Hotels in Monterrey … one of the largest hotel in the city Monterry … Some guests said the rooms were small and dated … and that cleanliness and maintenance not satisfactory … could be improved·… Some guests said the bathrooms were small and cleanliness could be improved … Hotel is in excellent position … Near the city center; shopping, sightseeing, restaurants & bars nearby …

It is well located, but I did not like the room, no view to the outside only a cube of light, the air conditioner very noisy, but to go to rest this well.

Great service at a good price.

It is a very good place well located in the city, very comfortable rooms with indoor pool and gym, plus a restaurant in the same where you can eat rich.

In a matter of the hotel perfect and with good internet, but what is the attention of part of the reception staff to me is not very good as it is spent attending calls the 3 or 4 people who are there. Because you have a good time standing to register.

The room was awful, but at least he did his job. Although I find it expensive for what they offer. In the pictures it seems to have a good view but it is not. This is not a 5 star hotel, the window overlooks a dumpster, the bathroom door was overlapping and all the furniture looks old. I don't recommend it.

Good rooms… The Starbucks is great… the girls who serve at Starbucks are respectful and with a professional attitude with a high sense of customer service, not so the hotel staff.

Perfect location for walking to major destinations. Next to the hotel is the oarada the turibus. The rooms had better days, they are functional and clean.

It is a Hotel that certainly has a good location and easy access, which allows you to move to different points of the city without so much fuss. It is true that the facilities are somewhat old and are not a great luxury; However the rooms are clean and comfortable.
In the mornings offer buffet breakfast inside the restaurant Sierra Madre that has to say truth leaves a lot to be desired…
In general it is a comfortable and clean hotel at an affordable price.

A quiet but highly polluted place.
The transit of people is high, so you have to be careful when walking and especially with personal objects, this because you can result in theft of certain objects.
It lacks a little more cleanliness, because the stench is high and concentrates more on the metro area; This is more noticeable during the day than it is when it gets hotter.
It has very nice free events for families, frying, among other aspects.

They service are good and they roms are clean and comfortable.

Amazing location in the Heart of Monterey. Right accros the street from the Macro Plaza (Big Plaza) and walking distance from the Barrio Antiguo (Historic Old Town) and Paseo Santa Lucía (Monterey's River walk). Restaurants, Museums and Night spots galore with in walking distance. Street art and preformers weekends and some week nights at the plaza. Nezzeled among some if the nicest hotels (Sheraton and Krystal) and priced quite reasonably, this might just become your default stay at place in Monterey. Free super fast internet (80+MB/Sec), clean linens/ towels, great water pressure and the Sierra Madre Brewing Company restaurant on site, round things nicely. Note that this hotel would probably rank about 3 stars back in the States, so it's not luxury. Its location, price, amenities and great customer service earn it a five star review.

Good day the facilities are well only the service unkind very penumbre not accompany you to your annotations lamps without working a single climate for the whole building so if you go from a colder place is too hot and if you go from a warmer place is other ADO Cold Clean Not cozy.

So centric and sure it is to be so close to the square frame.

A few years ago I was in this same Hotel and I see that they have let the rooms deteriorate, in the MIA the bathroom lost one of the doors of the shower and there are the gaps of the hinges, when us as the shower the bath is flooded, the lid of the Inhodoro is loose and where you put the paper and towels also besides that there is mold on the floor and in the drain in addition one of the window curtain is put backwards and the hole of the roof where they grabbed this exposed. The air conditioner doesn't cool. This I found in my first day, we will see in the restates.
Overall the Hotel looks good at first sight, the reception, the bar pills but the room was a desaatre. It was the 206.

The location was perfect, everything was really close, and that makes The Uber service cheap, also the rooms are really cozy and comfortable and have a comfy couch where u can sit and watch tv, and a desk. The service is really great and employees are very polite. The breakfast is really good for the price. I just disliked the fact that my room's heater wasn't working correctly, but everything else was great.

And change your TV ancient by a few plasmas and controls…

Excellent Hotel in very good location the only detail Q if we pay X 4personas it just was to receive 4 keys to Internet access.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms looked a bit old and the bathroom door was hard to close. Despite this, the hotel is in a very central location.
I stayed in a room for 4 people and what I liked most is that each one gave us a card to be able to enter as much as to your room as to the services offered by the hotel. This makes it not necessary to rely on a person to make use of the facilities.

Good for business trips or weekends right in the middle of the city, great deal.

No service when coming in with luggage, in the room we found various amount's of insects. The food is not the great. The pool is open for a small amount of time. The parking lot is not clean and it's not very welcoming. It need a little bit of a remodel, the TV in our room are like the old. In the shower it was hot and then randomly switched to cold. The bed were very uncomfortable.

It has a very good location in the Centre of the city, and apparently had a good remodeling, as well as integration within the hotel of a Starbucks and a restaurant of the saw franchise.

Ron AC didn't work when we got there. Sheets had some very suspicious stains. But it was a nice area and felt secure. Relatively inexpensive.

Skip ahead to the Hotel and got room, I would ask them a favor that look after me my luggage and bring me a pleasant surprise. The rich buffet breakfast. Many options to eat and walk around without leaving by car. Widely recommended.

My room has a strong unpleasant odor. There are several things need updating in the room. The air conditioning is loud and a strong current of cold air falls directly on the head of the bed. Another reviewer said that her room cost $35. Mine cost $60. Fuerte mal olor en habitación! La clima hace ruido.

Came to a course the SSNL and this very adequate classrooms for conferences. And more q you have internet.

This hotel was perfect for what my 3 friends and I needed. We were coming from Texas and needed it to be cheap, safe and close to nightlife. The room was like $35 a night, and is right across the plaza from Barrio Antigua, which means you walk 5 mins to any bar you want. The lobby is nice, elegant, and the front desk are all nice ladies who spoke very good English. The breakfast buffet is average at best, but hello its free. The elevators won't move without room keys, so it is safe. Its not perfect and there are nicer places but it is a great deal. We never had any probelems, in fact the hotel helped us with things to do.
