The staff at Bristol are awesome and very helpful. Location is sooo convenient. Rooms are large and spacious.

Very helpful with individual needs ie gluten and lactose intolerance.

Friendly staff clean tidy room very close to many restaurants and cafe shops trams and 6 minutes easy walk to Zürich City Railway Station.

Check in was straightforward Martin went an extra mile helping us to check train and boat schedules nothing was too much The room were large and bathroom good.

Beds very uncomfortable, no AC, minimum bathroom supplies. Very good breakfast, very friendly staff. Walk to train station. No kitchen to self warm foods but staff will refrigerate and warm foods if requested.

A basic 3 star hotel but with a few extras that deserve "extra credit". Still a nice 3 star and you won't be disappointed. Universal 220 volt power outlet saved the day since EU power adapter didn't fit in Switzerland. Good free breakfast basically cold food but good variety. People very friendly and helpful. Want a tea kettle, ask for one at registration desk. Very close to Zurich main rail station (5 minute walk, plenty of maps), just a little longer to bus station for sightseeing trips. Plenty of nearby restaurants.

Okay hotel overall, but lacked some basic amenities. No A/C, no fridge. The blinds worked well to block out light, but also completely seals off airflow, so you have to decide between sleeping in the hot darkness, or the cooler light. The included breakfast was pretty weak. They basically had no real protein, which was disappointing. Definitely would say it's on the lower end of hotels we stayed at in Europe, but can't directly compare to other hotels in Zurich since we didn't stay elsewhere.

Hotel was good but nothing special. It was pretty warm and there was not air conditioning just a few fans. There were good blinds for keeping the room dark but they blocked the window too much to get any breeze at night. Also, the included breakfast had very few options. The only proteins were hard boiled eggs and lunch meat.

Fantastic hotel in centre of Zürich only 5 minute walk (500m) to main Zürich Central stastion, stayed small single bed room which is perfect for a solo traveler & room was always clean. Breakfast was good as well. Definitely would stay here again.

No a. C. They give you large door knocked for key, extremely small hot rooms in the summer. Breakfast is located in a closet like room, on the 1st floor. This probably one of the worst hotels in Zurich. I highly do not recommend this hotel unless you like a closet for a room.

Continental breakfast was good; very clean and comfortable seating. Room was on the smaller side but good enough. Bathroom was better than a lot of older European Hotels.

The hotel is quite near the zurich main station. The staffs are very polite and friendly. It has a 24 hrs front desk service which you can drop and collect your room key anytime.

Good location about 200 meters from the city center. Rooms are clean and nice. The location is close to the main train station, bus terminal about 2 km to opera house. Many restaurents near the hotel.

Hotel Bristol was a very pleasant place to stay in Zurich. It is very close if you arrive by train, just across the river! You are close to all restaurants and stores, so, if you have a quick stopover, you will find everything you need within a 10-minute stroll around the old, picturesque streets. The front desk staff are extremely friendly. The breakfast is included and is very comprehensive; you can have everything from cereal, hard-boiled eggs, salame and ham, to fruit and yogurt. This is a breakfast hearty enough to keep you going past lunch time! I had a room with two twin beds and a sofa (free upgrade) for which I paid 160 Swiss Francs. I had a small balcony that looked out over the street. The ensuite bath had a shower stall with lots of hot water (no bathtub here). The room was very clean and comfortable. This hotel provides great value for the price. I would recommend it to anyone travelling to Zurich.

Their staff were really good and helpful, the location was 5 mins by walk from train station and bus station, the breakfast was good. At all Zürich was really good.

I liked the hotel very comfortable, close to the station. Good breakfast. In Switzerland you have to take care of the Tacheros, for not knowing take pordos blocks and gave me Flower of Paseo Yme Cpbraron. So also.

The hotel is excellent in price/quality. It is located near the train station which is very good. The attention is excellent and apart they know several languages.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Great location only here for a night once we flew in to the airport before continuing on our trip but was satisfactory for our needs of a bed, breakfast wasn't half bad either.

Solid hotel with clean rooms. The rooms are very small for my taste but have everything you need. The breakfast is good, although the selection is somewhat limited. But there is nothing wrong with the quality. The staff is very accommodating. The location is OK. It is a five minute walk to the train station or the city centre. The nearest tram stop is only 200 metres away. Deductions are available for me at the price which is too high for my taste, but for Swiss and especially Zurich conditions seems to be normal. The Wi-Fi is very slow and the bedding looks like from the last century. But last is also a matter of taste.

The rooms are simple, but spotlessly clean and well maintained. There's also a quite decent breakfast, and helpful receptionists. Overall the hotel offers good value for money.

Me and my wife stayed in this hotel during September 2017. It is located in the prime location. The hotel staff were kind and courteous. Particularly the lady in the breakfast was kind enough to guide us to some special tourist attraction. Sorry we could not remember her name. She is very active at the place. The hotel room and the toilet is clean and hygiene. We thank all the staff at the hotel.

Perfect place to stay in Zurich. They have us a free room upgrade and the room was spotless with a nice sized bathroom.

Located at a walking distance from Zurich HB railway station, it is convenient for tourists. It is a budget type hotel. The rooms are neat and clean.

Hotel Bristol was an average tourist hotel conveniently located close to the Zurich train station. It doesn't have air conditioning, which was a problem during our stay since the temperature was above 90 degrees. The hotel did have a few TV channels that were in English, which was nice.

The only good point about the hotel is its best location and stuff. Although because of the location it's very noisy. At midnight also there was enough noise to trouble my day end sleep. Other than that room was ok but there was no blanket in the room. Breakfast is just not up to the mark. They only serves bread, cornflakes, cheese ham boiled egg and juice. That's all. No bacon or sausage. Also no variety among breads. Stuffs are good and helpful.

The brakfast in the mornings was good with toast coffee apple and orange juice, different yoghurt salami, cheese, croissants, fruits, hot chocolate, raclette ghrkins and pickled olives. The room was a little small for 4 people. There was only a shower and no bath. Towels were a bit threadbare. They are close to the rail station being very walkable and this is very useful. Checkout is at 11:30 and they will charge if you are late but you can keep your luggage with them.

Hotel Bristol has a convenient location near Hauptbahnhoff train station and Bahnhofstrasse. The rooms were exceptionally clean and suitable, though intended to be a basic room without luxury amenities. Breakfasts were adequate, though nothing extraordinary. Staff was courteous and helpful. This is a great place if you are looking for safe, clean, quiet, and inexpensive accommodations.

Last week, I stayed at Hotel Bristol for a week. I would say if you are looking for a place to stay close to Zurich Central Railway station (HBF) then Hotel Bristol is a good choice. Room is cozy. Bathroom is clean… Sight seeing locations are available near by, Availability of public transport is just at a walking distance from the hotel.

Computer. Somehow, the two didn't understand himself, got however courteous assistance on the phone. Ah, Yes — and the breakfast. One must go very far to find something great in Zurich. And included in the price. Bravo!

We were in the Hotel for one night i. E of 9th March and day staff was co operative at the time of checked in. Hotel rooms are clean and nice. We preferred this Hotel as we were having luggage and we wanted to catch TGV to Paris next day early morning on 10 th March by 6.30 a. M. The said Hotel is very near to the Main Station. We informed the receptionist for our early check out and she assured to have all the assistance in Morning including packed breakfast, call of Taxi, likely platform No. Of Paris Train etc. As we were totally new of the area. Unfortunately, at early morning, there was only one male who was in hurry to finish his work including cleaning of Furniture and had no time to speak with us. He wanted to finish his work and go. Our breakfast was marked at different room no. And had only two pieces of breads with butter inspite room rates were inclusive. This was a very bad experience at unknown place and the said person acted with us rudely. We managed to get away from the Hotel immediately.

Basic hotel, but enough. Single room with a little outdated decoration. Nothing safe or minibar for who suppose that a problem.
Breakfast also very basic but sufficient.
That said, the price is very good compared with the prices of other hotels and has an unbeatable location, so we definitely recommend if we went back to Zurich.

The structure is a little lacking. The furnishings are bare minimum and although everything is very clean. The breakfast is plentiful but not many alternatives. Has private parking.

We have probably visited the Hotel Bristol 9 times. We love it's simple efficiency, proximity to the train station, and helpful staff. Occasionally, the rooms fronting on the mina street can be noisy in the warm weather. I appreciate how the staff has provided complimentary upgrades at times. We will definitely return.

Our experience at Hotel Bristol was amazing. After having got lost en route to a couple of other hotels during our trip we shot an email to Hotel Bristol and got very simple to follow instructions back on how to make it there. The hotel is a few blocks from the main train station which is perfect in the fact that it's close enough to get there quickly but not where you're surrounded by the noises that come with being that close to the station. The room was clean, spacious and had everything you needed in it including plenty of outlets (lets face it, in the digital age that's much needed to charge everything). The staff was incredibly helpful, not only in responding to emails but also in giving directions on how to get to places around the city and not charging us to print up a lost flight confirmation. They offered a good free breakfast buffet with a variety of choices so that you didn't feel limited and forced into something you didn't want. On our last day our checkout was before breakfast started so they packed us a bagged breakfast to take on the train with us. Incredible. If I'm ever in Zurich again I will definitely be staying here and really recommend it to others as it's a great starting off point to exploring the city and surrounding countryside (we took a quick train out to Rheinfalls and it was a beautiful trip)

Very convenient to the train station, the river boat, and walking around the old part of town along the river. Extremely friendly front desk. They provide a table fan that makes it pleasant in the summer time weather. Clean and neat with an elevator. The top floor has some architectural sloping intrusions near the windows, so you need to watch your head but the height allows one to keep the windows open, with privacy. Easy walk to the Niederdorf neighborhood for a fun dining experience. Modern design. Good value in Zurich.
