Its nice the people ate nice there is a boling ball place a restaurant.

The service was excellent.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Good service and about 10 minutes from the historic ce tro.

VERY hot in the room! 28C is too much! After a small renovation the carpets are finally clean on the 8th floor.
The breakfast was also very poor, no salmon or meat. Only sausages and dry-fried yeast pancakes. Soooo disappointed this time! : (

Good gym, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

The hotel is really near to the city center, just walk over the bridge. Breakfast in the hotel is generous and tasty. Free parking is available! Near by is shopping center.

They have a nice breakfast here, so much choice! The people are also very nice :)

Bad working air conditions and Wifi in the rooms. Fresh blood stain on the sheets and also on one of the towels. Also, the roof terrace and pool/spa area closed without any information about that beforehand (and that is why we picked this hotel). 30 minutes walk from the old Town. Not a 4 1/2 star Hotel according to me.

Really a 3-star hotel, presenting itself as a 4. Of the undoubted advantages — a beautiful location overlooking Daugava and the historical center. Of the cons — stains on the carpet and soft furniture since the "Soviet occupation") ) )

Great value, clean, good breakfasts, the old town is a short walk away. Free parking, which is a rarity in Riga.

Good hotel at decent distance from the old city. Free parking was a big plus for us arriving by car and the personnel were really helpful in fulfilling my wishes. The gym was also free for all guests. The price was really good considering the four-star status. On the downside however the air conditioner in the room was humming a bit loud when set to cool and the chocolates I ordered as a greeting package were old and dry.

Nice staff that speak English well, free (big and varied) gym, tasty and varied breakfast. Plus for the breakfast that is large enough for vegetarians to have enough to eat. Cons for changing towels every day even though we didn't leave them on the floor. You apparently have to book the bowling 3 (! ) days in advance and the air conditioning was really loud. But overall good hotel to a good price. A bit far from the old town (about 15-20 min walk) but free parking was a plus.

Great Hotel in the past.
It Starts to grow old. Kovrolin is time for me in the rooms. Bowling in the cellar was only on record.
The Breakfast is chic.
The View is great.
Banka though small. But that's what you need.
The Parking lot. There was always enough Space.
City Center. You can walk across the bridge to the old town or the good restaurant Stargorod.

Very close to the university, which was all convenient for us. 20mn walk to the city center, which is also Ok. You would cross the bridge, which has a nice view. Quite nice for the price. Cool room, quite luminous and spaceous. Toilets Ok, everything worked fine. Internet ok. No noisy neighbours. Breakfast ok, maybe more hot food avilable than usual. The staff was overall efficient and competent, except in one aspect: once asked about the Bowling feature, they would end up giving different answers (first, I was told no, it would not be possible to book for that night, since the booking should be done one week in advance. Then, when asked the same question to another employee, I got the answer that I could remind them in the morning of the day we would like to use it. Ended up not playing bowling)

Good location. Superior room was as expected. Breakfast was ok but nothing super special.

Well, 4 + or 5 stars. What else to say. The hotel has everything that can in principle be in the hotel.
Unusually solid glazing. It seems that you sleep on the square, but the curtains solve this problem:)

Absolutely nice place! Friendly and thoughtful staff, clean and comfortable rooms for a good price. Excellent service and rich breakfast! 5 of 5! If I go to Riga again, will stay there for sure.

The hotel is fully compliant with 4 *. The rooms are small but very clean. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need (soap, shower Gel…). Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a mini spa (sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi), spa free, visit unlimited to 21:00. Good breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located between the old town of Riga (20 min walk or 2 stops on any passing transport), the airport (there is a public transport and airport transfer) and Jurmala (public transport passes by the hotel). Great value for money.

It's a great place. Nearby the historic center go 10 minutes. Nearby is Remy's shop where you can buy souvenirs and other goods. Breakfast is gorgeous. Lots of good quality dishes. Serve waiters. The rooms are very nice there are tea sets. The hotel has a bar and live music. There is a restaurant in the evening. There are two saunas and a jacuzzi on the 9th floor. Bowling didn't work. Free parking only pleased. The staff knows their stuff. Were glad to have stayed at this hotel.

Good prices and free breakfast. Rooms are not very modern, but ok and clean.

Ordered a room for almost a month requested overlooking the old town that's what gave. This view of the wall asked to change nothing did. At the reception was a guy with a goatee beard did not like immediately at check-in. Breakfasts for 5 stars are pulled, but for number 3 is the maximum. Carpet is dirty, the hood is clogged with a layer of dust.

Nice place to relax in Riga. 10 min. Walk to old town and city center. Tidy and clean rooms. Friendly stuff at hotel. Free Spa at 9th floor. Super full breakfast! Good midle price 45 eur. Per room. For all that. Highly recomend.

I liked the hotel. The staff is cultural. There are negative little things. And four. 5 ball she does not pull.

Average room but correct. The Spa at 9th is however fantastic. The Hammam actually works, which is not the case for many establishments. Breakfast very decent and varied. The only mixed point is the room.

Trying to split the room in half and make two looks pretty bad. Is the TV in the hallway? Are you serious? He's not worth his money. The parks are really not expensive, but it's just a strip of asphalt around the hotel and it's without fencing.

Excellent hotel with amazing breakfast buffet, spacious & clean rooms, and lots of amenities. The sauna room has a hot tub, cold bath, sauna, and steam room, plus a large weight room. We will stay here next time we come to Rīga for sure.

Comfortable Hotel, quite convenient location although not very central, attentive staff, possibility to use of sauna, spa and a good restaurant on the ninth floor with magnificent view of the city.

A little bit dirty (not 5 stars), but very good price (38 eur per single room with wellness and breakfest) and very good food.

Really nice and quiet hotel, not far from the city center. U can get there by bus or by walking :). Nice view from the windows too. Cool staff. The breakfast is tasty and had choice. U can aslo enjoy, spa, bowling, karaoke and bar if u want room are nices too!

Bell'Albergo, quite new structure but in the evening you can not walk out, taxi always needed. Great breakfast and nice restaurant but also very expensive.

The hotel is close to the river. You can go by bus to the Old Town (5 Minuten away). The busstation ist nearly the hotel. The staff in the hotel is very helpfull. The rooms are nice. The gym is well equipt. The breakfast is fresh and tasty.

Poor food and no choice. Dirty chairs in the dining room. In Room stained carpets. Also on the penultimate day of stay cleaning in the room not performed.

Lovely hotel, nice green location. The staff was super wonderful, spoke even Estonian (WOW! ), ordered taxi came in 3 minutes (every time), breakfast was rich and lovely (though the area was very busy), room clean and with a lovely view. Recommend!

Located just outside the city centre, beyond a bridge, spectacular views and comfortable structure with wonderful spa. Ibe and sauna with a view! Intercontinental Breakfast. Ideal place to pamper yourself and relax after visiting the city.

Hotel definitely not brand new, but good workmanship. Spacious rooms, bathroom in standard but with shower (very appreciated instead of the uncomfortable tub). Shame about the old carpet and stained in many places, if the change would be a nice plus. A 20 minute walk from the center, or 10 by the means, can be a good accommodation solution. Good food, but the sweet breakfast is a little poor compared to the salty one.

We got to Riga without hotel and we saw this for a very affordable price, we were looking for something where you can park (it is very expensive to park in riga) and have the center to walk to. The Hotel is well located, was very clean, the beds very comfortable, large and with parking. In the book we included a spa but never used it. The staff greeted us very well, in fact ask to leave the car at the hotel after checkout and they told us no problem and that we were going to charge the plus. We did not eat in the restaurant but we went up to have a drink because I had read that it had the best views of the city, I have to say that the view was spectacular, but the gintonics are not his strong point. The breakfast we liked a lot, had a variety 3/5 but very good quality.

Excellent service. A bit far from the city center, but it is possible to cross the bridge walking, if there is no cold or rain.

I have never experienced such a bad hotel and a bad service. There was no Wi-Fi connection working in my room, had to go in the corridor to reach the connection. Also my heating was broken, blocked at the maximum and the issue could only be solved after my second day. Finally they made me pay extra charges because I used the fix line to phone the reception to ask for the heating issue to be fixed. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Hi! stayed here one night. Booked deluxe number. Before leaving desk office said that I must pay for stuff witch I used from room mini-bar. A pack of chrisps and nuts! WTF, it was a deluxe app. SHOULD BE FOR FREE! Breakfast was great! Nice food! fresh! Do I recomend the hotel? I say Yes. For others — be cerefull with extra fees witch stuff can try to charge you.

The best of the Hotel its incredible views of Riga from the terrace (you have a bar) where see: the Daugava River and its huge domes of churches, cathedrals, Tower of television, the Soviet science building or new buildings growing like mushrooms everywhere. Tip: take pictures just summer sunset from here.

Excellent service. Nice to work with their legal consultant. Very clever person, especially when it comes in dealing with contracts.

I have never been treated so badly in any restaurant as I have in this hotel! The Staff on the 9th floor were rude and unprofessional take my word for it if you want good service and nice food go a little bit further down the road to Ostas Skati were the view over the Daugava river is just as good but the food, service and prices are far better. Islande never again.
