Great hotel, the staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful. We will definitely miss Billy, Mesh and Barran they really are a credit to the hotel and had a great sense of humour (most of the time)
The rooms were extremely clean as was the pool and the food was very nice.
We will definitely be back to enjoy the full experience without the restrictions caused by corona xx.

To recommend for 3 star absolutely. The dinner is super, the staff very very friendly and helpful.

Amazing staff rooms cleaned 6days a week, and food very good, we definitely recommend this place as we’ve stayed twice now and can’t wait to stay again xx.

Rooms are basic but clean, have air con and a balcony.
Staff are brilliant, pool bar is a good day/night out.
Great location for Side old town and beach.

Great pool and slide, plenty of sun beds and brollies. Helpful staff. Cost of room was cheap. Cleaned 6 days a week.

Pool area and bar is lovely and friendly and staff especially billy are very welcoming. The Hamam/ spa in this hotel is the best in side, I cannot recommend them enough, very professional and warm people, if you visit the hanay you definitely need to visit the spa and have a Turkish bath or a massage.

Moderate breakfast moderate pool, entertainment not bad, good suite rooms small good price.

Good place to stay. Easy walking distance to the coast and shops and restaurants. All facilities onsite. Not the best buffet for breakfast or dinner but plenty places nearby to eat. Very clean.

Lovely clean hotel, comfortable beds, limited choices at mealtimes, but generally something to suit all tastes and ages. Some minor niggles (loose shower head, erratic water temperature in shower, and aircon only in bedroom so if kids are sleeping on sofa beds they don't get benefit, no lifts). Having said that, great place to stay, quieter area of Side but Old Town and beaches easily accessible. Plenty of restaurants/bars and supermarkets close by. Friendly helpful staff. Would recommend.

Family friendly hotel great bar staff Malik, Billy Fati and all the others who helped to make holiday better. Pool and sunbeds great you don't need to rush out in morning to get a sunbed and gentleman who puts them out cannot do enough for you. We were there self catering however there is only one ring to cook on and no toaster which would have been an improvement. Bedding has seen better days and some of the towels also. Manager was very helpful when I needed to get to airport. Wouldn't take much to improve the hotel. If you are looking for nightlife not the place to go as mainly restaurants. Had a great time.

Stayed here for a week and can safely say that it was a brilliant experience. Came late at night and was instantly greeted with warming smiles from the very friendly staff. With a bar/restaurant by the pool that provides excellent customer service and lovely turkish cuisine, with most the staff that can speak and understand English. You would be making a great choice if you decided to spend your time here. Located not to far from the shops and the beach. With kind regards from the Professor and Tokyo.

Clean hotel, basic but it's fine as a base, would recommend going to the crown pub for dinner.

The staff are great and nothing is too much trouble for them
The rooms are basic comfy and very clean
Prices in the hotel are reasonable
50 lira for a turkish night bbq and dancers which works out at 8.00 pounds great value
Location is good
We loved our holiday and will be returning

Stayed with family, you get what you what you pay for with this hotel. It was clean to the eye but my feet always felt dirty, the bedding was stained.
Food on half board very poor, from the menu and paid for was reasonable.
My biggest issue was one member of staff who would not leave my 4 year old niece alone, he made her physically uncomfortable, trying to pick her up all the time, giving her gifts, this was okay until he made out he wants to be her Daddy?
He has even got pictures of her on his personal Instagram!
The other staff members were professional, friendly and kind.

Nice and clean room. Stairs a bit daunting if on 3rd floor and you've had a long day at the beach. Fifteen minute walk to beach but a free bus takes you to another part just outside Side. Plenty of eating places nearby. Staff ok but obvious language problem.

Just recently returned from here this was my second year, can't praise the staff enough they go above and beyond to make your stay a happy and memorable experience, the room's are very comfortable and clean, food also is very good, an overall worthwhile place to go and holiday in everyone is made more than welcome,,

A group of 4 of us are staying at hanay at the moment. All the staff are accomodating, the food has been good and the rooms are ideal and cleaned regularly. We are all more than happy with this value for money hotel.

Good location but noisy if you are by the busy main road.

Amazing hotel, pool is huge, the only down side is the checking out is 12pm so if your flight is 8pm you have to wait around, great service, especially yousuf the masseuse, also a few chaps who work in the bar Ahhhmed and the one and only Saleh who was an intresting character the one your mothers warn you about, overall I would definitely recommend.

Rooms are clean and are cleaned daily, eating is monotonous but edible, staff is partly unkind and partly around very friendly again. All in all 3 stars for a 3 star hotel.

Very clean with friendly staff. Some excellent local restaurants in the area with quite a few shops. The hotel has a good mixture of European holidaymakers mainly from Nordic countries.

Great hotel for a great price. Nothing to complain about, stayed there for 1 week and it got cleaned every day.

It is good habitable, clean for a 3 star hotel "in Turkey" relatively. Eat monotonous, but edible.
