Nice cozy rooms. Good restsurant. Front desk was very polite and cooperative.

Nice clean quiet hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Air conditioning was appreciated. The ten franc off voucher for the attached restaurant helped take the sting off the terrifying Zurich prices.

Very good hotel! Cozy, clean and a fantastic breakfast! The room was clean and spacious, with little goodies to welcome you to the fullest. I would like to come back soon :)

Great location Small room but with all amenities, coffee machine and kettle. Smart TV. Small bathroom But with everything you need. Breakfast with fresh juices and excellent products.

Excellent location but not a 4 star hotel. The heat would not shut off in the room and they couldn't fix it. They didn't offer another room.

Great location — close to Zurich Main train station, Lake Zurich, Oldtown, and many high end shops on Bahnhofstrasse. The free breakfast in the mornings is delicious — trout, many types of meat, bread, and yogurt. The only downside of this hotel is that the walls are rather thin, so noise from the hall is an issue.

Comfortable hotel close to everything: clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, on site restaurant (Mishio) offers guests a breakfast buffet. Trolleys a block away, shopping and dining everywhere. Popular tour operators are a 10 minute walk away. Rooms are moderately priced for the area.

A fairly good place to stay, rooms are O. K. BREAK FASTS were good, could not understand the A. C in the rooms.

Very disappointed, such a bare room & a cracked hand basin. I don't think we were allocated the "superior" room we paid for & never found the "welcome drink" we were promised. However, the reception staff are very helpful & the location is good. Don't bother asking for a quiet room though.

The location of this hotel is great. That said, I had a horrible experience. There was a gentleman who was checking in ahead of me who had a 3 week reservation with a confirmation email. However, their system only had him booked for one night. Three of the electrical outlets in my room did not work. I fixed one myself by resetting the GFI in the bathroom and maintenance fixed one. The most important one by my bed could not be fixed. It only got worse from there. My room was adjacent to a busy street and the road noise was terrible. I was woken up by a drunk woman at 4:30am and could not get back to sleep. Looking forward to a hot shower when I got up. Unfortunately, the drain was extremely slow and the shower started filling up with water. Fortunately, I was only booked for one night.

I have only stayed one night in this hotel but everything was excellent. The hotel is only 5 min away by walk from Zurich central station. Right next to the shopping area and 10 min away by walk to the canal. The hotel environment is nice and quiet despite that it's in the central area of Zurich. The room is very clean and dainty, with multiple room amenities, such as safety box, slippers, even a tablet. The hotel staff are friendly and speak good English. Overall, it's all great. If I go back to Zurich again, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Pretty good hotel. Central location and desk service has been fine. Room is small and I have a few nits to pick about things such as shampoo not being filled in the shower, but nothing major. Overall I would consider staying here again.

Great position just remember it is not 5 star but the staff are friendly and the rooms are clean if you like Asian food a good restaurant only a 5-10 min walk to station with light rail just around the corner only a short stroll to the old area with plenty of restaurants and bars.

Small Hotel very well located, with very decent rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is not very friendly. The hotel's Asian restaurant offers a good variety of dishes, which are not distinguished from an ordinary Sino-Japanese. The breakfast is quite standard and the coffee is undrinkable as in most hotels.

Hotel of good standing where I stay very regularly. Right in the centre of Zurich. Welcome and always considerate (Bravo to Mr. Paris and his team)! Little Plus: The bath products are from rituals.

Great location and breakfast very good the only thing is nobody told me there is a possibility of checking out late.? Maybe was my fault because I didn't asked other than that is perfect for a weekend stay is close to everything.

The room was small but adequate for 1 person. I didn't have any issues with the Internet. The breakfast was descent considering it was free. Is there value to the hotel, maybe maybe not. If staying for busisness it is an adequate place with easy access to the city. If staying for pleasure other hotels will provide you a better value for your money.

Good and small horel in the heart of the city good location for sure between main station and metro.

Small delicate, it is worth a try, I mean, in Switzerland, a land of gold. I'm very hungry, the restaurant on the first floor, but we're ready to go out to eat.

This place is my Zurich address! They are so so helpful and will make no fuss about late check outs or parcel pick ups for you. Prices are in line with CH prices but you feel you get money's worth for the location and ever smiling helpful staff.

Extremely clean rooms. Shower someone next door, sounds as if he is in the room. Door rattles when someone in the past.

A pleasant place to stay for a week. Rooms are modest but pleasant. Breakfast is good. Lack of reasonably priced internet is a minus. The location is central and great.

One of my worst hotel experience! Too expensive for an hotel with a poor breakfast, internet problems, and disorganized reception.
