (But he didn't refund our money even though we didn't stay). We crossed back over I-59 to the northwest side, near Cracker Barrel and found a great, new, very clean room at Fairfield by Marriott. The difference in management was like night and day. From one of the hotel industry's worst and most rude managers at Days Inn, to the nicest, most courteous and most accomodating managers at the Fairfield Inn, less than a half mile away. Don't even bother to go on the southeast side of I-59 at the Hwy. 77 interchange for your lodging. The horrible Days Inn is the only choice there, while there are plenty of really nice lodging choices on the west side of I-59. Even the surrounding area is much nicer, seems much safer, and convenient to everything from Wal-Mart to eating places. In addition to the Days Inn manager's rude attitude, he refused to refund our room even though we didn't stay the whole night. We were only in the room a couple of hours when we noticed the roaches and all the other problems. Also, there were pubic hairs on the sheets from a previous guest. Nasty rooms with a nasty-attitude "manager".

Bad, really bad. I stayed here a few days with our crew, bathroom was dirty and towels had holes in them two of our rooms had beg bugs infectation. I brought this situation to the front desk and they seen not to care, ended up moving to another hotel.

Our power went off for a few minutes due to my family blowing the circuit, front lady got it on quicker than she said she would be able to and called to make sure it was back on-very considerate.

I spent one of 2 scheduled nights and I wished I had just moved on to somewhere else. I spent $50 a night and had nothing in the room. They didn't even provide soap. I didn't sleep all night because I was scared of my safety and the safety of my vehicle. There were a bunch of illegal immigrants hanging out in the parking lot all night just drinking and smoking. You couldn't walk anywhere without breathing in smoke which I am allergic to. The beds were har, bathtub nasty. TV only got about 3 channels. It was so nasty I didn't even shower due to the filth. I had bad reviews but I thought maybe some of them were wrong but they were not. This place should be shut down and not allowed to rent to customers. It looks like a place where addicts hang out.

The Room was a nice size. Everything seemed clean, nice shower and bathroom area! Comfortable beds! Quiet, nice location! Only thing the breakfast was kind of not good. I mean it was not bad but they could have done better. Fruit, other juice, bisuts' and gravy or something! Other than that everybody was nice and everything seemed nice for just a quick hotel and one night. Thanks.
