Good for a short stay. Good breakfast for only 150 per person. The wit doesn't get very well to the rooms.

The rooms are ok but I had to stay when there was an event and the parking man with bad attitude did not help me with my car, I wanted to accommodate a non-guest in a special place and to leave me to my luck. Fortunately the receptionist helped me and apologized for the poor organization of the event. The pool and jacuzzi in poor condition, trash and disgusting appearance.

Very clean and tiddy hotel, service is great. And staff is realy nice and servicial. Pool was not that clean but if you are not using its totaly worth the price!

The location is strange, to arrive you must do a lot of work, the service is nice I'm comolaced with it… I think the break fast is ok but I would like cereal and more fitness alternatives.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, the breakfast was very rich, the only thing I did not like that the elevator was dirty and the general bathrooms at reception also.

Good service. The pool is not the best, but the gym is equally appreciated. The service of the maids and the rooms is very good overall.

The place is fine, nothing extraordinary. Bad location as a tourist. Business, more or less happens. The food is fine. I only found one detail: the cleanliness of the room is not so detailed.

Maybe it would be for the hour, at their restaurant at 8pm they need more staff. It took a long dinner, I calculate an hour, they argued workload. We had to walk around looking for the Veintúnico waiter there. Fortunately the dinner was delicious or maybe it was that I was very hungry for the wait, je JE.

Good price for an excellent room for 4 people, including living room, kitchen, micro, minibar and bath tub. They have very good buffet and are quick in room service. Also the location is very central.

It is centrally located and has pool. If there are a lot of people you have to ask ahead of a hair dryer but they end up.

It's not cheap but it's good.

A good place to spend a few nights in Mty, they have a shuttle service where they can take you to some point in the city and it is based on tips, we got coupons for lunch in the hotel restaurant and all very good.

Comfortable, is a hotel for conventions where you regularly find groups of people that are going to the same purpose, the attention of regular to good.

Well in general. The Internet is very bad in the rooms and the pool as ice. Book here by the pool and it was impossible to get. It seems to me that never heat it as I was told.

I like that this very central, within the areas that I needed to locate me. I liked the friendly staff, very friendly and enjoyable.
I didn't like the water it takes to warm up and that television has very poor reception and few TV channels. To enjoy. The neighbouring room noises are heard. And there too much noise at night then this facing a busy Avenue. Outside of that, this comfortable and acogible.

Good experience in general. Last week stay me there and it was best, yesterday again I did it and changed some things that are detrimental to the guests: breakfast is not Buffet, but American with eggs with sausage or chorizo, and several other things, the staff guest It is still very good, the location of the hotel and the same conditions are also good.

The room was a generous size and the beds were very comfortable. The temperature of the room was also quite nice. The handle to turn the water on in the shower came off, the staff person was very responsive however the handle came off again the next day. The breakfast variety was quite good. Overall I would stay again in this hotel.

Excellent service, I had disadvantages with my flight and I got exhausted a couple of hours before check in and the lady at reception kindly waited to give me the room to be able to rest. Soft towels and sheets.

Clean, nice facilities, spacious room, well located, attentive, but loose WC lever, lack of soap dish and pot holder in the shower, no safe in the room and the internet in the room is very bad.

It has a good breakfast but it is rare that they are two the American and the buffet. The buffet only includes eggs made instantly, stew of the day and tortillas. Check if you book it for a separate place because the prices vary.

I paid a room for four for three nights. I was allegedly given a recently remodeled room on the fifth floor. The bathroom was so small that it was not possible to close the door without dragging the rug. The shower door opened inward by plugging the shower and its keys so to open the water you had to be inside and get wet with the cold water when you opened it. Unable to open the water from the outside. When bathing mysteriously he threw the water and there was a puddle in the hallway outside the bathroom. Although I paid for a stay for four there were only attachments for two: two small bottles of water, two jaboncitos, a tiny bottle of shampoo and cream. Only 2 towels the first day until I ordered the other two. Inside the shower there was nothing to place the soap and shampoo only on the floor.
And it turns out that they are remodeling so they heard all day heavy blows and hammering in the adjoining room. One day my request was hammering but continued the following days until the only solution offered by the hotel was to change rooms with all the hassle that implies for us that we were already installed.
The friendliness of the staff did not reach to cover all these deficiencies.
I don't recommend it. Look for a cheaper place like Mali or an equally expensive one that meets the expectations.

Comfortable rooms, rich breakfast. Very close to the historic centre, shopping centres such as Plaza San Agustín or Galerías Monterrey, and the CONVEX Center. Excellent service.

The room was perfect, well lit and designed, nice window view and excellent room service.

Good service and clean rpon, Wi-Fi was kind of useless, really slow internet connection. Check in was supposed to be at 3, however I ended up waiting up to an hour to have the room I reserved with 3 months of anticipation.

Rooms, specially beds and TV's need to be upgraded. Loud A. C. Staff not as courteous but I've seen worse. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Staff is not the nicest, the rooms are not clean or tidy and the facilities are just not in great shape. The gym is a joke and the Wi-Fi is a lie.

Great hotel! The only thing I don't like about is that it doesn't come included with free breakfast and if you do get breakfast from there, it's really expensive.

The hotel is a nightmare, I hosted only because it occurred to me to pay in advance, Room 206 I changed to the 204 and now I'm in the 223, didn't work in one and other bath heating, safes in the 3 times got them blocked, takes 40 to 1 hour and a half in Help and call the maintenance that can do nothing and says going to change of room.
