The very comfortable rooms excellent service includes breakfast Buffet the hallways only a little old and sloppy but in relation to the room everything in very good condition.

The only good thing is the location, the room can improve in cleanliness. It smelled like drainage all the time. The cost is acceptable. Beds and pillows ok. The restaurant menu is a bit poor. One day we ran out of parking! I don't give it very good rating.

Very good hotel with average prices. My stance was during remodeling so part of it was closed. The ice machine was broken so I had to go to the restaurant to ask for it. Other than than, everything was up to standard.

I loved the rooms, the restaurant was ok, and the gym well equiped, there is room for improvement in the shower.

I've Only been to the boardrooms there is comfortable clean this last occasion they were in remodeling a good location in front of the smelter Park.

I Attended the hotel for an event. The Coffee break provided was very good (Compared to other hotels). The location is good, easy to get to and no problem to find parking.

Good location, beds, pillows, cleanliness, aroma and functionality of the rooms. Not so good: the air conditioner is hard to regulate, or very cold or very hot, noisy. The bathroom is a little small. The food is regular. And finally, the price is somewhat high in relation to what it offers.

It was a slow service but we were a group of 300 people. It is a good hotel when there are events smelter Park as we only have to cross a bridge that connects to the park. The rooms are comfortable for 4 people and the bathrooms were always clean.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the rooms are remodeled and the beds are very comfortable.
They just opened the cafeteria and the breakfast was very rich and varied.

I loved this at half the price that hotel is in the smelter and only divides a street, the pedestrian bridge is in front of the hotel the room we chose was double but had two rooms one with sofa bed, TV, minibar and sink and the room with Cam As and Tele Super recommended.

The cleanliness of the rooms is not exhaustive we say, the breakfast loose but correct and the restaurant pretty well. Well taken care of. The worst the accommodation, the rooms are big and more than correct but the cleanliness fails. One night I found the door open when I arrived.

If you go to a convention to Cintermex or to some event to the Arena Monterrey, the hotel has an excellent location as you arrive walking without problems, you do not need to take taxy. They have very good attention, the rooms very nice and clean. Highly recommended.

Very old Hotel, but it's fine. Honestly the location is worth it; Of the elevator is straight the footbridge to cross to Cintermex. It has a minibar and microwave in the room.

Excellent option fishermen to melting Park or Cintermex, this newly refurbished and has a pedestrian bridge to enter smelter, has a la carte restaurant, besides having other options to eat just steps from there like Chilis, Pizza Rev or Carl Jr.

A very nice hotel has pool and if you need a taxi there is free service only have to give a tip down there is a chilis and around the corner there is a seven eleven that is open all day.

Excellent Hotel. Excellent location. In front of Cintermex. 5 minutes from the smelter Park. 5 minutes from downtown. Close to the Santa Lucia River and museums you can go to them pampering by the walker of the Sta Lucia River. Front has as postcard The hill of the Chair.

The best thing about this hotel is the location as it is to the side of the smelter park and even has a pedestrian bridge the hotel to cross to the park so it is very good option if you go to a concert or festival plus the price is more accessible than the other hotel that It is located close I give four stars why the parking is small and the hotel does not have business center from there on out is good hotel for the price right on one side of the hotel there is a chilis which is a point in favor.

It has excellent attention! It's very good, the food of the Buffet is very rich and balanced, you prepare what you say, have room service and if you forget some personal hygiene items they provide you a free, it takes traertelo, but nothing more than 10 or 15 minutes.

Too much noisy and traffic around but service is OK.

The location is unbeatable when it comes to attending events in the smelter, Cintermex or Arena Monterrey, is at 100 meters! and reasonable price, recommended.

It is comfortable and clean but they do not offer some services like a bellboy.

The worst service ever had! The people of the reception didn't want to answer the phone. And finally when it was answered, suddenly transfer to another person without a notice! Ant the other person who answered, suddenly cut the phone. It was not only 1 time or 1 day like that! I called more than 5 times in 2 days! Nobody respect answering the phone! Worst experience ever!

Hotel well located, safe area, good service, the only downside was that our room was in certain services that a five-star hotel should have.
