The hotel itself to look at is lovely, large pools but not enough beds for people staying in the hotel. Money went missing out of room and when speaking to reception all we got was attitude and shouting, 6 year old in our group had to visit the doctor because the pool tiles are coming away as she cut her foot which resulted in a visit to the doctor to be cleaned and bandaged up. Food quality absolutely shocking, repetitive, cold and some of it not edible. 66 euro for Wi-Fi for a week which did not work sufficiently, complained about this but still had to pay at the end of the stay and the staff sarcastically laughing about this. Rude staff, rude people. Will not EVER return. Got told by locals and other guests that the hotel only accepted English tourists this year.

Although the internet is paid and ultra all inclusive there are a lot of paid food varieties very little they do not cover the money they receive is definitely not recommended.

Awesome restaurant waiter Nesih! Every time we were surprised by his excellent service and mood. Even if we go back to this hotel, it's just because of it.

We had the best time in the resort! Everyone there was really nice and make us feel welcome, they have really tasty food (specially cakes 😋), clean rooms and amazing team of animators (such a lovely guys)! And the view from our balcony was breathtaking. Would definitely come back again 👍❤️

Very polite staff. They want to help you as much as they can. Tasty food in restaurant and 24h open snack bar. Several swimming pools, a lot of different activities. Sandy beach, free hammam.

Amazing place, friendly staff, we had a great vacation there, can’t wait to go back.

The facility is really nice because I can say nothing. The staff had to be sought friendly. But again we would not book here! The food is the purest disaster was… cold, everything tasted almost the same, the meat was tough, had to be able to eat for three days, nothing hard. After the first day we were just outside the Breakfast food is worse. The mats for the beds with blood stains, dirty, without end, I was properly disgusted. The pool tiles must also be the way the are highly dangerous, my daughter is 7 and is flown two times in spite of a slow run on the hip& I slipped three times. For a week Wi-Fi we had to pay in spite of 5-star Ultra for 30€. The Service wanted money when we asked him if he could make a photo from my phone of us. In the hotel, the photographer for the Album, very pushy, only because we have approached him Once he came almost every day and asked and? Now a picture?. The Hotel, the system, the room, everything very well maintained. The food is good and the staff very nice. Nevertheless, we find in the plant no rest, there's constant noise sound with loud music and about 98 % of Eastern European guests who do not know how to behave. The ladies are sitting, for example, with the string bikini to eat and do not place a towel on the chair. It is something that belongs not in the beach bar/restaurant. The hotel is nice but staff clueless. The room has no basic things like bathrobes and Slippers, as well as outraged that the restaurant is missing the children's menu, and connect to the Wi-Fi is only for a separate additional fee.

I personally wouldn't give this vacation experience terrible. For it to be a luxury resort, there needs to be improvements. First of all, there is a lack of activities. In the afternoon there is exercise class in the pool, dance show at night, and water slides. There is parachuting and other expensive water activities. The barber shop isn't great. Never went to the spa. The doctors there are good. The staff is nice and enjoyed talking to them. The staff are all Turkish, but know a couple of languages. Food is not terrible, but they have large ranges. The guy that prints the pictures after riding the parachute is very rude and the pictures are very expensive. We played 500 Turkish liras for all photos and videos, which is 100 dollars. There are a lot of pools. View is great. It's close to historical places. House cleaning is every single day. House cleaning is good. I hated that the card would constantly have problems. Every time we put the card into the slit for "energy source", the lights would constantly turn off in 5 seconds. Sometimes I would be using the bathroom, but then the lights would turn off. You have to pay for Wifi. We were supposed to have two rooms next to each other, but then because of something they made our rooms in two different buildings. The bar is not great. There are a lot of Russians and Germans. I loved how on our last night, they made a the food ranges all based on Turkey. They had musicians playing instruments, a photo stand.

Great hotel. Mostly catering to Russian tourists lately. Different culture, but getting used to the idea of mingling with them would make your vacation more enjoyable. Good people. Nice staff. Very good location with great sandy beach.

Fantastic hotel food and facilities but staff do t speak English well and nearly everyone is russian.

The most pathetic hotel that could exist. It’s a proper request to every one, avoid this place. It has nothing, it’s just a lousy place and it was the worst experience of my life.

Stayed at resort for 7 days. We were supposed to have double room and got only 1 bedroom. Asked the manager to switch rooms but instead she asked to pay 45$ per night extra. For 5 star hotel — food was not so great, cold, and same thing over and over not gonna mention that by the time you come people will eat all the food and they wont put any fresh food for the rest, basically first come first serve. No free Wi-Fi, u need to pay for ur drinks if your relaxing by the pool or beach, same thing with cherries they serve. Staff was rude to us, not very helpful. I dont recommend this hotel and would never go back there. One of the worst experiences ive ever had. Ruined my whole vacation.

Great place to stay with family, but huge queue lines are formed for everything. Just patience.

Vacationing with 24.06.2018.03.07.2018 food sucks, the queue in the mausoleum, the rooms are clean, staff service is bad. Lobby bars with unpleasant odors. No animation, boring. I do not advise.

I stayed in many hotels in Antalya, this was the worse one so far. The hotel has great facilities and location but service and food is terrible. Pool area is rarely cleaned, there are huge lines everywhere.

We had a great new building next to the pool and with all this disgusting room service. Food is also not for Russians-all sharp.

We searched and compared a lot and long before we left.
Had really panic to catch an old bungalow, but that was not the case. We got a nice room in a new bungalow. Right next to the children's pool as desired. The room each had two separate rooms, master bedrooms and children's bedrooms.
Very nicely done, all new. But:
My biggest problem was the cleanliness that Zimmer was clean, as it was a new room, but the cleaning women do not clean properly. Obewohl there was tipping every day. Hair behind the toilet door lay three days from the front guest until I removed it myself — That got on my nerves, had no desire to spoil the holiday and complain constantly. Neighboring rooms have complained has yielded nothing.
If I read some reviews regarding food here is real growning at the highest level. There was always enough and delicious food in the main hall. Outside, I was meetest grilled fish, pesto excellent. Getting on was really ok. Beach bar and pool bar the food was there, but you get full and it's ok. Very long queue in the beach bar for Gözleme. The worst here, the staff was preferred and in between pushed absolute no go.
Beach clean and beautiful. Pool facility for everyone what. For my taste, too many Russians. Is also set on Russians.

Huge territory Beach access It's a nice place with all nessessary facilities and free WI-FI Delisious food.

The Hotel area is very beginning and could be a little bit more clean. The beach is very good. The only problem is the cleaning stuff they are not really motivated to do their job.

Very poor breakfast lunch and dinner no sosiges no fruit, no sweats at breakfast fresh for adional price 2 eur. Lokation is good. Very old beach set and wery wery bad Internet access old and broken TV set at room.

It's a good hotel, but the air-conditioner doesn't always work and that is something important when it's hot.

I was there last year in September, I fell in love with the hotel. Very nice people in the hotel who are my friends now. Just to recommend.

When we arrived, the hotel was really great from the first impression. We already had a newer room in the annex building. That with the cleaning women was such a thing. Unfortunately I had always got my old towel, nicely put together.! Of course dirty!

Actually I had booked this hotel partly because of the child care, but when I inquired how this happens, I got the answer, then the children watch TV in it.
Among other things, nothing was done on the day with the children, the "animators" showed zero interest in children … the only thing for kids was, was at 20:45 the children's animation that went only 15 minutes! Sometimes the music was just made up sooner!
The children's pool was a joke … far too small, and not even a slide!
If you wanted to go to the bouncy castle with the children, you should really pay 4 € for it … So some of them have really gone on stupid. So that they can make money!
The staff themselves, was ok, they had put a lot of effort into it, unfortunately there were far too few waiters, for such a large facility!
So it definitely wasn't a Paradise, and its 5 stars it's absolutely not worth it! Had better hotels with fewer stars, but more performance!

Yesterday (June 2014) returned with his wife from Turkey, living in this hotel. It's a Level 4 hotel.
1. Rooms and Hotel: 4 +. He lived in the main building, but the air conditioning was fine.

The hotel is very good. As I wrote earlier about food, it's all the same.
