Small hotel and rooms were a bit cramped but the hotel personnel was superb! The young lady when we checked in was super friendly and helpful to Americans and the same with the older lady the next morning when we checked out. Highly recommend.

Good accommodation for the Cara Zurich.
We were staying at this hotel for three nights in early December. The hotel is located in a good area, not far from the city centre (1 km) and very close to the long lake. Easy to get even from the airport by train coming down to Stadelhofen station. We were given a large double room with bathroom, Wi-Fi services and minibar included in the price, as well as breakfast (sweet and savory) of good standard.
To want to find faults, segnalerei the reception service not h24hr and the lack of a real hall at the entrance. But personally we have not suffered any discomfort for it.
A thank you to the staff for the present received in the room on the day of my birthday.

Very small and fine hotel in Zurich right behind the opera. By car directly, then park in 200 meters distance in the great opera's underground garage. Reception and farewell very friendly and cordial! Room in our case with maritime equipment and comfortable double bed, clean! Sliding door from the sz to the cramped bathroom something heavy and nail killer! Kettle for tea in the room.
Also a stylish shopping bag that you can borrow for shopping. One of the quietest hotel rooms I have ever lived in! Only 5 * * * * *! Breakfast great! Thank you and we will be happy to come back to you.

Considering other hotels in Zurich, was decent value for money. Staff were friendly. Room average size. Double room was two single beds pushed together which were easily separated. Wi-Fi wouldn't work on laptop because hotel uses old-school system where you have to sign in after logging on to the network. Fine as long as the log-in page is accessible (which in our case it wasn't). If this were fixed, I would probably stay again.

Great breakfast, loved the assortment, especially their yogurt and muesli yummy. The staff was always friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean but very small. The location is near transport, shopping. I have stayed here a few times and in the summer we had to ask for a small fan as there is no air conditioning. You can hear people in the streets but not terribly noisy.

One of the most beautiful boutique hotels I have been to so far. The nautical interior design that stretches through the hotel is a delight. Rooms are tip-top & make staying a joy for soul and body.

The hotel balances price, quality, and location nicely. It is not a super luxury hotel, but is a very good hotel for a business traveler. The rooms are a bit small, but neat and clean. The location is good — near the Opera House and the Bellevue tram stop.
