For three stars is a good hotel. The food is okay. Staff quite nice and the cleaners quite accurate. Generally, I recommend it.

Budget hotel! In the center of Budapest! Next to the subway, its own parking lot, good kitchen with good prices! Many of the staff speak Russian! Recommend.

Really pleasant hotel with nice rooms at a more then respectable price. Everything was very clean and the staff are helpful and kind. It is a walk from the city center but it's nothing unbearable and there are alot of shops and stuff on the way. You can sometimes hear alot of people talkng and other sounds from inside your room but it was nothing too obnoxious and nothing really made a sound during the night but was certainly noticeable in the morning. I would gladly stay again on my next visit.

Nice hotel near Heroes Square. Room I had must have been recently renovated as the bathroom and bed seemed pretty new. Air-conditioning worked wonderfully.

Good location. The room was clean and the staf was helpful. Brakfast was great.

Best value for money. Good three. Hotel in the diplomatic quarter. Not far from the center. The seafront promenade is 20-25 minutes ' walk away. There are normal shops. You can walk to the big Bill shop on foot. The range is large.

Located on a quiet street just outside the avenue of Andrassy and Heroes Square, where guides collect tourists on excursions. Not far from the Szécheni bath, the zoo and the park. The hotel is small, the room has a fridge, TV, hair dryer, shampoo and liquid soap. Cleaning daily, towel change in 3 days. Breakfast-Buffet. Monotonous, but you can always find Doodle. There are speaking staff.

Decent hotel, deservedly given it 3 stars, the fourth I added for a lovely dinner from the chef in the restaurant who is looking for something inexpensive then fits perfectly.

Old hotel with moderate rooms. The conference rooms are well equipped and arranged. Hind Leg Hotel has its own well-accessible car park.

Visited Budapest late flight stayed at the Hotel Benczur, 24hour reception downside the bar was closed, upside there was a Minibar in our bedroom Beer, Wine and snacks all at reasonable price. Staff very friendly and helpful, Buffet Breakfast Continental Style.

In the middle of winter we had to abirir the room window, the warmth of the room was unbearable and we commented 2 times, the excuse was that the heating was central and could not be changed. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very good. Not all the receptionist were friendly, some on entering the hotel did not say hello, and others the English was just right. The breakfast was very good. A 3 star fair.

Good standard hotel just minutes from the center.

A hotel in a peaceful location with friendly staff. Functional rather than luxurious. Good value for money.

A little too much dust in the discreet rooms!

The rooms we were given to my group were very old and were not refurbished, sad lighting and horrible furniture. Small, worn pillow. Old and soft mattress. Space is enough though not large. The curtains are not opaque and in the morning not be Q wake up at sunrise do not cover the light.
The breakfast buffet was very small.

Old Hotel But good value for money, with a safe location and in an embassy area very close to the main street Andrassy for those who are handled by Metro is a good location but you have to like to walk as in the case our, as the attractions are a little far away, (average 2 km) except the heroes Square that is 200 mts. It has a very good restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised and as the prices in Budapest are very accessible, it is convenient if you don't want to go out again at night. The room is very nice and the bed is comfortable. It has a safe.

Well where can I start on this one. I have never in my life had such a bad experience with hotel and so much so I wanted to come home… For starters staff were really rude and non helpful at all first night there there were constant banging from upstairs down stairs all hours of morning so hardly managed to get any sleep at all so during the day I was in zombie state and did not enjoy doing anything at all. Room was boiling hot even after turning off the radiator. There was still heat in the room later I figured out mini bar fridge was overheating non stop so it was generating tons of heat because of it. There was huge hall under the sink size of large fist with wires sticking out and having 3 year old who likes to put his hands everywhere was really dangerous we raised issue with manager who baisicly flogged me off and did not do anything to help. On top of this bathroom was tiny walls were dirty doors were dirty whole room looked like it's not been decorated for many years. When letting the water out of bath it was coming out of floor drain next to the bath so whole thing was getting flooded. Door to bath room would not close and you had to jam something on bottom in order to brush your teeth or use the toilet which by the way would get you hit by the door every time it decided to open.

Do NOT go to this hotel! Some of the staff are really miserable, hotel tries to look posh but not even close to that, food is terrible and they handling booking REALLY bad! They don’t care if you are with toddlers or friends as they put party people next to you and if you try to switch rooms they don’t let you… So if you want a good hotel to ENJOY your holiday, DO NOT choose this one!

Room was in two parts, one part was really nice with a nice bed and the other part was dirty and had bugs on the floor and a small couch bed. The lobby and staff were fine, and one part of the room was clean but the other part I would not go back to.

Not bad. The room was tiny but clean and quiet. Nice breakfast too.

Helpful when checking in however our room was boiling hot with no A/C, no bath plug and very little toiletries, mini bar was empty, the bedding had cigarette burns in it. The first day we left the room we had left our travel money in a zipped suitcase and to our horror we had 110, 000 huf (£330) missing after the cleaner had been in. We notified the manager about this incident however she had little to say and told us it was nothing she could solve. Room very dated and dirty. Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is good near a large thermal bath and heroes square.

BEWARE! Not all rooms have AC. Staff is RUDE. I was with a group, my daughter's room had no AC and a fridge that was HOT and overheating the room. I had her and her room mate move into my room since the hotel claimed to be booked. We stayed there 4 nights, no other rooms opened up. On our last night we decided to use the other room for the shower and bathroom only to find THEY RENTED IT TO SOMEONE ELSE! I PAID FOR THAT ROOM! Now they are fighting me for a refund, saying my daughter checked out. NO, the room key was stolen from my night table… RUN. If you do decide to stay here after all this, make sure you stay in the NEW part of the hotel. The old part is dirty and gross.

Very bad quality compare with other normal accommodations I have been all over the world. Rooms need deep refurbishment. Breakfast leaves much to be desired. Cleanness level: sufficiently good. Personal not so nice but they do their job properly. I would not book it anymore.

A very good value for money hotel, excellent meals as well at breakfast as at the hotel restaurant. A small defect, it is a little too far from the historical center of Budapest. Overall I would recommend it.

Hotel that has seen better times. Only partially renovated. If you are assigned to the 7th floor, be prepared for a problematic night. To avoid.

Located on a quiet street. And at the same time near Heroes ' square. Where there is a thermal swimming pool, close to Metro, tram. Good service at the hotel.

The receptionists believes they are for themselves, not for the guests. The arrogance is represented at a high level. Unhelpfull balkan method.

Lived in the old building of the hotel, very uncomfortable, worn out rooms in the charm of the seventies. The bathroom showed absolute signs of wear and tear, rusty fittings. The fridge stood in front of the Dirt. Cleaned the room very sporalisch. The Breakfast is completely overpriced for the offer. Staff in the house from unfriendly to irritable. The Hotel is located in the vicinity of heroes ' square, Zoo, thermal bath and amusement Park, the location was still very quiet.

Hotel located close to the magnificent Heroes square and the recommended restaurant Paprika.
The room was simple and comfortable, though the beds and pillows were not very comfortable.
The air conditioner was planned poorly and left when he left the room, returning people died of cold (big shame).
Breakfast on the other hand, was great full of sweets and salty flavors too.

Old, completely broken hotel left here from the communism. A shame for the city!

Good customs and staff. Excellent food.

I rested at the hotel in March and I do not like them.
