No comparison to 2016 there we were from the hotel, catering enthusiastic unfortunately is no longer so…
Hotel guests only Russians, food disastrous both in the hotel and on the beach.

Avery good hotel. Friendly staff; especially yhe waitress Serkan. Very clean rooms, good food. In one word I recommend this hotel.

Staff are very nice and many can talk german. The rooms are nicely large. Pool facility is clean and neat as the slides. The whole hotel is clean. Animation is in the evening on the beach and during the day you have pool animation. Corona test is done in the hotel and the doctors can german so that it is sufficient. In view of the corona time, the hotel implements the requirements well. The only negative point is the food, but there are still too many same dishes.

We cannot complain. Rooms are very clean. Food is varied and it is repeated again and again. The service is great.

Had been 8 days since, for a 5 star Hotel you can expect Vielllllll more. Every day the same food, in spite of gratuity, the room was never really clean. The rooms are double, we rented out had to wait 4 hours on our room. The waiters were very helpful and very friendly.

This is the worst hotel that i’ve been visited before. Terrible food, no meat, they are serving frozen fish and beef tongue for dinner, there are NO 5 pools as written. Night snack between 23:00-00:00 h is rise prepared one week ago and bread harder than stone. There was blood on my pillow case the day we checked in, water in mini bar was only the first day and then never re — full. We were poisoned by food so need to stay 2 days in the WC. All the cocktails and drink have the same taste. Personal is extremely rude and no cooperative (except 1-2 person), they are talking bad things in Turkish to the tourists thinking that they dont understand. The foam party was made on the beach not in the pool which doesnt make any sense. There was a sh*t in the pool 3 times and they just put chlorine in it without any cleaning. There was a fight in the hotel in front of our door at night and security couldnt make anything, they called a police after the drunk guy waked up everybody… vs vs Dont waste your money for this hotel, last year we paid less but everything was better.

Where can I start? Your reception staff are rude, your food is cheap and bland and false advertising. 5 pools We see one main pool, one pool for the slides, 2 baby pools and one indoor pool.
Not a hotel for anyone who is not Russian or Turkish.

Currently staying room 1517 arrived to room with broken wardrobes rude receptionist and love to see what these 5 pools are about because we only see one main pool. Cheap and bland food with no variety and rude staff. If you are British I recommend you don’t come here. Pay a little extra and go to waterside or Nashira which are neighbouring hotels with outstanding qualities.

A bit annoying to queue for boarding the minibus for trips to the beach and restaurant for freshly prepared dishes : scrambled eggs, BBQ, fried fish. Have a nice stay!

We liked it! There are certainly things to work on, but overall very good for this price.

Deluxe hotel — (poor wi fi) only in lobi work.

At 4 in the morning they take out the trash in such noise of hiting steel contnainers that it is not possible to sleep, every night the same thing, we get a directly over supply office, always banging noices, always shouing, another side of hotel is over bar, so you can choose either you will hear drunk russians all night or banging noices of containers and other delivered stuff, Wi-Fi is poor, meal is the same all days, no seafood at all!

We stay at the jadore for two weeks from start to finish was a great experience food was really good the staff were very helpful and pleasant had everything you want in a holiday we would defiantly recommend it we are going back in September loved it.

We were two couples and stayed for a week in Maj 2018 and enjoyed it. Staff was very good and helpful. Animation team was professional and were keeping guests busy most of the time with different activities and the show time was very good with international artists. Food is good and cleaning of the facilities was priority. We liked the beach and services offered especially beach bus, even beach was 200m from hotel in nice green path.

Wanted to this hotel in 2018. In January there were discounts. But because of the small territory did not go. And besides to the beach it is necessary to go. This is also not very convenient. Given that animation on the beach.

We just thought it was great. You just have to praise the attention of the waiters and the cleaners. They run from early to late and are always friendly and helpful. So been completely satisfied.

First time in turkey and staying at this hotel yes there are lots of German tourist here and you need to like turkey (the food) but rooms are nice and clean and big and staff lovely planning our next trip here.

Half of the rooms overlook the wall of a neighboring hotel, which is only 5 (five) meters away! In addition, this slit is vented from the restaurant kitchen-the door to the balcony is not open because of the appropriate odor. Air conditioning is not included-in the room immediately Dubek, because the air conditioning on the heating does not work.

We are currently on our last day at this amazingly beautiful hotel. I can't find any faults at all. The rooms are superb. The staff are kind and friendly especially Hasan and Yasin… veey funny! The food was always fresh, plenty of choice. We will definitely return.

This hotel is not 5 stars. I paid ultra all inclusive and I did not have import drink at all. The beach is awful. Stones and very deep water. I do not recommend. Same food every day. The shops in the hotel are overly expensive. It was a terrible week.

Nice luxurious 5 star hotel… My only complaint would be the food, not very nice at all. I know all hotels churn out the same buffet style meals over and over again but the quality here was genuinely very low… All cooked meals were below average but baked was very nice ended up sticking to the baked bread department. Pool is nice bar service is great everything with a smile just be prepared for the food…

5* für relativ wenig Geld. 2 Wochen für 421€ im Doppelzimmer Meerblick zur Alleinbenutzung mit Ultra AI was soll man sagen. Das Hotel ist 2016 neu eröffnet worden. Die Zimmer sind im orientalischen Style eingerichtet wie die ganze Anlage. Schöner Pool und Strand. Urlauberherz was willst du mehr. Man sollte aber unbedingt Meerblick buchen weil die andere Seite des Hauses direkt neben dem Nachbarholtel liegt und so die Aussicht vermisst.

The staff was always friendly and very behind, that you feel comfortable. The food was fantastic, there was a huge selection. For people in the morning need to travel will even made Breakfast available (what I think is not, of course, in the morning at about 5 o'clock)

I've been here for 3 weeks. The hotel was 9 months old and accordingly well maintained. The food was delicious, varied and plentiful for the season. Even at midnight there was a small buffet of soups. The staff was always polite, helpful and courteous. They always had an open ear for problems. The room was large and spacious. In the room there were German channels. There was free Wi-Fi everywhere. To the beach there was a shuttle bus, although the beach in a few min. Was within walking distance. There were lounge chairs and a beach bar. The hotel was very clean. Minibuses to side and Manavgat were located in front of the hotel entrance. In all a very good hotel.

Large, bright and friendly double rooms. The bed is very soft and cozy, everything is mostly clean, nice decor. With a balcony on which to sit. The view is beautiful.

Rested in February 2017 family. Indeed, for those who dream in Turkey about ALKO — ROUND, nothing to do here, because this hotel is designed for families. Not as much open in the off season as described. But still excellent service food and drink. Lots of German & Turkish customers. Euro is better for money not Lira. Also off season not much for children other than a pool.

Great location. A beautiful holiday at the end of September 2016.

Nice hotel. Staff and services are also at high altitude. Somehow, returning to the a bus from the Side forgot his backpack with the camera. Asked for help in Rezeption, they made a couple of calls, and after 2 hours, the driver of that bus brought me my backpack directly to the hotel.

It is a really nice hotel. The interior is great! The food was amazing, but not the cakes — except the Turkish desserts they were delicious. The service staff was nice and helpful but sometimes too slow and not paying the right attention to their guests. The kids disco was also good. My nephew loved it! ☺️ The service to the beach and at the beach was appropriate. We only missed music in the background. The weather and the sea was perfect. The only thing is that for kids it gets too deep too quickly. The next time we will look for a better place. After we complained about little stuff regarding our hotel room they did their best. If you want to rest a little in the early evening it is mostly loud till midnight. But the good thing is that you will never get bored there. They always have a special night / shows. Around the hotel there is not much to see. You need to take the dolmus or a cab e. G. To get to a supermarket. For shopping we went to Manavgat because the prices there are not high as in Side. We did some excursions and all of them were worth it. In each case you got a picture or a DVD from your trip for free. It was a generous act.
