Simply beautiful, warm welcome, exceptional location with an incredible view of the lake, in short you feel very good. A nice parenthesis in this time of pandemic!

Had been there several times for lunch and we love this place. The food is delicious and the staff is very nice.

Such a great renovation with a really vintage style, quite elegant and simple at the same time. Really comfortable environment and staff very high standard no just in service even more importante kind, proactive and willing to give their best!

Classic Swiss hotel style. Beautiful view of Lake Zurich. A little decentralized behind the opera, but quieter. Excellent service. Very clean and well maintained. Restaurant with Swiss (among others) specialities.
Something very old, almost romantic again. Overall (not least due to currency) overpriced.

Horrible customer service. I asked for a good hairdryer, and the lady there said if I want to have a good hairdryer I should take my own hairdryer from home with me whenever I travel. We had vey nice balcony, with beautiful view, but the renovation at the hotel is too old. I even did not want to put my clothes in the closet, as it was smelling very badly there.

Very good hotel with a nice bar. There is very attentive staff present and round-thw-clock room service. Location is convenient for Zurich if you are on a business trip. Mind that the mineral water served may not be precisely tempered to your wishes, so you might have to demand they redo it. Mostly though they will oblige to do so. Reception is also very nice and check-in is fast.

Elegant historic hotel, only the Oriental food is really not impressive. Too disappointed.

During my stay when a self-inflicted problem faced up they fixed it creatively and generously. I recommend this classy hotel and its truly fine staff. Exceptionally good service. Discrete and absolutely relyable.

Great hotel right across the road from the lake. Balcony gave us great views of the lake and the fireworks on the Swiss National Holiday, August 1st. Staff were very friendly and were there to help you whenever we needed assistance. Great breakfast buffet! Amenities in the room were endless, fruit when you check in and every evening. This evening we came back from dinner to find our bed turned down and slippers and mats on both sides of the bed. Very close to the Bellevue Plaza and lots of restaurants.

Rooms are a good temperature in summer without the air con being too noisy. Staff efficient and friendly. Make sure you get breakfast all inclusive. It's extremely expensive otherwise.

The view of Lake Zurich from our room was amazing. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful (except one person who always frowned). I have to especially recommend Nataliya for going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She ordered food for us on the day of the spring festival when most restaurants were closed. When I enquired about the special Easter eggs that the hotel staff had left in our rooms, she couldn't find them after calling up the kitchen but she came up to our rooms with some milk chocolates. She didn't have to but she did and always with a smile. Good people like her make a hotel stay worth it. I wish her all the best and I am sure she will go far in her career in hospitality.

My wife and I stayed at Eden Au Lac last week. Top to bottom it is the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The rooms are spacious the building is gorgeous. The employees called me by name my entire stay there and were extremely helpful and friendly. We had Chateaubriand served and presented by Zsolt Hende in the dining room and it was fantastic. I highly recommend this amazing Hotel and my wife and I will return there again.

Excellent gourmet restaurant with a good processional service. Quite expensive.

Good location, nice service. You can park the car just around the corner of the hotel. Wi-Fi is free and exceptionally fast (8 MBs! ). But rooms are small (second floor) and a bit shabby. And everything is very expensive!

Super exotic in a French restaurant, the price is more expensive, but service is very good, the people think of French cuisine, most suitable for dinner guests, because the food products are doing very artistic, the waiter brought to the table. After seeing the French chef, made the art, you can't even move, just watching:) to Real hungry when the volume is super low on food don not have enough to eat, so it's going to point a few dishes, burning through that money, buying the most… ha, ha.

Hotel is good. 4 stars, not five. The rooms arè pretty/somewhat shabby, and in my room the floor is not flat! Parking is 35 CHF per night. Internet is free and quick (up to 3 MB/s, but with dedicated login bundled with your room. Breakfast is good, with a lot of various food to choose from.

Brunch was ok, but I'd have expected more for the price. Staff was stiff and not very attentive.

5-star Hotel is less than two kilometers from the city lies the picturesque lake Zurich. The 1909 built, for many years, he has witnessed its UPS and Downs. Today, the historic neo-Baroque building is home to 50 luxurious rooms. Each room is spacious and bright, in the art Nouveau style, with panoramic views equipped. But everything has its price — (. Approximately 3000 zł) 850 francs, as much as it costs, this is a luxury double room for one night rental. Due to the fact that the appetite grows with eating, the price includes Breakfast.

Got there to be told by the door man that the sky bar shuts at 9.30pm… not sure if he was lying or not.

Best experince spent in a hotel ever.

A classic Zurich Hotel institution with a surprisingly creative gourmet cuisine. Executive Chef Denis Schmitt and Patissiere Diana Erler surprised us with thoughtful compositions. Magnificent foie gras appetizers. Great Friandise plate. The value for money is very good for such a place.
Insider tip: Above there is a trendy rooftop bar with view of the Lake.

Pricey, but surprisingly good.
