The Staff is amazing! Receptionist was so sweet and accommodating.

This hotel frequented it when I go on a work trip to Cancun, but after my last instance I will not return. Terrible service of the type of glasses that serves the drinks. An elderly gentleman who got upset because we asked him for three piña coladas. And every time you ask him for drinks, he behaves as if he's doing you a favor.
It's a shame because it was a good place.

They do not clean the room unpleasant smell in the loby the silos are old and you can see the little maintenance q give it DO NOT RECOMMEND a pity because it has excellent location.

Good attention, amenities, has everything and is in good location.

The customer service is nice.
Follow the rules of cleanliness and protection of both the worker and the customer.
The room is very clean and very good sea view.

BEST Value in CANCUN ZONA Hotelera… Thanks To GERARDO at reception, he does a heck of a job to make guests feel at home… I'm a Titanium Marriott Elite and this is our 5th staycation here. Hotel is is IDEAL location… it has free pool table, foozball table. And they have Bicycle… I highgly recommend this VERY affordable hotel… They even have FREE drinks from 11am until 11pm everyday now… I'm really impress and will come back VERY SOON! The whole hotel is a SCAM. A big LIE. They're treated badly, the manager for a void, it is treated poorly until the few employees who has the hotel, offers all inclusive and only offer 4 menu options, if 4! so moris of hunger, do not sweep the rooms, you'll be enabled to have a snack and then saved for. Not to go, the hallways have a bad odor, some helpful, some waiters treat you so badly that you are ashamed to ask for something because the annoying. If you don't want. Being scammed, andate to another hotel.

SCAMMERS the worst hotel in the area, the all inclusive is not as such, they have 5 to 7 basic menu, drink times are limited until 11 pm then there is nothing, no snacks or snack. Please note that the pool area does not have parasols. The staff all useless they do not know what to do in an unexpected situation, ordinary and not at all friendly. These issues were raised to the manager who gave no solution. Not recommended.

Irresponsible, flippant and a lack of attention to the client is incomparable, we get to stay and they told us they had no rooms even though we had the reservation made 3 months ago, they sent us to another hotel 13 km from the hotel zone. The staff does not have the slightest idea that it must be done in such cases and how to solve them, the manager is a true void. It would be the last place that you could recommend as I have also heard of the insecurity of the personal items inside of the rooms the same.

Too bad that being in such a good location their service is deplorable, they've been jerking around for almost a week to correct a bill, throwing the ball between the whole handman's ball. In addition, in the middle of the stay they took more than an hour to attend to the diners and preferred to cancel the orders. The disgusting hotel.

The people were very friendly and most importantly the hotel is ver dog-friendly! They had a bed and a bag of toys for my little fur baby Charlie Brown McGoo “Charlito”. The hotel is right on the strip and walking distance from other restaurants, clubs, local shops and mall centres, but if you feel like staying in after a night of partying and drinking — there is a roof-top pool/bar and also a gym for us gym buffs! Very nice hotel. Even though it is a beach destination and so close to a good public beach, they don't provide beach towels. They don't have a balcony to dry towels either.

This hotel really came to our rescue… after receiving the worst costumer service at a previous hotel literally the next block over, Hyatt Ziva (that was also hosting our wedding) we decided to stay 2 extra nights to try and relax and get over everything we just went through. aLOFT really went above and beyond to make sure my new husband and I were taking care of with rose petals on the bed, swan towels, and a complimentary plate of deserts & ice cold champagne. This was already too much, but what surprised me is the amazing attitudes just at check in! This is the service we are use to in Mexico & being in the industry ourselves and I could not thank ALOFT enough for taking amazing care of us. They truly are the definition of amazing costumer service.

The location is right in the middle of the shipping center, the edge of the bars and partying area and right next to to beaches within walking distance. It's a really nice location. The staff is super friendly and for the cheaper budget friendly people, they have cup ramen and cereal for little meals you can pay for in a little convenience stance next to the lobby.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very professional and courteous. It was close to all beaches and nice local restaurants. The gym was nice and clean. The pool area had a great scenery on the rooftop. The Wi-Fi works excellent.

This close to many interesting places. Very good care of if staff. Has an Excelnte view from its rooftop swimming pool and rooms on the floors. High.

Hotel in excellent location does not have direct access to the beach but is in an area where all the clubs are, the elevator did not work for two that has the hotel and was only working one for the ten floors that has from there in out all very nice.

Very nice, friendly and clean… The sprinkler's nice. Eye! This hotel has no beach but is relatively close to the Cocobongo and the vaquita.

The Aloft is a great place to stay while in Cancún. It might not be all-inclusive but it's in a great location for you to party and eat different foods. And the beds are very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again.

The hotel is not for 4 stars, the room overlooks the lagoon construction and the visor of the building which occupies 30% of the view. The furniture is old, the glass of the shower is all in a lie, the mirror whether in splashes whether on so much old that the covering has covered… In Oaxaca the hotel is twice cheaper and better though 3 stars.

The room is comfortable, clean, very well located to visit the Hard Rock Café and Coco Bongo, for those who do not know, in this area of Mexico the beaches are private, or the hotels offer their beach area whose deckchairs, hammocks and shade, can only enjoy their guests Is. This Hotel has no beach.

They make "pool party" certain days. The sunset is beautiful from the pool.

Basic Hotel, only without beach and continental breakfast included only bread and coffee the rest is extra. But if you go to the Centri of Cinvenciones are connected.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff are extremely courteous. We arrived 2 hours early and they let us check in an hour early. The laundry is free as long as you buy/bring your own soap. The desk ladies are wonderful! I needed a ticket printed off for my ferry to isla mujeres and they were more than happy to help!

The hotel is located right next to Cancun most busy nightlife area, with only 3 minutes walk to the ferry pier to Isla Mujeres, Supermarkets, club and shopping mall. The room is Pretty big, clean and modern with a great view to the lagoon. Staff are extremely friendly and efficient. They also have a great rooftop bar and swimming pool with wonderful Caribbean views. The parking is free but with only Valet services.

Good location. 1min walk to supermarket, restaurants. Close to the beach. Some beaches are not accesible from the street. Rooms are a bit small. No balconies. Clothes almost does not dry overnight.

A very good option if you are young and don't want to spend much. It has a pool on the roof that is Padrísima and very good party. Also its hubicacion is excellent as it is in the heart of the hotel zone, the famous Party zone, is 3 minutes from Cocobongo and Serca from the best beaches in Cancun. But it's not very fancy or refined that's why I put four stars in it.

The room smells like mold. I highly recommend Ferdy the bartender though. Very accommodating and very nice!

If you are looking for a place to relax and party at the same time this is the place to be. We visit led Cancun in January and stayed here for few days. Every time I come to Cancun I try to stay here because everything is in the walking distance. Beach is literally 5 to 7 minutes walk. All the club's including coco bongo is literally few minutes walk from the hotel. There are securities and cops in this area most of the time because it is a very tourist heavy area so you are safe walking around. We have gone to bars and have gotten pretty drunk few times and walked back to our hotel with no issue what so ever. Also did I mention this place is affordable if you book in advance. My first visit they even had a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. Very nice touch for a hotel which isn't all inclusive. They have a rooftop bar and have parties in their rooftop time to time. It Also has a great Ocean view with swimming pool on the rooftop. If you want to relax and get some drink it's right upstairs. I highly recommend this to anyone who is trying to stay close to happening things near Cancun. You can buy all the excursion for cheap with vendors outside which is what we normally do for a good price. Don't hesitate to negotiate everything is negotiatable.

Beautiful hotel, I would choose it close to bars, restaurants and records. Also the beach that is around the corner is beautiful. Super full supermarket in front and also bus stop in front. The staff is so friendly. All Beautiful.

Very nice rooms but the attention of the staff leaves a lot to be desired! The first day we arrived it took us 20 minutes to bring our suitcases, I called 3 times to the front desk to ask for the bags and the e times they lifted the earpiece and cut the communication, when I complained about this I was told, as the only explanation of why I They were cutting, they were with a large group of guests at the front desk and that as they were busy surely that's why they cut! I would not stay here again!

Hotel very well… with the supermarket just next door it is very convenient… everything is easy to access. The rooftop terrace is fine. Negative, the pool is not heated. And if you are a SPG member you can have free nights. The beach is very close too. I recommend it!

We booked a room with a sea view, but we had a view of a shipyard and a little bit of sea. The sheets of the bed were not changed for 2 days because I had noticed brown spots on the white cloth and it was not changed so far. And above all the air con was down during our stay down we had called the reception to tell them that we burst heat and that the AC was down but it was never repaired.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Overall a very nice stay, but mostly due to its location. It's in the middle of everything. Rooms definitely left more to be desired, but the lobby and bar were very modern and nice. Prices are what left me feeling a little bothered though, especially after staying at an absolute gem the following night, which was not in the middle of things but still only a 10 minute walk from convention center, for a fraction of the price I paid at Aloft. Still, I'd recommend it if you can get good prices. Location is really fantastic if you're attending a conference here.

Nice Hotel Our room was great, not even our house is so cozy, you come out and you are in the center of Cancun with locals not ending.

We had got a partial lagoon room, which was not bad but the room could have been better for the price we paid. The hotel staff and service were excellent. They were helpful and resourceful. The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance of all the local markets, good restaurants and public transport. The cleaning staff should do a better job cleaning, was disappointed with them.

Fantastic staff! Extremely helpful, attentive, and caring. It was my birthday and they made it extremely awesome. Rooms were nice and clean. The inroom safe worked fine. Very comfortable bed with cozy down comforter. Stephanie was delightful and helpful. Arturo and Leonardo were very helpful and provided excellent advice… Veronica and Fernanda with Place Travel will take care of you! As well as the Jorge's. Very classy establishment and staff to go with it. A-1!

Positive: The only good thing about this hotel was the location. (Front desk employee named Cesar was very nice too! ) Negative: I could provide a long list a complaints, but all around the service and quality here was awful to the point that we couldn't even get clean towels. Do Not expect any decent treatment even as a loyal SPG Platinum member. After a miserable 5 night stay even my request for an apology from the hotel went unanswered.

Simple but really nice and well allocated. Great staff, excellent attention. They have a nice rooftop pool with a wet bar. Gym and sauna were also nice. The best part was the breakfast buffet, do try their pozole.

The valet service was nice and the bedroom was nice, had a great view and the extra bed was really confortable. That's it for the good. One of the elevators had no air-conditioning and they were painting the hallway walls *during* our stay, causing a very bad smell and health problems to my sister. We had a TV-remote problem only solved two days later. One of the employees offered us cheaper breakfast if "we paid him directly" (sic). It was expensive and not really that good. I found the Region Hotelera to be quite overrated.

The place has a very fatherly and innovative decor. It has very good discounts. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Internet went down while we were there. Room was hot when initially arrived. Other than that the place was great. Awesome location!

Aloft Cancun is in a great location. Easy walk to convention center, grocery store, restaurants and night clubs. The hotel is not on the water. It is directly across the street is the public beach. Service was great and the breakfast buffet had a nice selection.

I felt like this was a nice hotel. Close to the shopping/dining/entertainment strip but I only rate this hotel 2 stars because we stayed 4 nights and the housekeeping was not good at all. They recycled the towels each day (not washed). Our shower door would not close all the way and the water was splashing outside onto the floor so naturally I threw the extra towel on the so there would be no leak into the room below. We assumed that the housekeeping would replenish with clean supplies and extra lotion. I am surprised because this is a branch of the "W" hotel chains which are classier and have higher standards for their staff. The bathroom door and closet door are one, so there is no privacy whatsoever. Additionally, I felt everyone wanted a tip for doing their job. This was a major deal breaker. On the positive side, the rooftop pool was beautiful (but a bit small).

The hallways smelled damp but relief was found once inside the room. It is not noise proof as you​can hear your neighbor but maybe it was our room only since we had a lock-off. It really caters to the convention center crowd. We stayed here because we had access to the Royal Sands pool and Beach area. Otherwise this place isn't for someone looking to have easy beach access. Rooftop pool had cool views, it's small so the sun heats it up quickly. The location was perfect for catching the bus and accessing the nightlife within walking distance.

We only used this place to over night after a late arriving trip. There was a sharp smell in the hallway and just looked cheaply built. Will probably stay again if just for the night but not a destination unless you are 18

Meets the basic needs of a hotel's business class, in addition to this attached to the convention Center with its exclusive entrance. Modern and pretty. Special to go to work and not a vacation to Cancun.

Photos of the web have nothing to do with reality, you see the pictures of the pool and when you see her there gives you laughter… anything q see! Book room with views and my views were half a die and the other a pond called swamp. Book a basic room for one person and and one with two beds encasquetaron me to charge me to European price in a country not fully developed. The location sell you it is great xq is beside the cocobongo, there the only thing that you will find are you guided drunk jug and people quite mafiosa, I left the room at 4 in the morning, and what I saw were girls of not more than 5 years barefoot asking at the door of the discotheque between crystals and drunk people. That is the magnificent cocobongo that sell you the hotel.
Buffer breakfast, expensive not expensive, 20 euro per 4 things badly done, the worst I've ever seen in terms of quantity, quality and price.
Miss Lisette, the manager is very nice, very nice when it promises you things but never meets his word to my 5 months ago that I should be more 150 euros, which never come to me after cheap excuses, if anyone has questions I am willing to publish all emails to keep you informed as the reality, when the review is not from friends or template.

It's Fun, the traffic is two way, traffic is very developed.

Cool rooftop deck, helpful staff and fun live music. Not much to say for the rooms but if you spend most of your time at the beach or the bar it doesn't matter.

Aloft is affordable, fun, and comfortable. I recommend it for families, couples, and singles. Everything is amazing.

Overall, good hotel for the money. Customer service is great! All the staff is very friendly, and help you out. We stayed with 2 little kids and it was enough room. Views are good, food is all right, drinks are delicious at the bar. Beach is a 2 min walk. Plenty of food, bars, and nightlife around.

Great location near the big nightlife spots, Chedraui Supermarket next door, and ferry to Isla Mujeres across the street. We were on the 9th floor and didn't have any problems with the noise from the clubs near by. Not in the beach, but public access is near by. The rooftop pool and bar is nice as well.

Aloft Cancun is a nice trendy, affordable hotel located on the northern end of the hotel zone. Though it's not located by the beach, it is very close to a public beach and also is well located to explore downtown Cancun. In addition, they have a tie up with a nearby club, Mandala, which allows guests to use their beach and bar facilities for $30/day. One of the highlights of the stay here was the free bicycle rentals. That's a really neat way to explore the nearby areas. I also loved the rooftop pool and bar, which is a great place to view the sunset. And once you're tired from a day of being out on the beach or exploring the city, you can relax your sore muscles at the sauna or steam room at the gym that's accessible 24 hours a day.

I've been there twice. Great choice and value for the price. It is not a resort. Restaurant not good.

Perfect location for people who want to fully submerge into the craziness of Cancun’s nightlife. The hotel located in a short walking distance from major clubs and restaurants, incl. Coco Bongo, Mandala, Dady’o, Palazzo, Senior Frog’s, etc. Yet far enough not to hear the noise while you are at the hotel. Rooms are of a decent size with very comfortable beds. There is a pool and a pool bar on the rooftop. If you prefer to sunbathe on a beach, the hotel offers discounted entrance to Mandala Beach Club located only 5 min by foot from the hotel. The MXP 200 entrance fee per person covers a lounge bed, umbrella, and can be applied towards your bill, pretty sweet deal. There is also a rep from Thrift car rental agency in the lobby, where you can rent a car if you desire to explore the surrounding area on your own. Overall, it’s a great hotel at a perfect location for travelers without kids who want to party.

Very cold aisles by the air-conditioning in contrast with the climate that you live there, it is very stormy for the body, from there on out everything is fine, good deal and a good location to eat in tacos Rigo.

Room is clean, quiet. Location is very convenient, 5 mins walk to supermarket, Coco Bango and Xcrate base. Staffs are also friendly. Highly recommended for its price range.

We were greatly disappointed with this hotel considering it is in the Starwood family of hotels. Spent 6 nights in the hotel with no consistency in service. Our room was never cleaned and I had to chase down the housekeeping cart every day for the basic things. Don't stay on the 10th floor, huge mistake as the staff starts dragging chairs across the roof very early in the morning for about 2-3 hours every morning.

Convenient location, you can go to the two beaches with waves and no, near a huge supermarket where the 2 floor not expensive meals, a huge minus the hotel room Windows do not open, fresh air is absent, things drying no where rescued only exposure unit for 21 degree, but still haunting smell such as Intertrigo, clubs, hotel in high-tech style.

It's OK for the ridiculously low money you spend. I paid around 65 per night for this hotel. The staff at the front were very polite and friendly. I thought it was a bit ridiculous that the electric in the room would only work if the key card was inserted into this slot thing by the door. The room wasn't great, bathroom was pretty nasty with mold and what not in the grout. One thing that pissed me off was the entire floor which was non smoking wreaked of marajuana. I know the staff couldnt control that but its still part of my of my experience. If you are looking for a place to crash cheap. Relatively close to the water and party area. This is a good spot. If you are wanting some type of amenities and luxury. Keep moving.

Stayed at this hotel in December. The rooms were nice and the location was good. They also provide access to a beach across the street. Major problem with the hotel was the service. On one day the room was not cleaned until 8 p. M. On the next day despite after asking the front repeatedly to have the room cleaned it was never cleaned. This is unacceptable. The music was also way too loud at the pool.
