Welcome via a relatively young and friendly team. 3 minute walk (1 KM) from Metro Amstelstation station. 10 minutes to get to the center. Good bedding. We enjoyed freeing the room but being able to leave our luggage at the front desk on the day of the last day. It's a real service and free! Hearty breakfast. Roof terrace nice (40 people max) with a nice view but you have to book as soon as you arrive as it is very popular.

They charged me for dinner twice and so far have not refunded the amount.

Good and accessible location. Good rooms with a view. Calm and quiet neighbourhood.

Beware if you have food allergy. They marked pasta as gluten free in the restaurant.

We stayed here for 5 days / 4 nights. The price was reasonable, the location was great for access to both trains and trams to the city centre. The room was very clean and a good size. There was also no noise from other guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant was also reasonably priced and delicious. Although check in wasn't until later in the day, we dropped our bags at the hotel luggage storage with no problem.

Very friendly staff. Great rooms with enough utilities and great comfort. They also have a nice breakfast choice. It is not the closest place to the center; however, it has great connections (bus and metro). In addition to that, it doesn't take you more than 35 minutes to reach the center.

We stayed here for five nights. The hotel is a short trip by metro from Amsterdam central. Very accessible to nearby tram/metro/ train station. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom have strange doors and the water leaks out when you have shower. We had requested for extra pillow from reception via phone and they basically told ‘You can come to reception and collect’. However, when you go to reception they say we’ll get it to your room. Strange! It’s perfect for it’s location and food in the restaurant is good.

Spacious modern rooms, quality room service, excellent ruff bar, friendly and friendly staff, there is a bike rental for 18 q/day. Excellent location: Half an hour's drive to the centre and 7 minutes to the banks of the Amstel River. There are two supermarkets nearby. The room has a mini bar, hairdryer, kettle and tea utensils. A spacious desk, a huge closet and very soft beds. Next time in Amsterdam I will stay only here.

Super hotel, nice staff, delicious breakfast buffet, all quite modern but not expensive in terms of price. Only to be recommended, especially since the location is also ideal, directly at a metro station. In 5 min in the city!

Staff were really helpful and nice. Hotel was in a good area, close to a station so easy to get around Amsterdam. Hotel was fairly clean. Had a lovely roof top bar where the drinks weren't expensive and the atmosphere was lovely. Modern hotel, spacious bathroom, extremely nice personnel. Incredible value for the money! East 57, the restaurant, is also incredibly good for such reasonable prices. The roof terrace is always buzzing with interesting people. One of my favorites in the area.

This place is wonderful. The beds are comfortable. The staff are excellent. The food is good and the drinks are plentiful. If it had a gym I would have had to give a 6th star. Great value for money and well worth the trip.

A casual concept Hotel. Stayed 4 nights here. It is not very close to canals where the action is. It is in a rather quite neighborhood. Has a restaurant and a roof bar. There are bikes in front of the hotel for guests to use. Room I stayed was efficient and functional. Nothing fancy. The room that I state, was not big either. I will consider to stay there again.

Clean, good-sized rooms, good location near Amstel Station. I'd rate this a 4-star (it's a travel hotel, so it's not luxury 5-star) if they did a few things better. First: I've been traveling for quite a while on this trip, and I need to do some laundry. There are no laundry facilities at the hotel — they ship it out for a day or more turnaround, I'm sure at a premium rate. This doesn't work with my schedule, and I'm happy just to have some coin-operated laundry machines. Why do so few hotels understand this? So now I'm doing laundry in the sink, and have zip-tied the hair dryer trigger and have it pointed at my shirts hanging in the bathroom. Clearly non-ideal, but it works. Secondly: ironing. Most of my shirts and pants are wrinkled from packing, and I have meetings to go to. Unlike every other hotel I've stayed in over the last 30 years, they have a novel and completely unimpressive solution: Bolt the ironing board to a wall inside the service elevator, and tie the iron to the same plate. Also, it's the cheapest and worst iron I've ever seen. This is ill-conceived nonsense, and I'll not ever stay here again. It seems like a minor inconvenience until you've got several pairs of pants and shirts to deal with.

Real nice location outside the main city with east asces from metro and a little walk. The rooms is in good standard with all you need from shower and bed to minibar. The down side is that breakfast is not included.

Comfortable hotel with super service. The hotel employees at the desk were the most helpful I have ever experienced. Breakfast was good. The hotel is admirably concerned with the environment; one sees this everywhere. Seven minutes' walk to the Amstel railroad, metro, tram and bus station for excellent connections.

Decent room size and bathroom was OK. Bed was creaky and a bit too hard for me. Worst thing was the non-existent soundproofing though. Our room was in second floor and trucks on the street kept us awake and/or woke us very early. We could hear everything from upstairs, corridor and especially adjoining room as well. And I mean everything. AC was not working but luckily it wasn't too hot in town at that time. Cleaning staff did not provide bathtowels for two and tried to enter the room even when there was Do not disturb sign on the door. Knob. They seemed to start cleaning and making noise very early around the hotel. We skipped breakfasts and had only one dinner in the restaurant (East57) which I would not recommend but I’ve had worse too. Coffee and baristas I enjoyed so plus for that.

The staff is lovely. They pamper you with small details, you can't go without tasting the burgers on this site.

Very well. There are even mini Windows for those who want to test the magic mashroom but who are afraid of the legend of the one who jumped from the third floor in full hahaha madness. + Seriously the hotel is classy and spacious and the rooms correct.

I heard rumors that the food was good and the beer was nice. I had no clue they brew their own craft beer and had a fantastic selection of local beer and products. My mind was honestly blown. The rooms were nice and the roof top bar was really cool too. Does not hurt that it's close to Amstel station and a little bit outside the core of Amsterdam, nice and quiet.

A student friend of mine lived there and I went to visit multiple times. The view from the top is amazing, the staff behind the front desk seems nice and young. They have a pretty cool designed Café / Restaurant. Never ate there but they have nice fresh tea. Good to study as well! A few times, however, they had issues with their Wi-Fi taking sometimes over a day to fix it which doesn't help when you need to work.

Very nice and comfortable Hotel, prices too high of both the room and the services as the bicycle rental.

Good hotel to go in couple, well connected, comfortable, private, clean and with excellent offers of leisure and restoration nearby, also has a Lidl nearby, shopping and save on food and snacks.

Hotel far further from the city center than what was mentioned (50 min walk) closed terrace in April but not mentioned on the site also.

Everything was fine. A little bit cold in first night, but in the second night they turned on the heat. The heat is coming from the floor which is very nice.

The hotel is clean, confortable and modern. Breakfast is very nice and the staff friendly and useful. I could buy a public transport ticket for my whole week here, they also gave advice about how to be around the city, and allowed me to scan and print some documents :)

The rooms are little isolated and you hear a lot what happens in other rooms, well connected to the center and modern.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. However for 4 days the Internet was not working (which for a business hotel, from fair, is unacceptable), the forced aeration of air conditioning threw icy air over the bed and for three days they could not solve the problem if not Put some American tape on the fourth day of complaints, the phone did not work and they never replaced, which for another complicated things to signal the malfunctions, the water machine has never worked. For the rest, excellent breakfast, acceptable espresso, "Dutch" dinner (very far from the Mediterranean diet, say), comfortable room and bathroom (apart from the air), spacious and accessorized.

Good location, clean (and small) room. No room service. If you want a sandwich, it better be daytime — it's part of their lunch menu but not if their dinner menu. No club sandwiches for me… : (

Breakfast very good but expensive… with a bit more you can dine in the many Argentine grills that you saleb approx 15 euros per person near the hotel… 4 Cdras. There are supermarkets with affordable prices.

The staff was really nice. It has a parking garage on site (20€ per day). The train station is fairly close as well. It's well within walking range. The restaurant is mostly eclectic foods. The room is sizable but it does get pretty warm. We tried lowering the temp but the rooms are temp controlled. Overall, it's a nice clean hotel but can be warm at night.

Located at 1/4 Hour from the city centre by Metro (lines 51, 53, 54), the hotel is convenient to access (a few minutes walk out of the Metro) and quiet.
We had a relatively spacious room, with air conditioning, king size bed, safe, fridge, large working table very convenient.
This hotel seemed perfect for a weekend stay.
Note: Line 12 of the tram takes you directly to the Van Gogh Museum or to the Rijksmuséum in less than an 1/2 hour.

Hotel close to transportation, clean on arrival, last night the room had not been well done at all.

Great hotel. We were allowed to go to our room before 11 o'clock, which is not usual for a hotel. The room was very nice and the bathroom also provided enough space for two to set up at the same time. The staff at the service or in the restaurant was young and friendly with excellent English skills. The breakfast buffet is quite small and yet you have managed to feel as if nothing is missing.
The connection to the Amstel station was excellent. You could come to the Centraal station with every train and from there you could also go back there on the way. So we never had to wait more than 2 minutes.
This was my third visit to the hotel Casa (originally Casa 400) and I can only recommend it to others with a good conscience.
PS: The location around the bar is already worth a visit really great!

Large hotel at train station/Metro Amstel. Comfortable rooms and ample common spaces. Good breakfast at reasonable price for the average in Amsterdam. Recommendable.

Beautiful big room for 2 people, clean, nice shower, very comfortable large bed. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Amstel train station where the metros run everywhere you need to go every 5 minutes so although the hotel is out of the main centre it’s easily accessible via metro and bus. The travel tickets cover the metro bus and ferries so well worth buying (17.50 per person for 72hrs but can buy for longer or shorter time periods).

We were travelling by car and we struggle to find a decent hotel with parking close to the city so we chose this one. It was a great idea. It's a big hotel, great value for. Money, and not far from the center itself. It's located close to the train station, what it's very practical. Great coffee!

A stylish and comfortable hotel in the business district of Amsterdam. Most of the rooms have a wonderful view. There is a free service "to leave a suitcase" if you vyseljaetes in the morning, a flight in the evening, and it is desirable to walk in city without things) generous breakfasts, for evening-tasty bar. The rooms have newspapers, city map, mini bar, hygiene products (soap, shampoo, shower gel). The hotel is quite young audience.

Decent hotel for a Amsterdam city trip. It's located near a train station. Not too expensive and the coffee shop in the lobby is quite nice. Can't recommend the restaurant though. Surrounding area is nothing special so if you want to stay in the heart of the city this is not the place for you.

Nice atmosphere, original contemporary hotel. Very well placed with regard to the bus and tram lines. Young and friendly team. The small booklet that explains the genesis of the hotel is to be kept preciously.

Clean place and friendly staff. Strategic location for the Metro. Available the rental service (not included in the price of the room) for bicycles. I did not try the breakfast with the hotel but I recommend the pub in the venue (excellent breakfast/lunch/dinner)

The location is quite central. You are within 30 minutes of the central station. The staff is very friendly. The mattresses in the beds are unfortunately too soft. Those who have a vulnerable back may not be thrilled. The bar or The restaurant on the ground floor is very nicely decorated and the burger was also very good.
Unfortunately, there is nothing to drink at night in the hotel when the vending machine is empty. The bar was still staffed, but they were not allowed to sell us any more. The staff at the front desk advised us to drive into the city to the central station, where we would be able to buy something. Sure, at 1:30 a. M. In the morning. No problem.

The super nice staff helped me quite also spoke little English and there were 2 guys who spoke Spanish.

_ Location : Great, 3km to Rijksmuseum / 5km to central Amsterdam where the royal place or red light district are. Can take public transports which are within short walking from hotel. We walked from the hotel to all these attractions as it’s easy to find the way as just along the river. Beautiful scenery around this hotel area. Many restaurants in the near. _ Condition: the hotel room is reasonable sized for 2, modern and clean. Bed is comfortable. Super rooftop bar, a good chill out place and drinks (€10 for a gin & tonic, €3 to €5 for a beer) >. > _ the staff are friendly and helpful. Easy & quick check in / out. _ Parking : we didn’t have to pay for parking as we found a free public parking opposite the hotel. There’s only a few park spaces and only free at weekends until 9 am Monday. Otherwise must pay for hotel parking. Highly recommended!

A nice hotel in a great location. It's a basic hotel with regards to the rooms. My room was very clean and fairly quiet even though it was right by the elevator. Breakfast was very nice (can't talk about price as it was included with my room). Staff was friendly and it's close to Amstel station. There was a lingering smell of cannabis in public areas which I really didn't like but it's Amsterdam and possibly something others don't mind.

Very nice hotel. However if you are a couple do not book a double twin room as the beds split like crazy, just take the normal king size. Apart from that the place it's lovely with an amazing coffe bar on the 8th floor.

Located four kilometres from the centre, the metro station is 300 metres away. Very comfortable rooms, great restaurant with buffet. Very nice guys at the front desk. The cleanliness is not at the top but I have seen worse. Overall I would recommend it.

The location is alright, quick to jump on the subway and reach downtown Amsterdam. The lobby is beautiful and so is the building, but the rooms are small. The heating doesn't seem to work and there isn't an iron in each room. There's a restaurant connected with the hotel, price is over the top for the portion given.

Far from the center, accessible by public transport, but they are available until midnight.
High cost of bicycles (18 euros), it is not possible to regulate the air conditioning in the room, housekeeping are made only on request, the room I had was noisy (noise of the air conditioners h24hr), I would not recommend to those who want to visit Amsterdam For a few days.

The hotel is very appealing, the interior itself is attractive plus this hotel boasts of East57 which is a combination of a cafe/ bar & restaurant which adds to the entirety of the beauty of it all… it's our first time here in Amsterdam & will definitely stay here again next time. The location is ideal as it's only 5-7 mins walk from the Metro Station. We're here from yesterday until Friday and we've spent our Wedding Anniversary here today as well… unforgettable one! Our room is cozy & clean, apart from our bed — — would be far better having a king size bed as a couple on holiday and not two single beds just physically fused together… the hotel reception was friendly & helpful. I may have to update this I guess should there be any changes in the next few days. (Room 944)

Bit out of the city but excellent transport links take you to Centraal within 30 minutes. Bright and spacious room; really comfortable beds. Lovely roof terrace with coffee bar and views over the city. Great service from the friendly staff and good food and beer from ground floor bar/restaurant too. All at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back!

The service is quite ok however the parking situation is catastrophic at the vending machines you can only pay card and apparently accept the no German bank cards two more German had that same problem and in the places in the underground car park are very limited despite reservation the place is only an "option" and expensive outside as in the garage it is 20€ with which you must definitely reckon
Would only recommend it if you do not arrive with your own car.

A friendly hotel with nice rooms. The view from our unit was nice. The food and staff were amazing. They also have their own brew of beer. There is a shuttle service to the airport there was really convenient.

The facilities are great and the staff are friendly and helpful. They have reception staff 24 hours a day, so you can check in any time, by prior arrangement. Everything is neat, clean and in good working order. The hotel is a little further from the city centre, making for a quiet stay. Public transport is amazing, plus they have their own bicycles to rent at a decent price, so the location is not an issue. As a bonus, many rooms in the hotel serve as student residence in the off season, an initiative which intrigued and amazed me. By far the best 3 star hotel I have ever stayed in.

Bad. Away from the center. No one speaks Italian. Not even 1 TV channel in Italian in the room. The key opened 1 time on 2 the room. In more we were charged on credit card a cost of the third bed that was not present in the room and that had been untold. But when we settled the bill of the rooms we were not made present but charged after 30 days. Crafty. I will not go back absolutely.

I stayed in this hotel for a week. I liked the spacious room, it is clean and I liked most the availability of iron.

Clean, really great staff and nice food. It's close to Amstel station. What I most appreciated is the fact that they support local food producers and to me that's a big plus.

Clean place. Friendly staff. You can rent a bike for 14 euros + 3 euros insurance they would encourage you to get. Choice of food isn't exactly great for someone who doesn't eat pork. For a new comer in Amsterdam, the place was impossible to be found, I had to walk around the area for 20 minutes to find it. Has a vending machine for any sort of refreshment you need.

Really well presented hotel, bar and restaurant complex just a 5 minute walk from Amstel station. I was travelling to Amsterdam for work and it was really easy to get off the plane and make my way to the hotel. The hotel staff spoke excellent English and were happy to help with any questions I had. The public areas of the hotel are well presented and welcoming, with plenty of areas to the relax. The bar, restaurant and coffee shop were all well presented and the staff were again happy to help. The room was simple and modern and had everything I needed. The Wi-Fi in particular is worthy of a mention as it was code free, fast and reliable.

Convenient location, but terrible service. Pros: The hotel is located 5 minutes away from Amstel station. Rooms are nothing to write home about, but clean and in good working condition. If you like tall, hard pillows, you will sleep well. Cons: Breakfast was barely edible, all canned food the likes of which you get in a cheap supermarket, and no variety at all. Most importantly, the staff were utterly incompetent. And I don't mean one or two, but all of them. One couldn't operate a cash register, three couldn't order a taxi for us, and none could tell us how to use the usual discount vouchers piled up on the reception counter in front of them. I travel a lot, and see all sorts of fancy and humble hotels, but this one beats everything I've seen in years.

Friendly staff, rooms clean and functional, food choice limited but of good quality. Only down side — rooms are very warm.

All very well but in the room there were slippers and there was nothing in the fridge. And I would also add that the breakfast costs € 16! overpriced.

The hotel is perfect. Calm canalside location, modern equipped, spacious rooms, friendly staff and an enormous breakfast buffet until 12 00 clock I price performance ratio is also true. Centrally located. 5 minutes from Metro station. I can only recommend it.

I liked this hotel, the service and also the location. In a single room on the corner you will have a nice view on Amsterdam. Parking are available, daily costs 20. — euros, sometimes I only use the parking and sleep somewhere else, because the tram station is nearby and easy to reach. The prices varies a lot, on high season it will costs more than 40% more. But yeah, it's Amsterdam.

Have stayed here a couple of times and it has also been excellent — way better than some of the chains that are more expensive. Would be very happy to stay here again if in Amsterdam on business — not sure it would be as suitable for a family stay.

The hotel is well located to get around on public transport or by car.
It is a simple hotel, with all you need but without great luxury or added services.
The hotel is very new, clean and fairly spacious rooms. It is also quiet. The only downside was that there were only curtains in the windows and he entered lots of light in the morning, but that occurs in many hotels in Europe.
The breakfast buffet is good and they also have one more cheaply made coffee, juice and pastries with butter and jam.
They rent out bikes for touring Amsterdam and there are train, metro and tram station within a 5-10 minute walk.

A not to expensive hotel near a train station and police station. This is definitely a hotel used mostly by business people and large groups for congresses. There is only one way into the hotel and that is locked during the night and can be accessed both the key card you receive. Same goes for the elevators power/light control in the room. The room looks pretty basic but the bed is really nice. Several options to have some leisure in the hotel. Fitness, (cocktail) bar restaurant. Only downside was that there is construction work going on on the opposite side of the street. So for now this isn't a good place to stay if you want to sleep in. The hotel management did apologise by having a letter up in the room. So in overall its not a bad place to stay, especially after the area is finished construction work.

Recommended hotel. Just a few munutes walk to amstell station (amstell to central is just 7minutes by metro). Friendly staff and good wi fi connection.

Overall, the accommodations were pretty good and the staff was pleasant and attentive. My only complaint occurred on the day of check-out. When I arrived, I had purchased one of those round trip tickets for a shuttle to the airport and hotel. In the morning when I checked-out, I asked the person to make a shuttle reservation for me and she said it would be no problem. Unfortunately, when I came back later to double-check on things, another staff member told me that they had no record of a shuttle being booked and now it was too late, so I had to pay for a taxi to the airport. While the staff member was sympathetic, there was no willingness to help me out of the situation.
