King Apartments Apartment

Second time I have used this appartments. First time I was on my own getting dental work and just needed a place to sleep. The apartment was clean and everything in order. The utensils in the kichen needed upgrading, pots and pans warped or not with lids or handles. Now I am here with my wife in a much nicer apartment, utensils in the kitchen not quite up to par though, wife is complaining. I never used the TV in the other apartmentand seeing a tube TV I dont think I will use it much. Found only one english speaking channel (CNN). Wifi in every apartment so I just watch Netflix if I need such entertainment. Apartment in center of Budapest so everything is a short distance away. Unfortuantly I have had a busy scedule so havent seen much but will be getting days off the following week so will be doing some sightseeing soon. Love this district, history everywhere.

In the heart of Budapest (in the 7th arrondissement, one of the most pleasant with the 6th) and with all the transports (tram, Metro, taxis), restaurants and small shops nearby, the residence offers apartments can be more pleasant and Functional! Recommend!

Disappointed that we had booked an apartment (just on the advice of those who had been there a short time before) and then we found ourselves in another stable and therefore very different from the one published and praised… In the one where we happened, it was quite "dated": Ruined washbasin, old and Maltenuta taps, one single pillow available, one abatjour on the only bedside table present and not even working… However quiet, close to the Jewish quarter (so central) and sufficiently clean… But given the price paid we were not satisfied… Claiming clarity at the reservation!

Great location in the heart of the city. Close to Budapest Eye, subway station, bars, restaurants. Room was quite. Seperated bathroom and the toilet. Parking garage was safe and costed 14 euros per night. Before you get there you need to get access card. It means to find free spot in the street what is really not an easy. The apartment was completely different than photos provided at booking site. Because it was located on the ground/first floor with windows into courtyard, it was dark. I did not measure it but I am pretty sure it doesn't have 45 square meters as promoted. The bedroom was very small and I always hit my leg when walking around the bed. The heating in bathroom was always on with no possibility to turn it off. There was no peg in bathroom nor toilet to hook the towels.

I had a wonderful week at one of your apartments and I wanted to congratulate all the staff for the friendliness and professionalism. I have to say that everything has been above my expectations so I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a holiday in a hospitable and comfortable environment.

The apartments are spacious, functional and well equipped. I just find it a pity that the air conditioning is optional (-1 ☆) otherwise the location is really ideally located.
The main street adjoining, is very lively with an incredible number of bars, restaurants, snacks, pizzerias, wine bars, beer bars, karaoke or even disco, there is for all tastes. It is a place that attracts a lot of people, mainly a young, trendy audience.
The atmosphere is very nice and good child. I recommend going there for a walk.

Very modern, clean apartments, I deeply recomend too be gest here!
