I recommend hamerson hotel cebu, 1 reason is that when I am in the room I feel at home. It's clean and nice, also value for money. I don't have any regret in staying at hamerson hotel. Surely will come back again.

We're here the 2nd time around this year. Its a nice and peaceful hotel. Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms.

I been here 2years ago and now I'm back coz I miss this place, the staff are friendly good room and so clean.

Amazing hotel, the rooms are always clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly, from the security guard, front desk, housekeeping and the restaurant personnel. The food is great. My mama and I love the it. I love that we had our early check-in in the hotel… Looking forward to stay again in your hotel in my next visit in Cebu… Thank you guys for making our stay a very comfortable one…

Very friendly stuff and always willing to bend backwards for their guests. Good Wi-Fi. Rooms need a bit of renovations to keep up with the general standards of hotels.

Toilet — clean
Wifi — per my siblings its fast, wow!
Staff — friendly and accomodating
Luggages — they're understanding to hold your luggages while we are trying to burn time waiting for our flight

Accommodation is excellent, service is excellent, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Security guard are helpful. Totally recommended.

Poor customer service. I hope they can be more responsive when asked to provide updates. I wasn’t happy with the room and asked them to call me if my request will be granted or not. I only wanted to be advised earlier so I could find another hotel earlier. Nobody called so I initiated and had to change hotel in the evening, after attending to my business.

This hotel is great. I came in early at around 9 AM. The employees are super accomodating and answered my queries on rates and internet speed. They even let me check the internet speed myself (which is super fast and I need it for work) and since there were rooms available, they also let me check it out too. The place is clean and the bed is super comfy that I wish I could take their bed back home. There is a teeny bit of rust in the shower and bathtoom sink but it's okay since I'm not that picky. The greatest part of this hotel is that they let me check in early at 10AM even though the check in time is 2PM beceause my room is available. Since the room also comes with breakfast for 2, they also let me split my breakfast for 2 days (on the day I checked in and another one on the day I checked out). The hotel is near Fuente which is close to malls and restaurants. It was a very good experience and would definitely come back again.

Very nice budget hotel for one night stay. Overall quite clean, as described in the pictures the room, the service from the staff was excellent and the breakfast was good. Around the area there are some restaurants & nice cafes. Definitely recommended!

Typical 3star class hotel but staff are very kind. Room was clean with a good confition but bathroom a bit small and low water pressure.

We had a view of another wall… but hotel Hansen is located in a very good location. All the malls and markets are just a walk away. The room was clean and the service was quick.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. Worth the cost.

Filthy Hotel. Nowhere is clean. Harassed by chambermaid whilst asleep. Shower head is rancid. Water in the shower backs up to the point where it becomes a shallow bath. Long hairs on towels. Ants and bugs on sideboard and floor. No slippers. Bathroom smells. They ought to use bleach down the toilet for once. This place is cheap, but maybe best to spend more money elsewhere. Staff don't seem to be concerned by customer complaints. Free breakfast is included, I won't dare try it seeing as how filthy the room is. If the room is filthy, then the kitchen can only be worse!

The hotel seems pretty new still and it was really clean with welcoming staff. Our room had a window but our view outside was another wall haha. Still great though!

I tried the single room. Its new, clean and convenient. The price is competitive. But it does not have a cabinet to store clothes.

Rooms are neat and clean and there's a bidet in the bathroom. Location is perfect, and quiet. Lots of places to eat nearby. Staff are courteous and helpful. Best budget hotel for me. I'll be definitely going back.

Nice Hotel, nice rooms and affortable!

It's a clean and presentable hotel, the rate is decent, and the staff are courteous and friendly. Even the Asst Manager is too accomodating even for trivial concerns. I will definitely be back.

Nice and modern hotel near the center of Cebu. I had a large room that was very nice with a very comfortable bed. I have now been here for 4 days and my room has not been cleaned once. I asked the front desk many times, but still my room has not been cleaned. I asked to talk with the manager but they told me that she refused to see me because she was busy with paperwork.
Eventually I phoned expedia, who contacted the hotel for me. The hotel sent clean towels but still my room has not been cleaned.
It's a shame because apart from this problem the hotel is very nice.

Rooms are cozy and clean, staff are the friendlist and it's budget-friendly. We stayed here for a night and I wish we can stay longer. Best place to stay when in Cebu!

For the price this place is by far the best stay I've had in cebu, the friendliest staff, nice room and a good free breakfast.

Clean room fairly new and staff are nice. Wifi has strong signal. The location was quite and stayed 3 nights.

Nice place. Decent food. Excellent staff. Checkin was a breeze. Good breakfast selections whoch came with the room. Late night chatter in the hallways was annoying, but more of an issue with customers than staff or facilities.

Amazing place, clean very friendly and helpful staff. The day time security gard Transporto AKA "june" is awesome goes above and beyond his duties takes pride in his job and the company he works for. Hamersons, Hotel is lucky to have this man as an employee. Hope they recognize your hard work and reward you accordingly. If this man was my employee he would immediately be moving to top.

I must say the entire staff is amazing from security, housekeeping the restaurant. Everyone is very friendly. The front desk is awesome I lost my phone in a taxi cab they went above and byhond to locate my phone…
To the owern of this hotel you have a awesome staff working for you, you should be proud of everyone of them.

We had the best Cebu experience with the staff of the Hamersons. Because of the top rate service, we will return to this hotel whenever we are in Cebu. Thanks to the staff for making our Cebu experience the most memorable possible. Highly recommended.
