It is a luxury hotel, with an excellent location and an incomparable view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It has a restaurant and the food is good. And the services it offers are very varied.

Newly opened hotel, which has very nice finishes and very comfortable rooms, but that neglect very simple details that give you a bad experience.
there is no parking. You have to pay a parking fee, so it is the first hotel of this type that does not have this service and I think it is very bad that this is so.
For bad fortune my room had the toilet badly installed, so it was ridiculous that the bathroom cup was moved and so I did not count on this service, even though they sent for service 6 hours after requesting it and they could not remedy the problem.

Very nice hotel and excellent service and location. They need to fix the vents for the waste water pipes; the room has a foul smell sometimes. I found out that leaving the shower door closed, made it better. Other than that, everyone and everything was great.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. Located in a mall and a Starbucks is a short elevator ride away.

I just loved it from the 1st minute to the last. The staff are incredibly cheerful and helpful for starters. The room I stayed in was a standard one and it was very spacious, the air conditioner worked a treat, very clean and had a decent view. At the top you'll find the restaurant. Breakfast can be both a la carte or buffet and there is plenty to choose from. There is also a decent bussiness centre to use. I haven't been to the fitness centre so can't comment on that but looks nice on pics so I'm sure it'll be in tune with the rest of the hotel. Would stay here again and recommend it.

This place is excellent in cost and amenities I recommend attending and the pools are spacious, the gym and everything else I recommend, too bad your view leaves a lot to be desired by the location.

Very nice, brand new. The area feels safe and there are many shops around.

It’s got a view, convenience. Only downside is that the building shares area with the mall and can be awkward to find an entrance at first. Gym has a wonderful view as well.

I stayed for work and loved the facilities with which they count. The lounges are on the 17th floor, so the visit is spectacular. The food was very rich and with excellent presentation, in addition to the service during the sessions. The view of the restaurant from the 16th floor is also amazing. The room was super comfortable and modern. The location is excellent with many services inside the square. 100% recommended.

Rooms are huge and everything brand new. Room service, breakfast, lunch and dinner options are excellent!

I was alone one night, I went for work.
I booked there because by my level at Expedia rewards they offered extra benefits: But there was no benefit… It also did not serve to belong to the loyalty program of the hotel chain.
In my room the coffeemaker didn't work. I went downstairs and reported it at the front desk and was told they would check it out to change it. They never were. They never changed it.

Overall very cozy and modern. A detail in the shower with the design. There is no slope that allows the water to drain to the strainer and makes qu3 out of the shower area. Hab 716

Hotel elegante, muy limpio, buena atención, los cuartos están cómodos, un problema es el acceso esta confuso primero tienes que usar un elevador al lobby y después a los cuartos pero a la primera está confuso. Tiene conexión al auditorio, así como a las tiendas y restaurantes. El otro problema es los cuartos de cama doble, ya que la sección de regadera su puerta es de cristal y se puede ver desde las camas, lo que no aplica es si vas a viaje de negocios y compartes el cuarto.

Fuí a tomarme unas cervezas al bar y a ver la vista desde el piso 16. Nunca me he hospedado ahí, pero he visitado el bar varias veces. El servicio siempre ha sido muy bueno, te sirven botana con la bebida y hay un menú de tapas y otro del restaurant.

Cleanliness, luxury, attention and location.

Hotel was quiet and room was clean and very nice. Felt very safe but entrance was a bit confusing. Without a local on our trip it would have been hard to find.

Nice place! Be sure to visit the bar on the top floor. It needs to be livened up, it was pretty slow.

Excellent hotel ample parking, good service and could improve if they include sandals for the bathroom.

Amazing place to stay. Great, social and caring people who work there. If you come to you have to stay here! So many stores and things to do. Hard to leave hotel when they have all the places inside in here. Movie theaters, restaurants (Italian, sushi, etc. ) 17th floor has the best place to eat with views.

Excelente. Estuve en unas conferencias, el personal muy amable y siempre te ayudan. Las instalaciones muy bien, el lugar adecuado, con buenos accesos y baños limpios. Ademas al estar en pabellon M puedes irte a comer a los locales ahi mismo. Mucha variedad.

This is a great option for business travelers. The views are great, Wi-Fi is free and has a great restaurant that overlooks the city. The service is a above average and the room well designed and functional (i. E. Usb chargers, good natural light). They gym has a great view. The pool is usable but below average with no view. Overall, it delivers a great business travlers experience.

The staff of the hotel was very helpful. Yesterday they helped us getting an adapter plug. Today they fixed a faucet that didn't stop running immediately just after reporting the situation.

The best hotel in Monterrey, great location, the staff is always really nice, rooms are comfortable and clean, everything is excellent.

The attention was great and the event was really good, although the food at the buffet lack taste… not every dish but for example the meatloaf was juicy but the taste wasn't good maybe more spice or something that make the flavor more appealing.

The rooms although clean, have carpets and old furniture but in good condition. The beds are new and very comfortable but that the hotel needs a radical change of image that makes you actually be new.
There are many rooms which are internal and do not have natural lighting, which suddenly causes feeling is claustrophobia.
