Excellent service with a qualified and kindly staff. The hotel has a beautiful view of the river at one side and the sea at the other side. They offer a variety of entertainment activities for all ages.

Really nice hotel with friendly employees. The pool is nice and clean. We had some problems but one of their managers (Who speaks Dutch) helped us. Their restaurant is great and they really have 24/7 drinks!

Not a 5 star. Beach towels holes and issued only from 8 30 to 11 30. On the beach bar instead of 10 often opens half an hour later. In the restaurant all like sheep are queued for french fries and overlapped access to the rest of the dishes. Thank God we have elbows. The main contingent of Poles, Romanians, Germans, Nidery, and the rest of the gejropy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was double-everything new is not dead. Were in July 2017goda. The second time is definitely not going.

Fab hotel great staff gorgeous food & great cocktails. We love this place. The hotel is new spacious & the decor is vibrant & modern. The river is on one side of the hotel & the sea on the other. So you have the best of both worlds. This was our 2nd stay. We came back because we knew we would have a fab stay. With both Side & Manavagat a short distance away in opposite directions you can't go wrong. There's a free boat that picks up at the back of the hotel on the riverside to take you to Manavagat & brings you home too & local dolmus stop outside the front to take you to Side which is one of the most beautiful little towns with ancient ruins one side of town & Apollo the other side. Great shopping food & drink in town too.

This hotel good to very well due to its size there are deficiencies here and there, which would be due to more staff to fix.

Wow! The food so much, NEVER seen so much, all not to EAT…. MEAT, FISH, CHICKEN every day, and even more sweet! For an additional fee at the reception can give a room with a SEA view, although you have to permit a view of the RIVER… As soon as arrived. Immediately… And it is not necessary to wait for dinner when you vacate the room and do there cleaning for YOU. In short, $ 5 per day room 2 beds separately, believe me this is not so much… There are 2 Suite rooms with sea views. In the same room one large bed for two, while the second room has 2 beds separated… Each room has a TV. 2 balconies, 2 baths, 2 toilets. But this room I looked and he was offered $ 10 a day. It's only a BIG FAMILY with children at the time… WITH VIEWS OF THE SEA …

Great rooms especially the family rooms The hotel is huge beautiful renovation done on this hotel. Most of the staff are nice but a few are a little unhelpful. The bathrooms and showers are lovely as well as the indoor pool.

Great rooms, super cleaning, very good food at all times all day. Some problems with speaking English in stead of German or Russian, but it went okay with hand gestures and a few English words.

The staff was very good in general, except for few exception. The mattress was terrible, classic spring mattress for a 5 star hotel was not something I was expecting. I would recommend the hotel to change them immediately. Food was ok, the menu was plentiful, but the same everyday pretty much. Many things not ok for a 5 star hotel.

Very good Hotel. Very nice pool, and the food is excellent and always different. We could have liked to see icecream be served more than one hour a day, and the bar should be much faster. Alle in all a very good hotel.

Diamond hotel is a all inclusive Hotel, its new and clean, it has indoor pool and outdoor pool, we use indoor pool at Mar. 2017, its not bad but not very good. Staff was good, food was ok and room is clean. Location of Hotel is near to Side ancient site. Hotel is near to a river, the hotel was not bad but I think with this price you can book better hotels like crystal sunrise, the staff was nice but they are not very professional, they didn't know English.

Food was amazing! Beautiful walk to the beach. Nice drinks. Pool was perfect!

The hotel is big, the food is tasty and the drinks are really good. I would recommend this hotel to those that want to have a good rest and relaxation. It is located far away from everything, so if you are looking for a place to sample city life it is not for you (although there are buses going to Side and Manavgat) but if you want a quiet place to rest this the perfect place to be. Overall, the hotel is really good, clean, with a variety of things to do, eat and drink. There are, of course, some things that could be improved, but those ar minor details (like you had to wait for the elevator a little too long).

Very nice and well kept house. Perfect kitchen with incredible choice. Despite the size of Sher personal and individual Srrvice by the highly dedicated staff. Always happy again!

The hotel is very good with children. Access to the sea through the small pine forest shore the sand road with local buses near the hotel can go to the nearest towns of cafe and Manavgat.

This hotel is good for family recreation, 6 or 8 water coasters. You have to walk to the sea. The beach is clean and big. The sea is not deep. Believe me, I've been to hotels deluxe, like Royal Alhambra! :) ) )

It was a great holiday, the hotel is the hammer. The food is good disadvantage many dirty dishes rooms are also very nice but unfortunately it was not cleaned cleanly. Staff always very friendly, we definitely come back.

The food is monotonous in p, the rooms are not cleaned properly or not at all. Sevise is here a foreign word, it is a pity for such a Hotel.
