This resort was INCREDIBLE! We ate at all the restaurants & they all had great food, the service was impeccable! The drinks were great & the included non motorized water sports was a great addition! My only negative thing was there was no adult only pool area or restaurant area and there were some ill behaved children there. If they had an adults only area, this place would be theeeeeee only place I'd stay in Cancun!

With all things considered, this is probably one of the best resorts we stayed in. Perfect location, great staff, great food and an excellent atmosphere.

Renon, at the Vinadal, is a Master on the grill at noon. Sea bass was the best I’ve ever had but everything he makes on the grill is excellent — best place on the resort for lunch.

Absolutely love this hotel. The food is amazing and the staff are so wonderful. The kids club is awesome too, we will definitely come back!

So I’ll start off by highlighting the positives. The location is awesome. The pool and beach area was the best part. Staff was amazing and very friendly. Aside of that…the food was horrible. We ate at 3 different restaurants on the resort and we’re not impressed. I will say that the breakfast at the main buffet kinda made up for that but it wasn’t anything to get excited about. This was our 15th time coming to Cancun/ Playa Del Carmen and we took an chance on this place and we’re not impressed. Even though they touted as being a family place, the Kid Zone was only available for limited times and they did not allow any parents to monitor their kids. With my two only being 2 and 4 years old that was not going to happen. The hotel itself is in need of a serious need of a remodel as the decore is reminiscent of the late 80’s early 90’s. The room we had was a ocean view with two double beds. The bathroom was way too small that only had a tub shower combo that barely had any water pressure. If you are thinking of a family location trust me there are way better locations that probably will be the same price or cheaper. If you are not one for family locations do yourself a favor and book a location that is adults only.

This is a wonderful place. Food and service was good. Emanuel at the lobby bar was exceptional. 1 complaint only — the pool at the east end should be adults only. Actually 2 complaints — children should not be allowed at or near the swim up bars.

I loved most of everything at this hotel with exception the staff is not very friendly and a little over the top in mask control which happens at no other hotel that we have stayed at throughout the past 2 years. We have literally been chased down coming out of the elevator to put a mask on. We have stayed at Hyatt Ziva, Zilara, The Paradisus and Altura or Panama Jacks all over the last 2 years and not on any occasion unless we were going into a store or restaurant did any staff act that way. Our room was beautiful as was the view. We would probably not stay here again but I would still recommend.

The reviews had to be paid for. The hotel has insane Covid rules compared to CDC recommendations. Came for a vacation and relaxing time and instead got ridiculous rules. Extremely slow service at all outdoor bars and food services. The buffet was absolutely horrible. Food was subpar at every restaurant — the room needed major updating and was worn out and smelled. This is NOT a 4 star resort. Not even close. Save your moneys. Absolute trash.

Still I am staying this hotel. We love it I recommend for everybody. The staff and the food awesome. Love it. Much gracious Grand Fiesta. I will come back soon.

Very beautiful resort with all the luxuries you would expect for a 5* property. Staff is top notch, always friendly, courteous, and ready to help with any need.
Dining experiences were outstanding as was the wait staff.
Rooms are lovely amazing ocean view fridge, snacks, and toiletries replenished and turndown service was provided nightly. The beach is unbelievable with white powdery sand and crystal clear water. You have a nice view of Isla Mujeres in the distance and whilst the Ferry arrives near the Infinity beach you would never know it! The beach service is awesome constantly check if you need a drink and replenishing buckets of ice water. They will even bring you lunch to your chair. A shout out to several employees who were just terrific. Blanca in the Lobby Bar you are fantastic! Our beach server Alejandro the best the pleasure was surly ours! Oscar in La Basilica thank you for the amazing service and teaching us about our wine pairings! German in Tuscany you are excellente! And Azmel in La Joya your Tequila tasting and history of tequila making was on point you rock! A must try is the La Basilica French Restaurant there is. $50 Surcharge for this amazing dining experience but worth every penny and more! This restaurant is a 5 Diamond Top 1, 000 Restaurans in the World. A six course gastronomic experience like no other each course has a wine pairing. Hands Down the best meal I have ever had the pleasure to eat.

As you first walk into the hotel you’re in awe with all the fresh floral arrangements, cold towel and refreshing beverages (lemonade & hibiscus). You are then greeted with friendly faces and helpful staff! I walk into my very spacious room that overlooks the ocean and pool (what a dream). You have housekeeping and turn service everyday! Some of the fantastic amenities I used were the spa which is the largest spa in Latin America (a must try is the hydro therapy). The gym which greets you fresh fruit, coffee, tea, water at every station and scented cold towels all over looking the ocean! My 10 year old son had a blast at the kids club making pizza at the cooking class but if you want to do the kids club at night I recommend you scheduling that the day before. I booked 2 excursions with the kiosk inside with MARTIN who highly recommended going to XICHEN & Cenote Ik Kil and Tulum & Xel Ha both breath taking and unique in their own way (bring water shoes and a water proof cell phone holder). But lastly I want to say a huge thank you to LEONARDO and NICASIO DARWIN who made my family and I feel so welcomed, their kindness hospitality and helpfulness made me feel like family. Staff members like them made me want to go back to the delicious buffet every day and sit in the areas they were at just to converse.

Bad, if they are going to train people, you should start with the managers and the people who sell timeshares! We acquired one and it is nothing of what we were promised in the presentation, very high maintenance fees and the worst of all is that we could not use our membership freely because there was never availability, so after years of suffering finally we found out to cancel it, If someone else is going through something similar and want to get rid of their timeshare do not hesitate to send me an inbox, I'll gladly give you the information, greetings and never return to fiesta americana resorts.

Love love love this resort! All inclusive was so amazing because we were able to do so many extra activities like Jet Ski’s, unlimited access to the Coral Kids Club (which my kids absolutely loved! ), 24 hour room service, unlimited drinks/food, beautiful pools with swim up bars, and so much more! This is a very kid friendly resort, they even have a kids dinning area in the La Joya restaurant! The staff was so amazing and helpful! Definitely recommend this resort and we will definitely stay here every time we come to Cancun!

I am in love with this location. My husband and I spent our 10 year anniversary here this month and can't wait to come back and bring our kids. The best hospitality I have ever received. We upgraded and chose the Grand package which I would highly recommend. The pool and location of the resort is perfect. The rooms are just what we expected and very clean. The staff was aware that it was our anniversary and while we were at dinner came into our room and scattered rose petals and made a heart on our bed with them. Plus had champagne chilling on ice next to an incredible cheesecake dessert. Mind blown. The exceeded our expectations and I would highly, highly recommend this resort. Even the buffet was delicious. The unlimited plan even includes the GEM Spa's 10 step ritual! While it is a family friendly resort, there weren't many kids in early August. It was perfect!

We thought we booked for an all inclusive hotel but they are not. This was our first time to not have the package ever since my daughter who has been 11times visiting cancun and my second time with my son and third time with my grand daughter. Yet we enjoyed our stay. Thank you to the front desk that with our dismay, she offered us free breakfast instead. The place was excellent but having a family of four and not expecting the same experience of deals we had before was scary if you did not have enough to spend. This is a lesson learned that each time you go on vacation you have to be prepared and make sure you booked what you asked for. Yet our experience at the hotel was so much fun specially with the staff who are so friendly. The breakfast and the servers was the best experienced we had so far. SO AMAZING! Honestly still in disbelief at how amazing our hotel stay was. I have never in my life came across such a clean hotel with friendly employees. Every single employee working at the hotel went above and beyond for the guests. I did not come across one rude employee during my whole stay. The room was cleaned twice daily and exceeded our expectations. The hotel has everything needed for guests to enjoy and will literally think of every single thing a guest may need! We received a little booklet with $1, 000 resort credits to be redeemed throughout the hotel & it was the most convenient thing ever! This was our first time in Cancun & we have decided to return to this hotel every single time we come to Cancun with family and friends! Thank you to all the wonderful hotel staff for making our first trip to Cancun so amazing!

Outstanding hotel. You can feel and see their dedication to excellence in customer service. Did not have a single complaint or concern. You truly see the value of your choice. The rooms were immaculate, the swimming pools spotless, the bars and restaurants spot on and the beach super clean and neat. Plenty of other services; love it and will go back to it next year. Everyone in the hotel made us feel at home, they were extremely polite, and courteous.

Just spent 5 days and 4 nights there. The staff was wonderful. The resort itself was top notch. Plenty of amenities. Do the breakfast buffet as it is 5 star all the way. From cereal to amazing omelettes and everything in between. The pool area was perfect. Plenty of little spots to get sun while swimming or lounge areas to sip pina coladas. The beach was mostly clear of the seaweed issue. Sandy powder white. No need to go to town as it is way expensive for dinner. I ordered every night room service. Food was way better then outside the resort and inexpensive. Supermarket, clubs, souvenir shops, Starbucks, super market all within walking distance.

Overall great place and great location. There was some hiccups in checking in, but they came around and made it right. Service could have been better. Special thanks to Alejandra from guest services, Jose Luis from the beach service, and Emilio from the pool bar. Another special thank you to all the staff at Le Basilic, you all made our anniversary extra special! If it wasn’t for the checking in hiccup would have given a 5 star review.

I’m halfway through a 3 week stay and so impressed. The facility is meticulously clean and well maintained, the staff is courteous and helpful, the food is great, the fitness center is on-point, and the views are spectacular. It’s a great place to bring a family to or simply enjoy.

The room we had was beautiful, it over looked the ocean with a hugh bathroom, jacuzzi tub, and living area. The bed was very comfortable, but the fire alarm blinked all night which was slightly annoying. Room service was good and pretty fast. I really enjoyed both the Mexican and French restaurants we're excellent, but expect a LOT of food. We went to the pool side bar nearest the marina and the drinks were good, we didn't get the best service though as we sat with an empty drink and the bar tenders didn't come back around. The servers working on the beach did an excellent job.

I liked the best hotel in town. It has all the services. The best quality care. Excellent small details of fruit skewers, soda cans and complimentary ice. No doubt the best experience I have had on my visit to Cancun ❤ would definitely return.

We stayed here a few years ago and from what my friends have told me, nothing has changed. This is a good hotel in Cancun: lots of activities, things for kids and a large pool complex. One major problem with the resort is that it truly feels and looks like a tacky resort, with large multistorey buildings on a narrow strip. If you're looking for a luxurious resort, with private rooms, this is not your hotel. There's a good selection of nearby water activities and the lively centre with lots of bars and restaurants is within walking distance.

If you want to really enjoy a holiday in Cancun you should stay in this Hotel. For my taste It is the best in the city. It has all the services, restaurants, bars, swimming pool, even a private beach. Recommended.

It is not a hotel with meals included, but food prices are accessible and gourmet.
The kidsclub includes food and plenty of activities.
There is a chef named Nayeli who makes the world's richest macaroni and only cost less than $1. USD to improve: The pool concierge should be more encouraged to attract more guests to the sporting activities, the trainers of the kayaks should verify if the guests have understood the use of these.
Despite the tips for improvement This is a super hotel, totally recommended.

The staff was very nice and attentive. The rooms were huge and all faced the ocean. I loved sitting out on the balcony. The beaches had a lot of chairs and the attendants there were fast to get you anything or set up your towels on your beach chair. The food was delicious and felt authentic and my family especially loved dinner at La Joya where we listened to live Mariachi music. Because we were there for a conference, it was all inclusive, and the website says they are normally all inclusive but there were prices everywhere so that was a little confusing. Although family friendly it definitely felt like it was more geared to adults to relax since there wasn't a lot of activities happening. Since I came without kids, I loved it!

American Fiesta has not wanted to commit to changing their eggs to those who come from cage-free hens. Many hotels and restaurants have done so. Customers demand It! Not to animal abuse!

Man. I can't Rave enough about this place. Stayed here for a business trip, and went with the all-inclusive option. As with all all inclusive options, nothing we specifically mind-blowing about the food, although I will say that is considerably better than any other all-inclusive hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff you're absolutely blew my mind — never have I stayed anywhere where it truly felt like it was the staffs pleasure to serve you and welcome you as a guest. Everybody was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and committed to providing a great experience from the moment you walked in the door. The pools and the swim up bar were all fantastic. The beachfront lounging areas definitely a place to try, and the water sports hut had some pretty cool services, including jet skis, kayaks, and stand up paddle boarding. I will say that the pool surprisingly closes somewhat early, for a reason that I can't quite put my finger on. There is no hot tub to be found and there are some difficulties in getting food into the later dinner hours, as most of the restaurants shut down before the town does. Also, one of the few all-inclusive restaurants I've stayed at where you have to make sure that you make reservations for dinner, or you're likely end up having to take a cab because reservations are full.

The breakfast buffet is very complete.
The standard rooms are large and spacious, as well as the bathroom. The view to the sea is unbeatable.
You can walk to the area of restaurants and nightclubs.
Would return a thousand times.

Great resort. I'd recommend the VIP access since it was amazing. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The beach was excellent and had various adult only and family sections. The best place to eat is the restaurant right by the entrance and also the best deal. The buffet outside wasn't that great and cost $80 for 2 people. Would be 5 stars if the buffet wasn't so expensive. Would definitely go back to this location since it was close to downtown and everything was within walking distance.

Little bit dated but very clean hotel. Rooms have their own balcony, (ours with an excellent ocean view) The staff are always helpful with directions and activities. They even made an effort to get our room cleaned ASAP for an early check-in at 12pm (official check in time is at 3pm) Their restaurants are very good. I can't remember the last time I had an excellent service. When you eat at one of their restaurant, they greet with you with smiles, they pull the chair for you and they even lay the the table napkin on your lap! I felt like I was a member of a royal family (a bit awkward because I am not used to this kind of service. ) The food was great especially the one by the beach. Fresh seafood, great tacos and quesadillas. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Excellent facility for all round experience for a vacation. We stayed for a week and completely satisfied. The staff are cooperative and make your experience happy. Food is excellent and ambience is also pretty. We would like to come again. Location is close to most of the entertainment opportunities.

Strongly recommend this hotel, specially if you have kids. The staff are above and beyond. Barbara and Antonio in the front desk treated us so wonderfully. All the staff are super polite and in the pool area you can enjoy free snacks throughout your stay. I will highly recommend comparing to other five star resorts in the area. It’s important to mention nobody asks you here to leave review and that’s a great thing to consider.

Fiesta Americana is synonymous with quality and good service and this hotel boasts. First class facilities. The rooms are spacious and beds-pillows are very comfortable. The buffet — Lunch is the best, just like the Fiesta Americana reform of Mexico City (by the way the best buffet — lunch of any hotel located in that area). Very friendly staff. In short; Highly recommended.

Let's face it. Ritz Carlton is 5 stars. However, this is a solid 4 star with a fantastic beach, and meticulous grounds. Service is up there with the Ritz. The staff couldn't be nicer or more helpful. Ask to stay on the west wing for recently renovated rooms. Will most likely stay here again. Folks leaving a single star either have an agenda or are probably generally unhappy people.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I do not give 5 stars because I like long beaches where I can walk.

One of the best places in Cancun. Great beach, clean comfortable rooms. The sea is clear, without waves. Ideal for families with children. Animation. It's a beautiful pool. The food in the restaurants is average. The service is strange — each change has its own rules. It is better to prescribe everything in advance. A printout in English confirming what is included in the booking must be with you. Otherwise you'll have to pay twice for services.

One of the best hotels in cancun! There is a Russian-speaking receptionist Marina who is very much tweed for the convenience of hotel guests! 100 points on a 100-point scale!

This location has some of the most professional and attentive staff. The experience has been excellent. Food on site is great and it is centrally located in the hotel zone, making it easy to go elsewhere.

Hotel staff is nice but we had a little trouble room-wise, our first room had a funny smell and we ended up being moved. The second room ended up not having running water and the a/c didn't work. Our final move we got our current room which was nice, though had a bit of a musty smell, but had running water. Room service is nice, staff for this is also great, though the french toast was a little under done but not bad. Rooms on the West wing, where we have been moved around are nice, if a bit old. Overall not a great experience but the staff has been nice and tried to make it up to us. Location is great for getting around, so that's another plus.

Great stay. Exceptional welcoming staff who really take care of their guests. This place has plenty of staff in each department that are always readily available. Very clean and beautiful. The breakfast buffett was wonderful with plenty of choices fresh, hot or cold. They even have a smoothie section for fresh delicious smoothies with plenty of ingredients from fruits, seeds, and greens. Also walking distance from all the clubs and nightlife.

Long story short… hotel beautiful, location great! * We bought into there Passport discount package and on day two it was stolen from our room. * air conditioning did not work well in room, asked them to fix it while we were out on excursion (all day) and returned to nothing being fixed. We called down to let them know and they decided to fix it right there and then as we returned ready to bathe and change * Every morning around 6:30am you can hear chairs being dragged from room above. * I would of forgave everything but when we were ready to leave and pack up… my I phone 7 earphones were missing! I will never stay here again. Nor will I recommend it! My stay in Cancun was fun. My family and I had a blast but I would of liked to stay somewhere else. Never again. Smh!

Excellent Hotel. Has the best beautiful beach that I know of in the cancun strip! Rooms and hotel are very nicely decorated with amazing, natural flower arrangements throughout the main lobby. Pools and restaurants are very well maintained, decorated and with attention to details. Walking distance to convention center and nightclubs.

Great design for the hotel. On the bay side so the water is calm for kids. The beach and pool are so close to the hotel that you can move between any of the three without feeling like you are waking forever. The food is good and since it is not an all inclusive plenty of great options nearby also. Public beach with stronger waves is just across the street. If you pay the resort fee you get free water bottles in your room, gym access, free snacks at some locations in the hotel, and they bring snacks to you on the beach. Not sure if this is optional. The rooms are very spacious. There is a night turndown service. Staff is very friendly. Honestly this is probably one of the best resorts we've stayed at if all you want to do is beach and pool activities and want to keep the kids with you. We have not tested out the kids club.

We just got back yesterday and wouldn't mind going back again to stay in this hotel. The staff are so very friendly and willing to assist you in whatever you need. It was the 2nd time for my daughter and son in law at this hotel and most likely will return a 3rd time in the near future and the first time for myself and my 5 year old granddaughter. This hotel has the most awesome swimming pools and the beach is just a few feet away. I loved everything about this hotel and their staff.

Food and service were excellent. Room was a little outdated, but clean. Every problem or question we had was fixed promptly. We ordered room service a few times, fabulous. Travelers tip:the exercise gym is fantastic, and they provide coffee and fresh fruit, orange juice and water in gym. We used it every day, very clean and wonderful gym. We also had a day at the spa, fantastic experience! Would do that again. The negative is the big deal they make about bringing in outside food, never a problem for us, but didn't want to feel like I had to sneak if I had a bottle of tequila or something. The other is we could hear the neighbors next door pretty easy. The walls may have been thin. Relax and enjoy pool side food and drinks and eat in their restaurants. Food was awesome.

We arrived here for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Very awesome place! The grand lobby when you first walk in is breathtaking and they open the door for you both ways. The amenities are awesome too. The pools are beautiful and not too crowded, there's a kids zone party spot, and 5 different restaurants and bars. We were upgraded to a bigger suite because we mentioned our anniversary, and received champagne n a piece of cake! The beach, oh the beach is just spectacular! Very little, calming waves and very clean white sand. The hotel is within walking distance from night life, grocery store, and a mall. I would totally recommend staying here! We'll definitely come back!

Great stay nice hotel good location nice small room bathroom to renovate the breakfast buffet is very varied the staff to the small care see even a little too but good J will return with pleasure as the beach is just beautiful.

The building, rooms and grounds are beautiful. Everything, including the pools are spotless. Hotel staff are very nice, most know enough English that I don't have to struggle remembering my Spanish. There seems to be a ton to do near the location. Prices are fairly decent, slightly less to no more than in the states, including the mini bar items, and dining.

I had a great time at Cancún and what really makes it great was staying at this Hotel. The best Hotel I have ever encountered so far. Very clean and has the best view of sea from rooms. Super friendly staff everywhere. Has the best location, close to supermarket, shopping malls and clubs. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for a week a month ago. Had such a Great time, very clean, staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Best Views from rooms also very confortable and spacy. Close to supermarkets, shopping and CLUBS {Coco Bongo} Absolutely loved it and most deffinitely recommend it!

Excellent place to stay in Cancun if you have plans to meet and relax in the Gem Spa which is part of the hotel, and even if you don't stay to visit the Spa, take time to relax, minimum 3 hours.

This hotel has a great service, very comfortable rooms, a nice pool and it is just a short walk away from Cancun's famous night clubs.

Great Location, friendly staff, I couldn't eat, but the Breakfasts buffets had a great variety. They did make me strawberry / Mango smoothies every morning. The Rooms are cozy, just a relaxing plush hotel. They had fresh water, towels and plush new slippers for everyone coming in from the beach, and I found that to be very smart, since I have skipped on marble floors in other resorts. They keep the grounds and inside hotel squeaky clean, with just beautiful Art and Flower Aarangments. Music was pretty mellow, classical. Great location, by the heart of cancun and next door to piter to take you off to Island of la Mujeras or snorkeling. I loved it The Spa was exceptional and they truly lift up your spirts from the Valets to the Buffets. Very Good People. The president of Mexico was there and it was nice that they blended in and didn't make a big deal. Secret service weren't hovering or intimidating, hardly knew he was there which was nice for their customers. Many restaurants to choose from, not allowed to bring in any food or drinks. We always travel with our Yeti bag cooler, and they will check sometimes. But only once for us. I still use their loofa from the room, very high quality soaps, loofah and salt baths. No extra charge.

We can't wait to come back. Ivan in reception and Jordy by the beach are beyond exceptional. The relaxing message and spa day was phenomenal. The French restaurant was perfect… All around. Love this spot!

I was here for an encentive trip. Everything was excellent from the staff to the rooms. The pool area and clean beaches. I highly recommend the spa. The best experience ever! The only thing I don't like is leaving… adios Mexico.

Fantastic views and incredible service. Stayed here for a company reward trip for 5 days and was floored at the beach views and amenities. The food is great and the rooms are spacious. I was fortunate to have all inclusive and despite the $13 delivery fee, found it very beneficial. I would definitely consider staying here again and suggest it to family vacationers to newly wed couples for a honeymoon stay.

I have been to this resort on their honeymoon in May 2011, just one word: Great!
Never seen anything like this, huge pool with water level bar, spacious and clean, crystalline sea with fish, rays and whatnot, yummy food from all over the world including of course the mexicana and Caribbean music. Attentive to every request although the structure guests rib or maybe thousands of tourists. Recommended for couples, friends travel trips but also for everything else. For a honeymoon I recommend it as a stop of the journey, because anyway the intimacy with so many people is limited.

Elegant and confortante rooms, huge pool, easy access to the beach and water sports, walking distance from nightclubs, friendly staff, luxurious settings… A stay to remember and look forward to again.

I've never seen a more attentive staff. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are spacious, clean and classy. The food available in the hotel is favorably priced and well prepared. Its location is next to a major supermarket where you can buy anything you may have forgot. Its also located next to clubs, bars and tons of places to eat. There is also a dock next door if you wish to take an express ferry to the island for about $20 American. The Pool is massive and well kept with several swim up bars. The beach is beautiful and clean. I woke up early one morning and saw a man raking the small bits of seaweed that washed up to shore. They have a small floating dock you can swim out to as well as a tiny reef that you can snorkel around. There is a travel office in the lobby where you can buy tickets to anywhere. There is also a Dollar Rent-a-Car downstairs if you want to grab a car for the day and avoid the tour buses (I would highly recommend this). They also have a very nice spa with massages available. If you wanted to come to Cancun and never leave your hotel, this would be that hotel. Its a 5 star hotel at a very good price. I would no doubt stay here again.

This hotel not be them recommend sere brief, not has activities of pool or of beach and I made charges extras that I not consumi and me roboron a garment. Very bad smell in the room ect ect.

Very nice accomadating hotel and spa. Great resort service. Very good restaurants. Near shopping. Hotel is on the beach and has a pool with beach and pool service. Jet skis available! So relaxing. I would have given it 5 stars but maid service was sloppy one day, really didn't clean and my poached eggs had egg shells in them.

Great place all round. The staff is friendly and attentive, amenities are up to standards and all in a location to die for in Cancun. Definitely one of the three places I recommend for staying in Cancun.

I went there for the first time it was for springbreak 2014 I loved it all the employees are soo nice and made me feel welcomed and im definetly going back and staying there again cant wait! The food was great, nothing to complaint about. Loved it!

I went there for my daughter's 15 birthday and I got to say that it was the best experience. From the room with a great view to the beach, the layout of the room, very clean, modern and new. The pool was beautiful with a bar in the middle were you can order drinks and snacks, the way employees are so great with guest, the food the service, the beach who was so calm that it look like a giant pool. I stayed in marriot, dream hotel but this is by far the best in everything. I highly recommend it.

This is the best hotel that I have ever been to. Very close to everything. There is a street of clubs, including coco bongo, the city, etc. Within 5 mins of walking, but the hotel area is incredibly quiet. The services were great that you are really treated as princes/princesses. There is nothing to say about the beach and the ocean of the hotel. They are just simply amazing. They also have great spa services come with free water treatments. So far, cancun has been my favorite vacation spot. Thanks to this hotel. If I ever went back there, I'll choose this hotel again without a slight doubt.

We stayed here when my husband had a conference nearby in November. Lovely hotel, excellent service, and very posh. We were treated so well, and the best part was that no one was pestering us or trying to sell stuff to us all the time. As a teacher and a parent, a few days away from that was AWESOME. This place is not your party all the time, 1, 2, 3 tequila floor kind of place. This is where the rich Mexicans go to relax. The food was wonderful (though as a former Parisienne, I wasn't overly impressed with the French resto, and it was quite pricey), but the brunch was excellent and the Mexican restaurant was great. The seafood place on the beach was gorgeous and the food was very good. The beach was absolutely beautiful and cathartic, and you felt very private because people around you were very respectful and didn't bother you. The waiters served you right on the beach, too. :) Mojitos and quesadillas right to your chair! The beach bathrooms were so spotlessly clean, you could walk in with bare feet and there was not even a grain of sand on the floor! Security was excellent. Beds were comfortable, and rooms were nice. Also, loved the fact that they have their own water treatment facility, so you don't have to worry about the water, just drink it right out of the tap. I would love a chance to go back. We had a great rate through his conference, which made it doable. Fun to play Rich Fancy Lady for a few days. ;)
