This has been my goto hotel even before the pandemic, so I was so relieved to see it in the accredited quarantine list. The best quarantine option especially if you’re traveling with kids. Their rooms are bigger than most hotel rooms, and they’re very accommodating. They will allow food delivery, and send it to your room with PPE and all. Thank you so much Fiona, Cesar, Wanda, and team for the smooth booking process. Your team really made our quarantine tolerable.

I was quarantined here for a week and so far everything is great! from the friendly staff who accomodate my every request to the dine in services who checks on you if your food was good everyday! there food taste really good and with big servings, I can't speak for the ofw's coz I am a balikbayan, but for me my stay here is worth it they make it less difficult amd comfy as possible! thank you quest specially to mariel for bookimg my stay!

Impressed with Quest! Service is excellent. Very quick (in less than 5 minutes) and responsive when calling and asking assistance. Staff and crew are very courteous and sincere in conversing with guests. Breakfast buffet is absolutely delish and superb. Highly recommended!

Staff are superb! they are accommodating & courteous. Facilities needed to be improve though. There was a water leak in our room from the AC and it literally wet the bed and the floor. Wi-Fi is worst! hope you'll do something about it.

This is one of the nicer hotels in Cebu. I'd say it's firmly 4 star. The location is hard to beat good if you want to be in cebu city, it's right across from Ayala Center and there's tons of food delivery, 711, cheap laundry etc. The other best feature is the pool, which is pretty big for cebu and gets quite a lot of sun, poolside bar, etc. The beds are quite comfortable, the rooms are clean and secure, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Why wouldn't I consider this a 5 star hotel? There's no bathtub in the bathroom, overall the room is smaller than a proper 5 star like the Marco Polo or Shangri-la. Some of the bathrooms have mysterious water leaking onto the floor. There isn't a proper desk or office chair in the room, and I experienced quite a bit of packet loss on the Wi-Fi in my room, although the speed is quite good. Finally, the hotel restaurant, while not terrible, is nothing to get excited about and is quite overpriced compared to other food available nearby. I've stayed at Quest about six times, that's my review, I don't think you'll be upset if you stay there, unless you want a real five star experience, I'm which case you should pay more for a real five star hotel.

Lovely hotel. Nice spacious rooms. Good gym facilities… we had great drinks by the hotel pool and then came down in the restaurant for dinner. They were offering their buffet menu which was amazing! Best food we have had so far and the best buffet we have been to full stop. Waiting staff were excellent and very attentive. Would highly recommend staying here :)

We were having dinner with my family and friends at Puso Restaurant. This is actually the second time I invited my folks to have our dinner in Quest hotel because the food didn’t fail to satisfy our tummy. Food was really good and buffet stations are always refilled. I will never hesitate to recommend Quest Hotel! Staffs were also accommodating! Will definitely keep coming back! ⭐️

Nice hotel with amazing staff! Good location as it is just near Ayala mall (5 minutes by walk). The best part of my stay was definitely the breakfast. A wide variety of dishes with a staff team always here for all your needs.

Thank you Quest Hotel for the perfect intimate Adult Children's birthday dinner despite our last minute decision to dine out. The above and beyond service of Mark & the rest of the team and the additional care of setting up a children's corner was exceptional. The flexibility, attention, love and care for the kids specially at dinner time was enough for us to share this experience with all our families & friends. This is certainly not the 1st & last visit. We look forward to many more celebrations in your beautiful home…

Breakfast is super-rich, super-rich! Basically the room is in the right moment, there are, and the hotel staff is very kind and polite, even if they are very busy, a bunch of guests waiting in the hall, still keep smiling, which I was impressed!

Feel the bed and mirror set strange, the double room one of the beds is looking in the mirror, and the first day of living in the room has a serious damp smell.

A nice hotel with a shopping center nearby in Cebu city is a choice of the great CP value accommodation site. It has a wonderful buffet breakfast and many choices of dishes. Quest hotel and conference center has fast check in and high scores among several online travel portals. Must visit again.

A special shout out to the buffet breakfast staff who are very efficient and professional. When I told our server Jeson that the papaya wasn't good he compensated it with a plate of newly sliced papaya and magoes. What a delightful surprise! That's what you call initiative. Such personnel is priceless. Bravo! As for the front desk and concierge they were also very accommodating. Please check room 1006 because the aircon drips of water. And please provide new rolls of toilette paper when new guests come in. We had a thin roll when we came in the room without any extra roll. The gym was ok. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Been coming here since Marriott closed but have to find another hotel. One time I was given a key for early check in only to find out that the room is still dirty like someone just left. My last stay I got a room where the AC was making noise and decided to just move. Today I am at the lobby waiting for check in. I understand that check in is at 3 but at least give your frequent/loyal guests a bit of courtesy or importance. Have to find another hotel. Suggestions?

Excellent hotel with kind staff and nice buffet. There is a nice pool, but little bit small. There is also a fitness and conference center. The security is top with control at door and control for taxi. Really next to Ayala mall. This is perfect place to stay in Cebu and the prices are reallt interesting.

Loved staying here for 6 nights with my hubby, son, Mum & Mum-in-law. We are from overseas and our first stay at Quest Cebu was a breeze ; friendly staff, security through the main entrance at the lobby, clean rooms, helpful staff and the brekky buffet (special mention to Jason — our waiter most mornings for spending time and making friends with our 1 yr old boy Leon). Swimming pool was fantastic and prompt service when ordering drinks and food. Ayala mall is just a stone throw away, 2 minute walk across the road for our shopping needs. We will definitely be back in the future.

Great hotel. Everything that should be in a good hotel. Plus water every day in bottles give. There is a kettle by the way. The shower really worked strangely, but would go. The location is convenient. But what a difference, taxis everywhere will take. Near the big pier, they are everywhere nearby.

I love the staff here. They are very nice stiff compared to hotels in manila. They have plenty of breakfast buffet food option. It's worth the price. However, they don't have that much hygiene kit options, slippers, soap, tooth brush (i had to call the operator) but they were very kind enough to give us. I like my room, I can see Cebu City. I love that it's super near Ayala Mall.

I was staying in this hotel a few days ago and I had felt so welcome with all the staff and people working in the hotel. They were very helpful and friendly in every way they can.
I lost my wallet on my trip and they tried their best to trace it back for me.

I've stayed in several hotels in Cebu City and the surrounding areas. This is definitely one of the better ones in terms of overall rating. The rooms are small and feel more like small studios (for the standard room), in comparison to equivalent hotel rooms. Bathroom is tiny and shower doesn't get too warm. But the pillows and bedding are super comfortable. The pillows are just the right squishyness. Outside of that, the buffet is tasty with a wide selection. Sometimes they are slow to get it refilled, but the breakfast and dinner buffets were bigger and better than most of the other places. Although the food is not always hot… pre-made and sits out, people leave the cover open, etc. The staff is amazingly friendly. They are just the best hotel staff, from the room cleaners to the waiters and hostesses. Everyone is super nice and they always stop me to ask how I'm doing with a smile. No other hotel compares to the Quest staff, and I've been all over the world. I'll probably come back here in a week. But I'm getting fat from the buffet.

Great place to stay at. Location is excellent and within walking distance to restaurants, massages, and is right across the street from the Ayala Mall. The staff is super nice and friendly and they have 24 hr room service! They have a restaurant, pool, & gym. Perfect for a getaway to Cebu :) I love this place so much that I live here now!

I will never be back! That's for sure. I won't recommend this hotel among my friends and people I know. I had this incident last night when I was invited by a friend to take a dip in the pool. At first, we had trouble during check in however was resolved. Her comes the pool time, among all the guest swimming, we were asked by the pool attendant in an impolite manner. The attendant was told that we ordered food already and were thinking that he will not charge the additional person since we decided to take our dinner in the pool bar. Now, we've asked the bill and to our surprise — he charged it without informing us. Since the cash we brought in pool side isn't enough, me and my friend went upstairs to get some cash so we can close the transaction. This is the most weirdest thing happened, my friend's keycard deactivated and we cannot enter the room. I called for help, since my boyfriend was in the pool bar I instructed him to call operator to send someone because we cannot go down wearing swimsuit and barefooted. The incident hyped when other room — group of men drinking beers pass-by, one of the guy went near to us and started talking like he knows how fix it. Me and my friend started to feel fear, we were both girls and we're too exposed for them. God forbid, if something might happen, we cannot asked fo help or anything. I tried to follow up the key yet it didn't arrive still.

We checked in here for 2 nights and everything was great! From their staff at the front desk, the bell boy and all the staff serving in the restaurant, they were so nice to us considering that it's fixed season! There were many tourists checking in but they were able to manage everything and still be nice to their guests. I love their food as well. Definitely gonna miss their security dog, uno! Will surely be back to this place.

Why I choose this hotel to have my reservation for my hubby Willem because when I do my research through online and read some reviews I feel interested and love to try/experience. Also, I saw one of my friend of mine upload some photos of their staying at the hotel. My hubby doesn’t know about this hotel, that’s why I discuss to him and I let him do research on his own. Then I ask after if he like it. But since, he trust me with my decision if I like it, he likes it too so I pursue to have reservation for his coming… Since, his first time to the Phils. And first time for everything like the place, ambiance, filipino people, food, culture, and etc. For the first day of his staying, I was amazed because he likes the hotel and me too love it. We love the good service especially the staffs are very accomodating and friendly. The food is good especially in breakfast. This is the best hotel breakfast in the Phils. This is the reason why my hubby extended our staying here twice. Keep the service good and try to make some variety in the soup during breakfast. Thank you for the hospitality and God bless!

Buffet review: March 2018. A little on the expensive side for a buffet in Cebu (Around 1200 for two). There honestly wasn't a whole lot of selection of hot foods, but what was there was pretty good. Baked scallops with cheese, baked mussels, and my favorite, the leg of lamb! Great salad bar and lots of yummy desserts. Coffee was pretty bad in my opinion, way too strong and an odd taste. Staff were VERY friendly :)

Good value for money and very good location.

Rooms are smaller compared to other hotels in the same price range. But they’re clean, so that’s a plus. I travel with my husband and two kids so the room size and cleanliness is important to me. I would’ve given this a 4 star rating however, during diner at puso I requested for a high chair for my toddler so we can both eat properly. I asked for it before getting food from the buffet table but it wasn’t in our table yet after I finished getting food. I waited some more and had to request it to three different people. Even asking them politely to be quick about it cause my son was getting restless already. I found a high chair nearby and decided to just get it myself. One of the chefs had to hear my frustration (sorry — I know it wasn’t your job to fetch a chair for us). The staff wasn’t very attentive. However, I do see positive feedback about the hotel staff here so I’m hoping this is just an isolated case.

Poor front desk service and very disappointed with hotel, The lady didn't let me leave with bad attitude, it just because a room service staff said "smell of cigarettes in my room", no doubt I wasn't smoke in the room. Btw air-con very noisy at night. I do not recommend this hotel & never come again.

The hotel is well protected by guards. Staff is very friendly. Rooms extra clean. The swimming pool clean well-maintained. A bonus if you're staying at the hotel you have discount on the meals which is excellent at a good price.

A good hotel option that's within the city proper. Service is good and fast. Breakfast buffet has a lot of options, mixed of Filipino, Korean and American.

One of the Best Hotel in Cebu and in Philippin. The rooms are very well equipped, clean and well-kept, but especially worth mentioning is the very good cuisine, the super buffet, every day, a wonderful friendly staff, special thanks ALAN the Superwiser Thank you and always like to return.
What I would like to mention is the beautiful pool complex on the 7th floor.

I was stranded during the typhoon urduja and opted to stay in Quest Hotel. The service is excellent for me especially when I asked to alter my dress during my stay. They have their own seamstress which I did not expect for a 3 star hotel. She is very polite and my dress was altered very quick. I will definitely be back here in my next business meeting.

Most friendly and helpful Concierge & Front Office Staff ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel, facilitating an early check-in. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to a function I was attending to. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service is excellent. I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Check in was a breeze and a staff was always nearby to help with the luggage. Guests can also borrow an umbrella at the Concierge which was super useful given the bad weather the city had over the past days. The room was clean and modern. My mother liked the toiletries. I liked the fitness center on the 6th floor but it was weird that there was no sign on the lift or anywhere else about where it is. It’s hidden in the parking area!

Attended my company's Christmas party here last year and also had a room reservation at corporate rate. The food was good & the staff were friendly & polite. The room was spacious enough. Me & my partner enjoyed their breakfast buffet.

Not very good for the money it costs. Apparently its not very old but you would think it was much older. You can spend a lot less and get somewhere nicer.

We're heading to the port this morning to get to Mint Island. So I booked breakfast last night to take out, the results check out when there is no breakfast, with him said we in a hurry, the car two minutes to, can go to buffet directly installed, he has been calling to check, and finally said that there will be five minutes ⋯

Rooms are spacious, has a nice view. Buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is lovely, lot's of choices and all are well cooked and well seasoned. Staffs are very accommodating. It is just one cross away from Ayala mall but convenient stores are 5min walk away just incase you'll be hungry or thirsty by night time.

I had a great stay at Quest Hotel. The premises are very nice and the Wifi upload speed is the fastest I have ever experienced in the Philippines. They have a great pool area and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Great water pressure in the showers and hot water. I wish I had got pictures of my room but I was not allowed to go back after I checked out. I did get to shoot a couple videos of the room I stayed in and all the areas of the hotel for my Utube channel just forgot to take pics.

Room 1138. Great service and attention to details. I truly enjoyed my stay. The location is right next to Ayala and Citibank which was very convenient. Overall a great hotel. Will come back just for the view and people.

Good value for the location. Quest is one of only a few hotels we look forward to staying at when the agenda includes regular visits to Ayala Mall and Terraces. The hotel is not without flaws, but we typically enjoy our stay.

Pros: Staff service and location is great Cons: Breakfast should be included otherwise at least a discount for hotel guests. If you plan on using the pool, it is Not family friendly. Used it twice and expect multiple foreigners bringing multiple prostitutes in the pool. Also smoking in the pool seemed allowed since it looked like staff approached but were too scared to confront them. Parents had to stop their kids from entering the pool and then left. Security needs improvement, anyone can access any level and pool/gym services.

Rooms are nice enough if you get them for the right price. They only had 2 staff at reception at check in which was slow. Worst of all was the staff member knocking on my door at 10.30am when I was mid session with my girl. I answered the door naked and he asked to come in and check the mini bar! WTF!

Classy hotel and very convenient to Ayala Mall Cebu. There's an in-house restaurant that offers breakfast buffet or ala carte. Big enough pool on the 7 floor overlooking the city as well. Shuttle service in and out of Mactan Airport for a fee.

Their interior designing is very nice. Their hotel prices are not so cheap and not so expensive. It's just right in the middle. Their pool is very nice.

Love it. The crew was awesome and helpful. A few things you need to check though… 1. Rm 1831's AC Leaks water when temp is below 20. 2. No decent and comfy place to smoke / vape. 3.7th floor stools for the bar is very limited and not comfy. 4. House water tastes funny.

Quest is a very well-kept hotel, with good service and very clean and comfortable rooms. Their breakfast buffet is also great, with a wide selection of food and very good hot chocolate.

Awesome location for a business traveller in Cebu City. With the mall just a short walk away, truly a home away from home whenever in Cebu. Great food, awesome service from the friendly staff and reasonable pricing make this my go to hotel for business purposes.

I like the place the convenience of the room but there's a bit problem if you dont know how to use the digi box if the chanel was left on an unregistered channel you need to find the way to find the working channel I hope it gets more convenient next time I check in here.

Lovely hotel right next to Ayala Center Cebu, which is pretty convenient if you want to pick up some stuff before your next destination. Clean room, nice bed, good shower (though a bit dark bec. Of the dark wall). With complimentary water, hair dryer included. Aircon is pretty cold. Flatscreen TV no problem. Php200+/ — more expensive than Tune Hotel/Red Planet Hotel, might as well book this as room is spacious. Staff is nice, concierge very helpful. Line of taxi waiting outside at no extra charge. Security guard taking down plate numbers for security. Will definitely come back here.

It was a bit pricey for its amenities. The room was too small for guest who had just arrive from travel somewhere. I bet this can only cater for backpack travelers. The lane heading to the car park was a bit small, I bet the hotel was built on a small space and was adjusted in accordance to its maximum length. The pool was favorably set on the 7th floor though it was nice, however I think the tiles or its floor was not properly leveled since water are filling like spots on different areas which can be slippery if kids run around. Maybe the pool area cant accommodate 20 guest as it will already be too crowded due to its small space. I have a friend who preferred it here but I must say its a little bit too pricey for what it could offer. Even when you billed for check out, you can suit yourself for a long line waiting to be entertained and oh its Monday when we checked out!

Solid hotel in Cebu near Ayala Mall. Problem is that it is a difficult walk across dangerous streets to get to the mall. Breakfast buffet is good. Rooms are small but clean and well maintained. A good Cebu hotel.

Great hotel, and good staff. Nothing amazing but it's good for the price. It's a 3 minute walk to the largest mall in Cebu. The room itself is nice, but a little older than I would like.

It's true to its promise of 3-star value for a 5-star service. The staff always have a ready greeting and smile. Their coffee is "Illy", which is a premium brand. I have no complaints except that the stay was brief. We should've extended our staycation here. Will definitely come back!

A first class hotel experience, I will have no problem coming back here when we come back to Cebu. The dining experience was also of a high standard thanks to Chef Kiko, a gentleman whom I sought put so I could shake his hand.
