Amazing resort with very hospitable staff. Location was great with direct access to the beach. It happened to rain on us a few days, but the indoor amenities offset that very well. Food and drinks were awesome as well. We will certainly stay at this resort on future stays.

Really friendly staff, clean, quiet, and adult only pool and ambience is actually very good. Food are so awesome, Mercado Buffet is really good, you have a coffee shop, even sweet shops and a 24/7 Buffet, Restaurants also is very good ;Habanero is equisit with seats 4 meters away from z beach We are definetlty gonna be back exactly here.

The resort is top notch! Great food and awesome service. I wanted to give a shout out to Reynaldo (Beach Service) for impeccable service. We will return to this resort soon.

Our room was phenomenal! Our housekeeping service was friendly and when I wrote a thank you note for housekeeping our housekeeper wrote back a very sweet note every day. There were little surprises left in our room and one day our room was decorated specially for my birthday. Our balcony was absolutely amazing, and it was the best hotel room that my husband and I have ever stayed in. We also enjoyed the concierge service and and the concierge staff were always very friendly and available.

Food is very good for an all inclusive, staff is very accommodating. The rooms are beautiful with a hot tub on the balcony. 2 pools and an adults only rooftop pool with beautiful grounds.

The rooms were great, the service was great, and overall the experience was wonderful! We had a great time, and the options provided by the Turquoize were great. We had a Jacuzzi on our balcony and it was really great.

That place was amazing! Beautiful view, and clean beach. But, EXTREMELY good service! Fun to bring kids here. Deli, 24 hour restaurant, Italian food, fast food… a lot of selections.

Love Hyatt Ziva. One of the better resort I been to. Food is great. Rooms are spacious & roomy. It's kids friendly. A lot of activities to keep you occupied. There are many bars, a coffee shop, a candy store and many restaurants to choose from. They have a show every night which my 3 year old son was always looking forward to see.

Their website does this place no justice! It is absolutely amazing! The food is very good, the staff is amazing, it has this wonderful relaxed atmosphere. The hotel was 95% full when we were there but it didn't seem crowded at all, it is SO BIG! And so beautiful! And a great balance of kid friendly, but not "kiddie" if that makes sense. Rooms are immaculately clean, though slight small. But that doesn't matter because you probably won't spend much time there! My husband and and our two children cannot wait to go back!

Great location to not only the beaches and Hotel Row but to all the local hot-spots and shopping. Hotel is in wonderful condition, staff is awesome, and the pools are a great blend of exciting but not overwhelming. PS — Make sure you sit in Daniel's section out in the main pool area. Out of this world service and attention to your every need. Couldn't ask for a better guy to take care of us during our trip!

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Our butler Angel made the stay very special for us. The property is stunning. The food is presented well and tastes great. Staff is very courteous and respectful; always checking if we are okay or need something. Will most definitely be back and back often. I'd give it 7 stars if I could. *Adding to my review… Our service down by the beach/pool area has been spectacular. Francisco M… not only did he go above and beyond, but he took extraordinary measures to make sure my wife and I were taken care of. I ended up spraining my ankle on the trip and he want as far as bringing ice and actually wrapping up my ankle for compression. That was just one day, though. For our entire stay, he remembered our names and what we enjoyed. 5 stars to that man for sure. If you lay by the pool, sit in his section for sure.
