The Superior Room we stayed in was clean, the beds were good, and pillows were soft. It had basic amenities as expected like Wi-Fi, cable tv, complimentary bottled water, and soap & shampoo. It didn't have a mini ref, though. Breakfast was included, and the set menu choices were ok. The coffee shop at the lobby offered delicious cakes and baked goodies. Interesting though that they didn't have clothes pressing services. The staff were very helpful and warm. It's my second time staying here, and I'll surely come back again because of its central location.

It is a solid no frills budget hotel. The rooms are good and clean, but everything else has minor problems. It has no dedicated area for its lobby cafe, the top floor restaurant has no elevator access and the stairs are a bit tight. Both cafe and restaurant have a limited items in the menu. The biggest problem with this hotel is that it is isolated. There are no stores, restaurants around it, making taxi hard to get. This hotel is best used for sleeping and little else.

Airconditioning is ok. But the breakfast is not. Room is ok too but the comfort rooms arw obviously not well maintained.

Value for money. If you're into shopping, it is Well located and a walk away from most Linketkai, Ayala and SM downtown malls.

The suite surprised me with how big it is. For the two rooms that we tried, the suite is big and is good for PWD's with wheelchair. The only thing that's off is that they have limited options for breakfast.

This hotel is always welcoming, from front staff to restaurant and management to Cleaning staff. I highly recommend this hotel to both business and traveling guests.

We are satisfied with the service given by the staff. They are honest, helpful and courteous.
Infact, last year, I still remember when my son left his watch that worth 10K in the table, the security guard returned it when we arrive from my check up.
Kudos to the Security Guard and all the staff.
Everytime when we go to Cebu we always stay here.

Very rude service from Erica at the front desk. Almost impossible to pay despite offering multiple methods. Completely unhelpful and unapologetic with this situation.

Well maintained rooms and great staff! They are known to serve breakfast with consistent generous portions with unli coffee/juice/soup/juice/bread/fruit.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean but outdated. The breakfast does not meet the European taste (rice and sausages). And there is absolute alcohol and smoking prohibition on the entire plant.

Very very and I mean extremely accommodating receptionists and front desk clerks. They would go out of their way to address your needs and requests and go the extra mile to facilitate said requests. I am extremely pleased to have met such amiable and hospitable staff, thank you so much for helping us with the directions, the airport dilemma, transaction fix and the serving of the breakfast. Apart from the quite confusing navigation of the suites' location, fuente oro is the place to stay.

Amazingly affordable but without sacrificing cleanliness and quality! Truly worth your money and even more! Fantastic 360 degree view of Cebu City from the roof deck. The owner is mostly there so expect great service always!

They accomodated us as early as 8 am without charging extra fees! Plus, they quickly responded to our reservation through email with zero downpayment. Will surely be back at this place again! Also, kudos to the great staff. Thank you for giving us a home in the heart of cebu city.

The staff contacted me through my mobile number and said that there's no standard room available, I booked for superior suite 1600 yet the room they gave us was the standard type (2 single beds) … (i just found out while browsing the photos of the room type), we paid 900 for efficascent oil stained on the bedsheet and blanket, didn't get any receipt after we checked out.

Very nice location because Robinson mall, Robinson Cybergate, restaurants, massage shops, coffee shops, bars, laundry shops and etc. Are nearby hotel means at a walking distance.
Staffs are very kind and the room rate is very reasonable including in 2 persons breakfast. Hope to see the staffs soon.

Clean rooms and a polite staff make this place comfortable and worth the low cost. Breakfast is very good. My room was in a mobile phone dead zone, and the Wi-Fi signal was too weak to connect ninety percent of the time.

I am an American who travels frequently to Cebu City for work. I am always very busy when I'm there and don't need a pool or any extras at the hotel. Fuente Oro is clean and has a very edible breakfast included. There isn't a fitness center, but I found one not far away across from Cebu Doctor's Hospital, so I just walk there to workout. You can certainly spend a lot more and have a nicer hotel with more options, but this my go-to in Cebu.

Great value for money. Rooms were big, clean and serviced daily. Comfy beds, good pillows, cable TV and mostly working Wi-Fi (which is rare in the Phillipines! ). Breakfast was tasty, varied each day and was big by Asian standards! Would stay again.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The breakfast is really delicious and big. The rooms are nice, fresh & clean. The only negative thing is that there is no proper blankets to the beds, just a thin sheet. Otherwise everything else was good & the staff was really friendly & helpful. This hotel is really priceworthy & I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for my short business trip in Cebu last week. The hotel is situated at the back of the major road in Cebu City so proximity wise, it is a five star. The staff are nice, the rooms are clean though they do not have comforters. Breakfast that they serve is delicious specifically their Tapsilog is a must try.

I stay 4 days its good. Service and delicious food. The problem is poor Wi-Fi signal and no swimming pool.
