Very slow, their systems do not serve and zero quality in their service, there are no managers in charge.

I will be for the 4th time, it is very good hotel, I hope this time the weather does not fail much, I know they tried to change my room more I was no longer available I will be 28 29 October 30 and I leave on the 31st. 😀

The hotel was amazing and the views even better. The staff is very helpful and kind and responded to all our questions. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location was definitely the best if you want to explore the city a little more. Amazing experience and we will be back again.

Really what that for 25 years we have gone is out to lunch celebrating a friend's group or for the pleasure to meet and to taste a good dish. In regard to this service, no complaints whatsoever. What leaves much to be desired, it is the arrogance of one of the employees of the parking lot, rude and despotic informed us that there was no place, at the request of a friend who had a baby in the arms, to park in a certain place, promising it to move the car once to install the child in the "periquera" this employee replied that they were to the macroplaza, and beyond if there is space, another partner was recently operated on for a foot and did not care to send it also to look for another site, this is the third time that happens to us and curious thing in the back of us reach employees (to say it), and if they have space in that place. In order to recommended us to go to lunch at another site. Go to the manager of the place, attending to our complaint but she did not come out better fought, was met with the attitude of:" you don't do anything" to the authority of the place. We can continue complaining? I imagine not, if the manager is made "the leap" for which we hope the customers…? As we go to another side to find better treatment as he said the employee.

Has been, in general, a pleasant stay. My only drawback is that they would want to do the service of the room very early on a weekend. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.

This is a very good hotel. I've stayed here a few times. The only thing I do not like is the water temperature of the shower goes up and down as if it was affected by other rooms using the shower at that same time.

It is a excelent hotel. But the shower has a issue. The water came out a lot into the bathroom. The gym is tiny but great and the pool is the same. But instead of that is excellent and a bit cheap. Luxury.

The view is spectacular. The customer service is so accommodating. As far as the rooms itself, they were clean and spacious. The swimming pool was subpar.

Honestly, I do like it. The rooms seems luxurious at first glance, and it's in absolutely fantastic area. Never had any issues with safety and all in all I had a good time. But the problems lies with the details, and there are a lot. The first time I stayed here, my bathroom door had no doorknob. I would almost be okay with that if they told me… but of course they didn't. Second time, my room was mysteriously missing a refrigerator, and again I would've been fine with this if they told me, but they didn't. The room service is expensive and the quality is poor, it's okay if you're completely dead set on not leaving the room but don't expect value for money. You have to pay for a valet every single time you want your car, you don't have the option to park it yourself. It's only $35 pesos every day but plus a tip you're looking at 50 pesos every day just to use your car. This is fine but there is usually quite a wait at peak times. Also, the AC isn't very strong and the Wi-Fi cuts off mysteriously throughout the night. And by AC not being very strong I simply mean it can't get below 24 Celsius, which is fine for most but I like it a little cooler. Now for the money (around $50-70 a night if you booked the king) it's not bad. But the cleanliness and attentiveness to details could be improved.

This place is OLD! Pretty sure it was a very luxurious hotel in the past, but now everything looks like it has 100 years old. The AC smells weird and the amenities are barely basic. For the cost I wish I had stayed someplace else. Location is good though, there are stores and places to eat nearby.

Horrible, what are remodeling and whoooole lot the day have noise, I could not rest. We ask for towels to the room, never came, and they that were in the room were yellow. The room had no dryer, we had to ask for it and it took hours to have it. The bathroom was not well the furniture for the toilet paper and this had to be put on the sink. Very bad.

Stayed here on the night of my wedding and it was ideal. Perfectly situated and not even expensive. Friendly staff, easy to navigate and everything else you'd expect from a top hotel. The room was great and quite large and the bed was very comfortable. I'd recommend it to others if they want a very nice hotel at a really decent price bang in the centre of the city.

Hotel staff make good effort and lobby is nice but rooms and common spaces are dilapidated dirty. Bathroom have serious mold, toilets and faucets are clogged constantly and carpets are soiled. Elevators take forever to arrive Additionally: construction noise is present early in the morning. Hotel needs a serious overhaul. Location is very good in case you want to be in center of Monterey.

It is a great option to stay in the center of Monterrey and all the design of the hotel is very nice. The rooms are very spacious regardless of the type of room and all the services very good. The restaurant of the place is standard in terms of the food, it is much better to go out to eat to any classic place in downtown Monterrey.

Excellent location. Close to MARCO, Barrio Antigua and more. Very-friendly staff. Let me charge my iPhone when I forgot my charger at home. ATM is close by. Small but tranquil park located in front. Gym and pool area are dated, but big ups for having screens on the treadmills and on the walls. Spectacular views of the city. Temperature control in the rooms is horrible. Doesn't matter where you set the thermostat, building temperature is controlled centrally. Only solution they gave was offering me a large oscillating fan. I'm guessing all room service food is prepackaged. No matter what I order it is always lukewarm or cold. Even when I ask beforehand that they send it up hot. Overall the pros outweigh the cons.

Every year I stay at this hotel, for the excellent location it has, as well as the facilities that have been renovating, the hotel itself has something old but very comfortable facilities, the views of their rooms "with view" are excellent, recommended Take the rooms overlooking the Santa Catarina River, it's just amazing.

Excellent location, this is a hotel that years ago was considered to be the best, is oversight, carpets spent, to elevators lack maintenance, if like some of the bathroom furniture, the price very reasonable, if if you do not mind the above is a Hotel with good service, in an excellent area at good price, with a high cost of the restaurant, however to the surroundings you will find some options.

Excellent location… very good facilities and cleanliness. I spent 5 days and for breakfast every day at the Buffet you need to offer more variety.

Very good hotel, luxury rooms and very well located, close to macroplaza and a few steps of downtown. Suggestion ask for top floor rooms, views are nice.

It is a good place, located in the downtown area of the city allows you to tour the area easily. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again, no doubt.

Really nice hotel in the hearth of the city, there are a lot of things to do around it, colorful streets, museums to any duiirection you look.

The hotel has a great service, location, and the staff is very friendly. The room are clean, and the food is awesome.

His views of the centre of Monterrey are WONDERFUL, the attention to details and make you feel comfortable and at home. The only but is the restaurant, the buffet in the morning is VERY good, but the letter does not, I think it is expensive for the seasoning that handle, know commercial prefab, I hope to solve that point, it is unfortunate to have a place with bad food, in a space so playful.

Good morning! I am on holiday in Monterrey, my husband and I traveled from Hermosillo. We stayed in krystal hotel everything was fine, until last night when I arrived at the hotel the guard at the entrance denied me access, I told k I was in room 220 with my husband, upset I followed my way and when I noticed that I kept to stop and ask q The guard tells me to respond well. My husband saw what happened as he was a few feet from me, and I ask the guard what's going on, and he kept quiet. Sir, I'm on enablement 220 and she's my wife. Still with arrogance he asked if it was true that we were staying. Act of discrimination, for what reason? The way he dressed at the time? The manager was called and they only gave away breakfast. But that doesn't pay for the humiliation we went through, as there were people witnessing that in the place.

I was in Monterrey for 5 nights for business. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant and room service of good quality. Room very comfortable and had all the expected amenities at this level. I could hear more sounds from other rooms and the hallway than I expected but it wasn't a big problem. I would definitely stay here again.

Cost of a room was affordable. The location is great, you are within walking distance of several attractions (shopping strip, museums, macroplaza, markets). Area felt safe (even went out until 2am without any issues). The hotel itself is nice too, good service. Breakfast was delicious. We plan to stay there again.

I stayed here for a weekend and I was great. The food was awesome, very kind servers. The place was clean and had a nice view of the city. It's located near everything. Only thing I didn't like was housekeeping waking me up in the morning to ask if they could clean the room. I had to sign a paper saying that I didn't want her to clean my room, which I understand why. Over all, it's a good place to stay.

Not worth the price … Not contemporary at all, the light at the room is not as shown in the pictures, sheets were dirty. Although good thing about the showers at least is the water pressure. Location is perfect close to a lot of different places.

An experience like no other that I spent with my family. The service was excellent and they treated us as it should be. Highly recommended the hotel. By the way, excellent location. For the next time you visit Monterrey, without any doubt I will come back to Krystal.

Excellent Service, very clean and cozy rooms, also the room service is excellent. Currently is under renovations and still is an excellent hotel I dare to say is the best in the area.
