Well don’t expect any thing even close to park inn Dubai or any other city There is nothing called quality or service. it’s normal to show your (confirmed) booking and the reception tell you : sorry we are over booking! No attention no eye contact Any thing you ask for they well tell you : we need to ask the manager I asked for 2 Pepsi they bring one only! Why because your alone?!? Here is another funny thing : the booking is for two people but you showed alone. Hmmmm if your partner came later you’ll pay 20 euros more! And the best part is that when you order from restorant the invoice come with a tip you didn’t approve for the nice girl who made the (paid) delivery Conclusion : it never worth the 220 euros because the service is the same with the other 40 euros hotels.

Great place. The room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good and offered a variaty of dishes. The pizzas in the Italian restaurant at night did not stand out and I consider them very pricey for the flavor and quality offered. I suggest you buy some supplies from the local Hypermarket named Rimi (a 10 — 12 min walk from the Hotel, in the Olympia Mall) instead of using the minibar and paying 5 EUR for a bottle of water. The reception ladies always have a smile for you and are willing to help with any request you might have.

Great rooms and bar-restaurant. Modern and big rooms. However, my room had some hair on the bathroom wall. I guess it was from the use of the hair dryer from the previous visitor. Hotels of such status should be very careful with theses matters.

Great place to stay while in Riga! Very clean and affordable. It is the staff who make it a 5 star experience!

In General, all liked and left a good impression. But one caveat with shower, washing the water is poured on the floor in the bathroom. TV is not in a hurry to show more precisely the decoder is not super fast.

Sylisches Hotel — Good location — delicious breakfast.

Everything is perfect and the rooms are chic, but the kitchen is disappointing. The breakfast was very good. I recommend it as a hotel, but not as a place to eat.

The hotel is very nice. Rooms are spacious and have a nice interior design. Breakfast buffet has enough choice and the food is delicious. The location is quite remote and parking doesn't seem very easy. There is a shopping mall just 5-10min away.

Just spent one night but were satisfied with the dinner and services. Room. Was big enough (equipped with TV, safe, hairdryer) bed, was comfortable. Fast Internet. Card is accepted. Bar is overpriced as usual in hotels.

All liked, one minus very strong audibility between the rooms, if you relax with children, and behind the wall for example newlyweds, the child has a question about the sounds wafting from behind the wall.

At night you can only eat food from the vending machine. Taxi to the center 4-6 euro.
Cozy rooms, you can choose the color of illumination at the headboard of the bed.

Nice and clean. OK Breakfast. Peaceful without party in the Bar in the evening. Fantastic helpful and friendly staff! Buses and trolley and Tram right outside the door to Airport and to downtown or elsewhere.

A great modern hotel with excellent services. The rooms are quite big and equipped with all the necessary. There is a fitness center and a restaurant and bar. The staff is extremely helpful and always there to help you. It is a 7 minute walk to the Riga old town.

Pleasant and new hotel. Accommodating staff. Reasonable breakfast spread but repeats itself after a couple of days.

Staff were friendly. All requests are made very quickly and clearly. Clean and comfortable. The kids are thrilled. I want to make a special mention of breakfast. I'm allergic to a child without any problem making a request for breakfast without being lactose. Supper Thank you.
