Had a beautiful stay here. The hotel was very nice, clean, and the staff were friendly. I was honestly impressed by the hotel, and I think this one was probably the best of the few options available in the area. The room was clean, well kept, with the exception of a mysterious stain on the bed sheet, enough to knock off one star. Other than that single problem, had a wonderful stay here. Looking forward to my next visit and the opportunity to bring the rating back up.

Even their basic single rooms are top notch! Great place with a nice pool and even a weight/workout room! Will stay here again!

Location was great & plenty of restaurants to choose from. Room was clean & just as expected from a Marriott property. Service was decent.

Tv's did not work. Called front desk they said to check that the TV was on HDMI1. Remote would not let me check what HDMI input was on. They offered no more help.

This place is Beautiful and have breakfast every thing you can think of. But our bathroom every time you walk in it it smell like sewer. That was the only bad thing.

We stayed here while attending a wedding in Palisades Park the following day. We just needed a place to put our bodies and shower. I was genuinely impressed with this hotel! It's located just off a major road, so I wasn't expecting a lot. But it was actually quite nice. The complimentary breakfast is one of the beat I've ever had. I would be happy to stay here again.

Avoid this hotel! Room was the size of a closet. The walls had stains on them. And half the lighting didn't even work! Taking a shower was worse than just being dirty. The water was hard and had zero pressure. Got out of the shower with this horrible film on my whole body from the soap/water. Couldn't even give the kids a shower cause of it. Stay away. Way better options even if u have to drive. Disappointment and waste of money.

We just moved to Alabama from Montana and were supposed to close on our house on Monday. We booked our stay at Fairfield for a few days until we could move into our new house. Closing was cancelled AGAIN and put us in a bind with a 3 year old daughter. It’s been a very stressful experience for us, assuming we’d be able to move into our new home in a few days and now not knowing when. Relocating 2, 000 miles away has been crazy. The staff at this hotel has been absolutely amazing and accommodating to us. Theresa and Renee are the sweetest and told their manager Brian about our situation and he put us in a king suite with more room for no extra cost. I thanked Brian personally for everything he and his staff have done. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone! I’ve never come across such wonderful service and friendly staff at a hotel before. Not to mention how great they are with our daughter, haven’t experienced that before either. Not even in Montana. Thanks Brian, Theresa and Renee! (Sorry if I misspelled your names! )

I would give them a minus if I could. Manager here is so mean. I planned to stay at Fairfield Oxford, ended up booking this one by accident. I didn't realize it until I arrived at Fairfield Oxford. I called them trying to cancel the reservation, then pay a lot more staying at Fairfield Oxford. Because I have a meeting next day morning at Oxford. It's about 1 hour drive between these two places. They didn't seem to care at all. The manager insisted to charge first night if I cancel the same day (at 2:50pm), even I would book at another Fairfield for a much higher price. I called them in front of the manager from the other Fairfield. Even the manager there couldn't understand why they did this. I ended up driving an hour to stay at this hotel to avoid the penalty. And worst thing is I had to drive another hour back the next morning. There is no excuses that I made a mistake at the first place. But we are humans. We look after each other when things like this happens. Any hotel with a careful heart for their customers wouldn't do anything like this. Especially you are at a power to make a choice for your customer. When you choose not to care, that is the time for customers to stay away from you. Because there are other hotels who cares.

They always have a clean meeting room. Very nice employees. But… they used to have us coffee plus cookies set out. The past couple of times there wasn't refreshments.

Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. And the room was nice and clean. Good place to stay a night.

Arrived at 1:30 AM on Sunday. Desk clerk was very friendly. Had our room keys ready. Nice treat as the kids were very sleepy. Asked if we needed anything, just let him know. Rooms were very clean. Standard but good free breakfast. Every employee I encountered was very friendly. I happened to leave an item in the room after check out. I called and they mailed it to me.

Second visit to this hotel, clean week maintained. Polite, friendly staff, well stocked breakfast buffet which included plenty of protein options. Old Mexico grille nearby offers great Mexican food!

I will not stay at this location again. If we pay over $100 for a room we expect it to the fully clean. The rooms are smaller than other locations. Not to mention the guest above us stomped around all night even after calling the front desk. Not worth the $.

Beautiful hotel with really nice staff. The morning breakfast was fantastic. We were disappointed that the pool was closed. Drove 13 hours to get here and then no pool. But other than that very satisfied.

Nice clean hotel. Had to switch rooms due to AC front desk was very apologetic and accommodating.

The rooms are kept well. It is a relatively new facility. I have enjoyed my stay. No complaints. I was checked in to the room type that I booked.

Me and my husband stopped in from a long trip and this was the best place I've ever stayed! The staff was very well manered and welcoming! I absolutely Will rate this hotel 5 stars it was so clean and smelled wonderful. I'm so glad I had this hotel to call home for a night! I just want to thank the staff very much for a welcoming stay! I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone!

Rooms work clean. Micro fridge in a room. Breakfast bar was fantastic. Low water pressure in shower.

The service was good, everyone was friendly and willing to fix any issues. The premises were clean and nice.

We were very tired from a long day of driving from New York and we found Fairfield purely by chance. Well I am glad we did! The girl at the front desk was very nice and the hotel itself was lovely. The rooms were clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel. The next morning we checked out and were going to get back on the road with just a quick cup of coffee from the complimentary breakfast, imagine our surprise when we found fresh fruit, an assortment of breads and pastries, eggs, sausage, and even fresh waffles! Everyone that we dealt with was very courteous and professional and I would definitely stay here again or recommend to a friend. This is not your average roadside hotel and I am very pleased we found it.

Hotel room was available upon arrival. Room clean but needed dusting around light fixtures and microwave. Staff very curtious.
