Kudos to all staff, they are very accommodating and friendly. To the hotel manager who is always open to hear our feedback and addressing our concerns. To the housekeeping team, front desks, kitchen staff you all did a great job! An awesome experience and customer service is perfect!

The hotel is across from a construction site that they work until 12:00 at night and start again at seven in the morning. We ordered a room with a king size bed and a kitchenet. There was no kitchen it was a sink on the balcony and the bed was definitely much less than king size. The air conditioner does the job but it's very old and noisy. As is the whole hotel is very old and it does not look at all like the pictures. That said when we told the front desk that we would not be staying until the end they were very kind and did not make any trouble as to cancel our payment. I do not advise anyone who values their money to stay there!

This is our second overnight stay in Wellcome and in both instances they have upgraded our room. Check in/Check out were fast. For the room, somehow outdated although decent enough. I wish they could replace the sofa in their Premier suite since dirts were very visible. Pool is just for kids but it was okay for us since our little boy enjoyed it but there was just no lifeguard or any staff in the pool. For the breakfast, it was just okay.

The buffet breakfast are not good at all! fried rice is like a porridge,, staff are not nice.

Good stay for a 1 night with family. Room for 2, 200 with two beds was nice and good aircon. Love the pool even its small. Had a yummy breakfast.

Breakfast is good and the view is great! Just have to take a flight of stairs to get to the place — the roof deck, but it works up the appetite! Check their long-stay package and you would love to make this hotel your second home! If it's good for my picky foreigner friend then it must be good for all! They have a gym although very small, a pool and the view to enjoy especially at night! The staff is very friendly.

When you arrive you will given a welcome drink which was qood after our long drive from Oslob. Good Location. Very near the Ayala Mall and accommodation and service was great too. The breakfast buffet was quite limited though but overall I would recommend this hotel when your in Cebu City.

Had stayed for 4 days in the hotel and the service was great! Very charming and smiley receptionist… (forgot his name) Cheap rates and room was absolutely. The pool is a bit small for 10 peeps but good view to check outside… Its near Ayala, so convenient for malling… Well, going near the hotel is a bit scary (no lights on posts) and dirty (garbage were around and not attentively picked up). Should be called for attention…

Staffs are very accommodating, very nice and the rooms were clean, no foul odors and quite big for the 3 of us. And it's near to Ayala Town Center and the security guards are always smiling.

I love this hotel especially if you are travelling with your family in Cebu. The place is very convenient as it is on the center of the city. Friendly staff and they have delicious buffet breakfast. Indoor pool makes it more relaxing to stay.

Nice, spacious rooms, however there is building work going on opposite, working while 10pm! Then when that stops, the aircon is of the old, noisy box type. Great, helpful staff.

Convenient if it's your last minute booking. Good location to easy access Alona beach. Comfortable beds, big screen TV. Tho the bathroom has been built wrong and is totally flooded after a shower.

We were impressed with this hotel — helpful reception, a nice, clean room and Wi-Fi that worked. Our room was on the sixth floor which was just beneath the noisy rooftop bar and next to an elevator but it was not too bad when we went to sleep. Breakfast is a bit chaotic. Many things had run out and were not being restocked. There seemed to be a queue system for the omelette but people would push inn. The chairs and tables were quite cluttered so it was difficult to move around.

The hotel staffs were really accommodating and the place is tidy. Foods serve are delicious.

What I loved about this hotel is that their staff are very friendly, very accommodating and they all smiles genuinely. The rooms are great. You can even watch a movie while waiting for the elevator. The sound system in the pool area is so much, you'll definitely get some relaxing there. There's also live bands every weekend at the roof deck. And while waiting in the lobby they have free juice. Definitely going to recommend this hotel to my friends! Keep it up!

I was involved in an accident in this hotel. We checked-in in this property last January 12-14 2018. I was with my parents during that time. The accident happened in the bathroom. I pulled the glass door enclosure and suddenly it broke down. Because of that I had minor abrasions in my hands and my right thumb is bleeding non-stop. I was rushed to the hospital and the doctor said one of my vein in my thumb was lacerated, so it needs to be stitched. I had 3 stitches on my right hand. I will never go back to this hotel and I will never recommend this property to anyone. However, if you want to die, this hotel is for you.

Spacious room and I like it that there's enough space where you can place your things. Not just in a corner.

I like the bed. It's comfy.
Their breakfast buffet is good. Not that much options but the food they have is fine. Chorizo, eggs and salad… yum! I just don't like much their ground beef, but can be better.
Overall, I like this hotel.

The hotel is located in an area where is far from the main road which makes it a less noisy hotel. The lobby was quite small. However, the staff were good in dealing their customers. The room was quite tight. The bathroom was tight as well. The water supply and pressure was excellent. The Wi-Fi was fast as they gave very much importance in their Wi-Fi connectivity. There are also convenience stores and restaurants, just be careful when going there at night because there may be drunk people who could harm you. I recommend this hotel for people who are only staying a few days in Cebu. The rates are also affordable.

Welcome is a great place to stay with. The room is spacious and very comdortable, it is as if you never left home. However, it doesnt have a swimming pool and the function room is not well lighted but I guess it is designed for people who wants to get a drink and have a glimpse of Cebu skyline. Overall welcome is a nice place to stay with.

We enjoyed our stay here. The buffet breakfast is fantastic. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable. Would highly recommend.

Celebrated the 2nd anniv. Party of ATS here and went so well. I love the food and everything else except, it is just humid. That is all I can say.

I went to this hotel when it was still newer and loved it, but when I came back after 3 years the place have aged a little. Breakfast was really good and overall stay for 3 nights was great. However, I requested a hairdryer but it never came. Still would recommend this place though!

Stayed for 4 nights. Friendly staff (receptionist, housekeeping and waiters). Fast check-in and check-out. Buffet breakfast is okay and food at the Roofdeck Resto is quite good. Daily supply of toiletries and free wmineral water, change of towels and cleaning of our room. Wi-Fi is strong at Rm 404. Will definitely stay here when in Cebu and will recommend to friends.

Clean and well kept room. Staff are accommodating. Very close to shopping center and hotel has free shuttle to Ayala Center. Towels and hand towels need to be changed though.

It was a nice hotel! I requested for a conjoined room since we were a family of 7 and the hotel didn't disappoint us. The buffet breakfast was average and the free shuttle going to ayala was a plus. The only downside is that the pool was very small contrary to its picture shown from the website. It was just a kiddie pool. However, we still enjoyed our stay since it offers a great ambiance to their guests specially to families like us.

A really nice place to stay in cebu. Close to Ayala shopping mall, just 50 php with taxi. Friendly staff and nice lounge area. Breakfast is ordinary and that's it, nothing extraordinary. Live music at breakfast was cool. The Wi-Fi is unstable but works in the rooms. Waterboiler in the room but the often forget to refill coffee/ cream and teabags. Two bottles of water every day and really good cleaning of room. The pool is the smallest I've seen and cold as hell. Only three sunbeds and a sofa on sundeck. The gym is only a couple of machines and spinning-bike. Unfortunately there are often some weddings or so on Roofdeck so we had to order from the bar and it's not a cosy place to eat with family. The food is delicious but lots on the menu is not available. For example pizza and French fries. We tried to order several days but couldn't have it. The area around the hotel has nothing to offer, no stores or supermarket. You have to go elsewhere and buy grocery. It's value for money!

Very good location, good service, been here so many times, they are consistent on cleanliness, food is great specially the club house sandwich, room is nice also the toilet. Buffet breakfast is satisfying. They always have discount sale on rooms, they can even fetch you from the airport with a price of 500…

Conveniently located hotel in central Cebu with large comfortable rooms and rooftop dining area with inspiring views of the city and its surroundings. Great for the Ayala shopping mall and the airport is a reasonable taxi ride away.

For its price, you can't beat the quality, cleanliness and service you get. I stayed at the hotel for a night and will definitely book there again when I visit Cebu in the next coming months.

Decent place to stay. Stayed here for a transfer the next day to Malapascua. Friendly staff, spacious rooms. They even packed breakfast for very early as we had to leave at 4 am.
