The pictures on the booking are not true. Clean badly and rarely, respectively, the rooms are a little dirty. The plumbing is tired. If the rooms go out, then be prepared to listen to the trams rattle on the rails.
Of the pluses polite staff, great cook, having your own parking.

Very sincere. The restaurant is delicious. There is a constant development. The staff are super, speaks Latvian, English and Russian. Maybe in other languages, I do not know not tested:)

For 3 stars a good hotel, the staff is good, the food is very tasty. It is a pity that is not the most useful, but for fans of delicious dishes, we ask for mercy. The hotel rooms are comfortable to stay in.

Well-equipped rooms, modern design. The dbl room is better than lux. A small parking lot at the hotel. Convenient location. Public transport is one minute from the hotel.

Hotel a little far from the city center so not very convenient and breakfast oriented "salty" very little sweet. Spacious room.

Nice clean, unusual and beautiful.
Wifi is available on every floor.
Breakfast will be appreciated tomorrow.

Just perfect hotel: friendly staff, good breakfast (with huge variety of foods — sushi too), free parking (great as we had rental car), location was good (taxi is cheap to old town & city center), free Wi-fi. And price was good too! Big thanks!

As a strong point for me at the OK Hotel, the food, every day is cooked as if to enter a contest, the presentation is fabulous and the taste superb.

The hotel itself is decent, decent rooms and quite friendly staff, but with parking everything is bad and it is not guarded, which led to the theft of mirrors on our car.

Nice hotel. Delicious buffet. In summer you can have breakfast on the veranda. Parking and a nice courtyard. Tram stop right at the entrance. A half hour walk to the city centre.

The room is cleaned with bleach (apparently to hide the smell of musty room) — ventilated three hours, did not help. Very big questions to the renovation and cleanliness of the room. As I understand, now partially renovate the hotel and the friends and I were unlucky-we were given the old rooms. In our room The bath is all in putty and inept repair, the cleanliness is only superficial-the hood is so dirty that the dust from it falls directly into the sink, a cord of hair dryer in the mud and other people's hair…
The room is quite old-fashioned, the bed (double) — consists of two separate mattresses, quite rigid.
Breakfast is very peculiar, unusual-meatballs, sausages, stews vegetables, even sushi. There is a sweet, coffee machine and a good selection of teas.

Comfortable hotel, all new and very clean. Professional and available all staff. Great to recommend to everyone also for its location.

The price is excellent, the staff is polite, the parking from the hotel is, albeit has a very narrow check-in. Good breakfast. I brought the food as soon as it ended.
And now out of the bad (hopefully only we are so unlucky) : 1. Did not clean the trash after the previous guests.
2. Left dirty glasses for water.
3. On the windowsill in the shower lay someone's forgotten things.

Pretty. Room with wardrobes, bedside tables, shower cubicle and spacious bathroom, high ceilings. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great place, great food, great people.

Stayed for one night, loved everything, the service on the level, the staff friendly and courteous. To the city center by hand-we walked through the bridge, as there was a lot of time.
In the yard there is a car parking for the guests.

Its like a home away from home. Ambient aura. Hospitability. Like family… and morning breakfast is good as well as healthy.

Cheap hotel, rooms is clean and in a good condition. Breakfast is very good and included in a room price. Stuff is helpfull.

The baddest service attitude ever!
When we booked this hotel, they advertised "There is free Wifi everywhere in hotel", but actually not including in your hotel room.
Since it is very important for our guest to contact for business, we called them to solve this problem or change another room with Wifi signal. But the response is "all fully booked, no room is available. " And shockingly the manager showed my guest a sofa in the walking hall and tell him he can do his work there. Yeah! If you need Wi-Fi, pleasd sit in the walking hall in the midnight. That's really "warm hearted". Then they confirmed to change another room for his next day staying. (2 nights staying total). But on the next day, they did not change at all, and answer the guest "fully booked". Definitely never ever choose this hotel again. Baddest service attitude ever!

This place is OK for the money you pay. Good place to stay.

Were there for 3 days. Good, clean rooms, friendly service, great location (easy city and airport connections). It worth it for 100%.

Good price, location, breakfast, room was clean and parking on inner side. 30 min to ol town on foot.

The best value for money! Restarant is simple on designe but the food is deliciois and beautifuly served!

Not all have WI-FI. Morning at the buffet quickly ends food and its not a long time. Some rooms do not have enough outlets. And the rest is all fine.
