The food was very good, the cleaning was very messy.

This hotel is not ultra all inclusive! Why are tourists so deceived? From food — there is no meat! Of the drinks — there are no imported drinks (although the concept of ultra this implies)! There are no basic shampoos and gels in the rooms! A what? Are you seriously ultra all inclusive?! " People overpay for this level to get what should be! And in the cheap four you can go for a thousand 20-30.

The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The food was excellent and the staff superb! I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

My family stayed in Riolavitas for 2 weeks in April 2021.
We wanted to send our thanks to the hotel's General Manager and the team, for keeping up best hospitality standards during difficult COVID times.

Nice hotel, cleaning could be better. The meat is not good at all… Room and staff if great.

Best hotel ever. The are verey kind there.

The worst hotel we ever been. Staff in restourant was very angry special volkan ernhan. Then I ask shampain, he said go and take it by your self. After all in restaurant there was couple just couple nice staff. At the night I get alergy, they dont have a doctor, him started work at 9 in the morning, so if you feel bad, they cant help you :) room is always dirty, they didint mop the flors. Food is very bad, and always the same. In the mornning eggs, sausages… every mornning… And every day same food for lunch and dinner… Cats walking in restaurant, they do nothing about that… drinks are not that bad, but still it doesnt help. Finally our holiday is end and we will go home. Gonna rest properly… becouse they start hoovering the hotel coridors at 5am, so good luck to have a nice sleep… you want to have nice holiday, dont go there.

The hotel is beautiful, location also, clean, food excellent, staff polite (specially on the beach snack restaurant), praise for the hotel. I recommend everyone!

5 stars? The hotel is somewhat worn at the edges, and as it was built in 2016, it may well need a refresh. The food is good and the staff is welcoming. For kids who love ice cream, this is not the place as my daughter has to stand in line for an hour to get an ice cream. Due to lack of staffing. I'm a little disappointed, but after all, a great holiday ⛱️

Loved it. The hotel is small sea to go 10 minutes, also drive little cars open to the sea, free from the hotel. The staff is friendly and libchavy. Very good evening, with good animators. 2 large pools and 1 for children. A lot of food, very diverse. I liked the advice!

The hotel in General is good. Not five, of course, good four. Mini club there is, but children's animation, as such, no. There are water slides, work almost the whole day. The beach has enough sunbeds. We with the child to rest much.

Rested from 20.06 to 29.06. Overall I enjoyed it. Had problems at check-in: at first they said that no paid us familyroom, then barely barely found. But the room overlooked the pool and relax with a child was not possible. After 3 days of scandals in the lobby, the room changed thanks to Manager Ismail (if I remember correctly), for which many thanks to him. Nutrition I liked everything, though the waiters in the hall did not always have time to caservername tables and people walked around the restaurant in search of instruments. Beach at 4. A lot of places, but the sand is clean only of large debris. Full of cigarette butts, some other shit. Toothpick and even a nail found in the sand.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Great stuff, great food, excelent service. Beach is just in 300m with shutle bus available. Pool is clean like everything else. Like it.

The choice of dishes is very varied: for Breakfast pancakes, pancakes, omelettes, cheeses, yogurts (but we didn't eat), cereals, melons, sponge muffins, rolls, jam, honey, Nutella. For lunch and dinner, meat, fish, fresh vegetables, stews, delicious desserts and, again, the fruits: oranges, grapefruit, watermelon. Once we tried gozleme flatbread, very tasty! In three hours around the pool gave a very delicious ice cream! The hotel has a cafeteria with desserts and cookies, all very tasty too! We just don't have time to get hungry. On the beach there is also a bar and lunch a couple of times we stayed there and it was no worse than the main restaurant. Overall the hotel is very modern, talking elevators, everything new, clean, stylish, pleasant smells, the music, even with a small area, this hotel wins in many ways! And there is the feeling that the territory is small, everything is so thought out that everything just enough and the restaurant and bar (which serves delicious cocktails) and the pool and beach, but it is generally a separate issue! The beach is very clean, new beds, plenty of sunbeds, you can always find a place. Overall the hotel and everything in it was very happy, this is the second hotel where I have returned.

Hello! I'll be brief. What I liked about the hotel: 1) Very helpful staff, starting with reception and ending with the waiters. 2) Animation is beyond praise, each evening hosts interesting events, and day as usual Darts, boccia, water aerobics, gymnastics. 3) the owner of the hotel he constantly bypasses the grounds, browse in the restaurant everything cooked meals. Riolavitas, thanks for a good stay.

My friends and I really enjoyed our 3 day vacation in this hotel. The staff was very kind and joyful. The room was very clean and neat. I wish that the food had more options, but it was okay for 3 days. All in all, you can enjoy a short vacation in here.

Friendly staff, lovely rooms, the animation team are fantastic they don't stop all day always smiling. Good food lots of choice even a diet section something for everyone.

Nice quiet hotel, great design, but repair work is not quality (it's the little things), towels were changed every day, bed sheets even once a week, the cleaning medium (tipping is not influenced). The area is clean, small, two pools one with slides+children+indoor. The sea is nice to walk through the beautiful pine trees, or the wind will take. Walked past the other beaches, my opinion here one of the best: thought that first mini soccer field, volleyball nearby, shower, bathroom, bar and, then, sun beds, unlike the neighboring beaches, where volleyball over resting. Thank you! Sauna, steam room, Hammam, gym — free. For extra cost you "clean clean"
Food… sooo delicious! For Breakfast 14 cheese (for the sake of interest counted), omelettes, rings, balls, yogurt, pancakes, French toast, toast, bread… you name it! ) Lunch is great, dinner even better! Food more than enough, but it has some in large numbers, pushing, all in a bowl of mountains, rowing, and then all this mess-Malasha eaten or thrown away, but it's everybody, I'm a fan of different types of plates for different dishes. Sweets a lot, a lot, this little — welcome to the terrace bar and catch up ;)

We were visiting Hotel Riolavitas Easter time 2018. Room were clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Specially Junus (at the pool) and Mehmet (the waiter at the restaurant) were great! Our family room was big, nice and the view was lovely. The food in the hotel were good, sometimes we missed variations. We liked the pool area. There was a lot of space because it was the out of the high season. There was a short distance to walk to the beach, but we used a free drive with kids. There is no bazaars or shops near to this hoter, but Manavgat or Side is not far away by bus, taxi or by bike. We rented bikes and cycled to Side to see the ruins. We also visited in bazaars in Manavgat. We recommend hotel Riolavitas!

The hotel is good but staff is terrible-the reception for any request not properly executed. Housekeeping is also very lame. Pleased with just a staff dining room and a Hamam. Only this, reduced the rating from 5 to 4

The hotel looks nice, is very quiet and clean however the food wasn't that great. It looks like the owners want to save up on the meals.

Stayed at the hotel for 1.10-10.10. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. The room was very clean. The food is very good. Every night there was an animation, a show. The beach is great, the electric car carries to the beach, runs every 3 minutes, with food and drinks problems did not arise. The hotel is lovely. We liked it.

Room service is inexistent, the hotel is failing at everything. Maybe new management is needed.

General impression is good. But most of the stuff don't speak even English, not talking about other languages. Had to explain several minutes by gestures that I wanted coffee with milk, not water. Sometimes waitresses forget about rooms and you need to remind them on reception.

The hotel canceld our booking made two weeks ago through travel agensy, very irresponsible.

Nice hotel and high quality services.

It's done in rich, beautiful, but only from afar is the poor quality of room repair.
Service Minor:
Despite the incompleteness of the hotel, a number was refused to replace the room with one double bed.
Cleaning at a time when you want to rest after lunch, a few times the maid drinking glasses to the room, despite the sign of the not to disturb and the mark on the special scoreboard.
Kitchen:
Very few meat and fish dishes. A few meals had no meat at all.
The waiters are good, fast and always taking empty dishes quickly.
Food from the sea: very poor choice of dishes.
The ice-cream in the pool was taken for half an hour-very rarely do to take.
Bars:
Work A as, not on schedule, close before the time. Bartenders are discareful-asking for a soft drink-made alcohol.
The Italian cuisine was not able to reach the restaurant without the bare minimum of people.
Neighborhood:
The hotel has a very quiet family location, but a nearby hotel breakfast a noisy animation at least until midnight.
There's a local bicycle rental, free, under deposit at $20.
There's a special car on the beach, but you can walk in five minutes.
The beach is very nice, rhythm, shower, small football and volleyball, and a playground.
There is a small store on the grounds of the hotel: food, souvenirs, beach supplies. Prices are mild.
There are channels on TV.

The hotel is very nice and modern. It's a nice restaurant with an interesting design that offers very tasty food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the sea. Everything is done to keep the guests comfortable!

Very nice hotel and beach.

It is relatively new and therefore there are still some little things to improve. We had a swim-up room, very nice right out of the room in the pool. However, there were problems on arrival had to run all day after the staff for further bedding for the child. The staff speaks no German, limited English but the hotel manager knows the German language flawlessly. If you have problems, please contact him directly he is very anxious to help and really accommodating, friendly.
Beach is about 5 minutes away, but there is a shuttle service to the beach and back. Beach is fine sand/pebble beach but nothing dramatic have gone without schlubening over it.
Those who book a family room here should note that there are family rooms in the form of 2 rooms and a family room grande that you should clarify with your reisrveranstalter in advance if you just book family rooms you get the Grande where a king bed is in it and under the bed another sleeping possibility can be pulled out, room CA 36 large. The family room with 2 rooms is CA 65 with 2 bathrooms. If you want the large room must be on the documents that the Reisrveranstalter the hotel explicitly sends family rooms 2 rooms.!
