The staff was nice and helpful. The room was rather quiet. The breakfast was excellent. It was nice to get a welcome drink. There is a tram stop in front of the hotel so that one can get easily for example to the airport. The location of the hotel was ok for us but the walking route from the railway station was very steep and there were even stairs to climb. The room was a bit small and not very well ventilated despite the air-con.

We are traveling with our daughter and the room for 3 is very comfortable. Love the hotel.

Booked a small room for 1 night and was given a large family room. 2 adjoining rooms. Hotel breakfast was lovely and reception helpful and friendly.

Great place to stay in Zürich. Rooms are fresh and clean, facilities are very comfortable. My room also had a balcony facing the street with comfortable chairs. I'd like to emphasize the friendliness, hospitality and attention to the details of the personnel. They advised on the most convenient and efficient way to get to the airport and practically saved me over 60% of the taxi fare. There is a an open area with an "open until very late" bar just across the street; 20+ restaurants and cafes are within 7 minutes of walking. Not to mention that the hotel has its own kitchen. I would definitely stay again at Leoneck when go to Zürich next time :)

Leoneck Hotel was an amazing place to stay. Upon checking in, we were greeted with a kind smile and felt very welcomed. The room and bathroom were very clean, just as the pictures online showed. The breakfast buffet was great for the price of approximately $20 (considering everything is so expensive in Zurich). When we checked out we were again greeted in such a kind and warm manner. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I spent 3 nights at Hotel Leoneck recently. Easy connection from airport to hotel by tram as recommended by hotel staff. The tram stop was immediately in front of hotel, very convenient after a transatlantic flight. Room was modern, comfortable and had A/C. Staff was very helpful with their excellent English. Breakfast was perfect with all the rolls, fruit, coffee, cereals, meats and cheeses that we have come to expect in a European hotel. Great coffee. We especially appreciated the 10SF coupon got each day for foregoing maid service which gave us a large discount for our final dinner. Hotel is also close to train station by tram or walking although walking entails 2 or 3 long sets of stairs to get back to the hotel : (. All in all, a very nice visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Leoneck Swiss Hotel in Zurich! The location was very convenient and located close to the Zurich HB station as well as walking distance to many of the city’s main historical sites. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We also very much enjoyed the breakfast downstairs with a complete range of options including wonderful cheeses and breads. We would definitely plan to come back during our next visit to Zurich! Thank you Leoneck Swiss Hotel staff!

Modern hotel in a very good location. Situated in the city centre within walking distance of many places of attraction, including main shopping area, train station, but away from noisy traffic. Good breakfast served in restaurant. Very polite and helpful staff who spoke good English. Room and bathroom were very clean and nice. However, duvet cover was more suitable for a small double bed with one person, not a standard bed with 2 people. It wasn't an issue as summer time but would be in winter. Would recommend it.

Really good in the center of Zürich… comfortable room, clean and well equipped with a warm and efficient welcome. Ideal for a family stay in Zürich just a small downside on the quality of the pillows and the few French channels on TV especially for children.

The experience was beyond what I expected, I will definitely look for this hotel next time I have to travel. The service was amazing, very detailed and useful, they Grant you with tools to move around with no problems and they offer a set of rewards if you help them with certain tasks. It was a very friendly environment and I could not be happier with the placer, It also had a very good price.

Great place, friendly staff, amazing breakfast. They also provide a tablet and smartphone if you need to avoid roaming costs. Only downside was the blanket which was too small for a double bad and an extra one wasn't available in our room. Other than that, it was perfect, would definitely stay again.

Great, affordable hotel. Very friendly, let us check in 6 hours early for 20 CHF, have an amazing daily breakfast buffet, and very friendly staff. Perfect location off the 10. You can ride from the hotel and get off at the entrance to the hotel. They will also hold your bags before or after check-in/out for free. You're also just a quick walk away from anything you would want to see! I will come back here.

It was nice. Free watter in the fridge, coffee tea on the table. Breakfast could be better. Namely scrambled eggs and beacon were cold (they were on a hot plate but without any cover). Otherwise it was fine. Good pick of bread, meat, cheeses, cereals etc. Water temperature in the shower was hard to control. Minimal tap movement changed the temperature by a lot.

Well located, connected by tram nos 6 and 10, from Zurich train station. I stayed in the beginning of winter and the best comfort I enjoyed here is 24 hrs hot water. Comfy beds and helpful staffs. Worth staying again.

This hotel has lot of a little weird clients. According their reviews all is super and superb but then they hit 4 points ratings? Why not 5 points? Obviously this hotel is worth more than 4 points ratings :)

Loved our stay! Easy walk from the central train station, but fairly priced for the gorgeous city & rooftop views. Our room was spacious and our huge terrace fantastic! The downstairs bar was friendly and drinks tasty. The hotel staff was pleasant and eager to assist, even when our German was elementary at best! Such enjoyable accommodations.

A nice hotel. Helpful staff, beautiful garden. Air-conditioning is great, since it's summer now. One thing I don't like is the hotel is on a "hill". Just imagine I take a baby and carry a stroller, and climb the very high steps. Hope I will be more fit.

Stayed 2 nights in June after long flight. Convenient to Zurich HB and many restaurant, shopping options nearby. Old town around the river is great to walk and relax, very scenic. Small but clean, comfortable and well maintained room, serviced daily. Efficient and courteous front desk. Breakfast was excellent with good choice of hot and cold foods and excellent coffee. Wi-Fi very good.

Stayed 1 night in May. Reasonable hotel price in Zurich, nice staff, easy check in or check out, room is clean, nice view on balcony. Tram station right at the front door (please take tram to the hotel if you carry luggage), many stairs steps if walking from central station. Good quality and yummy breakfast. Very nice place to stay.

Good location, the tram came over in front of the hotel every 5 mins, easy to go anywhere within the main town, HB Station n shopping district. Very recomended.

Walkable to the main station and shopping belts! Direct tram alight from airport! Save you from pulling your heavy luggage! Just take tram number 10 and u can alight right in front of the hotel!

The hotel is not bad, and the prices are pretty normal considering that Zurich is a Costossissima city. The location is very close to the train station and there is a tram stop in front of the hotel. The rooms are cozy but small, ditto the bathroom. Very nice reception girls, even if only one of them spoke Italian.

The beds were very comfortable, room clean, excellent breakfast provided, helpful staff.

We visited with two small children and were impressed by the nice and friendly staff. We had a family room, which was large, clean and cosy and had a huge balcony. For Zurich standards, the level of comfort is high for this price.

Room was very nicely decorated and equipped with a fridge, electric kettle, and AC (only some rooms have AC tho). Bathroom was small, but comfortable to use and very clean. A very good hotel considering the location and price.

Not so expensive, RMB 600 is not very convenient, five minutes, big supermarket, the hotel decor was unique, and downstairs, Mad Cow bar, the hotel, the theme is Cow's. Room and hand painting is very unique.

The hotel is about 10mins away from the Main Train Station where the convenience store and few restaurants are. Me and my family of stayed in for 4 nights when we visited Zurich, Switzerand! MaryAnn was great as well as Jody as they were both very accommodating to our requests when we arrived and hit a bit of a snag with our reservation as well as booking tours and such! Coming in 1st time in Europe, this started our trip right! Breakfast was good too. Rooms are kept clean and tidy everytime we came back from our trips which is very well appreciated, Internet is fast as well.

I was here in far 2004 for 4 days, with my parents, and it was a nice experience. I don't remember a lot of those days but, there was a beautiful and gentle waitress in bar. The service was faboulos, and we liked a lot. After that, I had not had the occasion to return again in zurich, but I hope I will. Feeling nostalgic.

Convenient and cheap for Zurich. Otherwise, there's little insulation between the rooms and an odd smell in the hallways. We also opted to eat elsewhere but there is a restaurant attached to the hotel.

Friendly hostel offers large rooms and free Wi-Fi. There is a simple but good breakfast in the attached restaurant "Crazy Cow". In the evening, the "crazy cow" but rather is a tourist trap.

Tram connection to the airport and in the city centre and narrow right in front of the door. HB and city centre within walking distance. Friendly staff.
