One of the best hotels I have visited recently, the staff were amazing from housekeepers to reception staff
the rooms were clean, the breakfast was also excellent.

Top hotel, brilliant staff, food excellent, rooms fantastic, Hotel is located perfectly for getting to see all the sites, bars and restaurants.

Breakfast has multiple options and really delicious. Restaurant on the 1st floor, called“BISTRO FINE” provides fantastic food as well.
We have been here twice. Highly recommend this hotel!

I liked it all in general, a lot of cleaning and friendliness of the staff, perhaps you would put a bit of paste to the breakfast, but just by being a little sketchy, to be able otherwise an excellent hotel and good location.

Lovely award winning boutique hotel. Perfect for couples and centrally located within walking distance of many landmarks make this place a winner. Great service with breakfast at an adjoining restaurant where they play live music every Monday evening!

Very good hotel, central, rooms quite large, beds comfy but a little narrow and a good shower although could have more pressure. The inside den hotel is very nice and there is free coffee and tea in a living room next to the reception.

Wonderful hotel in Budapest. Already the lobby white to impress and that goes well in the beautiful rooms further the spacious and very tastefully furnished. The staff is cordial and always very helpful. In the attached restaurant there is a very rich and good breakfast in the morning. Very nice weekend stay again!

Very good service, hotel ideally located. The massages are good (but not extraordinary). The restaurant is good quality with a very attentive service. We recommend. We had a problem in the room and they offered us the taxi back to the airport without us asking for anything…

Clean room, nice service. We learned a massage. Good care. The restaurant in the hotel is good also and not badly visited by people outside the hotel. The hotel is ideally located in the city center. The whole corner of the nice bars is easily accessible (Mazel Tov, Szimpla…)

Great hospitality, reception very helpful and gives very good advice regarding places to eat. Comfortable and stylish, comfy bed and breakfast with lots of variety. My husband and I visited for my birthday and will definitely stay there again if we visit Budapest once more.

First time in Budapest and this hotel. We (my wife and I) had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is located on the more 'trendy' shops around that area and that's a good thing. From reception check in — to exit was a very pleasurable and enjoyable experience. Friendly, staff who were always smiling and happy to serve you. The hotel room was clean, spacious and equipped with everything you could need on a weekend city trip to Budapest! The temperature in the rooms were set to a nice 23 degrees on arrival and despite being 0 degrees outside, the temperature all around the hotel was enjoyable. We didn't visit the Wellness centre that is located downstairs, but if the rest of the hotel was anything to go by — I'd be surprised if that was a disappointment. Great selection of breakfast in the morning, with a trendy and decent bar of an evening to enjoy a nice selection of drinks, cocktails and desserts. Internet speeds in the hotel were very decent with an average of 50MB upload and 40MB download on a laptop device. I suspect they have QoS in place, as mobile phones were capped to around 5MB down and 25MB upload. Signal strength was good all around, including in the rooms. The lounge area downstairs provides coffee, tea and a good selection of herbal teas. Free snacks and peanuts are also on hand. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel if you're travelling as adults.

Very clean hotel, nice and modern, recently refurbished. The staff are courteous and charming, although some are rather too sycophantic. The bar is also a restaurant, so you cannot relax and have a few drinks because the restaurant is generally full and not welcoming. The rooms are very nicely decorated and spacious. But the beds are uncomfortably soft. If you have any back problems, you will not sleep. The pillows, also, seem made of very light fluff and offer no support. The breakfast is a buffet, and the food is nice and fresh. But it is usually overcrowded and you may have to wait for ten minutes or so for a table to become free. The tables are changed quite quickly, though. The hotel has quite a good location, but I wish we'd been a little closer in to the inner city area. Everything was a bit of a walk, but maybe 10-20 minutes for most of the decent places for eating. The whole hotel is very overheated and stuffy. The ventilation is set too low and the heating too high. So, despite this being a nice hotel, it was always a pleasure to get out of the airlessness. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for three nights, but I would not have liked to stay longer. If you get a good price, go for it, otherwise, keep searching.

Wow, fantastic hotel, amazing quality at a most affordable price. Breakfast choices varying for many tastes and diet's. Very close to the shopping area, river and St. Stephens Basilica. What else can I add, but yes I would book again if given the chance to visit Budapest again.

Amazingly attentive staff. Great buffet breakfast. Located in a great location on a main shopping avenue. Away from noise but still right in the middle of all activities and attractions. Very clean, modern, and comfy able with a Hungarian charm.

My wife and I spent two nights at the hotel moments and had a lovely time. First of all, the location is excellent. By some of the fancier shops, nice restaurants, coffee shops and bars close by and most attractions in walking distance (5-15 minute walk). Staff were friendly and helpful, and The hotel itself was lovely. The included breakfast was fairly good, not lots of fruit or cereal options, but nice selection of breads and meats. The room was well equipped and comfortable. My only minor critisms were the shower fixing was above the curved end of the bath, so you couldn't stand directly beneath it, and with the air conditioning on, the air seemed very dry and both nights we both woke gasping for water. As I said, minor things that did not detract from a great city break! Would definitely go back to hotel moments.

Room at the fifth level are quite unique and enjoyable. Very spacious even though it has a sloping ceiling! Although rated as 4-star, I would rate higher 4+. Staff are generally pleasant and Edgar to assist! Food and drinks were nice with room for improvements.

Had the most amazing stay here last night. Informed the staff it was my partner and i's anniversary and they kindly provided a complimentary bottle of champagne and box of chocolates. The rooms were amazing, so clean, comfy beds. All facilities were also incredible. Complimentary tea, coffee and snacks. Sauna and gym a major bonus, and also had a lovely massage. Couldn't recommend more!

Hotel is very modern, very nice and in a great location, the breakfast was good however the serving area is a bit small for the number of people who were there
The room itself was great, fairly large, well set up plenty of room for bags the only negative point was the shower head which was at the side of the bath and you had to be very careful about getting water all over the floor.

I absolutely loved this hotel. My room was clean and well serviced, the front desk was professional and courteous, and the free breakfast was a nice touch. They even gave me a ruler when I asked for a measuring tape, which is indeed an odd and unusual request. The décor here is beautiful. The hotel's location is also a big plus. Highly recommended.

We just spent two incredible nights at the Hotel Moments Budapest. I have tried most of the nicest hotels in Budapest already but the Hotel Moments gave me a special experience I never had before. We stayed at the Andrássy Suite which is on the top floor and gives you a breathtaking view to the Basilica and to the city center. “Take my breath away! “ This was exactly my feeling when I woke up in the morning, opened my eyes and looked outside through the panoramic windows. An indescribable feeling and unique moment that the entire Budapest says “Good Morning” to you. What an amazing and personal experience. Such rooms are almost impossible to be found in the city so if you want your breath to be taken away, I strongly encourage you to book the Andrássy Suite or the Basilica Suite during your next stay in Budapest. All the single details in the rooms are amazing, the breakfast is super delicious and the stuff provides you the greatest service ever. The Bistro Fine Restaurant is also highly recommended for business lunch or dinner. Every single piece of the food has its own characteristics, designed perfectly and tastes amazingly good. The stuff really goes beyond expectations and anticipates every need.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very contemporary. Room was small but well appointed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast buffet has something for everyone. Also had a nice dinner at the restaurant.

It completely answered all my expectation from a 4 stars hotel. The room was big enough and very clean. The breakfast offers big variety of food. The all-day free coffee in the lobby area is a great addition. The central location of the hotel is very convenient and the staff is helpful and polite. As always the only weak point in this level of hotels in Budapest, the fitness area is small and less then basic. But if you don’t expect to something different, you will not be disappointed.
